The Handsome Rocketman
One of the many servants of the Fairy Kingdom, and a massive ladie's man with a particular fondness for Load Ran.
  • '90s Hair: He has the curtained style. This game did come out in 1996, after all.
  • Badass Normal: He's the only character with no magical powers. He built his own rockets, and is still able to fight along with the rest of the cast.
  • Bishōnen: He is rather pretty.
  • Casanova Wannabe: Tries to woo Ran over and over, but she's clearly not interested.
  • Chick Magnet: He's a ladies' man, but is only interested in Load Ran.
  • Dude Looks Like a Lady: In his ending, he asks the Twinkle Star to be the most handsome man in the world. He gets long hair and flamboyant clothes, and looks even more feminine than Mevious.
  • Fragile Speedster: He's the fastest character in the game, which makes it quite easy to crash into the enemies. His slow shot speed doesn't help either.
  • Frickin' Laser Beams: His charge shot, and one of his mini-boss' attacks.
  • Gadgeteer Genius: He built all of his rockets by himself.
  • Mini-Boss: A large ship.
  • Leitmotif: Love Me.
