Draco and Harry know all about broom closets at Hogwarts. Also Hermione. And Snape.
Hermione had changed over the summer. Explanation For years, Harry Potter fanfiction authors would find it necessary to make Hermione "more attractive", with almost an exact duplicate of these lines used somewhere along the way. This was so prevalent that even Saturday Night Live mocked it.
She had curves in all the right places.
Her hair was no longer bushy, but curled perfectly and gleamed in the sun.
Pepper jack cheese. Explanation Stems from a fanfic where the author had Hermione Granger eat pepper jack cheese because, as stated in an author's note, it was the author's favorite type. The phrase is commonly used to refer to any case where characters conveniently like what the author likes.
Similarly, in the Russian fandom: "Hermione's Pioneer upbringing". Explanation This refers to local authors inexplicably giving the Harry Potter cast Russian and Soviet backgrounds, or having them make references to Russian and Soviet culture. Since Hermione has the least fleshed-out backstory out of the Golden Trio, she is the most frequent victim of this. Examples include having her grow up as a member of the Soviet Union Pioneer Organization, comparing Fred and George to popular kids' TV show hosts Khryusha and Stepashka, and acting nostalgic about Leonid Brezhnev.
FUNNIFICATION IS NOT A WORD MOONY. Explanation From The Shoebox Project, a Harry Potter fanfic that is probably the most famous and critically acclaimed slashfic ever.

42 INCH PENISExplanation One person discovered a porn fic in which one of the characters wielded a 42 inch penis (which is a bit over a meter), and decided to share this discovery with the internet. Cue people joking that it's long enough to get on theme park rides by itself, along with references to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (because it was 42 inches). It's generally believed that the ridiculous sizes are due to the author forgetting to convert centimeters to inches, though 42 cm (roughly 16.5 inches) is still incredibly big.
No, John. You are the demons Explanation A legendary Cruel Twist Ending that propelled an insignificant drabble into internet stardom. May even be the very first fanfiction meme.
Kink Memes are a spawning ground for these, especially those that go on for more than one round. The Ace Attorney one in particular (located here, with over 30 parts) has generated piles of fanon, including a fic (and sequels) with Phoenix being the prince of Lithuania AND moonlighting as a porn star with the stage name "Earl Zach", original characters (the most well known/popular being Hannah, Edgeworth's much put-upon secretary), an in-universe online RPF archive called "Lawyers in Love" and more besides.
Hrm, Half-Life: Full Life Consequences hasn't been mentioned. Why not? BECAUSE YOU ARE HEADCRAB ZOMBIE. Explanation Another legendarily terrible fanfiction that spawned endless memes, this one actually spawned more from the animated version instead of the original text.
ORIGINALCHARACTER/IDEA!DONOTSTEAL! Explanation A standard disclaimer at the beginning of a lot of the worst fanfics, especially those lacking in any originality, and a very good indicator of Unwarranted Self-Importance.

Rude Person, the traditional Kirk/Spock Slash Fic plot parodied in different dialects.
Speaking of Kirk/Spock, thanks to the legendary and infamous "Closer" video, "Closer" is now the unofficial theme song for "Amok Time", has been played at several non-slash Trek conventions, and has spawned about a hundred copy-cat videos for different fandoms.
The Discworld has its witches, following the demise of the legendary Granny Weatherwax, reverencing her memory with the phrase MayhersoulhavemercyontheGods, Word of God is that the author was surprised to see this cropping up in quite a few unexpected corners of the Internet.
"NOBODIES DO NOT HAVE HEARTS."note Before Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance], one could expect to see this shouted in a review of any Kingdom Hearts badfic that featured the surprisingly-common "Nobody with a heart" trait show up. When it was revealed that Nobodies do, in fact, have hearts, it became a Discredited Meme.
CHARD MONSTER!!!note When Zuko confronts Mai over hiding Katara's letters and preventing him from learning about Katara becoming pregnant with his illegitimate son and ultimately miscarrying him, Mai calls Zuko this, which is supposed to be a reference to his burn scar on his face, and he treats it as a grievous insult. This is one of the many, many Rouge Angles of Satin mistakes in the story, and is the best known one.
The Emiya ClanExplanation Fans of GB's In Flight created a Harem badass Clan with Shirou having 24 wives, and 27 children, along with Honorary Uncle and King of Nannies Gilgamesh, in a single generation. Needless to say, whenever they appear, it'll be crowded.
THAT'SBULLSHIT!(eeps, covers mouth)Explanation Hinata learns that Naruto didn't get the It Gets Easier speech from the Ninja Academy's psychological advisor, but was cruelly dismissed as a monster who'd enjoy killing (this happened after Naruto's first kill during a mission). You're one of them. Explanation The phrase used by any Manchurian Agent of Pokextinction when they see a transformee.
Hawaiian pizza! Explanation The joke canon series Just Another Story took nothing seriously, especially not its protagonist's Trademark Favorite Food.
The Chosen series. Explanation A series titled Chosen is widely regarded by everyone, including its own author, as a shining example of how not to do it. Not mentioning the series has almost become a running joke in and of itself.
(character) was not a hero to us all. Explanation A Running Gag from the popular Things Not To Do In A Pokeumans Base post. The first example was Magneto.

Cheesegraters. Explanation When William Bootle (a distant relation to a beloved Northern lord who had killed said lord, falsely claimed to be the heir, stole everything and set up said lord's daughter and true heir to make her prostitute herself) was captured, a reader suggested he should be killed by cheesegrater. The suggestion was so over the top that it began to be used when the punishment of an evil character was discussed, or even just for general silliness between story posts. Not even the author's attempts to put this meme down worked. It has now reached the point where the fact that the meme won't die is itself a meme.
He/She/It/You went Full Cheesegrater. Never go Full Cheesegrater. Explanation Ever since the original cheesegrater suggestion, some AH.com members have used the phrase "going Full Cheesegrater" to reference uncharacteristically brutal, gory, or sadistic moments or incidents, such as Edmure Tully smashing in Black Walder's face with a rock.
