What's the matter, senpai? Oh, you're always welcome to talk about love!
Voiced by: Ai Kayano

Producer: HoneyWorks
Theme Song: Alice Blue

A maiden in love who wandered to another world by chasing a rabbit.

She wants to go back to the normal world and confess to the one she loves, but she's afraid to do it

  • Alice Allusion: Chasing a late rabbit and ending up in a different world? Check. Sentient Cards? Check. Yellow hair and blue dress? Check. Looking Glass? Check. Yep, she is another version of Alice in Wonderland.
  • Alliterative Name: Alice Aoharu.
  • Hold the Line: With "Wonderful Playing Cards', she casts a wall that inflicts Knockback and lightly damages nearby enemy heroes while it reduces attacks that do not pierce in front of it by 80% with her hero action. Given her very high health multipliers, she can effectively hold whatever portal key her team controls.
  • Limit Break: Her hero skill "Through the Looking Glass" summons a door in front of her that leads her toward the targeted ally hero.
  • Status Buff: Allied heroes around herself get an attack buff from her hero ability "Alice In Wonderland".
  • You Can't Go Home Again: While it's implied that she may be capable of returning home, her fear of Love Confession holds her back from doing so.

Scatter in front of the Red Roses.
Voiced by: Mikako Komatsu
Illustrator: Akiakane
Producer: Hiiragi Magnetite
Theme Song: Red Rose

The vice-captain of the hunting core Red Roses and Maria's childhood friend. Due to a childhood incident, she harbors a magical beast inside her heart, waiting for her revenge.—

  • Attack Reflector: Her hero action allows her to reflect half of the damage dealt back to the enemy hero who is directly attacking her. The caveat of this is that since it only reflects any semblance of a direct hit, she cannot reflect the damage that is not directly controlled by the enemy heroes themselves such as poison damage, turrets, and Tesla's wall.
  • The Beastmaster: She has an Alicorn named Orihen sealed inside her. She summons it by stabbing herself
  • Chainmail Bikini: As per Red Roses' aesthetics, her equipment shows a lot of skin, but not as much as Maria's.
  • Damage Reduction: Her hero ability "The Oath of the Red Roses" reduces the damage dealt to nearby allied heroes by 20%. If Maria is within range as a teammate, she receives a whopping 50% instead.
  • Limit Break: Her hero skill "Summon Divine Beast of Creation, Orihen" gets her to stab her chest, unleashing a powerful alicorn named Orihen. This silences her deck throughout the entire duration of this hero skill but it gives her attack and defense a 300% boost while also enhancing health recovery. Any nearby teammates get their speed raised as well. With this, she has the dash action and dash attack of a sprinter. All of this lasts for 13 seconds.
  • Luckily, My Shield Will Protect Me: Her shield Tortuga can be used to reduce direct damage while also reflecting it at the aggressor.
  • Power Up Mount: She can ride on Orihen, giving her the traits of a sprinter
  • Promoted to Playable: The fourth card NPC to become playable. Hailing from Maria’s cards obviously.
  • Status Buff: Normally she reduces damage for any surrounding teammates. When with Orihen, she buffs the speed of any surrounding teammates
  • Sealed Inside a Person-Shaped Can: Like Son before her, she harbors a magical beast in the form of an alicorn.
  • Weapon Specialization: She wields an axe called Volcan and is the only character who wields an axe.

I will show you the darkness in this world.
Voiced by: Kazuhiro Yamaji

Producer: niki
Theme Song: Grave

A poison weapon, also a cruel military commander. He attempted world unification together with his ally, Ouka Tadaomi.

  • Achilles' Heel:
    • His self-inflicted "hero ability". While he can compensate it with a hero who can heal him, a continuous healing card, or his hero action, he can die quickly against heroes who can disrupt him with any Status Ailment.
    • Interestingly, Lovey (another tank who has a similar playstyle) is very strong against him as his hero action and his Life Drain hero ability deal much more damage than one may glimpse.
  • A Nazi by Any Other Name: See Does This Remind You of Anything? below
  • Body Horror: While he may not look the part at first glance, but he covers his entire body due to his Dark and Troubled Past.
  • Damage Over Time: This applies to both his enemies and himself via poison.
  • Does This Remind You of Anything?: A German soldier who plans on world domination, sides with a Japanese tyrant, and attacks people with poison gas. Geez, NHN...
  • Healing Factor: To compensate for his hero ability (if it even is considered as one), his hero action "Wave of Contradiction" allows him to heal himself while also poisoning any foe near him.
  • Herd-Hitting Attack: Both his hero skill and action do this within their respective range.
  • Jack of All Stats: Maxed out 1.50x health and defenses and even if his attack is his lowest stat, it is still an overwhelming 1.30x.
  • Large and in Charge: Currently the tallest (and biggest) human character in the game and leads his army that is in an alliance with Tadaomi's.
  • Limit Break: His hero skill "Grausam Schmelz" spreads poison gas, taking out 10% of enemies' max health. Ignores cards. Miku's hero skill can cure this poison though.
  • Necessary Drawback: His ability "Restricted Compensation" causes self-damage over time to compensate for the amazing stats he has.
  • Poisonous Person: He attacks with some Toxic Phlebotinum towards his enemies.

    Jeanne d'Arc

Your smiling face, I will protect it!

Illustrator: Komine
Producer: Mafumafu

She was healing her allies with a blue battle standard, planting fear in the enemies who stood before her.

  • Auto-Revive: Her hero skill "Gospel of Resurrection" gives her and her allies an extra life that automatically revives them right after they get killed. If they ever fall towards a Bottomless Pit, they are revived towards the nearest platform instead. This hero skill cannot stack, however.
  • Healing Factor: Her hero action "Saint's Blessing" sets an area around herself that heals both her and her allies.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: Her hero ability "Don't give up even if I die" can invoke this as once she is killed, she instantly heals her allies back to their full health.
  • Historical Domain Character: She is based on the French figure of the same name. Unlike her real-life counterpart, she is capable of healing.

Let me show you how to fight without losing.
Voiced by: Yasuhiro Mamiya
Illustrator: Hidekazu (NHN PlayArt)
Producer: DevilishP
Theme Song: Call of Justice

Captain of the Space Army Alliance, a Legendary Hero.

He has never let a single friend die.

  • Beehive Barrier: He casts one around himself with his hero action "Multilayer Hexa-Barrier", mitigating damage received by 80%. While the barrier itself is ignored by Pierce attacks and is just as susceptible to guard breaks, it's unbreakable until Justice casts it off by stopping to use his hero action.
  • Lightning Bruiser: His playstyle has him donning a strong attack and very high defensive capability, suited for a tank hero like him. He's no slouch on the speed department either.
  • Limit Break / Orbital Bombardment: His hero skill "Universal Blitz" calls orbital strikes toward all portal keys, potentially killing any enemy hero who happens to get caught on it.
  • Status Buff: Allied heroes around himself get a defense buff from his hero ability "Come back alive, this is an order!".

    Lovey Chouchoumarche

Kyuahaha! Lovey will squeeze all the juice out of you!
Voiced by: Rie Kugimiya
Illustrator: Noriyuki Yuika
Producer: Surii
Theme Song: Lavie

A thousand-year-old otokonoko who is supposed to be the strongest king of vampires...

But he often licks, cries, and kneels to his knees whenever he loses.

  • Fashionable Asymmetry: He wears a thigh-high on his left leg but a frilly quarter-length sock on his right leg.
  • Go-to-Sleep Ending: He is seen sleeping on the floor if he scores 3rd among his team upon winning.
  • Herd-Hitting Attack: His hero skill and action deal damage to all enemy heroes within his range.
  • HP to 1: While powerful, his hero skill and action however cannot drain enemy heroes' health down to 0, as they are set to limit down to 10% of max health and 1 respectively.
  • Lightning Bruiser: His impressive attack and health stats (both at 1.3x) and his skillset allow him to brawl into the fray that would otherwise be suicidal compared to most heroes. While he practically has paper defense (at 0.5x), this is not an issue as long as his Healing Factor prevents him from being broken down as easily.
  • Limit Break: lovey's hero skill "I'll wring you out to your core" makes a big crimson vortex that pulls in foes inside to the center, absorbing their health. The closer the enemies, the higher the damage they'll take. He also sits on his throne
  • Loyal Animal Companion: Has a cute bat who flies beside him in battle.
  • Really 700 Years Old: According to his hero summary, he is a thousand years old.
  • Tiny Guy, Huge Girl: He's the tiny guy to Stellea's huge girl.
  • Life Drain: His skill set revolves around utilizing life steal from damage dealt from his hero skill, hero action, and near/far/area/rapid and counter cards that don't have a secondary subtype with his ability "Charming Kiss". Due to its potential, Lovey can end up being able to take on the entire enemy team in his lonesome. It also allows him to hard counter other tanks as his hero action is enough to invalidate their Stone Wall capabilities.
  • Third-Person Person: Addresses himself this way.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: He dons an appearance that would otherwise be of a cute Token Mini-Moe girl.
  • You Will Not Evade Me: Both his hero skill and action drag enemy heroes in range toward himself, allowing him to drag them to their deaths toward teammates or their traps. But because both are limited as HP to 1, this can backfire on him if any plans aren't thought out beforehand.

If you have a command, I will do whatever is in my power to assist you.
Voiced by: Banjo Ginga
Illustrator: AmazingEntities & NHN Playart
Producer: YASUHIRO
Theme Song: Absolute

A super butler who is searching for his lady who ran away from home again.

He chases his master together with his magical suitcases.

  • Animate Inanimate Object: Comes with a pair of these in the form of suitcases.
  • Battle Butler: He's an old butler who fights with his épée and a pair of companions.
  • Damage Reduction: His hero action "Rental Trunk" redirects 50% of the damage the targeted allied hero receives towards himself thanks to his hero ability "Diamond Shield that protects my Lady Leila"
  • Limit Break: His hero skill "Dance with My Lord" makes his suitcases deal high damage against nearby enemies for several seconds. This also applies to the allied hero he gave his suitcases to beforehand.
  • Older Is Better: He is 80 and his face shows that he has seen better years, but it doesn't stop him from being capable of coming out on top against other heroes who are much younger than him.
  • Royal Rapier: An épée rather, but he still serves under a royalty figure.
  • Status Buff: Thomas' speed increases when he sends out a suitcase to a teammate.

    Violetta Noire

Let us play the most amazing melodies together.
Voiced by: Atsuko Tanaka
Illustrator: ODRI (NHN PlayArt)
Producer: OSTER Project

A musician that plays both compositions and performances.

Being born into a line of great aristocrats, music is her life.

  • The Bard: She is the first hero in #COMPASS to battle with a musical instrument in the form of a portable organ.
  • Combat Stilettos: She wears a pair of black high heels into battle.
  • Floral Theme Naming: Like Coquelicot, she is named after the flower of the same name.
  • Limit Break: Her hero skill "~Rhapsody~ Hundred Flower" creates an automatic area around herself and allies that silences any foe in it for 14 seconds. This bypasses Guarded enemies too.
  • Master of None: All of her card attacks only have normal speed.
  • Power Nullifier: Her hero action "Silent Concert" silences nearby enemies who are not using guard cards, however, it does not deal any damage compared to other tanks. Her hero skill is a direct upgrade to her hero action by creating a silencing area around her and allied heroes.
  • Statuesque Stunner: She is by far the tallest female hero in the game and looks gorgeous at the same time.
  • Status Buff: Violetta's hero ability "From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your encouragement" increases her defense stats depending on the number of people surrounding her regardless of team color. Stacks up to 2.5x
  • Stone Wall: Her defense is increased for each nearby hero present, allies and enemies alike. This results in further increasing her already high defense.
  • Sweet Tooth: She loves sweet foods, but this also comes with a Weight Woe as she is the type who gains weight easily and is dismayed about it.
