    The Queen of Broken Hearts
A stuck-up queen who wants everyone to obey her. Her civilian identity is Blossom Utonium, and the akuma is in her crown.
  • Alice Allusion: As the name suggests, she's heavily inspired by the Queen of Hearts design-wise.
  • Brainwashed: She can use her crown to hypnotize people into doing her bidding.
  • Cool Crown: She has one; not only is it the source of her powers, it's also where the akuma butterfly is (having originally been Blossom's bow).
  • God Save Us from the Queen!: An akumatized villain themed around a queen.
  • Mind-Control Eyes: Those under her control have golden eyes.

    Three-Face
An emotional villain seeking to spread his emotions to everyone else. His civilian identity is Ben Tennyson, and the akuma is in his aventurine crystal.
  • Colour-Coded Emotions: He turns green when he's happy, red when angry, and blue when sad.
  • Emotion Bomb: He has the ability to force other people to feel whatever he's feeling.
  • Mood-Swinger: He rapidly shifts between Keet-like happiness, raging anger, and overwrought sadness at the drop of a hat.
  • Power Crystal: The source of his powers (and the location of the akuma) is the crystal on his hand.

    Voodoo
A living voodoo doll who seeks to inflict pain and suffering on others. Her civilian identity is Gwen Tennyson, and the akuma is in her needle.

    Madame Magnolia
A plant-loving villainess who seeks to turn Townsville into her personal jungle. Her civilian identity is Bubbles Utonium, and the akuma is in Octi.

    Lady Cosmos
A raging villainess obsessed with space. Her civilian identity is Juniper Lee, and the akuma is in her hairband.

    Count Widow
A giant, vicious cross between a black widow spider and a vampire. Her civilian identity is Buttercup Utonium, and the akuma is in her blanket.

    Monster Mama
A motherly girl who wants to protect her friends through unorthodox means. Her civilian identity is Julie Yamamoto, and the akuma is in her handbag.
  • '60s Hair: Her hair is styled into a 60's bob cut.
  • Anti-Villain: Her driving goal is protecting her loved ones, but she's still a villain under Hawk Moth's command.
  • Housewife: Her outfit draws on this style, fitting her personality.
  • Incredible Shrinking Man: Her main power is the ability to shrink people down.

    Dr. Destructa
A heartbroken, emotionless, yet destructive dancer. Her civilian identity is Dee Dee, and the akuma is in a photo of her and Dexter.
  • Berserk Button: Dexter belittling her ends up making her mad enough to finally speak.
  • Dance Battler: She creates various chemicals simply by dancing.
  • Emotionless Girl: She's near-completely devoid of emotion.
  • Hollywood Acid: One of the chemicals she can create.
  • The Speechless: She doesn't speak for most of the chapter, at least until Dexter pisses her off.

    Ms DJ
A musical villainess with a fear of growing up. Her civilian identity is Numbuh 5, and the akuma is in her mixing table.
  • Blessed with Suck: While on the surface her powers seem great, Hawk Moth forgets to mention that the age changes come from her (meaning that if she ages someone down, she ages up and vice versa), meaning that by time Ladybug undoes the transformation, she's an old woman. Ms DJ actually tries to undo the transformation upon learning this, but Hawk Moth forces her hand.
  • Brown Note: Anyone that hears her music will either age up or down, depending on her intentions.
  • Fountain of Youth: One of her abilities is to age down anyone that hears her music.
  • Growing Up Sucks: What sparks the transformation.
  • Musical Assassin: Her main weapon is her music.
  • Rapid Aging: Her other ability lets her age up anyone who hears her music.

    Evil Nurse
A sinister nurse hellbent on restoring her Rainbow Monkey collection. Her civilian identity is Numbuh 3, and the akuma is in her Rainbow Monkey doll.
  • Deadly Doctor: She's dressed like a nurse, but unless you're a Rainbow Monkey, she's more likely to kill you than help you.
  • Girls Love Stuffed Animals: Her entire motivation is to fix her Rainbow Monkey toys.
  • Life Drain: She drains mana (life energy) from her victims, then uses that energy to restore her Rainbow Monkeys.

    Edzilla
A monstrous creature fueled by fear. His civilian identity is Ed, and the akuma is in Angus the fish bone.

    Mr. Clean
A villain obsessed with cleanliness. His civilian identity is Edd, and the akuma is in his face mask.
  • Terrified of Germs: What motivates him to clean everything.
  • This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman: His power essentially amounts to "super-cleaning", but since that would include cleaning up the currently-quarantined airport, he suits Hawk Moth's needs just fine.

    Lady Horoscope
A Zodiac-themed villainess. Her civilian identity is Mary Test, and the akuma is in her ring.
  • Adaptational Badass: When she was originally created, Lady Horoscope's powers only transformed people into basic animals and inanimate objects. When she made her debut in the fic, she was buffed so she could turn people into Zodiac sign-based monsters instead.
  • Animal Motifs: Scorpions; her star sign is Scorpio, and her hair is done up to resemble a scorpion's tail.
  • Forced Transformation: She can transform people based on what their Zodiac sign is (e.g. Taurus equals a bull transformation).
  • Western Zodiac: Her powers are themed around the western Zodiac signs.

    Duplicator
A self-duplicating villainess who wishes to ease her loneliness. Her civilian identity is Susan Test, and the akuma is in her calculator.
  • Animal Motif: Rabbits; her costume includes rabbit ears and a tail, which combined with her powers plays off of the phrase "multiplying like rabbits".
  • Me's a Crowd: Her power is making duplicates of herself.

    King of the Skies
A high-flying villain with an interest in the past. His civilian identity is Numbuh 2, and the akuma is in the S.C.A.M.P.E.R. He's also the one akuma to receive the most changes between his initial creation and his appearance in the fic.
  • Adaptational Backstory Change: In the original picture, he got akumatized because he lost a race against The Kid. In the fic, it’s because he lost a video game tournament against Ben.
  • Adaptational Superpower Change: Originally, he had the power to turn everything into rust; in the fic, this is changed to the power to turn anything into an older version of it (e.g. turning a modern-day house into a primitive wooden hut).
  • Anti-Villain: After he gets akumatized, the worst thing he does is try to apply his power to Ooo, simply so he can see what it used to be like.
  • Cool Airship: He rides around in a steampunk-style airship.

    Hotshot
A villain who fights using flaming dodgeballs. His civilian identity is Numbuh 4, and the akuma is in his gloves.
  • Adaptational Backstory Change: In the original picture, he was akumatized after losing a dodgeball competition to his younger brother. In the fic, he was akumatized because he was pissed at Dodgeball Wizard for threatening his younger brother.
  • Knight Templar Big Brother: He doesn't care what he has to do as long as his brother is safe — up to and including destroying the city.
  • Playing with Fire: He attacks using flaming dodgeballs.

    Cashgrab
A greedy greaser with a love of money. His civilian identity is Eddy, and the akuma is in his jacket.
  • Adaptational Badass: Originally, his only power was the ability to control money. When he made his appearance in the fic, he got the additional power to turn people into money.
  • Fatal Flaw: His greed. He willingly gives up and hands over his akuma when Princess offers him $500 to stop.
  • Greaser Delinquents: His design is based on these.
  • Touch of Death: He can turn people into piles of money just by touching them.

    Roi Serpent
A villain who craves the adoration of everyone in Townsville. His civilian identity is Boomer, and the akuma is in his photo.
  • Charm Person: Anyone that looks into his eyes is immediately hypnotized into admiring him.
  • Logical Weakness: His powers work when people look at him, so he's blindsided when attacked by Ben as Wildmutt, an alien that doesn't have eyes.
  • Snake People: He takes the form of a large snake, with two more snakes for arms.
  • Sssssnake Talk: How he speaks.

    Rad Dad
A fatherly villain who wishes to act as a parent to any kid that needs it. His civilian identity is Finn the Human, and the akuma is in his arm.
  • Adaptational Superpower Change: In the original art, it's stated that he can force people to dance uncontrollably. In the fic, this is changed to the ability to make people live out childhood memories.
  • Anti-Villain: His sole goal is to make sure no kid goes without a good paternal figure.
  • Breaking Old Trends: He's the only akuma who doesn't have to Discard and Draw regarding his powers; his prosthetic arm keeps all of its functions even when he's akumatized.
  • Involuntary Dance: In the original art, he can force people around him to dance by fist-pumping.
  • Logical Weakness: His music hypnotizes people into acting out scenarios based on beloved memories with their parents, especially fathers. Naturally, it fails to work on anyone with strained or nonexistent relationships with their parents (e.g. Kevin, whose dad died when he was young).
  • Magic Music: Using the speakers attached to his arm, he can play music that makes people act out fond memories they have. He then powers himself up using the energy created from this.
  • Pungeon Master: He's a dad-themed villain, so naturally he breaks out a few dad joke-caliber puns.
  • Terms of Endangerment: Constantly refers to Kevin as "son" during their fight, much to his annoyance.
  • Totally Radical: If his name didn't tip you off, his design gives off massive "dad trying to be hip with the kids" vibes.

    Queen Carnival
A haughty girl who wants to take her bad mood out on everyone else. Her civilian identity is Princess Morbucks, and the akuma is in her crown.
  • Adaptation Name Change: A minor example; the original artwork spells her name as "Carnaval", but in the fic it's spelled "Carnival".
  • Adaptational Superpower Change: In the original art, her power was the ability to turn people into objects. It's slightly changed in the fic; instead, she traps people inside objects they already have.
  • Cool Crown: It wouldn't be Princess if she didn't have a crown.
  • Dance Battler: She incorporates dance moves into her attacks, and her design overall is based on Brazilian carnival dancers.
  • Feather Flechettes: She can attack people using the feathers on her costume.
  • Forced Transformation: In the original art, she can transform people into inanimate objects.
  • Near-Villain Victory: She manages to trap both Ladybug and Chat Noir within their Miraculouses, and likely would've won had it not been for Chloé's intervention and Gwen finding a workaround on being trapped in her spell book.

    Carmageddon
A pissed-off car cyborg with a grudge against Ben. His civilian identity is Kevin Levin, and the akuma is in his car.
  • Adaptation Name Change: Known as "Voiture" in the concept art.
  • Cyborg: He's essentially a fusion of Kevin and his car.
  • Not Brainwashed: Kevin willingly took the akuma butterfly so that Gwen and Juniper could test their anti-akumatization potion. He also ends up hit with a spell that blocks Hawk Moth's ability to communicate with him, keeping the villain from issuing him orders.
  • Speaks in Binary: The sample quote given on his picture is written in binary. Averted in the fic itself, likely for pragmatic reasons.

    Blackout
A villain who desires nothing but complete and utter silence. His civilian identity is Brick, and the akuma is in his earplugs.
  • Adaptation Name Change: He was called "Silencer" in the original art; the name was changed when an akuma by the same name debuted in Miraculous Ladybug proper.
  • Berserk Button: Noises of any kind, especially loud ones, tend to rile him up.
  • Expy: The author admitted he's a copy of Rainbow the Clown/Mr. Mime (a one-shot Powerpuff Girls villain) in terms of powers.
  • Hero Killer: He actually manages to take out Marinette and Adrien before they can transform, forcing Tikki and Plagg to find temporary holders to take him out.
  • The Speechless: A given for an Akuma based on silent movies.
  • Walking Wasteland: He can drain the color and sound out of anything he touches.

    Rolemorpher
A villainous shapeshifter with a love of acting. Her civilian identity is May Kanker, and the akuma is in her feather boa.
  • Stealth Expert: Hawk Moth created her specifically for stealth, and her shapeshifting lets her easily blend in with crowds.
  • Voluntary Shapeshifter: She can shapeshift into anyone and anything.

    Manicura
A villainess themed after nail polish. Her civilian identity is Marie Kanker, and the akuma is in her nail polish bottle.
  • Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance: Her black top and sparkly miniskirt make her resemble the bottle of nail polish she carries around.
  • Dismantled MacGuffin: The akuma is in her nail polish bottle, but as she only needs the brush, she leaves the main bottle back in the Kankers' trailer. The akuma turns out to be in the main bottle.
  • Excessive Evil Eyeshadow: She wears a lot of eyeshadow and is decidedly villainous.
  • Femme Fatalons: She has these, fittingly for a nail polish-based villain.
  • Mind over Matter: She can telekinetically control her nail polish brush to move it however she wants.
  • The Paralyzer: Her nail polish paralyzes anyone she covers with it.

    Crazy Curls
Her civilian identity is Lee Kanker, and the akuma is in her hair dryer.

    Empoissoneur
His civilian identity is Butch, and the akuma is in his doobie.

    SPOILER CHARACTER

The Scarlet King

A villain with the power to akumatise anyone who’s been akumatised previosuly, regardless of emotion. His civilian identity is HIM.
  • All Your Powers Combined: Gains the powers of every Akuma he creates that the heroes defeat.
  • Call-Forward: His name and scheme is essentially the dry run for Hawk Moth’s Scarlet Moth scheme from “The Heroes’ Day”.
  • Canon Foreigner: Was not part of the original illustrations, and exists to provide the fic with a Final Boss.
  • My Rules Are Not Your Rules: His akumatisation and the the version he inflicts upon others are different to Hawk Moth’s usual methods.
  • Near-Villain Victory: Were it not for Gabriel getting nervous about HIM’s intentions and recalling the Akuma, the heroes of Paris and Townsville would’ve been conclusively defeated.
  • Walking Spoiler: It’s hard to discuss Scarlet King without giving away the end of the story.
