Some rules for this edition of the Elimination Game:
- Scorekeeper picks the theme. Please keep it reasonable because the last thing we need is drama. That is to say keep it from being political, NSFW, franchise-specific (crossovers can work if well-known and broad enough, and with a readily available list to choose from) or with obtuse specifications.
- The game begins with at least twenty-five entries, depending on the scorekeeper's discretion. One entry per post, and up to two posts per poster unless 48 hours have passed, then anything goes until there are 25 entrants. Wait at least two posts before posting a second entry.
- At the nomination phase, a maximum of two entries from the same franchise can participate at any given round, and if at all only one such entry per person. In the event that the theme can be restrictive, this rule can be relaxed as per the scorekeeper's discretion.
- You are not required to nominate an entry in order to participate.
- All votes add one point to an entry, and take two points away. Those points can be distributed however you wish, so long as there is one -2 or two -1s. No exceptions!
- Invalid votes must be edited within two scorekeeper updates in order to count.
- Any entry that reaches zero is eliminated. Scorekeepers send them off with an evil message [[evil:like so]]
- Space your votes between at least five other peoples' votes, unless 24 hours have passed with not that much activity. In any context, no doubleposting.
- If the host makes a post stating the intent to tally, they have up to an hour to do the tallying. Otherwise the post will be null and void and the round shall proceed.
- If there's no update for 48 hours, the game can be safely called off or taken over by a willing participant. Scorekeepers must temporarily transfer duties to a different poster if they can't do so for a while.
- The one entry remaining wins!

There already is a Country Elimination Game in this forum, but it's approaching a decade old and the last (very dormant) activity was more than a year ago at this point, so it'll make sense that I start a new thread, and not use "Country" to more clearly broaden the theme scope. We start out nominating 25 entities then have an elimination system of adding one point and removing two points in every post, distributing each individual point however they please (you can remove two points from one entry or remove one point from two). The last entity standing wins! I'll keep score for this one, and the theme for this round will be fictional areas. My first nomination:

Okay, we got 50 winners so far. So, I'm going to do an All-Winners Round.
Now, I've already stated this before. but I will state this again, as I feel like someone will say, "But I haven't got any winners in this game yet" - You do not have to nominate your own winners for this round, as you can winners from other tropers.
For example-
Yes, I didn't nominate Ariel for the fictional merfolk round, but even so, Ariel and all of the other past winners are allowed to be nominated by anybody even if they did score a win under a different troper's belt.
Like before, I will allow more than 25 entries if and only if we get 25 entries before the 48-hour mark. If that happens, there shall be a bit of time limit to when you can submit more entries (I'll get more into that once and if we get 25 entries before the 48-hour mark). Also, nobody is getting a third entry before the 48-hour mark.
Feel free to privately message me elimination quotes (especially if your entry is from a source material I am not familiar with (like Pokemon for example)), but keep in mind that I am not required to use the elimination quote you gave me.

Can I nominate a group winner (like Ash and Gary), and will it counts as one or nomination? Can stuffs like food, vehicle,... in past rounds be nominated too? What about the companies and location?
