Flag of the Reichskommissariat Banat
Official Name: SS-Ordensstaat BanatTr., Greater Reich of Donau-Schwaben (Balkan unification), Reichskommissariat BanatTr. (Nazi Germany puppet state)
Ideology: National Socialism
A state formed from the German occupation of the Banat region. Following the German-Soviet War, instead of giving the territory to Romania, Hungary, Croatia, or even back to Serbia, Hitler decided to turn it, along with Gotenland, into the first SS-Ordensstaat, as an experiment to determine if the Schutzstaffel could run things any better than a normal Reichskommissariat.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: One of the options the Banat government has in the event of the German Civil War is to just bail and fully evacuate Banat, leaving the region under the control a "Stability Junta" that is little more than a confederation of SS bandits, making Banat a pushover that can be easily conquered by its neighbors.
  • Start My Own: Much like Gotenland, Banat can also attempt to create their own 'Fourth Reich' in the event of the German Civil War, in the form of the Greater Reich of Donau-Schwaben.
  • Totalitarian Gangsterism: The 7th SS Volunteer Mountain Division Prinz Eugen garrisoning Banat behaves less like a garrison and more like an armed bandit group, making deals with German and Italian mobsters and turning Banat into a haven of criminal activity.

Flag of the Reorganised Hellenic State

Official Name: Hellenic State, Reorganised Hellenic State (Bourantas), Kingdom of Greece (Democratic/Military coup), Greek Democratic Republic (Socialist), Greece (Anarchy)

Ruling Party: Ellinikí Kyvérnisi Enótitasnote
Ideology: Fascism
Italy's puppet state formed out of Greece. The Hellenic State, like other countries in the Balkans, is ludicrously unstable; the current Greek Unitary Government headed by Ioannis Rallis is divided between the pro-Italian Hellenic Fascist Front and the pro-German Hellenic National Socialist Front. Outside of the government, the government is losing control over its rabidly violent paramilitary Security Battalions under Nikolaos Bourantas, while republican and socialist resistance groups are still extremely active in the country. There are even rumors that the military is hatching conspiracies against the government...
  • Anarchy Is Chaos: Greece will fall into complete chaos because of Makedonas or Sourlas, becoming a land plagued with the savagery of SB formations.
  • Civil War: A civil war can erupt at the end of the "Dragon of Thessalonica" event chain, with the government either fighting Bourantas' Security Battalions, Velouxiotis' EAM-ELAS or Pytomaglou's EDES-EKKA.
  • Les Collaborateurs: The Hellenic state is the collaborationist regime established by the Axis after their invasion of Greece.
  • Failure Is the Only Option: There is no way to prevent the fall of Greece into anarchy once Makedonas or Sourlas takes power.
  • La Résistance: The EAM and ELAS continue to resist the fascist dictatorship even after the victory of the Axis.
  • State Sec: The Security Battalions.
