Gotham

    Alfred Pennyworth
Bruce Wayne's loyal butler.

    Rick Grayson
Dick Grayson's permanently hospitalized uncle. He gets healed thanks to Orange Lantern.
  • Classy Cane: Uses one while still in recovery.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Normally, whenever Paul uses his power ring to heal someone, they are perfectly healed once he's done (i.e. Paula Nguyen). However, even though Rick has been healed, he still needs a cane to get around for psychological reasons, at least for a time.

    Holly Robinson
A Gotham thief and friend to Selena Kyle that Paul helps reform.

    Karon Chase
Holly's girlfriend. Unlike Holly or Paul, she's a normal civilian.
  • Lipstick Lesbian: Lives with her girlfriend, Holly Robinson.
  • Muggle Best Friend: Unlike her girlfriend or her girlfriend's friends, she's just a normal person. She was initially unconvinced her girlfriend met Orange Lantern until he knocked at their door.
  • Took a Level in Badass: As a result of being exposed to the Anti-Life, Karon goes from a normal civilian to the leader of her own gang as Mistress.

    Jennifer Gordon-Hewitt
A collector of villain memorabilia.

LexCorp

    Mercy Graves
Lex Luthor's bodyguard/chauffeur.

    Arnold Munro
The son of America's first superhuman.
  • Didn't Think This Through: He lampshades that the coup attempt on Brazil that was done by the Children of Dawn was shortsighted, especially after Paul explains using the knowledge that he has that it would have most likely resulted in another World War.
  • Heroic BSoD: The deaths of the Children of Dawn left him in a comatose state for decades.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: He was unaware that Lex was a supervillain until some time after working for him.
  • Longevity Treatment: The Danner Formula slowed his aging.
  • My Grandson, Myself: He's really Hugo Danner. He took the identity of his old girlfriend's son and claimed to be the result of a one night stand.
  • Older Than He Looks: Part of his powerset is slowed aging. This is made even more apparent when his real identity and age is revealed.
  • Stop Worshipping Me: Had this reaction when a few people from Brazil started calling him Man-God.
  • Super-Strength: One of the benefits of the Danner Formula.
  • Super-Toughness: Another benefit of the Danner Formula.

    Nyssa Raatko
Ra's al Ghul's estranged daughter and sister of Talia.
  • Cut Lex Luthor a Check: Subverted. As opposed to any supervillainy, she makes good money working as LexCorp scientist to decipher the Danner formula.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Her father left her to die in a Nazi concentration camp when she rebelled against him!
  • Morality Pet: She loves her nephew dearly and Lex bribed her by getting him a cushy job as a LexCorp guard.
  • Older Than They Look: Due to her Lazarus Pits she certainly doesn't look her age.

Media

The various newscasters and reporters
    Cat Grant
A television news personality appearing on the GBS network
  • Intrepid Reporter: Whenever there is something big, she's always on the scene.
  • Open Mouth, Insert Foot: When OL tells her that he was relaxing at home during a phone interview, she snaps at him for not doing anything since there was a high child death toll. Only for OL to snap back at her: he was attempting to relax because he had been on airplane victim recovery for five days straight without sleeping or eating. She sheepishly gives an apology.

    Dana Dearden
An intern in GBS.
  • All for Nothing: Dana spent months gearing herself up to get revenge on OL for getting her fired, even spending the last of her money to get magic coins to give her powers. She was taken out easily by OL's security systems. She found out that he wasn't even responsible for getting her fired and he tried to vouch for her to her boss. Thankfully, it goes up for her from there.
  • Ancient Artifact: Has magic coins that give her powers from various Gods.
  • Ascended Fangirl: She becomes a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
  • Chekhov's Gunman: She was a normal intern who called OL on Cat Grant's behalf during the aftermath of Episode 19: Displaced.
  • Combo Platter Powers: Dana's magic coins give her Super-Speed, Super-Strength, Flight, electric powers, and Super-Senses.
  • Fangirl: Of Superheroes.
  • The Intern: To Cat Grant, until the interview with OL. Because she didn't inform him that it was live, they fired her to save face in the event that he planned to sue them.
  • Missed the Call: Was being groomed by Zeus to become a supervillain. Had she gone through with it, she probably would have become the supervillain Obsession like in the comics. Thankfully, OL snaps her out of it before she gets that far and even helps her rebuild her journalism career.
  • My Greatest Second Chance: She and OL hope that the interview that he gave her will help her get back on her feet. We later learn that it gets published nationwide.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Unlike most characters, Dana faces the consequences of failing to make sure that OL gave informed consent when she didn't tell him that Cat Grant's interview was live and was fired.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: Dana's interviews with Orange Lantern, Aqualad and Superboy were published nationwide.
  • Unknown Rival: OL didn't think of her as a threat, at all. This actually works to her favor.
  • Unwitting Pawn: Since Zeus can't get revenge on Paul directly, he tried to lure her into using the magic coins. It didn't work.
  • Victoria's Secret Compartment: Dana keeps the pouch containing the magic coins that give her powers in her cleavage.

    James "Jimmy" Olsen
A photographer from the Daily Planet. He's a good friend of Superman.

    Lois Lane
A reporter from the Daily Planet. She's rivals with Clark Kent and a friend of Superman.
  • Intrepid Reporter: Lois isn't afraid to get into a little danger to get the scoop.
  • Mayfly–December Romance: An issue brought up about her relationship with Superman. OL gives her the Danner Formula in Episode 93: Jungle Gym so that she can live longer than a normal human.
  • Nerves of Steel: She is able to keep her calm when taken hostage, mostly because of how many times it has happened, especially being thrown off a building. She still maintains her calm as best as possible even when affected by the Anti-Life Equation.
  • Secret-Keeper: She knows Clark Kent is Superman.
  • Super-Strength: OL convinces her to take the Danner Formula in Episode 93: Jungle Gym so that she can defend herself.
  • Super-Toughness: Gets this alongside the Super-Strength.

Government Officials

    Senator Henry Knight
A US senator who is aiming to become president.
  • My Greatest Second Chance: The meeting with OL gave him just enough of an idea that he managed to capitalize on it and plans to spearhead the connection between Atlantis' magical research and North America.
  • No Mere Windmill: Senator Henry Knight is dismissed by the public and made a laughingstock when he made an ill-informed bid to make a law banning magic after Orange Lantern mocks him in an interview informing the public on the events in Episode 19: Displaced. But Senator Knight was acting in response to an event caused by evil magicians that killed thousands of children when no politician dared to touch the topic.
    • Senator Knight later redeems himself politically after accidentally meeting Orange Lantern in a very informative talk. Orange Lantern gave him the most recent information explaining magic to non-magic users and discuss ways to boost America's magical defenses. Which is to initiate talks and trade with Atlantis, a magical-based country trying to establish relations with surface world countries.

    Adilah
The half sister of Queen Bee and Crown Princess of Bialya.
  • Heteronormative Crusader: She outright hates all homosexuals.
  • Inadequate Inheritor: She is this compared to Queen Bee. Queen Bee may have been evil, but she at least knew how to run a country. Adilah doesn't, necessitating the Renegade's assistance in order to stay queen.
  • Pheromones: The Renegade gives Adilah an artificial version of Queen Bee's pheromones to make staying in power easier.
  • Point of Divergence: She dies in the Paragon timeline, as Paul had no reason to look for her and subsequently thwart an assassination attempt on her life, unlike the Renegade.

    President Jonathan Horne
The president of the United States of America.
  • Distressed Dude: He is kidnapped by SHADE in the Renegade timeline. He is rescued by the Renegade before he can be replaced by a robot doppelganger like on Earth 50.
  • Nice Guy: It's noted that President Horne is one of the most strait-laced politicians in America.
  • Sleazy Politician: Averted. It's noted that he would never do something that would result in a scandal.

The Chairman of the Chinese Standing Committee on Metahuman Affairs.

    General Samuel Lane
The father of Lois Lane and a general in the US military.

  • Battle Couple: In the past, she was an assassin pair with her now-estranged husband Sportsmaster.
  • Broken Bird: Becoming handicapped because of villainous career? Check. Being sent away for eight years because of those said crimes, and missing out on her children growing up? Check. • Maiden Name Debate: After her divorce, she changes her surname back to Nguyen.
  • Nice Girl: She's a caring and loving person.
  • Older Than She Looks: Thanks to being rejuvenated to her prime, she could pass off as her daughters' older sister rather than their mother.
  • Reformed Criminal: Turned in her villainous ways to become a better parent to the one of her two children who was still around.
  • Retired Badass: She was once a famous villain. Now she's just a loving mother.

  • Retired Badass: She fought against the French in the Vietnamese army as a artillery spotter and then join the Viet Minh against the Americans. She taught Paula how to fire an AK 47.
  • Wrong Assumption: When the Renegade and Jade first meet her in Vietnam, she assumed that they were getting married. To be fair, she only met Paula's husband once before Paula married him.

    Marie Logan
The owner of an animal preserve near Bialya and a former child actor.

    Garfield Logan
The son of Marie Logan
  • Children Are Innocent: Believes that when Marie calls Danni her "special friend" that it's the same as saying she's her best friend.

A student of a friend of Wonder Woman who had an affair with Zeus, unaware he was the actual Zeus.
