Overdeities

    Tabuu
Tabuu, God of Silent Villains
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tabuu_trophy.png
  • Overdeity. Greater God when his wings are injured.
  • Symbol: The Subspace Emblem
  • Theme Music: Subspace, Subspace Ver. 2, Subspace Ver. 3, Subspace Emissary Boss Battle Theme 2
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil or Lawful Evil.
  • Portfolio: Silent Villains, Doesn’t Screw Around, Dimension Lords, SNK Bosses, One Hit Kills, Eye Beams, Villains concealed behind other villains, voiceless villains, totally unforeshadowed villains, Reality Warper
  • Domains: Silence, Subspace, Destruction, Power
  • Heralds: The Subspace Army
  • Followers: Murmur, The Captain, The Gentlemen, Combustion Man
  • Allies: Porky Minch, YHVH, Omega, Brainiac, Polygon Man, The Death Busters (More specifically, their leader, Pharaoh 90), Bill Cipher, Typhon, The Heartless
  • Rival: Yapool
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork with: The other Nintendo villains
  • Enemies:
  • Feared by: Yuuki Terumi
  • The manifestation of the plane of Subspace, which he has total control over, but cannot leave "himself". Though initially considered the God of Subspace, subspace isn't a trope in itself and was later changed to Silent Antagonist instead. He's still involved with his old house however due to his dimension-warping abilities.
  • Once attempted to pull the world of the mortals into his own domain in order to expand his influence. His plans involved bombs and Cool Ships that weaponized spacetime. This resulted in the death of Master Hand (who came back) and the awakening of Mr. Game & Watch to his godly powers. He was eventually beaten back in an Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny after being weakened by Sonic. Tabuu remains quite angered by this humiliation and plots his next move.
  • Tabuu is believed to be some sort of symbolic entity. If Master and Crazy Hand represent the creativity of a child, Tabuu is the part of the child who feels he/she must "grow up" and stop playing with his/her toys. That, or the father who's sick of his kids' playtime. He isn't telling.
  • Rumors began to spread that he was part of Galeem's forces during the World of Light incident after Galleom, a mechanical warmonger built by his army, was spotted as one of the light god's lieutenants. Turns out, Tabuu was found by the fighters as just a mere spirit amongst many in the realm of Galeem's counterpart, Dharkon. This has given him great resentment against Galeem for stealing from him and being turned into a spirit, nor does he think high of Dharkon as he controlled him.
  • Tabuu is highly dreaded throughout the Pantheon for notable reasons. His silence makes it hard to know if he is planning something or not, he has an entire army of minions (some more infuriating than others), is capable of being The Man Behind the Man while not talking at all and can instantly wipe out entire armies with his most powerful attack. His Off-Waves.
  • Is a powerful Reality Warper, though is unable to leave Subspace and because of this he has to pull parts of the outside world into his realm in order to gain dominion over them. If he ever finds a way to leave subspace, he would become much harder to stop.
  • Actively seeks more pawns to control and manipulate. He has his eyes set on authority figures similar to what he did to Master Hand so he can gain unwitting soldiers without much problem due to their loyalties to who he controls and manipulates. He has a massive interest in one particular Goddess...and due to who he is, she has no idea of what Tabuu is planning.
    • Knowing he is physically stronger than Cosmos, Tabuu plans on having his armies lure her into Subspace so he can gain control over her like he did with Master Hand. He also seeks to take out members of the GUAG one by one and replace them with duplicates using his Shadow Bugs.
  • He has been working with YHVH to destroy Lucifer as Tabuu sees him as a great threat to the world of trophies he so desires. YHVH sees great potential in his power to One-Hit Kill many, even when weakened, but is disappointed that he won’t join the Grand United Alliance of Law due to Galeem being a member. Frighteningly enough, they get along like a house on fire otherwise, with YHVH even planning to let Tabuu create loyal replicas of GUAC members using Shadow Bugs once they are incapacitated to add to their forces before subverting the will of the real ones himself. It helps that Tabuu and his armies have been supplying the GUAL with Dark Cannons.
  • Sympathizes with Bill Cipher and Pharaoh 90 for their similar situations. While Tabuu is much closer to Law than he is Chaos, he’ll take what he can get. He believes Bill Cipher’s Weirdmageddon to be a ticket out of Subspace and desires to continue his plans for a world of trophies even if it happens. To do this, he wants to turn Bill and his Henchmaniacs into trophies after he is freed by Weirdmageddon and make loyal replicas of them using his Shadow Bugs.
  • Enemies with all of the Heroic Ultramen as his plan of turning everyone into trophies happens to be very similar to that of one of their foes. He was very pissed with their interference against him and wants to give every single one of them A Fate Worse Than Death. He tried using his armies to get the attention of Yapool with the intention of creating an alliance against the Ultras, but they became rivals instead as they caught him and his Choju just as they were about to launch an attack on them. However, Yapool is interested in Tabuu’s Subspace due to how dark it is there.
  • Yuuki Terumi started to become afraid of him after he and a group of other Trolls taunted Tabuu about his inability to leave Subspace on his own, only for him to send endless waves of his minions led by another Galleom that he had built by his allies as Galeem had taken control of the original. They were dragged into Subspace and eventually they were recovered by the Grand United Alliance of Evil after dark duplicates of them were killed. They refused to talk about what happened.
  • Interestingly enough, Porky Minch has appeared to serve as one of his generals during the Subspace incident. Worryingly enough, they remain on good terms in the Pantheon and even worse, one of Porky’s heralds, Fassad, frequently makes trips to Subspace to deliver technology for Tabuu and his armies to use.

Greater Gods

    Lord Dominator
Lord Dominator, Goddess of Evil With Bad Tastes In Jokes
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lord_dominator_32.jpg
  • Overdeity with her ship, Greater God with her suit. After her defeat is now just a Demigod.
  • Symbol: Her lava heart.
  • Theme Song: Dominator Theme Demo, I'm the Bad Guy
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: The better Lord Hater, Lost without a cause after destroying the galaxy, Season 2's Arc Villain, Enjoying her role as villain, Dark Action Girl, does not understand friendship even though she may hate loneliness, schadenfreude personified, Psychopathic Womanchild, Ultimately getting defeated and emotionally drained as her entire ship and army is destroyed much to her dismay
  • Domains: Lava, Ice, Destruction, Tasteless Jokes.
  • Allies (she calls them by any other name other than friends): The Grand United Alliance of Destruction, The Grand United Alliance of Evil, Crow (at least until he betrays her for her airship), The Lich, Dark Danny, Bill Cipher, Evolto
  • Rivals: Junko Enoshima, Azula, Zaheer, XANA
  • Enemies: Besides from anyone who tries to befriend her... the majority of deities within the Pantheon, biggest notes going to Lord Hater and Commander Peepers, Wander, Sylvia, Chou Chou, Discord, The Miser Brothers, Madoka Kaname and the Magical Girl Sisterhood, most noticeably Homura Akemi, Bowser and Bowser Jr., Samurai Jack, Ashi, Danny Phantom and his allies, Randall Ross and the Grand United Alliance of Machines
  • Opposes: The House of Nature for their flowers with pollen that give her allergies, Voltaire for leaving her without a answer on how to get other people to stop using her song, and Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider and Sans for their Karmic based powers. In terms of being too pathetic of villains for her to consider a threat, there's Plankton, Jack Splicer and Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz
  • Interested in: House of Fire and Heat, Aku
  • While the GUAD has been on a hot streak striking fear into the Pantheon's hearts thanks to a new ally in the form of The Shadow Monster, they were quickly annoyed to find out that the Pantheon was quick to react and form response teams dedicated to keeping The Shadow Monster at bay, including villainous deities as well. Quickly, Nekron devised a plan, ascend one more powerful deity that wants the destruction of everything in life and have their ascension become a surprise, causing the Pantheon to be thrown into a panic, and during this mess, finally, get the Shadow Monster to spread his influence across the Pantheon. Having heard of someone from Wander's tales of being a planet destroying, destruction loving villain to the point that she laughs at dark, tasteless jokes, Nekron immediately sent her an invitation to join the Pantheon. Unfortunately, there were several problems with her ascension...
  • She was furious to find out that Lord Hater was here, considering how he was the key factor in her downfall. He has made it no secret that he is still pissed at her and is plotting on ensuring that she never comes back into power, even teaming up with Sylvia and even Wander should it come to it. Sylvia and Commander Peepers are on the same page when it comes to her. Wander however still believes that she can be reformed, believing that her evil tendencies are just because she's lonely. He still visits her temple to give her fruit baskets. She only accepts them because she's hungry, and not because they're friends. Sylvia helps escort Wander over there to ensure he's still safe and to see Dominator's slowly increasing rage with him.
  • Her creator defined her as the personification of Schadenfreude, and it shows. Wander decided to introduce her to Madoka, due to how they have both experienced a similar fall from grace after they both got depowered.
  • Everyone thought Lord Dominator and Junko would happily team up to cause mayhem, but this was as far away from the truth as possible. They did talk, but it was at first for Junko to try and find out Wander's weaknesses and how to break his spirits. This led to Lord Dominator confess that she has no idea on how to get him to stop believing in people. Even after destroying nearly the entire galaxy, he still wanted to befriend her. While dissatisfied with her answer, she then inquired on how she spread despair across the galaxy. This only led into a debate with Junko arguing that destroying planets is too cheap and not personal enough to truly break the spirits of people, while Lord Dominator said that while causing people to cry is enjoyable, planet destroying was the fastest way to do so. They left the conversation with a mixed opinion of each other, planning on proving their despair spreading way as the best way.
  • She was surprised to not only see someone conquering planets but still be considered a hero, even if they were within the House of Villainy. Regardless, Lord Dominator quickly grew annoyed and peeved at the girl for using her powers for good. The feeling is mutual, as Chou Chou doesn't want Lord Dominator to destroy any of her planets.
  • She got offered a partnership from Crow to help her build a new airship, especially after hearing of how awesome of a theme song she had sung for herself. After looking over and reviewing of his reputation, she decided to accept his offer, if only he was to do it for a fourth of his usual price. He agreed to the terms, saying how this ship would be even more powerful than their old ships combined, and how he would never leave a fellow villain out to suffer. He plans on backstabbing and ditching her once the ship is done and use it for himself. He is just as disturbed by her as anyone else, and is only keeping this alliance up just to ensure the ship would be stronger than his old airship.
    • On the topic of her song, while she was impressed to see how popular it was, she quickly grew peeved with seeing it used everywhere within the House of Villainy, as she only sang it to get Wander and Hater to leave her alone with any ideas of dating her. She reached out to Voltaire, who experienced a similar problem with his songs being used by them, and his response boiled down to "It's your problem now, sucker."
  • Has gotten interested in the Miser Brothers, believing they hold a secret to how she can recreate her lava suit and army, theorizing that Heat Miser has some Volcanium X inside of him and his powers, while Snow Miser has some Frostonium she can use to regain her ice abilities. The brothers are however more than savvy enough to be aware of her, and would happily team up just to drive her away. She is currently toying with the idea of sending in more powerful villains to help her attempt to harness their powers.
    • Has also taken notice of the House of Fire and Heat, trying to see if there were any maligned deities who would help her regain her lava powers. Unfortunately, there were very few deities that shared her same interest and were willing to help her. She could only get approval from Ragnaros and Brand, and even than the good deities of the house would have collectively banned her from entering again. While she is smart enough to avoid any extra conflict, she is plotting the downfall of Ghost Rider, given how he was the biggest threat to her thanks to his Penance Stare, and she had more than a few misdeeds under her name.
      • She also has Sans on her hit list, given on how he not only has those same karmic powers, but also due to him constantly mocking and poking fun at her whenever they cross paths, ranging from effortlessly dodging her attacks and causing her to suffer for underestimating him, to simply pranking her with hot dog stacking and somehow managing to sneak on whoopee cushions on her shoes.
  • Upon finding out about Bowser's castle and his infamy for lava always surrounding it, she decided to investigate with a couple of weapons she borrowed from the GUAD to try and drain the lava for her own use. Bowser Jr was the first one to spot and notice her, going up to her to personally confront her about what she was doing, to which her response was to knock him into the lava. Suddenly, she found the shadow of the Koopa King quickly covering her, not happy at all with what he saw. Quickly grabbing and tossing her aside from her tools, he rescued his son from the lava before crushing the borrowed weapons Lord Dominator had brought with her. He then drove her away from his temple before launching countless fireballs from his mouth, and she has since sworn vengeance against the duo.
  • As a cartoon villain, she has brushed elbows with other cartoon villains...
    • She found great distaste in Jack Spicer and Plankton, both of which who think that destroying galaxies for fun may be taking things too far. She is in turn disgusted by them sometimes being flat out friendly with their enemies. At least she can safely say they aren't a threat to her...sometimes. Father was also someone who she was disgusted with, even spelling out how his downfall came to be. The only problem was, he still had some fire left in him, and after forcing her out of his temple, has been plotting to come back up to the main Pantheon to continue opposing her.
    • Lord Dominator was flat out turned off by Heinz suggesting that performing a Heel–Face Turn may not be a bad idea, as it worked out great for him. She since evaded him, screaming that she is not here to make friends.
    • She thought she could at least gain a partnership with Azula and Zaheer, laughing over how Zaheer poisoned Korra and bonding over how they have fire-based powers. She was shocked when they simply decided that she was a waste of time and not only declined a partnership, but also called her a destructive megalomaniac before storming off.
    • Upon seeing how destructive XANA's natural disaster attacks are, she quickly petitioned for an alliance with him to see how powerful XANA could be. The machine responded by possessing her and during the transforming process, managed to recreate her suit to place back onto her. Several deities who watched this for a second quickly realized this could quickly grow bad. Fortunately, Lord Hater was nearby when he heard the commotion, and after muscling his way in and seeing her suit, he quickly grew with green lightning that shined from all around him. He overwhelmed Lord Dominator enough to be told of the tower possessing her and zapping it...only to just recharge the suit and piss off XANA. The entire population of the House of Machinery and Technology were forced to band together and aid in destroying the suit and tower.
      • Hater and Peepers would than later seek out XANA to ask about his motives, only to be told that he was trying to recreate her in his image as he was the most powerful deity he seen here by far. Of course, this is just a lie to win his favor so he would give XANA access to his own weaponry when Hater least expects it. Peepers could only facepalm as Hater bought this, realizing he would need some help from other deities, namely Sylvia, to stop Hater from forking over his armory to XANA.
      • Later, XANA would run a background of Lord Dominator's history with her robot minions, and the results to him are less than impressive. He quickly informed the GUAM about it and they have placed Lord Dominator at the top of their hit list should she ever get her powers back, and XANA has sworn off possessing her ever again, not only because he recognized how bad it would be if she gained free control of her body and her suit, but also because he just hated using the same scheme twice.
    • That said, she still gained some new partners from the search. She ended up being approved by the Lich for her destructive nature but still wants her to keep the laughter down a bit. Not because he's horrified she's enjoying it, it's because it gets grating fast. She doesn't have that problem with Dark Danny although, even sometimes going down to the town to cause some damage while chortling. Of course, this just puts her on the radar of all of Danny Phantom's allies to come together to help stop them.
    • Lastly, she was greatly disappointed to hear that Aku, who had the same kind of humor as her and was also very powerful by himself, was dead. Even if he preferred misery over death, she thought they could still be great allies. She has started to take her role within the GUAE more seriously to help restore him. Jack and Ashi plan to thwart her at every possible step.
    • For now, she can at least have fun laughing at the expense of other deities with Bill Cipher, who may find the GUAD boring, but would at least give her a spaceship should he get another chance to bring forth "Weirdmageddon". He has yet to tell her said ship would be alive and would likely swallow her whole once she stepped foot inside it.
  • "That... was... Amazing! *chuckle* They were all like, 'What, who was this guy!?' Ha! Then I was like, serious, then I was all, 'HURAAGH!' And then the lava was, 'whoosh', and they were all, 'AAAHH! NOO! WHYY!?' *chortle* What a bunch of dorks. This is going to be... Fun!"

Intermediate Gods

    Hoyt Volker
Hoyt Volker, God of Fake Politeness
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/FarCry3_Hoyt_v01_5047.jpg
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His golden necklace and platinum watch
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Turned Vaas into what he is today, leader of a ruthless legion of mercenaries, A big fan of Wagnerian orchestra, quick to yell mid sentence, sex trafficker, people are more afraid of him then Vaas, extremely evil sociopath from Johannesburg
  • Domains: Money, Rage, Chaos, Guns, Leadership
  • Allies: Vaas Montenegro, Albedo Piazzolla, Monsoon, Bambi "Buck" Hughes, Gideon Graves, Nui Harime, M. Bison, Sundowner, Mistral, Diavolo, Vic Vega, The Joker, Dolores Umbridge, Ragyo Kiryuin, Angus Bumby
  • Enemies: Jason Brody, Satoko Houjou, Near, Raiden, Herr Doktor Tenma, Madoka Kaname, Homura Akemi, Sayaka Miki, Kenshiro, Isaac Clarke, the GUAG Chick Magnet Quartet (especially Hayate Ayasaki), Seth Rollins, Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Black Widow, Mitsuzane Kureshima/Kamen Rider Ryugen, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose
  • A drug and human trafficking kingpin who seemed to be the human avatar of all the evil on the mysterious Rook Island, Hoyt Volker was the only person that Vaas Montenegro has ever given true loyalty to. Furthermore, he was also the only person the island's inhabitants and captives feared more than Vaas, as many would say he is 'Armageddon' in comparison to the mad pirate captain. Along with Vaas and hired gun Buck Hughes, who were all killed and had their evil stopped by a tripped-out Jason Brody, they each found themselves guided into the Pantheon through a special path of hell, born from Vaas' hallucinating mind.
  • He likes to present himself as a polite and calm man. He also will blow up a boat to show his anger towards his subordinates.
  • If "Ride of the Valkyries" is playing in his quarters, odds are that someone's going to blow up in not too long.
    • On that note, he prefers European songs. He thinks that American pieces are too "bombastic".
  • Has three simple rules for his allies to ensure that they have a good and happy relationship:
Company Rule 1: Protect his product. If they want to make sure it works they can do so but be gentle.
Company Rule 2: Kill any meddlers on sight. That includes Vaas's enemies.
Company Rule 3: All profits go to him; Money is all that matters. Anything else is theirs.
    • If they follow these rules, Hoyt will stay happy. If they break these rules, Hoyt will throw them in a furnace.
  • Hoyt likes to play card games with several others. Those who do, however, are advised not to cheat. Or to be attempting a double-cross of some sort. If he finds out, he'll personally Mind Rape them.
Hoyt: Whoever you are, your name slipped my mind. HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK I AM?!
  • Is irritated at the new meddlers trying to ruin his life's work, though he firmly believes that what he does is universal, and, while they have ruined one area of his operations, they can never truly stop him.
  • Everything that Vaas has done in the Pantheon is under his orders.
  • Has struck an alliance with Diavolo, though he's rather pissed about not being able to meet him.
  • Brody, along with Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Seth Rollins, a housemate who was already on thin ice with the Villainous gods, recently ruined a shipment of pirates and slaves he had planned to bring into the Pantheon under the status of Vaas' heralds to sell their services to members of both his henchmen's sub-houses to net a profit. For revenge, he led Vaas and Buck in kidnapping Rollins with the hopes of torturing and killing him to scare others meddlers from messing with his enterprises. But then Seth's friends came back with that Kamen Rider Ryugen as well as Rollins' Shield mates Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns to stop that plan from happening, and shortly thereafter Rollins was moved out into another wing of Ryugen's house so he can't easily get at him anymore. Needless to say, Volker is so pissed he's currently blowing up villages.

    M. Bison
Master Bison, God of Indifference in Villainy (Lord Bison, Vega-sama, Dictator, Ruler of Darkness, Never-Ending Nightmare, Emperor of Evil)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mbison_sfv.png
  • Intermediate God (Greater God, and possibly Overdeity, as Final Bison)
  • Symbols: The Shadaloo Logo (a Winged Skull with a Lightning Bolt Insignia on its forehead)
  • Theme Music: M. Bison Stage (CPS1 base)
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: Flung Clothing, Game-Breaker Psychic Powers, SNK Boss, Equal-Opportunity Evil Employer, Magnificent Bastard, Large Ham, Memetic Mutation, Having Been There and Done That, His V-Trigger: Psycho Power, Complete Monster
  • Domains: Evil, Retribution, Tyranny, Wrath.
  • Herald: JP (his former financier)
  • Allies
  • Rivals: Urien, Gill, Kolin, Ermac
  • On speaking terms with: Daniel Bryan, Gomez Addams
  • Enemies:
  • Opposed by: Kurapika, X, Zero, Morticia Addams
  • Sitcom Archnemeses: The Nostalgia Critic, Chuggaaconroy of The Runaway Guys
  • The day Bison flew into the Heavens was immediately declared a national holiday in 17 different countries. But for Him, it was...Tuesday. He believes evil is delicious, and will enthusiastically approve something that he likes twice. Many refuse to acknowledge his Godhood, but he always tells them to keep to their own Gods, in fact it may be a good time to pray for them. For he beheld Satan as the latter FELL FROM HEAVEN!! LIKE LIIIIIIGHTNIIIIIIINNNGGG!!! And whenever someone shouts the phrase You Killed My Father, if said father was REALLY killed by him (he's not the killer of every father, he admits), his reply is this:
Bison: Yes, Yes. I killed your father. What is it with you (insert species here) anyway? I killed my father too, and you don't see me whining about it.
    • Long story short, the dictator known as Master Bison (Lord Vega to Japanese mortals) has no clear backstory, no sympathetic viewpoint-breaking event that sparked or triggered him into becoming who he is. What is known about his past is that Bison was imbued with an innate understanding of Soul Power, a spiritual energy that changes mental power into physical power similar to ki, and later taught that understanding to an Italian soothsayer. At some point though, he had excised all the good within himself, causing his Soul Power to become corrupted into Psycho Power. He also became the ruler of a multinational organization called Shadaloo, which is equal parts megacorporation, private military, and crime syndicate. Their list of atrocities is long and terrible, their martial might is great, and their biogenetic research and development is advanced enough to create at least 28 clone human bodies (26 male and 2 female) capable of storing Bison's own consciousness and Psycho Power. He is both an international wanted criminal and a world leader at the exact same time.
    • Aside from the amount of fighters in his world that absolutely hate him after having run afoul of his organization, which is damn near everyone save for most of those he's employed and some of those he's struck strategic alliances with, his evil was so notorious that during the early days of the Pantheon he was brought in to reign as the God of Terror, until the appearance of both Thaal Sinestro and later Diablo. Bison made a mistake that he did not groom his terror well enough, causing the two to eventually band and destroy his old temple. Thankfully for Bison, a lot of information regarding his approach to life can be gleaned through memes stemming from his vigorous flair and pride in his villainy, allowing him to already commission a second temple beforehand. Thus, he simply moved here... on Tuesday. Now he can resume his ambition to both perfect his Psycho Power and, you guessed it, Take Over the World.
    OF COURSE!!!
  • Loves to tease the Nostalgia Critic whenever the Critic mentions that someone else is attempting to Take Over the World. "Of course!", none can attempt it with as much style and flair as Bison, although the Dictator does respect the Critic's choice of clothing during his takeover of Molossia. He also occasionally gets into epic Yes/No standoff with Chuggaconroy. So far, the only thing that can put an end to these shouting matches is either Chuggaa being pulled away by his fellow Runaway Guys ProtonJon and NintendoCapriSun before he loses his voice, or Bryan Danielson stepping in and doing his own Big "YES!" or Big "NO!", effectively declaring a winner. While Bryan claims his inspiration for this came from an MMA fighter, he is recognized as a former follower and Bison has approached Bryan and engaged him on decent terms. Thus, whenever Bryan gives into his arrogance about his wrestling skills and turns heel in the ring, many in the Pantheon glare toward Bison or his temple.
  • Is considered by the Pantheon to be the Lawful Evil counterpart to Shao Kahn's Chaotic Evil. The first time the konqueror and the emperor met was not in the confines of the Pantheon (Shao was not ascended at the time), but when they were both brought to an engineered battle dimension to compete in an epic fight against one another. It ended up with Shao Khan absorbing his soul (albeit only a piece of it, but Kahn managed to keep that piece after exiting, which weakened Bison's body significantly). Thankfully, Bison has had that experience before against Akuma, thus before the epic clash, he stored some 'backup bodies and consciousness' and had his followers transfer him into one, allowing him to retain his spot in the Pantheon and plot revenge in case Shao Kahn makes it to the Pantheon proper.
    • However, it has been revealed in an alternate universe he and Shao Kahn teamed up after the battle and worked together to defeat their mortal enemies and eventually conquer the world and the Pantheon. Bison admits it would have been an interesting way for it to end. With Kahn's accession to the Pantheon, Bison managed to steal back his soul from him with a surprise attack. Despite this, the two get along surprisingly well. Some still believe they intend to work together to conquer the Pantheon. One person involved who Bison has no respect for, though is Boomstick, after the cowboy compared him to Captain Planet, complete with song. Aside from how nauseating he finds the idea, this also got him on the radar of the blue hero of the Planeteers, creating another nuisance to his plans.
  • He seems to always be looking for someone who can be a successor to his will and Psycho Power. Whether that be creating clone bodies (and trying to subjugate any of them who may claim their own souls, as Cammy White and Abel can attest to rather well), capturing people (including children!) and trying to run experiments on them (see Juli and Juni, the rest of the Dolls, Ed and Falke, etc.), or even attempting to plant some of his own power into World Warrior contestants, what's clear is that he will stop at nothing to live on and rule the world even past his physical expiry. His prime target for the latter strategy seems to be Ryu, though Ken Masters, Charlie Nash, and Dee Jay have also caught his attention in that regard.
  • Whenever he encounters Gomez and Morticia Addams he finds himself weirded out at the fact that he actually shares a deceased avatar with the strange wealthy boyish patriarch, that being the late Raúl Juliá who's responsible for many of Bison's own memes. Furthermore Gomez would always try to go on about the beauty of love or some other nonsense, as if trying to inspire Bison to find a lady or do something good. Sometimes Bison plays along and relays details of a recent fight as a "date", "friendly chat", "business meeting", etc., depending on who it is, while praising a quality that they showed in said fight. Other times he doesn't entertain it.
    • Morticia, however, is far less trusting towards Bison. She once took him aside when they saw each other alone and calmly "advised" him that it would be very unwise for his organization to try and capture any of her children. With Tranquil Fury, Bison grabbed her by the neck in an attempt to subdue her; she subsequently took him by surprise by using some rather skillful judo to throw him to the ground, then planting her heel straight on his chest. Just as he was about to take her seriously and use Psycho Power against her, she took her foot off of him and suggested they pretend this didn't happen. While he's not convinced any of the Addams could kill him, Bison would not underestimate their ability to disrupt Shadaloo's Pantheonic operations due to their money, interests, connections, and almost supernatural personal competence. As such he did not further engage, quietly abiding Morticia's terms.
  • As a proud Card-Carrying Villain, Bison gets along very well with Master Xehanort and Eobard Thawne, especially since all their talents can help each other and none of their ambitions clash with one another. In fact Xehanort's goals involving Darkness are seen by the others as potentially beneficial to both Bison's Psycho Power and Professor Zoom's Negative Speed Force. Xehanort has yet to speak with Bison and Thawne since his true motives were revealed to be a Start X to Stop X type of crusade to manipulate darkness and false light towards their own elimination via the remaking of the whole world. However, Bison believes Xehanort will find his way back to the side of evil due to his arrogance and ambitions, not to mention that even if he was successful, Xehanort's own egotistical heart would corrupt the new-old world and it would still have false light and true darkness within it. The fact that all the Pantheon's heroes refuse to accept Xehanort's motives as any sort of excuse for the exact same reasons, as well as the rumblings of schemes involving him and Polygon Man, give Bison even more confidence in this assessment.
    • The same cannot be said for Bison and Sigma, a fellow member of the Capcom multiverse who like him turned to villainy, became the terror of his world, and developed many ways to come back from supposed death. Despite their stark similarities, what Bison intends to achieve for himself (the ultimate power, ruling the world, etc.), Sigma wants to achieve for himself and his fellow Reploids, and no proper dictator has the time for that. Still, the Maverick Hunters X and Zero have been tipped off by the resurrected Nash and are absolutely NOT taking any chances that these two might still decide at some point to band together.
  • His finest scheme in the Street Fighter world came in the form of Operation C.H.A.I.N.S, conducted by his newly-enlisted Number Two, F.A.N.G, the sole survivor of the Nguuhao cartel's failed attempt to assassinate him. When Bison sought to activate artificial orbiting devices called Black Moons which would both shut down the world's electrical grid and transfer the resulting negative energy of the people into Psycho Power for himself, the plan set off the alarms of both the Kanzuki Zaibatsu and the Illuminati, whose various schemes culminated in many warriors being brought together by circumstance to destroy Shadaloo. Guile, Chun-Li, Cammy White, Charlie Nash, Juri Han, were all among these warriors, some more cooperative with the rest than others, but the task of Bison's defeat went to none other than Ryu. Fresh off his initial mastery of the Power of Nothingness, the Eternal Challenger headed to the Lair of the Four Kings, confronting Bison right after Nash had sacrificed himself absorbing a sizable chunk of Bison's Psycho Power from the Black Moons. In the fated showdown, one Mu no Ken-infused Hadoken later, the Dictator's body cracked and collapsed as he laughed, accepting defeat. However, even with his physical death and the fall of Shadaloo, Bison's threat is far from over. His Psycho Power still roams his world, he still has backup bodies in the Pantheon, and if the man called JP* is any indication, the successor he'd been looking for may have been the one he took the least effort to alter...
  • Because F.A.N.G, his replacement for Sagat in Shadaloo's Four Heavenly Kings quartet, hadn't been ascended to the Pantheon yet at the time, Bison sought out a temporary replacement and happened upon Coco, a similarly-trained Poisonous Person who also happened to be part of a Four Heavenly Kings. Coco, being a good person who doesn't want to be used for evil, rejected Bison out of hand. Bison, however, insists he will have Coco work for Shadaloo or die. Naturally, the two Four Kings groups are entirely at odds. Later, Bison succeeded in facilitating F.A.N.G's ascension, which only exacerbated that feud as well as the opposition of Rashid (whose friend was killed gruesomely by the poisonous assassin), Chun-Li (who first met her adopted daughter rescuing her from F.A.N.G and Shadaloo), and Cammy (whose fellow Dolls were commanded by the eccentric fiend).
  • "Bow down before my Psycho Power!"

    Zinyak
Emperor Zinyak, Alien Overlord of Cultured Villains
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/640.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The Zin Empire Logo
  • Theme Song: Emperor Zinyak
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: The military leader of the Zin Empire with an appreciation of culture, polite yet arrogant leader, studies the English language, has a very high opinion of himself only, often humorous in terms of villainy, a counter-opposite to the Boss in various ways
  • Domains: Aliens, Conquest, Culture, Technology (Virtual Reality), Arrogance
  • Allies: The Combine, the Thraddash
  • Praises: William Shakespeare, Elizabeth and Darcy
  • Sponsorship with: Professor Genki
  • Rivals: Other alien conquerors like Thanos, the Ur-Quan Kzer-Za, Emperor Palpatine, Trazyn the Infinite
  • Enemies: The Boss of the 3rd Street Saints, Shaundi and Pierce Washington, all human beings and anti-alien forces such as XCOM, The Doctor (and by extension, the Time Police), Blinx, Jazz
  • During the the Boss of the 3rd Street Saints' five-year term as President of the United States, a series of starships appeared within the skies of the Earth, eventually subjugating the entire planet and the human race. Even as the Saints retaliated, they were captured and the Boss soon found Steelport, but not the same city as it was before. Seeing it to be a byproduct of augmented reality, the Boss and his remaining companions would fight their way to escape the simulation. All of this would be watched by the overlord who conquered Earth: Zinyak. The leader of the Zin Empire who waged invasions of multiple worlds and either recruited or froze those deemed worthy of the military empire he made, this would be his modus operandi for the Saints as he found the Boss to be of worth recruiting. While this may sound as generic as one can get, Zinyak has shown a complete fascination of the enemy culture, specifically that of human culture. He has learnt English, promoted cultural agencies in his homeworld and even has him spouting lines from poems in every speech he makes, not to mention all those humans he froze were authors he has fond appreciation for. Eventually, after facing the Boss face-to-face and the destruction of the Earth due to his arrogance, his reign came to an end as the Boss ripped his head off and took over as the new Emperor of the Zin Empire.
  • From a wormhole, an entire armada of red and black ships had flown into the Pantheon, searching and stealing anyone who is "worthy" for an army. The Boss of the 3rd Saints, understandably pissed off, went in with his own army to fight them off. After a long fight, the Zin were defeated but their leader hid without notice. It took a while but Boss found Zinyak, the leader that attacked, afterwards following his sudden invasion. In reality however, Zinyak was way too early when it came to arrival in the Pantheon, having already been established way before the Saints did, evidenced by Professor Genki and his sponsorship and that he had shown the Court of the Gods his appreciation for culture, especially Earth's. The armada invasion was just his reaction when the Saints were given Godhood, telling him that he will see him as a thrall someday, though Boss will make sure that never happens.
  • For an alien warlord, the emperor of the Zin Empire has a radically different mindset compared to other alien conquerors. Sure, he does invade and take over worlds while subjugating lesser races but for some odd reason, he has a penchant love for literature and the English language, hence him taking a lot of cues from poetry. During Earth's capture, he had a lot of human subjects frozen in popsicles as he treasures artists he admire, among those is Jane Austen. He even has admiration for older artists by the likes of William Shakespeare and Mozart, listening to every piece available as well as doing dances, "the Worm" among what he can actually do. While the leader is very culturally curious, the rest of the Zin Empire do not share the same sentiment, with the Zin Orchestra being an obvious case of such. Even he admits he would rather have no one be subjected to listening to their songs as their pieces are horrible, but one can wonder if had Zinyak been less of a narcissist that he could give the rest of his race enough time to understand culture in general. And if that was not enough, he also had a Twitter account, but has not updated it ever since his invasion of Earth and will most definitely not update it following his embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Boss.
    • The aforementioned love for alien culture is what separates him from other alien forces, even though the intention is similar to some. During the Zin Empire's introduction to the Pantheon, the first alien force they contacted was the Combine, who were willing to share their resources in exchange for a potential alliance. Zinyak complied, having some of his best warriors in exchange for an Earth he can have, though his relationship to the large alien empire could be strained if he continuously hogs the Earth to himself. The Thraddash was very eager to learn of the Zin, seeing that their race had the opportunity to learn more about Earth's culture though just like them, both alien empires had mixed results when it comes to accepting the newfound arts. One of the few cultured alien lifeforms to directly oppose him was the Autobot Jazz as their faction was dedicated to protecting Earth. Conflict does exist between him and the Autobot but he also comments that Jazz's tastes in human culture is of poor judgement compared to his exotic love for poems and plays.
    • Other alien forces that are based on invasions have seen him as competition, that and they are not letting him control Earth after his careless act of destroying the planet itself, which could spell doom if he did it on the scale of the Pantheon itself. Specific conquerors such as the Ur-Quan Kzer-Za and Thanos have voiced their distaste at Zinyak's carelessness as an alien conqueror, with the former taking offense on the Zin Empire's connections to both the Combine and Thraddash while the latter was this close to congratulating him for his efforts, had it not for him blowing Earth up without considering the resources and manpower he could have used to bolster his force. Then again, Thanos is very serious in his crusade while this specific warlord could genuinely give less of a fuck about it.
    • Even with these issues, the Zin Empire has been approached time and time again by various hostile alien organizations, be it other empires or those curious about him destroying Earth. If they can ally with the Zin, they surely could get some benefits from both parties, so as long one is not willing to stab their own backs. Although diplomacy is never his greatest feat, it did earn him some favors like the one time Palpatine sent his transmissions to him in an attempt to add him to a potential alliance between him and the Galactic Empire, of which he declined by him ordering his forces to hijack the Death Star, which would have succeeded had the Pantheon stopped him but it did make him curious of how such construct was made to stabilize conquered planets out of fear. He also got in touch with Frieza of all people, added with both their very own ego's matching their ruthless personality while also having a deal that would entail Frieza conquering the planet while the Zin would gather whatever culture is worth keeping, or teaching the invaded inhabitants about English arts. Yes, he has issues when it comes to taking invasions seriously.
  • Zinyak's history has been criticized by many villains, likely because his hubris got the best of him, ever since he kidnapped Boss and his crew and placed him in his simulation. So many times he underestimated him and it costed his position and even his life, yet it never occurred to him to take his situation so seriously. That said, he has one of the sturdiest egos in the Pantheon, despite, or because of, his attitude, which adds more to hilarity on his part. Even when he was on the verge of death, he still boasts his achievements in front of the Boss just as he is about to be beheaded. Comparisons between him and the Boss shows that the overlord is the Boss should his ego and power-hungry trip take him over. This is especially evidenced in his treatment of his soldiers. The Saints will take a bullet for any member while Zinyak will toss his best lieutenant into the meat grinder any time and this is no better shown than after his beheading by the Boss as the remaining Zin soldiers eventually sided to him after their leader was dead. In the case of the Pantheon, he holds majority of the Zin Empire in his rule but a few Zin soldiers make it out and meet up to their true leader, the Boss.
  • Humanity has been a victim of countless invasions, and the Zin Empire is no different, as many humans were subjugated and unceremoniously killed afterwards by a single press of a button. Originally, the invasion was meant to find humanity's best but he went above and beyond, manipulating time and kidnapping human artists for preservation of their craft. The Pantheon's ever increasing human deities were less than thrilled when he blew their planet up for no reason other than spiting the Boss and the other shenanigans he did with their kind. The organizations that defend the planet, XCOM being the most active, have spoken their hatred for him after such event and no other human has taken a liking for him despite his curiosity of their culture. His response only reinforces such attitude from him.
    Zinyak: Whoops.
    • With his continuation within Pantheon grounds, he does take breaks from his schemes and instead takes casual visits throughout the House of Theatre and Spectacle, which is his most favourite house within the realm. Many of his desires of human culture can be traced to this specific house as well as having his inspirations be present, the most obvious being William Shakespeare. He would soon expand and soon find both William and Elizabeth Darcy, characters that he adored after kidnapping Jane Austen and narrating the story in front of him. While he loves their origin of work, the humans he adores never share the same feelings back at him, though it would not care when he can freeze them into human popsicles for safekeeping, if only the Boss would not foil his plan whenever he enacted on it. The entire house is at shock that an alien warlord is one of the most common visitors of their newfound home.
  • Speaking of the whole human popsicle thing, the Zin Empire are rather advanced when it comes to technology, be it weapons, augmented reality or even time travel, even if said travel is limited on range. Nonetheless, taking advantage of such gave him the ability to time travel at whatever time and admire the person he is aiming to take, only to freeze them into his collection. Such collection would become a contentious target as he has to handle the Pantheonic Time Police and their attempts to stop him from collecting more humans, alongside the Doctor and Blinx, who directly oppose his attempts to take certain figures from history just for his amusement. The other issue he has is with other collectors, especially Trazyn the Infinite, who he considers to be a true threat to his collection. Trazyn even went as far as to take his head, the same head that the Boss beheaded, as a potential treasure in his Pantheonic version of Solemnace and even prepped a large amount of space, of which he believes he is aiming to take his precious human artist collection to a more... archival-driven deity.
  • "I'm Zinyak. Pleasure to meet you. Would you like to join me for a ride?"

Lesser Gods

    Akasha, the Queen of Pain
Akasha, Goddess of Kinky Evil Bondage (Queen of Pain, QoP, Queenie, Queen of Ganks)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Queen_of_Pain_1190.png
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her poisoned dagger, with waves of pain around it.
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Horny Succubi (Yes, very horny), Hyper Sex Appeal (of course), Intelligence Hero With Affinity To Kinky Evil Bondage, Nuking People Down, Super Screams, Short Cooldown Blinking, Dominatrix, Evil Action Sexy Ladies
  • Domains: BDSM, Villainy, Combat, Characterization
  • Allies: The darker ones of the Defenders of the Ancients (especially Ostarion the Wraith King), Morrigan Aensland, Lilith Aensland, Relius Clover, Slaneesh, Hisoka, Charlie Harper, Glenn Quagmire, Diablo, Azmodan, I-No
  • Rivals: Champions of the Runeterra (except these below. It's worse than how you think of it)
  • Enemies: Sona Buvelle, Ahri, Ivy Valentine, Chie Satonaka, Diana of Themyscira/Wonder Woman, Xander Harris, Luka
  • Evil Counterpart of: Lisa and Ally
  • Out of nowhere during a casual match in the Summoner's Rift, all of the sudden, a team was declared a victor due to mass disappearance of the other team, which apparently also had the mute songstress Sona as their Support. At first disregarded as a mere disconnection, the winners moved on, but the defeated team never came back, making them have suspicions. At first they argued that the Defenders of the Ancients sabotaged it, only for them to deny... but one of them, Anti-Mage, decided that maybe foul sorcery was afoul around it and he joined the winner team to help investigate.
    • Until they stumbled across a keep, bloodied with various torture victims... and found Sona and her teammates, while safe, all of them Bound and Gagged, clad in BDSM gears and having experienced torture, and still the temple was empty without any traces of owner, maybe they had a clean escape. There is only one spawn of sorcery that came to Anti-Mage's mind about this... the Queen of Pain, Akasha, has made it to the Pantheon. Whoever contracted her was unknown, but surely they would have known the exploits of her sneaky, dark, sudden ganks and sorcery, and her enthusiasm in bondage and pain coupled with her succubus form, allowing her to ascend
  • Akasha is known to have a relationship with the Wraith King Ostarion. Whether she reciprocates were unknown, however, she seems amused at him, sometimes asking him for a 'roleplay'
  • Unlike most succubuses, Akasha does not relish on the sex pleasure completely. Yes, she does get off it, but it's more of the pain that comes with the death that she relished upon. They don't call her 'Queen of Pain' for nothing. And with her intelligence, boy does she get creative with them. She gets along well with the Aensland sisters regardless, and sometimes Akasha advises Morrigan to 'do it' with Lilith.
  • Earned the ire of Ivy Valentine and Chie Satonaka quickly, the former was because Akasha was taking the bondage theme just like her but takes it to dangerous levels without restraints, while the latter gets reminded of her 'Dominatrix Banana Head' Shadow. She also got one from Wonder Woman, as not only Akasha enjoys pain of others, her bondage enthusiasm just reminds Wondie of her old days when she often got into such bondage positions, and she's unnerved with it.
  • Has one of the biggest, most hurting screams in the Pantheon, rivalling the likes of Black Bolt and Black Canary. Needless to say, if she is ever to hold a concert, that's another quick way to death.
    • It's also one of the reason she became so venomously hostile to Sona, the reason why she pulled the shenanigans above in putting her in BDSM, as Akasha was infuriated how a mute person like her attracted so much with music compared to hers. Granted, it was because Sona could master a more soothing healing melody, but where's the fun and pain in that!?
    • She also seems to have a mutual dislike from Runeterra's soul-stealing being Ahri, as Akasha pretty much stood for everything Ahri tried to avoid, being a heartless soul devouring monster. Akasha herself thinks that Ahri is a wuss that does not understand the true pleasure that is pain, especially from the soul-sucking power that they both have. And totally less sexy too.
  • It was known that there was a time when Akasha paid a visit to the Forests of Caldavar. A certain Wretched Hag learned a lot from her, but Akasha refused to have her follow into the Pantheon, not even a High Priest or Follower, as the Hag is not into bondage and not even attractive. Though she at least tells the Hag to spread terror in the Forests from what she learned, that's the least she can do.
    • Also for those wondering, yes, she messed up with that forest's Succubus that badly that she instead chose to learn from Atropos/Bane of all people.
  • Akasha once visited the torture room of Relius Clover and was fascinated with his collection of torture experiment devices. On meeting the man himself, they agreed to share knowledge... as long as Akasha gets into the devices herself (she likes it no problem), and in the same time, they SWITCH PLACES, and no 'acting casual' shenanigans for Relius.
  • While it might not be her native house, Akasha really likes the Lust house or the Tainted Love house, as a lot of them are pretty full of lustful beings she can get off with pain and torture.
  • There were many in the Pantheon that have started to oppose her. Lukia believes she is sponsoring many of the monsters that he constantly fights against, while Xander and his followers believe all too many of them have fell victim to her traps (Xander himself was found chained and gagged spear-eagled on a cross by Buffy and Willow, with him blaming the Queen of Pain for kidnapping him.)
  • Azmodan takes interest in her as in a way, she reminded him of his Maiden of Lust Cyadea. Except looking like a bat-woman than a spider woman. Along with that, her ganking capabilities took the interest of Diablo himself. Akasha finds the attention of these Burning Hells leaders... alluring.
  • She may have found the perfect partner in crime in I-No. Not only does she enjoy inflicting pain on others as much as she does, but she all but volunteers to be subjected to her torturing sessions. Neither would say whether they are an item now, but they haven't denied that either.
  • It was brought to her attention that the GUAG successfully found a Good Counterpart of BDSM for their followers. Melkor tasked the Queen of Pain to enter the temple for intel. The deities may not be that powerful, but she summised that they are a legitimate threat to her business. She hopes to find ways to cause them to fall out of favor with the Pantheon.
  • Time for some roleplay.

  • Lesser Deities (Intermediate as the Heavenly Kings)
  • Symbols: A Drum Set and Microphone, (Chris), A Rickenbacker Guitar (Yashiro), and a Keyboard (Shermie)
  • Theme Songs:
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil (Chaotic Evil as the Heavenly Kings)
  • Portfolios:
  • Domains: Music, Destruction, Fighting, Geokinesis (Yashiro), Pyrokinesis (Chris), Electrokinesis (Shermie)
  • Superior: Leopold Goenitz

  • Rivals:
  • Enemies:
  • Vocal Coaches: Freddie Mercury (Shermie) and David Bowie (Yashiro)
  • Banned From: House of Treasures - Maximum Security
  • In General:
    • The demise of Verse at the conclusion of Antonov's King of Fighters Tournament had an unforseen consequence. Verse's death had released the souls it had imprisoned, not to mention those who had been killed during the past King of Fighters Tournaments have returned to life. Among them are Yashiro Nanakase, Shermie and Chris. Having their lives for Orochi's revival (short-lived as it was, thanks to the Sacred Treasures Team), they found themselves alive once again. The trio were greeted by their fellow Heavenly King, Leopold Goenitz, having ascended to the Pantheon before them. Thanks to Goenitz, Team Orochi's ascension was cleared and thus, the Heavenly Kings of Orochi were reunited.
    • On the outside, they appear to be your run-of-the-mill rock band. That, however, is a lie. Yashiro Nankase, Shermie and Chris are among the eight devotees of Yamata no Orochi, commonly known as the Hakkeshu (Eight Excellent Masses), with the goal of restoring balance to the Earth. Unlike a certain Titan, however, restoring nature's balance means the extermination of mankind. Aside from being musicians, Team Orochi are skilled fighters. But what makes them extremely dangerous is when their Orochi powers awaken, granting them the power of the elements, thus becoming the antithesis of Team Japan. Their personalities also undergo a major change, from being affably evil to outright sadistic. Yashiro is known as Kawaita Daichi no Yashiro, or Yashiro, The Parched Earth. While not having Earth-based powers per se, Orochi Yashiro's strength and durability increases drastically. Shermie is known as Are Kuruou Inabikari no Sherumī, or Shermie the Roaring Lightning. As the name states, Orochi Shermie unleashes the full fury of her electrokinesis. Finally, Chris is known as Honoo no Sadame no Kurisu, or Chris, the Flames of Destiny. The most sadistic of the trio, Orochi Chris uses his pyrokineses to burn his opponents alive.
    • By chance, Team Orochi's ascension coincided with a music festival, in which Iori Yagami was participating with his band. Yes, when Iori is not fighting in tournaments, butting heads with Kyo or going into the Blood Riot, he is a musician, with jazz being his specialty. Iori was slightly perturbed when CYS showed up and rocked the crowd. It wasn't enough for them to win, but a message was sent. Team Orochi was now in the Pantheon. For Iori, it meant an even bigger headache from someone other than Kyo was now coming. In the meantime, when not scheming with Goenitz to being about Orochi's resurrection, they are spending their time within the Pantheon's music scene. While Yashiro is the vocalist of the trio, Shermie can also carry a tune. Shermie's vocal talents became known during the aforementioned music festival, in which both her and Yashiro wowed the crowd with their cover of Red Like Roses, Pt.2, transforming the song about a daughter grieving over the loss of her mother to a girl grieving over the loss of her lover. Both Freddie Mercury and David Bowie were in attendance and despite CYS losing the competition, know talent when they see it. Hence, Shermie spending time with Freddie building her skills, both as a vocalist and keyboardist. Meanwhile, Yashiro spends 8 hours a day with Ziggy Stardust. One thing for certain, is that the next time Iori's band and CYS meet up, it will be Team Orochi that upstages Iori's band.
    • Colonel Roy Mustang and Major Alex L. Armstrong are monitoring Team Orochi, as they are giving off vibes similar to that of Father's Homunculi, with the exception that they are actually human and not artificially created. As it turns out, both the Flame Alchemist and the Strongarm Alchemist are also persons of interest to Team Orochi's Awakened side, primarily Chris and Yashiro's Awakened personal. Roy and Alex see that Orochi Chris' personality is similar to that of Selim Bradley/Pride the Arrogant: sadistic and outright cruel. The only difference is that while Selim/Pride wants to only enslave mankind, Orochi Chris wants to outright exterminate it. Sasuke Uchiha has also been monitoring Team Orochi, and has brought back some bad news to Naruto, Hinata and Sakura: Orochi Shermie not only has Sasuke in her crosshairs, but also their children, Boruto and Sarada, due to their expertise in Lightning jutsu. It's enough to make even the demure Hinata to kill Shermie just for that. Sakura would just pound Shemie's head in solely on principle.
  • Chris/Orochi Chris Only:
    • Orochi Chris' personality is that of a sadist, showing nothing but true malice and hatred for humanity. But he also has a special hatred for fire-based deities. To anyone who knows Chris, they assumed that Kyo Kusanagi would take the top spot. But it's not. Surprisingly, it's Liu Kang that takes the number one spot, with Hanzo Hasashi as the runner-up. O. Chris and his cohorts are interested in the chain of events that led to Liu's ascension as the Fire God and Keeper of Time. O. Chris is very interested in Kronika's Hourglass and Crown, powerful relics that control time itself. Such relics would prove useful in bringing about Orochi's return and the extermination of mankind, thus bringing balance back to the world. For the newly-minted Fire God, it's yet another obstacle in his New Era, one that he takes quite seriously, even if he is a teenager, a sentiment that is shared with Scorpion. One thing for certain, is that the Destiny of Flames will be in for the fight of his life if he - and his teammates - make a move against the Fire God and his allies. After all, the ascended kombatants were no pushover like the American Sports Team.
    • As Chris was the one-time host to Orochi, he sets off red flags to some of the deities who specializes in the mystic arts. Raven and Magik can still sense the mystic residue surrounding Chris, the remnants of Orochi's posession. Chris finds himself on the radar of both Cassandra Cain and Damian Wayne. Both Orphan and Robin V are not deceived by the little Swedish kid who has a taste for Bhutanese food. Given their harsh upbringing in and around the League of Assassins, to Damian and Cassandra, Chris sticks out like a sore thumb. The fact that Chris threatened to barbecue not just the members of the Batfamily, but also the Teen Titans didn't exactly endear him to both Cassandra and Damian. Despite the numerous shenanigans the two troubled children find themselves in, no one threatens their family and friends. "Well, maybe Drake," Damian amended, "but no one can mess with my family but me." As it turns out, Jin Kazama is also on Chris' radar, as he is quite possibly the one person that could stop the Hakkesshu of Fire, especially if Jin triggers the Devil Gene. But, given that Chris was the host of Orochi in the past, Jin knows that the kid isn't a pushover. Especially if Chris decides to bust out the Orochi flames.
Chris: "Hmm, maybe I messed around too much. Guess I don't have the right to criticize Yashiro."
Orochi Chris: "Your deeds are irrelevant. Humanity is a crime in itself."
  • Shermie/Orochi Shermie Only:
    • Has developed a (somewhat friendly) accord with the deified Brazilian, Laura Matsuda. Both her and Shermie are outgoing and friendly, both are grapplers, and both use Lightning attacks. However, Shermie has the edge when it comes to electrokinesis. While Laura favors her bohemian lifestyle, Shermie isn't too big on society, hence her willingness to follow Orochi's will and exterminate humanity. Of course, this makes Shermie sad, as she sees Laura as a kindred spirit. "Orochi's will will not be denied," Shermie was on record saying. "However, out of respect for Laura, I will give her a quick and painless death." Laura, for her part, is aware of Shermie's goals, and vows that when the time came to stand against her, then she will rise to the challenge.
    • Shermie has taken an interest in the Dead or Alive Tournaments, after hearing about how Mai Shiranui and Kula Diamond both managed to snag an invite. Shermie's interests in the DOA Tournaments also coincides with her interest in the President and CEO of DOATEC, Helena Douglas. Surprisingly enough, Shermie is a opera fan. As a fellow Frenchwoman and entertainer, Shermie said that Helena's demise would hurt even more than Laura's. In the end, not only Orochi's will won't be denied, but his return is all but inevitable. Fortunately for Helena, she is still on good terms with Team Ninja (Ryu Hayabusa, Kasumi, Ayane, and Momiji) and has the ninjas on speed-dial. As the Hachijō is tasked with eliminating those who threaten the world, Kazumi Mishima sees Shermie as a threat. In between dealing with the blood feud between Kazuya, Heihachi and Jin (that she inadvertently started), Kazumi is monitoring Shermie from the shadows, patiently waiting for the Hakkesshu of Lightning to step out of line.
Shermie: "You can still stand? Oh, no, it's fine. I'm bored already, so you can stay on the ground."
Orochi Shermie: "This is judgement, for you refuse to face your human sins."
  • Yashiro/Orochi Yashiro Only:
    • While he is passionate about nature to the point that he wants to exterminate mankind in order to restore the balance, Yashiro could do without the preaching from such nature-based deities such as Avatars Aang and Korra. But it's the deified Matoka shaman, Nightwolf, that really gets under his skin. Raiden's right-hand man rubs him the wrong way. "If I want to be lectured, then I'd go and see Goenitz," Yashiro said. While Yashiro can sympathize with Cetrion, he just doesn't like the endgame of Kronika's plan, which is the destruction of the planet at the hands of both Cetrion and her brother, the fallen Elder God, Shinnok. He also disagree with leaving Survivors, as Cetrion believes that once she "baptize the realms with fire," mankind will "emerge from the darkness, humbled... eager to embrace the light." Suffice to say, that Cetrion and Yashiro (and his teammates) won't be allies.
    • He also has drawn the attention of the Illuminati, due to his resemblance to its president, Urien. As Iori Yagami had famously put it, Yashiro "does not fight half-naked, or fire projectiles. The only thing thise two have in common is their strength.." Despite Urien using electric-based powers, it's his raw strength that has earned Yashiro's attention. Yashiro dismisses the brother of Gill, saying that Urien "has delusions of grandeur, " and that "the interloper follows a false messiah." While Urien has no love for his brother, he is interested as to who is stronger between himself and Yashiro. Urien went on record, stating that his "perfect 'Iron Body' is invincible," and that "anyone who resists it will meet their end." While Kazuya Mishima sees Yashiro as a buffoon, it's his Orochi side that makes the Mishima blood within Kazuya boil. High off his victory over his father, Kazuya hears about the Hakkesshu of Earth from Geese Howard. Kazuya decides that Yashiro will be a warm-up before his much-anticipates rematch against Ryu.
Yashiro: "What, haven't heard of Nanakase-True-Warrior style karate? It's unbeatable! ...Just kidding, I made it up."
Orochi Yashiro: "You're finished. Atone for your sins in hell!"

  • Opposed by: Dexter Morgan
  • Rivals: Jack the Ripper, John Doe, Dracula,
  • Complicated Relationship with: Will Graham and Clarice Starling
  • Fears: Rem, The Wendigo
  • Engaged in an epic battle of slightly off-rocker wits with Johan. Somehow this ended with a trip to a fancy restaurant for some martinis, wherein they slaughtered every last person for lulz and giggles.
  • One person Lecter particularly gets along with is Dessler for his appreciation for fine wine and classiness. Of course, the two of them don't discuss each other's business whenever they visit and prefer to focus on the drinking.
  • His dethroning of Painis Cupcake caused pantheon access to Painis Cupcake videos to disappear, and thus removing the God of All Overlord's favorite source of lulz. As a result, Mr. Lecter is now on top of Overlord Zenon's kill list. She plans on making him the star of her next "dinner for one".
  • When Will and Clarice, the two of them reluctantly paid his place a visit as a gesture of thank you for helping with their case (although Will is much more reluctant to do so than Clarice and both of them brought weapons and atleast several other bodyguards).
    • However, Clarice was disgusted when found out that her novel counterpart made a Face–Heel Turn and became Hannibal's lover and on the run with him. This caused her to avoid the House of Mentalism as much as possible in fear of the place lapsed her into her novel counterpart. Will's relationship with Hannibal also deteriorated when find out from the House of Love that one version of Hannibal is in love with him, which isn't a good combination with the fact that Hannibal framed him for murder and sent him to an asylum.
    • In his part, Hannibal respects them enough that he wouldn't kill them when stepped into his place and happily assist them to catch any serial killer should they once again need his expertise. Will and Clarice are also the only one he allows to calls out his mispronunciation of faba beans.
  • Because of his infamous culinary "habit", the majority of the House of Food form a Teeth-Clenched Teamwork to keep him out. This pisses Lecter off and he sometimes bands with those who condone his actions themselves to mess with the House's food source. He doesn't use human meat, of course. That is just so wasteful.
  • Formed an intense rivalry with Jack the Ripper for "taking" his throne as the god of Serial Killer to the point of engaged in a rap battle. Because of this rivalry, Lecter is a frequent consultant in Will & Clarice's investigation of him.
  • Attracted attention from Dracula for his reputation of eating other humans. Their meeting turned hostile when Dracula is surprise that Lecter looks like his sworn enemy Van Helsing.
  • Don't EVER mistakes Odin for him unless you want a Gungrir aiming straight at you. The last time some confuse mortal made that mistake with his MCU counterpart, Thor has to intervene to save their ass.
  • The victims of serial killers / Final Girl like Marion, Laurie and Sidney in the Pantheon have a big hatred for him, not only for his crime but also for his disgusting habit of eating his victim. Hannibal is very aware of this and one day delivered a "talk" with all three of them over dinner about how all of their killers are all just petty, low life, sorry excuse of a human and doesn't even deserve to be compared to him.
  • Because of his similarity and alliance with Johan, Dr. Tenma is completely disgusted by Lecter's very presence. The two can sometimes be seen engages in intense mental battle whenever they came across each other.
  • Batman hates Lecter to the bone due to the horrific crimes Hannibal committed and one of Batman's enemy's Calendar is similar to Lecter.
  • Dexter Morgan absolutely despises him due to his crime as a serial killer and his betrayal that leading up to Dexter's ascension. Lecter just laughs him off and delivers his signature speech about how Dexter is not so different from a serial killer and the fact that at least neither he or Jack became a lumberjack.
  • Already low on James Bond's list for being a manipulative criminal, the fact an alternate version of Hannibal looks like Le Chiffre makes 007 downright despise him. (speaking of which, everything is being done to prevent Jyn Erso from thinking Hannibal is her father)
  • Upon hearing of his similarities to Light, he was approached by Rem, who claimed to be a Shinigami (a god of Death), and requested for him to spare Misa's life should he ever came across her. He attempted to pull his similar spiel on Rem, citing how she was still siding with a serial killer, shrugging off her powers, all while still insisting he will kill and eat her. He probably would've gotten away with it if that last part wasn't spoken. Upon being brought back to life after being recovered from the Wendigo's digestive system, he reluctantly agreed to spare Misa, and began to fear Rem as a result of this. He also grew of fear of the Wendigo, being disgusted by how messy of eaters of flesh they are.
