Player Character
Hello, [Insert Name Here]
Appears in: 3, Super, DI, Survivor, Ai, Survivor 2
The player's avatar in the management simulation games in the franchise, the corporate president and promoter of a fledgling women's wrestling promotion. Starting out with only a small amount of money and a dream, it's up to the player to make the decisions that could make or break his organization. Due to differences in characterization, there appear to be two separate incarnations of this character: One from the Classic series and one from the Survivor series.
Tropes associated with both versions:
- Ambadassador: The player effectively becomes this when brokering deals with foreign promotions. In Survivor 2, the "Cosmopolitan" skill increases the chances of success.
- Audience Surrogate: Exists to be the player's avatar.
- Honest Corporate Executive: He's a good guy who tries to do right by the wrestlers under his employ while keeping the company afloat.
- Magnetic Hero: Though to what degree is largely a Luck-Based Mission. The Survivor president can improve his chances of recruiting new wrestlers with the "Connections" skill in Survivor 2.
Tropes associated with the Classic era President:
- Butt-Monkey: Something of one as he's almost never taken seriously by any of the girls he's trying to recruit.
- The Faceless: Never seen at all in-game.
- Ma'am Shock: He's is called Oji-san by practically every girl he tries to recruit. His irritated responses suggest that he's younger than he looks.
Tropes associated with the Survivor era President:
- Advertising Tropes: The "Marketing Arts" and "Publicity Arts" skills allow him to be a master of these, resulting in higher audience turnout for the former and higher chances of his girls getting offers for photoshoots, record contracts, film deals and Instant Fan Clubs.
- Chaste Hero: For the most part, though he does have a few moments where he slips into being a Chivalrous Pervert.
- Chick Magnet: Oh my yes. Most of the girls he recruits end up at the very least carrying a crush on him, while some others end up going the Clingy Jealous Girl, Stalker with a Crush and Yandere routes...
- Discount Card: Choosing the "Management Arts" skill in Survivor 2 allows the player to reduce all AP costs by 10%.
- First-Person Smartass: His inner monologue can be quite snarky.
- Hidden Eyes: To better help his Audience Surrogate role.
- The Medic: Mild example. The "Seitai Arts" skill enables him to keep his girls from getting injured as easily via (offscreen) massages.
- Mentor Archetype: Taking any of the Coach skills makes him available as a trainer for his wrestlers.
- Rich People: The "Fortune" and "Assets" skills allow the player to be more well off, with the former providing additional starting AP, and the latter bringing in additional funds each month.
- The Social Expert: The "Conversation Arts" skill allows him to more easily scout wrestlers, convince them to switch to his promotion from another and gain favorable results from his conversations with them.
- Undying Loyalty: The "Charisma" skill instills this in his wrestlers, making them less likely to leave the promotion or transfer to another.

- Shonen Hair: In DI
- The Stoic: Mostly, though she does have her moments of emotion.

- Anime Chinese Girl: Averted. She only dresses like one.

- Kick Chick: Her strongest moves are almost always her kicks.
- The Rival: An early game one to the protagonist in V3.
- Token Mini-Moe: Subverted, her relative small size and adorable demeanor in Survivor are clearly meant to evoke this character type, but she's not that small, and there are girls on the roster far younger than she is.

- Good Old Fisticuffs: Strangely averted despite her formal boxing training, as the games have never had much in the way of punching moves. However she does get an abnormally strong version of the basic palm strike (exclusive to her) as her Finishing Move.
- The Stoic: She's generally reserved.
- Sugar-and-Ice Personality: But she can warm up over time.
Satomi Kojima/Scarlet Kojima
Appears in: 3, Special, Super, DI, V3 Survivor, Ai, Survivor 2

- Busman's Holiday: In her vacation event in Survivor, she comes across a beach cafe whose newbie waitress screws up repeatedly. While demonstrating the proper way to do things, the owner spots her and begs her to help out for the day. The President is understandably shocked to find one of his girls waiting tables on what is supposed to be everybody's day off, but exasperatedly tells her to do as she will.
- Buxom Beauty Standard: In her Survivor 2 vacation event, she asks the President what for his opinion about a (rather skimpy) bikini her family's restaurant is considering using as a uniform for a beach expansion of their chain. The first thing he mentions is her large chest, which embarrasses her a lot.
- Fanservice with a Smile: Her family manages a restaurant. Whenever she has free time, she goes back home to help out as a waitress.
- Idol Wrestler: Her charisma and people skills make her a natural fit for this role.
- Lightning Bruiser: She's fast and powerful, but with the caveat that like many power-focused characters, she has a bit of a weakness against submission moves.

- Finishing Move: Lariat, Powerslam
- Amazonian Beauty: Tall and muscular, and with a face that's fairly easy on the eyes.
- Facial Markings: Wears green facepaint markings during matches.
- The Idiot from Osaka: Subverted. She's not exceptionally smart, but the fact that she's very good at dealing with financial matters (another Osakan stereotype) shows that she's not particularly stupid either.
- Massive Numbered Siblings: Indeed, part of her impetus to make it big as a wrestler is so she can help take care of them all.
- Mighty Glacier: Her striking/power offense, strength and endurance stats are all great, but her speed is poor.
- Statuesque Stunner: An imposing figure at roughly 5'11.

The sheltered only daughter of the head of a successful apple plantation, she ran away from home to become a singer in the big city... and somehow ended up taking a pro wrestling admission exam instead, passing with flying colors.
- The Fool: As her bio can attest.
- Formal Characters Use Keigo: She speaks using keigo, as befits her semi Ojou character.
- Lightning Bruiser: Mild version. Her starting striking/power offense is quite good, her defesnes in striking/power and throwing; as well as her strength and endurance are slightly above average and her speed is decent as well. However, her throwing offense and acrobating defense are poor and her submission defense is just bad.
- Mean Character, Nice Actor: Vicious in the ring (her low starting alignment stat makes her a very clear Heel), but kind and sweet outside of it.
- Spoiled Brat: Played with. While given all the love and affection anybody could ask for and grew into a Yamato Nadeshiko, but when given the chance to assert herself in the wrestling world, it becomes clear that she had some buried selfishness and a foul temper.

- BWH: 80/58/81

- Finishing Move: Missle Dropkick
- The Generic Girl: Her only major personality trait was her diligence. The lack of anything else to help her stand out resulted in her not making many return appearances (as of writing).
- Jack of All Stats: Leaning towards Fragile Speedster thanks to her good acrobatic offense. Her only truly bad stat when starting out is her submission defense.
- Nice Girl: She's kind to a fault and throughout her school years practically all of her classmates would come to her for advice.

- Alternate Character Reading: Her given name in 3 and DI is written with kanji that definitely would not be used in a person's actual name. Super uses a different spelling that is read the same way and is much more mundane. It's possible that the Super variant is her real name while the other version is her gang/ring name.
- Badass Biker: Subverted, she only has a scooter license.
- Delinquents: Became one after being spurned by a guy she liked in school, now it makes up most of her public persona.
- Fiery Redhead: In Double Impact; she's blonde with dyed red highlights in 3 and Super.

However, after spending time together and seeing the protagonist in the ring, Daisy warms up to them and drops by to see them off when they get ready to head back to Japan, wishing them well and coming across more as a friendly rival than anything else.
