- An Ice Person: Is capable of summoning icebergs to attack his enemies and even his own sword is entirely made out of blue ice.
- Kill It with Water: His ability, "Royal Palace Ice Skill". While under the element of water, it increases his damage output.
- Launcher Move: His hero action sends unguarded enemies flying when they are hit by it.
- Limit Break: His hero skill "Ice Coffin". With his sword, he swings out a line of ice, freezing everyone hit by it. Frozen enemies can be One-Hit Killed
- Named Weapon: Wields a BFS named Zavoyevaniye that is as big as he is tall.
- The Rival: To Maria S Leonburg

- Supernatural Gold Eyes: Has gold eyes and is capable of summoning icebergs to his will.

An exorcist girl who exterminates vengeful spirits with her sword.She has a hard and fast rule that she must marry someone who saw her face behind her mask.- Asian Fox Spirit: Her surname and her family's motif are a reference to the kitsune and it may be implied that she is possessed by one.
- Cool Mask: Wears a fox mask with her default outfit, though it is switched out for a gas mask in her ":::Demon Slayer Garments::: Silver Narcissus" outfit.
- Counter-Attack: Her hero action, "Amairo Flash" creates a field in front of her for 5 seconds that negates any enemy hero's attack and counters them in quick succession, giving her brief invincibility.
- Demon Slaying: Her job involves exorcising with her sword.
- Iaijutsu Practitioner: Her hero action takes on an Iai stance, waiting for an opponent to strike so she can send them flying.
- Katanas Are Just Better: Her signature weapon.
- Limit Break: Her hero skill "Fox Possession: Unnamed Flying Blade" increases her range and her normal attacks can ignore guards, defense boosts, and walls though it is not affected by attack buffs or Attribute advantage damage.
- Vengeful Ghost: The things she's tasked of eliminating.
Cu Sith

A girl who fights against the dimensional lifeform "Rebirth" in a distorted world. She loves her commander and rejects everything else.- Animal Motif: Her namesake derives from the Celtic mythical hound of the same name, but the irony of it is that she acts more like a cat instead.
- Armored But Frail: She has capped defense multipliers, but she has by far the lowest health multipliers among the attackers, at 0.55x.
- Attack Its Weak Point: While Cu Sith defends herself with Shield Nyark, she is still vulnerable from behind.
- The Beastmaster: She fights with a robotic shark in battle with multiple ways of attacking the enemy with it.
- Mix-and-Match Weapon: Her weapons of choice are a pair of pistols that double as hand axes in melee, which she uses it more often, given her class.
- Ms. Fanservice: Her bust easily jiggles whenever she performs a non-basic attack and most of her costumes show generous amounts of skin.
- Last of Her Kind: Both her and her commander are the only humans alive in their world.
- Limit Break: Her hero skill "DELETE MODE =NYAN-NYAN=" makes her and her Nyark turn red, buffing up their defense and Hero Action power for 14 seconds.
- Stance System: Cu Sith's entire gimmick. Her ability "Multistage Transformable Unit =NYARK=" changes her modes in 3 stages on appeal, changing her hero action "=NYARMS=".
- "-BYUN-BYUN-" has her riding on the shark to move like a Sprinter. When she runs over someone, this causes Knock Back. Foes hit by the wings will get badly damaged"
- "-PYON-PYON-" teleports her to any foe caught in her fan-shaped range. When she hits an enemy, all of their stats get lowered. This bypasses walls, shields, portal keys, and altitude differences
- -GACHI-GACHI- Cu-Sith reduces incoming damage by 80% by forming a shield in front of her while also having her Nyark rapidly shoot any foe in a fan-shaped range.
Delmin Devilmintkiryu

A young girl of the Devilmintkiryu species. She deals powerful punches in-game and is typically seen carrying her beloved plush Onigirikumamon.She appears in Show by Rock!!'s sequel game Fes A Live as the bassist and vocalist of Mashumairesh!!
- Alliterative Name: Delmin Devilmintkiryu.
- Fixed Damage Attack: Her 4th normal attack will not be affected by attack buffs or debuffs coming from allies and foes respectively.
- Horned Humanoid: Everyone of the Devilmintkiryu species seems to have them. Delmin herself can shoot beams from them.
- Knockback: Her ability "Secret Ability Delmin Shoot" has her 4th attack send the opponent back while also dealing large damage. Her Ultimate Delmin Beam also pushes foes away.
- Limit Break: Her Hero Skill "Ultimate Delmin Beam" has her shoot beams at a rapid pace, hitting foes repeatedly and pushing them back.
- Teleport Spam: Her hero action has her teleport at a short distance, but it can be abused to make her move faster than a sprinter hero's dash.
Ignis 'Will' Wisp

He is a detective in the Third Investigation Division, which cracks down on xenomorphs and extraterrestrials. He spends his days chasing after a certain thief. He is also a divorcee.- Damage-Increasing Debuff: His smoke allows him to deal 30% more damage onto inflicted enemy heroes thanks to his ability "You're under arrest". Unlike other abilities, it also increases pierce cards' damage.
- Good Old Fisticuffs: He fights with his fists (with a kick for good measure) as his basic attack and hero action whenever an enemy hero is within his range.
- Grappling-Hook Pistol: His hero action allows him to latch and pull himself towards a portal key or wall, but if he latches onto an enemy hero instead, he will pull them towards himself and punch them, applying his smoke in the process.
- Limit Break: His hero skill "You've pissed me off" allows him to be engulfed in flames, instantly killing anyone around him and sending out small flames to smoky foes to set them ablaze.
- Space Police: He's a detective who investigates aliens.
- You Will Not Evade Me: His Hero Action "Don't try and escape" if he latches on an opponent instead of a wall or key. If this happens he will punch the caught opponent and affect them with smoke

While flipping through channels on TV, he was thinking of ending the world on a whim before he came across the anime Magical Girl Ririka Ruruka. Since then, he has become an avid fanboy of Ririka, the main character.- Ascended Fanboy: In-game, he is able to fight alongside the real Ririka, who's only a fictional character in his homeworld. How convenient!
- Gathering Steam: The attack and defense bonuses of his hero skill are stackable, by up to 3 times.
- Improbable Weapon User: Marcos uses a tree branch to deal damage in his normal attacks. Played with, as it can transform into various different weaponry (such as a BFS or a bow and arrow) when using attack cards.
- Limit Break: His hero skill, "Super NEET" gives him permanent attack and defense boosts. Also fully restores his health
- Regenerating Mana: His hero skill charges automatically if he is near Ririka
- You Will Not Evade Me: His hero action "It hurts a little" has him throw a stick and if it hits the nearest foe, he teleports to them, causing knockback

The queen of the Red Palace and leader of her own personal hunting corps, the Red Roses.- Bilingual Bonus: Her weapon is named Serpiente which means Serpent in Spanish. Her Action "Serpiente Herida" means Serpent Wound and her Skill "Serpiente Baile" means Serpent Dance
- Chainmail Bikini: Complete with a Cleavage Window, Navel Window, and Underboobs, to boot.
- Limit Break: Her hero skill, "Serpiente Baile" has her pull in every opponent towards her, insta-killing anyone unlucky to be caught in.
- Mighty Glacier: She can be a powerhouse on the battlefield with her good offense and her bulk. However, her mobility is not so good in comparison.
- Named Weapon: She wields a Whip Sword named Serpiente.
- You Will Not Evade Me: Her skill kit relies on catching her enemies towards her with her hero skill and action.

A homicidal, Ax-Crazy high-school girl whose main hobby is killing. With her custom-made dual-bladed chainsaw, she happily tears through her classmates during in-school fights to the death.- Chainsaw Good: Not only does her chainsaw have one, but two blades for her to deal even more carnage compared to just a single chainsaw blade.
- Foil: To Denji from Chainsaw Man. They both are attackers who use chainsaws and have maxed-out attack stats. The difference is that Denji has more health while Noho has more defense.
- Limit Break: Her hero skill, "Behind the Glasses" makes her become superpowered. She removes the glasses and wraps herself in a cocoon, then cuts her way out, signaling she has gone insane and won't hold back. The transformation takes 9 seconds and by that time, she is immobile. This shows Noho doesn't actually have poor eyesight. Instead, her glasses are meant to suppress her extremely good vision and hidden power.
- Madness Mantra: “Don’t call me Noho-tan don’t call me Noho-tan don’t call me Noho-tan…”
- Ordinary High-School Student: Subverted. Not only do she and her classmates have special abilities and talents, but they also put them to good use when fighting each other to death.
- Saying Sound Effects Out Loud: Describes the sound of cutting others up as "gyarigyari" (or "gorigori" in an unused sound clip).
- Suicide Attack: Her hero action has her "die" by sinking into the ground. Before re-spawning, she leaves behind an explosive chainsaw that deals damage to unsuspecting players (see Taking You with Me below).
- Taking You with Me: Similar to her hero action, she drops an explosive chainsaw when defeated by an enemy hero. Said chainsaw can deal heavy damage and launch you into the air if you're not careful.

Ririka's Magical Girl sidekick in the fictional television show Magical Girl Ririka Ruruka. At first glance, she seems like a sweet girl, though on the inside she harbors an intense obsession with Ririka.- Anti-Armor: Her hero action is a built-in guard breaker that allows her to run other cards that don't guard break and is potentially a bane to whoever runs 2 guard cards in their deck.
- Ascended Extra: She is the second card-based character to become a playable hero.
- Berserk Button: Should Ririka ever fall in battle, Ruruka will gain massive buffs and assume an Ax-Crazy personality in response.
- Cradle of Loneliness: When she is the best player of the team while Ririka is killed within the last seconds of the match, she is shown with her Ax-Crazy personality and holding Ririka's wand in her hands while her own wand is on the ground as she makes it look like Ririka really is dead.“We’ll always be together right? Riiiiirika?”
- Limit Break: Her hero skill is "Stay away from that girl". She throws a big heart that explodes, dealing repeated damage to any enemy in the explosion area. It has to be aimed but has a decent distance between her and the heart. If her hero ability "We'll always be together, right?" is active upon using this skill, the Heart will draw nearby enemies toward the explosion area.
- Madness Mantra: Ruruka agonizingly and repeatedly calls out for Ririka in her character trailer. "Ririka" is also repeated over and over after the second chorus of her theme song.
- Promoted to Playable: Like Son before her, she was originally an NPC from Ririka's cards.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Her eyes turn red when her hero ability activates, a sure sign that you should run if you can't tank her heavily-buffed attacks.
- Yandere: She is heavily obsessed with Ririka and her ability has her seeking revenge on the team that killed her.
Stellea Lala Silva

The survivor of an elf clan whose entire forest was burned to the ground.Now seeking a place of peace with her beloved spear "Ru-kun", she travels around the world.
- Cuteness Proximity: She has a fondness for Lovey and would cuddle up to him whenever she gets the chance.
- Doomed Hometown: The forest she inhabited was burned down to the ground and is now looking for a new place to settle once again.
- Gainaxing: Stellea has the biggest breast size out of everyone else and they move absurdly every time she does anything.
- Interspecies Adoption: She's a forest elf who was adopted by a vampire (Lovey) as a child.
- Limit Break: Her hero skill "Flower Spear Technique Iris", gets her to jump at an enemy she targets and then slam on the ground! She can also break shields and silence anyone who gets hit. The jump has an infinite range and ignores obstacles.
- Mighty Glacier: While she hits further and harder and can take a lot of punishment compared to other attackers, she is by far the slowest moving hero in the game.
- Power Nullifier: Her attacks inflict silence on enemies she hits, negating whatever advantage they have aside from their hero actions or guard or counter cards they have activated beforehand. It would only disappear if they flee from her or it gets cleansed by another teammate.
- Status Effects: Her hero ability, "Treasure Spear of Silence Roo" silences anyone who gets hurt by her spear, even card attacks.
- Tiny Guy, Huge Girl: Between the two, she's the huge girl to Lovey's tiny guy.
Tadaomi Ouka

A military leader whose identity is shrouded in mystery. He aims for world domination for the sake of his ideals and fights alongside his ally Gustav Heydrich in order to do so.- Close-Range Combatant: His hero ability "Infinite Magical Power" is tailor-made for this as it increases the performance of near cards he has on deck. Every other card for him is slower than his near cards.
- Dash Attack: His hero action, "Demon Piercing Blade" has him lunge forward and knock anyone in front of him.
- Fundoshi: Worn in his "Nothing to Fear" skin.
- Katanas Are Just Better: His weapon of choice.
- Limit Break: His hero skill, "Greed Restraint Curse Unleashed" shoots out a large, green, evil-faced hand. Foes who get hit by this are One-Hit Killed unless they have a 100% guard or counters. Use with caution as it is extremely telegraphed and it moves at a snail's pace
- Take Over the World: What Tadaomi plans on doing alongside with Gustav.

A dancer who appreciates beauty in its many forms, and works to master the concept of beauty.- Camp Gay: The way they move and speak is very obvious for this.
- Improbable Weapon User: Uses a dancing pole to smack his enemies around.
- Limit Break: Their hero skill, "I'm the embodiment of beauty, Venus!" gets them to do a sparkly pole performance that blows up surrounding enemies repeatedly with major damage. Breaks guards for extra measure.
- Meaningful Name: Venus is the goddess of beauty.
- Stripperiffic: Their default outfit leaves very little to the imagination.
- You Will Not Evade Me: When he hits an enemy, his ability "Baby, you look like a cherry pie" will mark said enemy. He can use his hero action to warp to the marked enemy and knock them down.
