  • Abandon the Disabled:
  • Abusive Parents:
    • "A woman came to my house, saying she was pregnant with my husband’s child…": Jozen turns out to have abused her son Kota while using him as a tool to break up Asumi and Seichi's marriage so she can marry the latter.
    • "My mother-in-law is insane...": Isuzu's parents physically abused her and even shoved her through a glass window leaving a scar on her face, which was the reason she got plastic surgery.
    • "Mom kept stealing money from me…": Yuki's mom abused him after taking custody of him; she only wanted him for the child support money. Moreover, she remarried and got along with her stepdaughter Rena, who also abused Yuki.
    • "My mom had an affair while I was in hospital…": Manami's mom resented her for being born sickly and blamed the poor girl for not letting her live the life she wanted. Moreover, the self-centered woman also hurled verbal abuse at her older daughter, Megumi, and her husband for defending her. Moreover, it's implied that the girls' father refused to divorce his wife because she was the only suitable donor for Manami, which to the poor guy meant dooming the girl to die if he went through with the divorce.
  • Abusive Offspring:
    • "My horrible stepson...": Ryuta verbally abused his stepmother Hanayo because his mother abandoned him when he was a baby, but he put on a "good kid" act around his father Shogo. Moreover, he got pissed off when she announced her pregnancy and dared her to get an abortion if she wanted to stop the abuse.
    • "My wife and my daughter told me I was a lousy father...": Yoshio Ohito was verbally abused by both his wife and daughter, the latter of which complained he stinks. When he was promoted to mentor to a group of young female workers, he was scared since they remind him of his abusive daughter.
  • Accidental Public Confession: In "My brother's wife said there was no seat for a disabled person at their wedding...": At Haruma's wedding day, his bride and Charako were so lost in their bickering that the former said out loud that she only wanted to marry him for his money and increase her status while disparaging the latter for being disabled, effectively exposing herself as a Gold Digger. As a result, Haruma chews her out for being a disrespectful piece of work before calling off the engagement.
  • Aerith and Bob: This episode has the main character named Karen, but the rest of the cast has Japanese names.
  • Age-Gap Romance: Charako's husband dumps her for a younger woman in her twenties named Mika, justifying their affair as romance. However, her daughter Riho suggested having the lovebirds pay her compensation and alimony to test if they really loved each other.
  • The Alcoholic:
  • All Girls Want Bad Boys: Momoko cheated on her husband Ryuta with a sleazy-looking man named Takuto.
  • All Men Are Perverts: "My husband had a drinking party at our house despite having a one month old baby" [sic] - A drunken Sorao and his buddies come over to his and Nano's place to drink there. When Nano tries to reason with him as she hasn't recovered from giving birth to Sakura and has to breastfeed her constantly, Sorao replies that they can "watch the breastfeeding show" while she serves them drinks and snacks. Understandably, Nano blows up at the three of them only for Sorao to kick her out of the apartment.
  • Aloof Big Brother: Tatsuo reacted in a flat manner at his wife Nanae's announcement that her sister-in-law Ayami had a car accident. He even refused to let Ayami into their house, over which Nanae tended to her at her in-laws' house.
  • Always a Bigger Fish:
    • "The new recruit is using her family's powers to threaten me!": Mr. Tora is one of the higher-ups of a Yakuza group far bigger than the group Ikari's father managed. Turns out her father's group was in financial trouble and sent her to work for that reason, and thus he punished her when Mr. Tora exposed her abuse of connections to him.
    • "Bully pushes a girl on wheelchair into the pool": When Akane Saito flaunted her connections at Mai's parents and threatened to ruin them if they insisted on holding her accountable for shoving their daughter Mai into a pool, Kyoko reveals she's the granddaughter of Manjiro Kisaragi, the CEO of the famous gossip tabloid Weekly MoniRobo. Akane shakes in fear after the reveal; he was the only man who could expose her father to the public.
  • Animesque: The channel makes generous use of visual conventions from anime and manga as translated into Vyond's Business Friendly style, such as the Professor's Opaque Nerd Glasses.
  • Annoying Younger Sibling: Moeno is an annoying brat in a young woman's body, whose older sister Megumi doesn't forgive her for driving all her boyfriends away with her obnoxious stalkerish antics.
  • Arranged Marriage:
    • Akiho Shiratori, Megumi's section chief, was married off to a man named Koushi by her father in the hopes he would inherit the company. However, their relationship was strained because of Koushi's playboy lifestyle.
    • "My wife got pregnant but…": When Yuuki talked to his parents about marriage after leaving work, they got elated and had him married to an older woman named Rina, who was the daughter of a family friend hoping she would help him take decisions and be more confident. Needless to say, Rina abuses him for anything and everything, and after taking her to a hospital, he finds out she is pregnant despite him being sterile, which clues him in that she was having an affair.
  • Attempted Homewrecker:
    • "My friend who stole my fiancé two years ago tried to do the same thing again": Two years after stealing Kenji from Ayako, Marie finds out he was a huge Momma's Boy who eventually forced her to move with him to his mom's house, where they emotionally abused her, driving her to run away and stumble upon Ayako and her new fiancé, Cedric. She attempts to steal him as well, but Cedric refuses and reveals Ayako warned him, causing her to whine about it.
      Marie: W-Why would you tell him about me?! That's not fair!
    • "My sister always steals my boyfriends…": When Rico comes over with her fiancé, Shou, to her parents' house, her older sister Ako attempts to seduce him away from her. While Rico knew this would happen and feared that Shou would dump her for Ako, she toned it down when their parents returned. While she became excited upon learning he was a doctor, he reaffirmed his relationship with Rico. However, a drunk Ako would have none of it and demands Shou dump Rico for her only for the man to reveal she had plastic surgery; it turns out Shou was also a plastic surgeon and Ako had it at his clinic.
  • Attempted Rape:
    • "I saved my sadistic boss, also my secret crush, from being assaulted, and then…" - Frustrated with Reika not returning his affections and picking Hotaru over him, Mr. Mizobe lured her out into a back alley in an attempt to rape her. Thankfully, Hotaru shows up in the nick of time and foils the attempt, restraining him in the process. As a result, Reika calls the cops on him and Mizobe is sentenced to a year in prison and gets fired for attempted rape.
    • "My twin sister tried to steal my husband…": Frustrated with not getting a rich guy at her twin sister Tomoka's wedding, Honoka decided to impersonate her and steal her husband, dragging the poor guy into the bed and trying to have her way with him. When Tomoka found out, she cut ties with both her and her parents, who spoiled Honoka since she was a child.
    • "My little sister ruined the contracts I had with a client...": Miyuki entered a business meeting at Robo Robo Tradings' HQ to rape its manager, Riku, into picking her instead of her older stepsister Mizuna. However, his father not only caught her in the act and got mad at her, but ended all contracts with MoniRobo Trading Company in response and Mizuna threatened to fire her for her trouble. While Miyuki gloated that her dad wouldn't allow it as head of Moni Moni Construction, it gets cut short when Mizuna reveals the man was fired from both said company and RRT for the incident.

  • The Baby Trap:
    • "My wife cheated on me to make me jealous, and got pregnant…": Sari blurted out she was pregnant while her husband Kei confronted her for her affair. She tried to reassure Kei that the baby was his, but he doesn't fall for it since he was infertile and divorces her.
    • "After my wife kept denying to sleep with me, one day she begged to have my child…": Yuko tries to sleep with her husband Tamanosuke to make him think that he was the father of the baby, which was conceived from her affair with Naoto, who she was initially hoping would marry her due to her pregnancy. Fortunately, Tamanosuke already knows about her affair and continues to refuse to sleep with her until she is confirmed to be pregnant via a pregnancy test, prompting him to divorce her.
    • "My boyfriend got my subordinate pregnant..." features a successful example of one; Manami got both Satsuki and her fiancé Takuya hammered so she could take the latter to a love hotel, sleep with him, and bear his child. Despite being forced to pay Satsuki's compensation fees, she got away with it for five years until Takuya found out via a DNA test that the child wasn't even his, which prompts him to divorce and sue her for compensation.
    • "Dumb woman tries to trick me and my husband": Mayumi called Hiroshi's mother to accuse Charako of having an affair with the former's brother and claims she's pregnant with Hiroshi's child. She did this with the intent of breaking up Hiroshi and Charako's marriage and then marry the former. However, when Charako asks Mayumi's brother, Hiroyuki, about the alleged affair, he revealed that Mayumi was a chronic liar who wanted attention.
  • Bad Boss:
    • Ibari was a mean field supervisor to the subcontractor company that Taro works at. This escalates when the master of the subcontractor collapsed and was taken to the hospital. This came to a head when the workers couldn't work at the temple due to a typhoon. Ibari fired them out of frustration but the priest of the temple threatened to switch to a different company unless Ibari hires Taro and his crew back. They declined the offer and Ibari's mistake was exposed to the boss of his company and he was fired.
    • Nano's boss was very demanding and when Nano asked permission to take a leave from the department for her father's funeral, he tried to push her workload on her and demand her to come to the office but she couldn't do it. After a bad meeting, he told Nano that she was fired and forced her to bring a letter of resignation.
    • "I started working for my spoiled high school classmate...": Yosuke Izu is a spoiled brat who used his power as a boss to abuse his employees; he especially had it out for Takayuki for being a high school graduate. When his contractor Mr. Dazai called him out for his power-tripping antics, he shoved the man and went off to tell his father Shinichi, only for the man to force him to apologize to Mr. Dazai since both CEOs were friends since high school and helped each other even after graduation.
    • "Caught my wife and boss having an affair in the shower": Terasawa was a long-time HR employee who became the new department head and loved to boss his subordinates around, which caused several competent employees to leave. Moreover, he used his position to send Shigeru off to Chicago so he could sleep with the man's wife Keiko while he was away.
    • "Boss thinks she is incompetent but she is the most capable person in the office": Mrs. Murata was an unreasonable boss towards her employees as she pushed them to work themselves to exhaustion to fix the errors in the company's app, despite being a visitor. However, after chewing out Ms. Satomi into quitting since she was the most despised in the company, someone hacked into the app and everyone panicked until Yumiko revealed that Ms. Satomi was the one keeping the app in optimal condition.
    • "My wife cheated on my with my boss but they didn't know about the big twist…": Mr. Kizaki was an America-obsessed young man who took more tasks than he could handle and dumped them all on his employees. In fact, he was so fanatical of American business he even imposed a performance-based system on the company because he thought the former one made Japanese workers unproductive.
    • "I saved my sadistic boss, also my secret crush, from being assaulted, and then…": Chief Reika Asano is an attractive yet extremely harsh boss feared by the employees because of her attitude. However, it's not a problem for the masochist MC Hotaru Kuno, but the opposite; he even planned to make small mistakes once in a while to receive her strict feedback without risking his job.
    • "Section chief looks down on contract employees": Akinaga is a sleazy bastard who takes advantage of his power as the section chief to sexually harass Lisa and another employee who left not long after she started working in the company. Moreover, he only targeted female part-time and contract employees to avoid getting in trouble. According to Lisa's friend Miyoko, the reason why he hasn't been fired or arrested was because he was friends with the head of HR. When Lisa finally stood up to him, he was enraged and switched to power harassment in retaliation.
  • Bad Influencer: Ayahi, who only went with Kenta for his money, aimed to become an influencer in YouTube. When he and Yousuke concoct a plan to ignore her for some time to get back at her for being a gold digger and dig into her Instagram page, both men find out she uses bots since all her posts are filled with haters.
  • Badly Battered Babysitter: Harumi offered to babysit her sister-in-law Emiri's daughter Sayaka after she divorced her husband. However, it turned out to be a mistake as Sayaka was a highly destructive spoiled brat. Moreover, Emiri used Harumi as a free babysitter to the point the former's brother and the latter's husband Hidekatsu couldn't stand Sayaka's behavior anymore.
  • Batman Gambit: "My classmate was bragging that she stole my husband…": When Wakana stole Yumiko's husband, Tadashi, in revenge for the treatment she underwent at her job, but Yumiko reacted with detachment. It turns out Tadashi cut ties with his father to become an actor, and after failing to apply to multiple theater companies because of his age and lack of experience, he started his own by using Yumiko's money, often coming home plastered after each "practice". Therefore, she took advantage of the upcoming reunion party so that Wakana will steal him and send a photo to gloat about it, unwittingly sending evidence of her affair and screwing herself over in court.

  • Beauty Breeds Laziness:
    • "On the day of an important presentation, she tries to bring me down": Ayane is a beautiful Office Lady who bullies her junior coworker Nano into doing her work, getting away with it by acting cutesy towards her boss and male coworkers. She ends up getting fired and later arrested thanks to the efforts of Suguo, the one guy who isn't fooled by her charms, and Nano's friends exposing her true nature.
    • "My sister looks down on me and even tries to steal my fiancé": Eriko combines this trope with Big Sister Bully; she was spoiled rotten by her parents to the point where they actually allowed her to use her uglier, less favored sister Kyoko as a Homework Slave when they were kids. When Eriko is about to get married, she forces Kyoko to do all of the tedious work of preparing for the wedding. When Eriko learns that Kyoko's husband is wealthier and more handsome than hers, she tries to steal him. Fortunately, karma bites Eriko when her husband divorces her for attempted cheating, and ends up getting nothing due to signing a prenup.
    • "My step-sister tried to steal my husband…": Chizuru combines this with Brainless Beauty; she was spoiled rotten by her father and later, her stepmother, to the point she turns them against her older stepsister Misuzu. Moreover, Chizuru's entitlement escalated to the point she stole boyfriends from Misuzu and other girls only to dump them later. When Misuzu announced her marriage to a CEO's son named Naoya after quitting her job, she seduced him until he caved in. Much to her dismay, Misuzu reveals that she's the one who'll receive the inheritance; Naoya lost his right for trying to assault the CEO over being fired. When Naoya is taken to task, he dismisses Chizuru as a fling and tells her that only an idiot would be serious about a relationship with her. Eventually, Chizuru gets kicked out of the house for her trouble and has to work as a hostess to make ends meet.
  • Bedroom Adultery Scene:
    • Tatsuya found his wife Kaori sleeping with a sleazy-looking man in the bed.
    • Mikoto finds her husband Tatsuki doing it with his coworker Maira in bed when she was notified he called in sick from work.
  • Benevolent Boss:
    • Nano's department head was a kind person in contrast to her boss. He even gave her permission to take a week off for her father's funeral. When he found out that the boss forced her to resign, he demoted him.
    • "A 25 year old shut in goes to an alumni meetup to face her life-long rival" [sic]: Mitsuaki Urata was a CEO who treated his employees well, especially former shut-in Ayana Komatsu. At Ayana Tojo's school reunion party, he showed up to defend Komatsu and revealed to all the guests that Tojo's father's company went bankrupt.
  • Beg the Dog:
    • "My husband's true personality was revealed during my pregnancy": Kohei begs Matsumi for forgiveness when the latter's cousin Homura exposed him to his mother, but Matsumi isn't having any of it and divorces him.
    • "I introduced my boyfriend to my toxic parents… Then…": After Sakura married her boyfriend Masayoshi and he became a successful CEO despite being blind, her parents contact her and beg for money despite being abusive towards her in the past. Turns out Sakura's sister got hooked on host clubs and sank herself in debt; she had an affair before marrying a rich guy and got dumped as a result.
    • "My wife cheated on me but my daughter liked him better. We got divorced and...": Remi begged her father Futoshi to help after she found out her mom's new husband was a chubby chaser to the point he let both of them eat what they wanted in order to fatten them. Understandably, he refused to do something because of the abuse they put him through. But in the epilogue, he called the Professor to invent a medicine and sent Miyu to inject it into Remi, making her thin again.
    • "My little sister ruined the contracts I had with a client...": After Mizuna reveals to Miyuki that her dad was fired from Moni Moni Construction ten years ago and then from Robo Robo Tradings for her attempted rape of manager Riku, she loses her previous bravado and begs Mizuna to rehire her, but she has none of Miyuki's crap and goes through with it. After the man got fired and arrested for embezzlement and abuse of power to get Miyuki a job at MoniRobo Trading Company, on top of Miyuki herself being forced to pay for damages after the incident, the mother begs Mizuna, whom both she, her husband, and Miyuki abused and put aside earlier on, for money. However, Mizuna refuses and calls her out for all the abuse they put her through.
    • "We went to a luxurious hotel for our wedding anniversary but...": Tanaka pleaded with Kei to forgive him after the former was fired from the hotel by his grandfather for not only his abusive behavior towards him and his wife Kyoko during their stay since the latter was the granddaughter of famous philanthropist Manjiro Kisaragi but for his bullying of Kei since middle school. However, the couple has none of it and refuses to listen to his pleas.
    • "This girl only got the job thanks to her uncle, and just lazes around": Kasumi quit her job after Nano and the other employees refused to let her force the project on them and then found a new job at a company that was allegedly better than her former one. However, she calls Nano to put her back in the company upon learning her new job was at a black company.
  • Belated Child Discipline: Shiomi was favored over her stepsister Yoko due to her beauty. As a result, their parents spoiled her by forcing Yoko to do all of the chores while letting Shiomi treat her like a slave. After the parents get arrested for trying to force Yoko into sex work, Shiomi is adopted by relatives on her father's side, and calls Yoko to complain about how her relatives are abusing her. Said "abuse" consists of Shiomi having to do things like clean up her room, eat whatever food the family makes, and being scolded when she talks back; in other words, not giving her special treatment and holding her accountable for her actions.
  • Best Friends-in-Law:
  • Bifauxnen: Tsubasa looked like a handsome guy in her high school years, which made all girls flock to her. Her girlfriend Emi even remarks that she looks like a member of Takarazuka Revue.
  • Big Eater: In this story, Sorao had a big appetite and constantly stole other people's food especially his sister Nano despite her and their parents repeatedly telling him to stop.
  • Big Brother Attraction: In this story, Rena was in love with her older brother Rio despite being 25 years old. Furthermore, she went out of her way to drive his girlfriend Hanayo away with her parents' approval since both parties hated her for her bad luck streak.
  • Big Brother Bully:
  • Big Little Sister: In "A woman came to my house, saying she was pregnant with my husband’s child…" Aya Jozen, a tall woman who harassed Asumi to make her divorce Seichi, is revealed to be the younger sister to his shorter ex-girlfriend, Megumi.
  • Big Man on Campus: Mitch Fleming was quite popular in high school because of his good looks many girls fawn over, as well as his reputation as the school's biggest tennis star and his focus on studies. However, it turns out to be an act as he was two-timing with Natalia and Brooklyn, as well as inviting some of his friends to drink and get high despite being underage. When his true self becomes viral among other schools, he gets expelled and grounded by his parents.
  • Big "NO!": Suneo lets one out after his parents disowned him for cheating on his wife Shizuka.
  • Bittersweet Ending:
    • "While I was in the hospital, my cheating husband went on a trip with his lover" - Charako dies in the hospital from a terminal disease and with the knowledge that her husband had abandoned her to go on vacation with his mistress, leaving behind Manaka and her daughter. However, Charako gets the last laugh by declaring that Manaka will get both her assets and custody of their daughter in her will and Manaka punishes the husband in her place by selling off the house and suing him for his affair and for helping cause Charako’s death, leaving him alone, homeless and having to pay off the debts and child support.
    • "My neighbors complained that I was making too much noise but…": The spirit of Montaru’s room is revealed to be a little girl who had died from the abuse from her parents who then hid her remains in their house and moved away to avoid getting any punishment. However, thanks to Montaru deciding to help her find peace, the remains are discovered and the parents are arrested for their murder, finally giving the girl justice and making her leave the house. And before she departs, she declares that she wants Montaru to be her daddy for helping her, and sure enough, it’s highly implied that his newborn daughter at the end is her reincarnation, giving her a second chance at life.
  • Blackmail: In "Caught my wife and boss having an affair in the shower," Terasawa blackmailed Shigeru's wife Keiko by threatening to expose her past work as a hostess if she didn't sleep with him.
  • Bland-Name Product: Mika auditions for a channel named Rickeloteon, a reference to Nickelodeon.
  • Blaming the Cuckold: In cheating stories, when the cheater gets caught and forced to confess, the cheater will blame the person they cheated on for their affair.
  • Bratty Teenage Daughter: More like granddaughter, but Kurumi from "20 years ago, her parents disappeared and I raised my granddaughter…" was a bratty girl who always caused trouble as she grew up despite her grandmother Nobuko's attempts to set her straight until she left the house. When she returned to announce her marriage to a guy named Akira.
  • Brawn Hilda: In "My husband was cheating on me, so with my IQ of 200 I got my revenge…" Yuki brings over her burly older sister Misaki to restrain her cheating husband Manabu as they take him to his parents' house to hold him accountable for his affairs with two women named Rumiko and Hana.
  • Brick Joke: In "A woman was looking for the 'perfect guy' at my agency…" When Mrs. Sekkai demands her "perfect man" be in his twenties despite being a 55-year-old divorcee herself, Nano remarks that such a man would need to have a mother complex strong enough to date a woman old enough to be his mother and that the amount of such men would be infinitely small. Later on, when Nano books a date between Mrs. Sekkai and a young man with all the specs she demanded, the crone bursts into her office to whine about the man having a mother complex.
  • Bullied into Depression: In "I found my adoptive daughter crying in her room..." Ayame was constantly harassed on LINE by her classmate Onpu Okegawa with insults and curses at her and her family, causing her to become distant and depressed much to Angelica and Sumire's concern. When the couple found out and confronted the bully, she revealed that the reason for the bullying was because Ayame was getting friendly with a boy named Maebashi, whom Onpu had a crush on.
  • Bullying a Dragon: Charako and her husband get kicked out by a waitress named Mika out of a restaurant for looking poor. Unfortunately for Mika, Charako turns out to be the daughter of the restaurant's owner. However, instead of apologizing sincerely, Mika continues to insult Charako and look down on poor people in front of the restaurant's manager and the owner's wife, prompting the former to fire Mika for her discriminatory attitude.
  • Bullying the Disabled: Stories featuring a disabled protagonist will have them bullied by family and/or friends at the start. However, the DMC already has or meets someone who stands by their side and help them fight against the odds, often to show up the bullies years later.
    • "My family abandon me on a trip abroad because I am disabled": Noa lost one of her legs after a car accident. Her family especially her mother and sister bullied her mercilessly for it. They even ditched her on a family trip, but a man recorded the events of their horrible behavior during the trip and they became pariahs.
    • "My new wife was abusing my daughter behind my back": Kayoko abused and neglected her 11-year-old autistic stepdaughter Minori behind both her husband Tatsuya's and the housekeeper Mrs. Takeda's backs, with one incident leading to Minori leaving the house on her mother's orders. When Tatsuya confronted Kayoko for her abusive behavior, she showed her true colors by badmouthing Minori. Moreover, she demanded Tatsuya divide his estate when he asks for a divorce; it turns out she stole the money Tatsuya saved for Minori to spend on frivolities since she married him for his money.
    • "My sister's fiancé doesn't want me at their wedding because I'm disabled": Koji became paraplegic after surviving a construction accident. When his sister Tomomi brought her fiancé Daisuke Nishio, he acted cold and dismissive towards Koji whenever she wasn't around.
    • "I was being bullied for having a stammer": Ena was bullied since kindergarten for stammering (which was a result of partial brain damage). Even her mother lashed out at her for it until she was diagnosed. When she attended high school, she got ruthlessly bullied by a classmate named Mikio.
    • "Husband abandoned our autistic daughter and ran off with the younger brother": Sorao not only ignored his autistic daughter Sakura, but even mistreated her since his son Yuki was born. To make matters worse, he abandoned her with Nano and left with Yuki.
    • "Bully pushes a girl on wheelchair into the pool" [sic]: Akane Saito bullied wheelchair-user Mai Miyanohara for using prosthetic legs. Even when Mai tried to reach out to her, Akane didn't stop and even snuck behind her at the pool area while she watched the competitions and shoved her into the pool, laughing at her as she drowned.
    • "I introduced my boyfriend to my toxic parents… Then…": Sakura's whole family bullied her boyfriend Masayoshi for being blind despite him being a hardworking man and her explaining how he lost his sight. Enraged with their bullying, she decides to cut ties with them and move with him.
    • "Mother-in-law says that a disability is a disgrace to the family!": Charako's mother-in-law treated her like a slave for losing one arm in a car accident the MIL provoked for being distracted at the wheel. When she forgot to wear her gloves while buying the orange juice her MIL wanted, the other villagers found out and asked the MIL about it, causing the hag to bully her for anything and everything as she found it shameful that she had a prosthetic arm.
    • "My family made fun of my disability, until I became a CEO…": Ever since elementary school, Misaki Shoji was bullied by her parents and older sister Sakiho for becoming paraplegic from jumping off a mountain, which was a lie Sakiho said to cover up she shoved Misaki off the mountain.     • "My husband went missing but I found him at my best friend’s wedding as the groom": Toru became cold towards his wife Yoshiko after she announced having lost the use of her legs from a car accident at the hands of a sleepy driver, one week after they married. Therefore, he sent divorce papers for her to sign in response. Moreover, he married her best friend Kozue as part of the latter's revenge plot and the new couple started to bully her in front of the guests until her boss Mr. Akira showed up and revealed she was an affiliate for a famous blog and earning more than Toru.
    • "My wife had an affair for five years…": At Megumi's hospital room, her husband Manabu and Ms. Shiratori declared their intentions to divorce and demand compensation from their respective spouses for cheating on them with each other. Megumi, who ended up in there because she was partially paralyzed from the beating a pissed-off client meted out on her, accuses them both of ganging up on and bullying her before bawling her eyes out.
      Megumi: What?! Are you both ganging up on me?! It's not fair! Is it that fun to bully me, when I'm not even going to be able to lead a normal life once I'm out of the hospital?! You're horrible, both of you! (cries)
    • "My brother's wife said there was no seat for a disabled person at their wedding...": Haruma invited his paraplegic younger sister, Charako, to his wedding. When she met the bride, the latter disparaged and belittled her for being disabled and a "peasant," despite revealing she's also a CEO. The bride even refused celebratory money from Charako and told her to leave. Even when she revealed her brother was also disabled in one arm, the bride was determined to marry for his money.
    • "A deaf girl was asking for help…": Sumire and his goons raid Sasaoka's house only to find a starving little boy named Asuka, who turns out to be deaf like Yumi, the girl whose father he saved earlier on in the story. As he kept searching for info on the matter, Sumire learned that Sasaoka was an abusive bastard of a husband and father; his mom ran off to avoid further abuse. Eventually, Sumire's men catch Sasaoka and send him off to work at a ship. Later on, when Sumire, Angelica, and Ayame meet Yumi and her father, the man reveals the poor girl was bullied at kindergarten for being deaf.
  • Business Trip Adultery:
    • "My wife contracted a disease from cheating partner...": Saori Minagawa found out her husband uses business trips as an excuse to cheat on her with Gen's wife, Norika.
    • "My sister slept with someone's husband and almost got murdered": After Youko leaves Honami's house after finding out the truth about who really stole her husband, Akina tells Honami that Sato's husband lied to her about going on a business trip to cover up his affair with Minami.
    • "My wife was cheating on me while she was on business trips…": Masami used her business trips as an excuse to cheat on her husband, Ataru, with several men. However, Ataru started to suspect she was cheating on him; he saw her always coming home tanned and smelling like seawater. However, Ataru's suspicions were confirmed when his brother Yusuke casually mentioned Masami and disparaged him before sneaking into Yusuke's room and searching his phone.
    • My husband cheated on me right after we got married…: Kazuyuki covers up his affair with Chinatsu by lying to his wife Nina that he's going on a business trip. After Nina returns to her parents' house, he calls Chinatsu to go on a date. When she reveals her dad is a CEO with connections, he decides to divorce Nina so he could remarry Chinatsu and live off her father's money.
  • Butch Lesbian: Tsubasa is a lesbian who dresses, acts, and talks like a man. This became a point of contention when her sister Risa chewed her out for opting for a pantsuit at her wedding.
  • But Liquor Is Quicker: In "The one piece of information that changed all the wrong doings in my workplace…" [sic], it's eventually revealed that the reason Ms. Yabami and her feminist group ruled the office with an iron fist was because she took a hammered Executive Yakamashi (and it's implied she was the one who got him that drunk in the first place) and slept with him before taking photos of the deed to use as blackmail.

    • "My wife cheated on me with her doctor…": Dr. Seiji Nakajima is revealed to be a serial womanizer who targeted female patients with the same pick-up lines. His latest victim, Mana, fell for his charm and demanded Kengo divorce her and take custody of their three daughters, Reina, Nami, and Misaki. When Mana learns the truth, she futilely tries to get back with Kengo.
    • "After my wife kept denying to sleep with me, one day she begged to have my child…": When Tamanosuke has his pregnant cheating wife Yuko call over her lover, Naoto, he reveals that the affair was just a fling, even calling her an "alcoholic old lady." Yuko herself took offense as he apparently proposed marriage to her and she agreed to have her baby hoping it would happen.
    • "My husband cheated on me right after we got married…": Kazuyuki was implied to flirt with female employees behind his wife Nina's back. He recently had an affair with his junior coworker, Chinatsu, upon meeting her. When Kazuyuki ate out with Chinatsu one week before his birthday, he revealed his relationship with Nina began after a dare by his friends to chat up random women.
    • "My wife got pregnant but…": Yuuki Shirai's coworker, Wada, comes across as a womanizer because of his flirty remarks towards female employees. However, he claims he's just joking and wanted to cheer everyone up.
  • The Chain of Harm:
  • Cheater Gets Cheated On: Ryuta cheated on his wife Miyu with his ex-girlfriend Rena, who is pregnant and claims the baby is Ryuta's. Miyu is able to figure out that the baby isn't Ryuta's because of the dates. Turns out that Rena slept with several other guys and doesn't know who the father is, and claimed that Ryuta is the father because he's rich.
  • Childish Villain, Mature Hero: Naoya and Kakeru were old classmates in high school who later began working at an IT company. Naoya often acted as a gofer for Kakeru, who was the typical Big Jerk on Campus; popular with girls, a star athlete, and a cocky attitude. Naoya, while unpopular in high school, managed to rise through the ranks at his company through hard work and maturity. Kakeru, as an adult, is a perfect example of someone who peaked in high school: acting like he's a big shot because he was popular as a teenager, looking down on his former victim Naoya, who is now his boss, on the "logic" that Naoya was a gofer in high school, trying (and failing) to seduce his adult, female coworkers by bragging about his highschool accomplishments, and overall being insufferable, arrogant and immature.
  • Color Failure: In "My little sister ruined the contracts I had with a client...": Miyuki goes white when her stepsister Mizuna reveals her father was not only fired from Moni Moni Construction but also got fired from Robo Robo Tradings because Miyuki tried to force herself into the latter company's manager Riku.
  • Compilation Movie: The channel occasionally makes throwback compilations of past stories and these usually last one hour each.
  • Cool and Unusual Punishment: In "My wife had an affair for five years…" Shiratori found out her husband, Koushi, cheated on her with Manabu Kurosawa's wife, Megumi. In retaliation, she decided to include the lovebirds in her secret project for a long-time client of hers. When they got transferred into a new department as employees for the complaints sections, they slacked off to flirt with each other for so long that the customers got fed up and ended their contracts with the department. As a result, they got worn out from accepting the constant complaints. Eventually, Shiratori forced Megumi to apologize to a pissed-off client who showed up to the company only for the man to beat her up for her bad service.
  • Cool Aunt: Auntie Naoko from "My parents only loved my brother because he was talented and threw me out but..." was sterile but was the only relative who cared for Azusa while her parents mistreated her in favor of their baseball-prodigy son, Daisuke.
  • Corrupt Corporate Executive: Hanayo's dad is a corrupt CEO who was willing to cheat on his wife just to have a son to whom he could inherit his company and throw her and their daughter Hanayo away. His brother is just as bad as he was willing to sell his baby son to give him said heir, and even worked at his company just to keep Akane from seeing said son again. On top of that, both brothers also pocketed the company's money to spend on booze and nightclubs.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: Eiji became possessive and controlling towards his girlfriend Eri when they dated. When she got fed up with his crap, he decided to run her over with his car.

    • "My husband cheated on me and decided to start a cult...": Suneo started his own cult after his parents disowned him. However, the cult is a scam and Suneo pretends to help people while he profits off them by overcharging for charms. Shizuka eventually brought him down by showing a video of him confessing to her about his scam to his followers. Suneo was sued and went into debt.
    • "My best friend stole $1,000,000 from me and kept lying to me about it": Kotomi's mother joined a cult that sells water that apparently heals and she borrowed a lot of money to keep buying the water. Kotomi was forced to steal from her friend Kayo to fuel her mother's spending. When Kotomi told Kayo about her money troubles, she exposed the cult in the magazine that she works for, and the cult was arrested. The last time Kotomi's mother was seen, she was getting treatment.
    • "My sister stole my boyfriend. But, at the end, she finds out the truth about him." [sic]: Atsuko finds out too late that Kunihisa is the leader of an organization named "Karma Cult," a vegetarian male supremacist closed group in which women weren't allowed to have luxurious goods nor be deeply involved with non-cultists. Furthermore, he forced Atsuko to participate in the rituals and even got her parents to join the cult. However, the cult disbanded later on after Kunihisa and his inner circle were arrested for charges of blackmail and fraud.

    D 
  • D-Cup Distress: Natalia Mallard is actually ashamed of having G-cup breasts, especially because of boys staring at her chest, girls bullying her because of it, and the perverts that tried to have their way with her at the train.
  • Daddy DNA Test:
    • "My husband went missing after I gave birth…." [sic]: Ataru subjected Charako's baby to a DNA test after concluding it didn't look like him. Even when the test results confirmed Ataru was the father, he and his mother still insisted the baby wasn't his. When she dated another guy, they slandered Charako as a cheating woman who tricked Ataru into raising another man's baby. When Ataru finally realized that the baby was his, it was too late and she divorced him.
    • "A mom friend stole my husband and disappeared.. 2 years after the divorce...": After Masumi finds an abandoned baby in a tote bag and calls an ambulance for it, a DNA test is realized on both her son Tomoya and the baby. When the results confirmed the baby's father was her cheating ex-husband Mitsuya, the police raid their house and finally arrest him and his lover Keiko for neglect.
    • "My boyfriend got my subordinate pregnant...": Takuya realizes a DNA test on his and Manami's daughter because as the girl grew, she looked less and less like him. As it turns out, the results confirmed she wasn't Takuya's daughter, which drives both him and his ex-fiancée Satsuki to hold her accountable, ending with Takuya divorcing Manami for tricking him.
  • Death Glare: In "My step-sister tried to steal my husband…" [sic], Chizuru shoots one at Misuzu after the latter announced her marriage to the son of a CEO, even Misuzu herself lampshades it.
  • Delicate and Sickly:
    • "She thinks she stole my fiancé but the person she slept with was...": Yuto Jinguji was stricken with a chronic, unnamed disease since kindergarten, but he didn't let it stop him from achieving his goals as the aspiring CEO. That said, he collapses on his way to work and Kanako calls the ambulance, which saves his life. In response to her kindness, he takes Kanako to a nice dinner upon fully recovering and both get engaged. By the time they're having their wedding, Yuto has been cured of his disease.
    • "My mom had an affair while I was in hospital…": Manami was born with a weak liver, for which she had to take a restrictive diet and spent most of her childhood and early teens in the hospital. While her father, her older sister Megumi, and Uncle Yoshi stood by her side during this time, her self-centered mother resented her for being born sickly and verbally abusing her father. Later on, Manami asked her father what illness was after it worsened, and while he didn't name the disease, she learned it was dire enough to need a donor.
  • Delusions of Beauty: Mrs. Sekkai from "A woman was looking for the 'perfect guy' at my agency…" has an inflated sense of self-worth ever since her male coworkers complimented her youthful looks at her former job while not understanding these weren't out of falling in love with her.
  • Deteriorates Into Gibberish: In "I got in a terrible car accident on my way home from work and…" Ayumi's lover, Seiya Masuda, yells in gibberish upon finding out Hiroki's dad was a famous lawyer, meaning that they were doomed.
  • Didn't Think This Through: In some stories, the antagonist's downfall is due to their inability or unwillingness to think before they act.
    • "My little sister asked me to plan her wedding…": Reina has her older sister Nano slave away to plan a luxurious wedding and even agreed with the service providers to offer a discount. However, Rena changes her mind mid-planning and books it at a cheaper venue using Nano's plan document. Little did she know that said venue, while beautiful on the outside, was notorious for its piss-poor service, over which her fiancé, Yuuto, chews her out. Moreover, he learns that Reina tried to book a luxurious wedding for cheaper because she blew his budget money on host clubs. As a result, both he and Nano sue her for compensation, cancellation, and wedding fees at once. While Reina got a job as a hostess to pay the debts, she got fired and banned from host clubs because she was ignorant of the business' unspoken rules, leaving her completely destitute and at the mercy of loan sharks.
    • "On the day of an important presentation, she tries to bring me down": After Nano won the presentation contest, Ayane Azato plotted to have her go to an alley under the pretense of retrieving important documents and then have a delinquent ambush her so she would give the presentation instead. However, the delinquent didn't foresee Nano holding on to her purse enough to let herself be dragged along it, causing him to hightail it out of there. Moreover, Ayane herself didn't know that things like these would attract Masayoshi's attention, and his prompt exposure of the crime she committed as well as the bullying she meted out on her juniors caused her downfall.
    • "My friend who stole my fiancé two years ago tried to do the same thing again": Marie hijacks Ayako's relationship with Kenji and marries him as a result as he was wealthy. However, Marie ends up regretting it as she ends up moving with him to his mom's house, where she endures a life of emotional abuse rather than the rich celebrity life she expected. Moreover, when she gave birth to a baby boy and therefore an heir, the mother-son duo barred her from tending to it, which led to her running away.
  • Dirty Cop: Yabu terrorized the area he was assigned to, such as going through people's things for no reason, yelling at kids. One day, he tried to molest Mio under the pretense of doing a body search for anything that she "stole" from the store. However, Mr. Nakashima, the former police commissioner stopped him and called the chief of police resulting in the force arresting and dismissing Yabu for molesting Mio.
  • Dirty Coward: Some stories starring an Alpha Bitch as an antagonist may end in her Girl Posse throwing her under the bus the moment they find out she's screwed.
  • Dirty Old Man: Masayoshi's father lusted after Nano the moment her parents introduced her to him. Moreover, he is a sleazebag who cheated on his wife multiple times.
  • Disappeared Dad: "My twin sister tried to steal money at our Mother's funeral...": When Hajime was in middle school, his father abandoned his family after his business went under and he took on a huge amount of debt.
  • Disinherited Child:
    • "My horrible stepson...": Ryuta was stripped of his right to inheritance and disowned by his father Shogo for shoving Hanayo down the stairs to murder both her and her unborn baby in order to secure it for himself.
    • "My family treated me like crap…": After Masayoshi left his late grandmother's funeral because of his parents and older brother's callous treatment towards her, he learns that the deceased stripped the three of their inheritance rights in her last will because of their spending sprees. Instead, it declared that the money would go to Masayoshi and his son Yuki instead.
    • "My step-sister tried to steal my husband…" [sic]: Naoya loses it over being fired for his piss-poor work performance and tried to assault the CEO with a golf club. However, he gets easily restrained and is taken by the police. Afterward, the CEO stripped Naoya of his inheritance rights and gave them to his wife, Misuzu, instead.
  • The Dog Bites Back: Charako tricked Mari Yoshida into ripping up the manual written by Mr. Tanaka in revenge for the bullying she meted out on her and her fellow temps. When Yoshida confessed she did it, Mr. Tanaka asked her to resign. However, she made the huge mistake of blowing up at Charako and the other temp workers she bullied, but they have none of it and expose her previous, numerous screwups and problematic behaviors in a document to Mr. Tanaka, who fires her for her trouble despite her pleas.
  • Domestic Abuse:
  • Doorstep Baby: "A mom friend stole my husband and disappeared.. 2 years after the divorce..." - Two years after Mitsuya and Keiko vanished, the former's ex-wife Masumi and her five-year-old son Tomoya find a tote bag left at their doorstep with a malnourished newborn baby inside. When Masumi took the baby to the hospital and turned in the tote bag to the police as evidence, the subsequent DNA test performed on both Tomoya and the baby confirmed it was Mitsuya's.
  • Doting Grandparent: Shinobu from "Mother-in-law canceled my reservation without consent but husband sided with her" always spoiled her granddaughter Arisa whenever she visited Akihiro and Kyouko's house. Subverted however, when she moves in with the couple and starts forcing her outdated ideals on Arisa.
  • Drowning My Sorrows: Hanayo drinks her sorrows at a bar when her sister Reina stole her latest boyfriend, Sorao. She got so drunk that two shady guys took advantage of it and tried to take her somewhere, only for her childhood friend Rio to scare them off.
  • Dub Name Change: Some episodes change the characters' names in the process of dubbing. Even for characters like Nano, Charako, Sorao, Sakura, Hanayo, etc, their English names vary from story to story.

  • Education Mama:
    • Misato's mom pushes the girl to study hard and in the woman's words, "get into a good university, have a good job, and marry a good man." However, as time passed, she became increasingly overbearing and controlling to the point of physical abuse, driving Misato to run away to the Professor's house.
    • Mari's parents were education parents who deemed her useless since her grades were average rather than high, comparing her to her brother.
    • This chapter features Sorao of all people as an education papa, who chided his wife Nano for praising their son Yuki's B grade at school and deemed the boy useless. When Yuki fell ill when studying hard and Nano called him about the treatment, he accused her of going after his money after he won the lottery and refused to give it for Yuki's treatment, running away with the money.
    • "My sister begged me to came back but...": Mrs. Todo constantly chided Miyuki for not having good grades like her sister Nanami. Moreover, the abusive hag barred Miyuki from going to high school and demanded she get a job as soon as she graduated middle school since she deemed her useless, with Nanami agreeing to the idea.
  • Entitled to Have You:
    • Kohei outright thinks of his wife Matsumi as his property and didn't even care for her unborn twins at all; saying the children will bond her to his family.
    • Takakuni Sakamoto makes persistent advances on Mari even though she doesn't like him. When he finds out she's dating Mitsuru, he threatens both the guy and Mari. He makes good on his threat by siccing thugs on Mitsuru.
    • Sari firmly believes that Kei should devote all of his time to her, taking him doing his job as a sign that he didn’t love her anymore, so she hooks up with her ex-boyfriend to get him jealous and ‘love her again.’ Then five years after the divorce, she had the gall to continue acting like they were still married and what she did was justified, trying to get back with him even though he now was with Kyoko and introducing him to her daughter note  as ‘her new father.’
    • Mizobe views Reika as ‘his woman’ even though their relationship had only lasted three months and was years ago. As such, he ends up stalking her, sending her messages from an unknown number and going through her garbage, and trying to keep her away from Hotaru. Eventually, he lures her out to an alleyway and attempts to rape her, only to be stopped by Hotaru and Mizobe is arrested and sent to prison for a year.
  • Ephebophile:
    • Masayoshi's father lusted after Nano, a high school girl. His dialogue even implies he wanted to have his way with such a girl.
    • Mr. Yamashita started molesting his mentally disabled 16-year-old stepdaughter Sato after marrying Kyoka. It's implied this was the reason he married Kyoka in the first place.
  • Epigraph: Early stories end with a quote related to the topic they touch upon, often from the entrepreneur Richard H. Morita or figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu.
  • Everyone Has Standards: While Kei and Kyoko rightfully call Sari out for her selfish attitude towards Kei and make it clear that he will not be going back to her, they do encourage her to get herself and her child away from her abusive husband and go to the police.
  • Extremely Protective Child:
    • "Mother-in-law says that a disability is a disgrace to the family!": Yusuke is very protective of his mother Charako and stands up to her mother-in-law's bullying. When the abusive MIL tried to stop him, he showed the video to the entire village, causing the abusive hag to resign from the village assembly and become a pariah. He also showed the evidence to the police to have her arrested.
    • "A pregnant lady breaks her wrist after the neighbor's child punches her, but...": When Ryuji punched a pregnant Yuka in the stomach, her daughter Michiru retaliated by pushing both him and his brother Ryuta until Yuka stopped her and had her apologize. Moreover, when the boys' mother Mrs. Chienji was taken to task, she dismissed her sons' action and justified it because she was jealous of Yuka for birthing a girl, meaning she wasn't interested in the boys.

  • Fair-Weather Ex: Pretty much every episode involving the main character's cheating ex will have said ex begging to get back together for selfish reasons, such as not getting sued, the main character's money, their new lover breaking up with them, not having anyone else to turn to, or to pay off a debt. Said main character will naturally see right through them and refuse.
  • False Rape Accusation:
    • "This girl tried to falsely accuse me of sexual assault, but I was a...": Kana Satou falsely accused Sho Seijyo of touching her. However, he kept his cool and refused to fight back, not even going with the conductor even as he called the cops on him. When the policeman came, he suggests some tests be done to verify the accusation. It turns out Satou had a history of doing this often as Sho revealed he was an undercover cop; he took up the job after his older brother Kaname was falsely accused of sexual harassment and took his life as soon as he was discharged from jail.
    • "Someone kept stealing my ice cream so I replaced it with dry ice and...": When Ataru took Yasuko to task for stealing his soda-flavored ice cream, she freaked out and accused him of sexual harassment to get him in trouble and cow him into submission. As a result, he gets his pay cut.
  • A Family Affair: Osamu cheated on his wife Anri with her younger sister Aika and left divorce papers at their mom's house; he was tired of Anri being at her mom's house to look after her.
  • Fat Bitch: Matsuko is an overweight woman who flaunts her wealth to the other moms and mocks those who aren't as rich as her.
  • Female Misogynist:
  • Filching Food for Fun: In "Someone kept stealing my ice cream so I replaced it with dry ice and..." Ataru always bought soda-flavored ice cream to eat during breaks, but it mysteriously vanished every time he tried to eat it. Eventually, he finds out Yasuko, the office madonna, was the culprit. Later on, Charako reveals that she stole other people's food as well. Moreover, it's revealed that the reason for Yasuko's stealing was that she had no lunch money after blowing it on host clubs.
  • Fire-Breathing Diner: Nano pranked Kasumi by giving her some cream puffs laced with Dragon's Breath powder.
  • Flipping the Bird: Remi deleted the evidence data of her mother's cheating in her father Futoshi's phone and replaced it with a picture of herself giving the middle finger.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: In this story, The Professor had a sister named Rika, who wanted to go to college like her. While the Professor focused on her studies, Rika played around on campus.
  • Forced from Their Home: In "My mother left us for this rich CEO," Ren's mother, who had an affair with a CEO, left the house after divorcing her husband, moved to her lover's house, and kicked his wife out. To twist the knife even further, the man approved of it because the poor woman, named Kanae, was infertile and couldn't give him any sons.

  • Forced Miscarriage: Keita punched his pregnant wife Risa in the stomach before handing divorce papers to "spare her the reality of being a single mother" because he already had a child with his lover on the side two years ago. Thankfully, both she and her baby survived, but she decided to charge him alimony in retaliation.
  • Foreign Exchange Student: Alexi is a Russian exchange student who became Ryuta's friend, and motivated the latter to learn Russian.
  • Formerly Fat:
    • Futoshi became fat due to years of an unhealthy diet. His wife and daughter hated and mocked him for it. Futoshi's wife left him for a more attractive young man. After that he hit the gym and lost weight.
    • Masae Ariki was fat since high school, but when she got into college she lost weight and underwent a makeover. Her sister Tsugumi, on the other hand...
