Michael Charles McFarland (born July 14, 1970) is an American actor, director, writer, voice actor, improv comedian, and musician. He is known for voice work in anime dubs. His well-known roles include Master Roshi in the Dragon Ball series, George Kaminski from Case Closed (taking over for Dameon Clarke), Ritsu Sohma from Fruits Basket, Jean Havoc from Fullmetal Alchemist, Suji from Kodocha, Goemon Ishikawa from Lupin III and Buggy the Clown from One Piece. McFarland is also ADR director and script writer for several anime titles.

He's also notable for casting out-of-town talent when he's ADR directing.
