• Artifact Title: idol Genesis initially started as idolHE, short for Hebrew, owing to the company's origin in Israel. However, due to the very niche market for Hebrew VTubers, along with the massive success of idolEN, they would later be rebranded from idolHE to idol Origin to better integrate them with the now predominately EN-catering agency. Later, in March 2024, they were folded properly into EN, rebranding into idol Genesis along with redesigns for the 2 remaining members, Katarina Qutie and Nikki Rei.

• Body Horror: In her lore video, it's revealed that Pochi was a Shiba Inu who wanted to play video games but could not do so for lack of hands. One day, she was granted very realistic human hands and feet by a supernatural being, but doing so squicked out a nearby crowd, so it hastily transformed the dog into a young girl with canine attributes.
• Exotic Eye Designs: Her left eye turned brown in her redesign, making her the third member of Idol Corp's lineup to have heterochromia following Rin and Riro.
• Expy: She may remind you of one Inugami Korone of hololive fame due to both of them being energetic dog girls who started as full animals and have some sort of Japanese terminology related to dogs in their surnames ("wan" is Japanese onomatopoeia for a dog's bark). Pochi even had a pink jacket at debut, like Korone had in her casual outfit! Her redesign only brought her closer to this design-wise, darkening her hair, giving her a brown left eye, and making the jacket fall off one shoulder.
• Gratuitous French: Pochi speaks French as well as English.
• Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: The original Pochi had golden-blonde hair and is a cute dog.
• Humanity Ensues: She was originally a Shiba Inu who wanted to play video games, and a supernatural being turned her into a dog girl. Later, she tripped over a rock and got hit by a truck, and was brought back as a girl who draws from a Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, Daschund, Dark Matter, Cat, and... some creature.
• Idiot Hair: Both incarnations have a big one, but the original Pochi's was notably shorter, thicker, and somehow poked through her hoodie.
• Innocent Blue Eyes: Pochi's are very round puppy dog eyes. Her left eye turned brown in her redesign, but the trope is still ever-present.
• Little Bit Beastly: Pochi is a dog girl. In her original incarnation, she had the ears and tail of a Shiba Inu. When she tripped on a rock and was fatally hit by a truck, she was somehow brought back with as a girl who is 34% Labrador Retriever, 32% German Shepherd, 30% Daschund, 3% Dark Matter, 0.5% Cat, and 0.5%... some creature.
