Go To

Despite Cybertron being in ruins for centuries, there are still bots living on it, both old and new and that doesn't even take into account all people that live beyond it. Let's go on this Galactic Voyage, shall we?

    open/close all folders

Buildrons

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxbuildronsymbolnewer.png

Created to be engineers and repair bots, Buildrons prospered for many years, until the Great War ended their glorious civilization. As centuries went by, surviving Buildrons started rebuilding what they could, among their successes being rebuilt Decagon and it's satellite cities. Nowadays, they're ready to do whatever they can to "protect what they cherish most, no matter the cost".

  • Adaptational Heroism: In official Transformers media, "Buildrons" was the name originally used in Japan for the Constructicons, a Decepticon subgroup. Here, the Buildrons are the Autobot equivalents of this reality.
  • Black-and-Gray Morality: While Destrons ultimately were Cybertron's undoing, it was the old Buildron Council of Elders who secretly installed a puppet Destron High Council and restricted their expansion, thus giving Sigmatron a chance to overthrow their puppets and then using it as an excuse to start the war. They also didn't stop certain members of their forces that went too far during the war, abusing their powers to do "what's right" at the cost of compromising the cause or painting all Destrons as monsters in their propaganda, despite having a large number of those who didn't supported Sigmatron's regime among their ranks.
  • Decomposite Character: The Buildrons got the Japanese name of the Constructicons, but everything else related to them went to the Constructrons.
  • Fantastic Racism: Despite their wish of peaceful coexistence with their fellow Cybertronians being strong, there were and still are those who hate Destrons with a passion. Ones for justified reasons, others, not so much.
  • Good Is Not Soft: Despite their goody two-shoes appearance and (mostly) kind demeanor, Buildrons will fiercely protect their ideals, families and those they consider friends.
  • Reluctant Warrior: Being built as builders and workers, most Buildrons weren't particularly suited to combat, but their need for survival forced them to learn how to fight and create weapons.

    Orion Convoy

A dutiful and caring, if reclusive, Orion Convoy was everything Sigmatron wasn't. Thus when he threatened to destroy the world he loved, it was he and his forces who resisted the tyrant and, when the time called for it, he knowingly gave his life to protect the people and what remained of their world for the future generations.

  • Big Badass Rig: Befitting his title, Convoy turned into a modified crane semi truck.
  • Bridal Carry: During battle of Cinecon-2, Orion carried the body of his lost comrade Emirate Xaaron through the battlefield personally, as depicted in his profile art.
  • Composite Character: He's mostly based on the classic incarnation of Optimus Prime, up to being a dock worker like he was in G1 cartoon, yet he also shares a few design cues with Cybertron Armorhide. At the same time, his color scheme and alternate mode reference Botcon Huffer and Smokescreen from Transformers: Armada.
  • A Father to His Men: Ever since his dock worker days he learned to stick together with those around him, often giving a father-like affection and care to them.
  • Morph Weapon: When the duty called for it, Orion's crane arm was able of transforming into a mighty proton blaster for ranged combat, or a pike when the blaster wasn't enough.
  • Mythology Gag: His real name, Optronix, comes from Dreamwave comics, where it was the real name of Optimus Prime, while his Convoy name alludes to Orion Pax from the first TV-series.

    Soundblaster
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxsoundblaster.png

During the Great War, Soundblaster was THE mech behind the console and controlling the circle of information surrounding Buildron forces. And even if he himself felt he wasn't doing as much as he should, many recognized his service, including the enemy.

Denizens of Decagon

    Jet Convoy

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

The newest leader of the Buildrons, Jet Convoy aims to make sure his people are safe from the marauders on Cybertron.

  • Badass Arm-Fold: Thinking it's cool, Jet Convoy often crosses his arms, even going so far as doing the full Gunbuster pose.
  • Challenge Seeker: He wishes that the Marauders would get more organized so he'd have more fun fighting them.
  • Cool Plane: Transforms into a twin-fuselage jet so outlandish it would make G1 Topspin proud of him.
  • Crazy Enough to Work: The new Convoy's leadership style often involves lots of uncommon tactics.
  • Determinator: Jetfire got the title of Convoy by refusing to back down when a Driller attacked the Chamber of Sigma, and then singlehandedly destroyed it, despite being severely wounded by the creature.
  • Friendly Rivalry: He and Beta Levo used to compete each other, but still were friends, but when the Matrix chose him over Beta, it became a more bitter rivalry.
  • Gold-Colored Superiority: The energy given off when he uses the Matrix is gold.
  • I Have Many Names: Jet Convoy has used the aliases "Stormstrike" and "Skyfire" to go undercover.
  • Likes Older Women: Jet Convoy expresses a certain attraction to Kiloton. While his exact age is uncertain, Kiloton was around for the start of the Great War, while Jetfire definitely wasn't.
  • Mutually Unequal Relation: Despite Beta's open distaste for him, Jetfire still considers him a friend and a valuable ally, making some people question his rationale behind it.
  • Mythology Gag: Jet Convoy is the name given to combined form of Optimus Prime and Jetfire in the Japanese version of Transformers: Armada.
    • His alias when sneaking into Tarn, "Skyfire" is the name given to Jetfire in The Transformers.
  • Shipper on Deck: Being a people's person, he highly encourages Rodimus Prime to ask this reality's Arcee on a date.

    Beta Levo

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

The Buildron saboteur, Beta Levo was once best friends with Jetfire, but became resentful when he became Jet Convoy, feeling he deserved the Matrix more.

  • Accuser of the Brethren: He does not believe that ex-Destrons like Thundercracker and Nightracer can truly redeem themselves, and will say so to their face.
  • The Chosen Wannabe: Ever since his friend was chosen by the Matrix, Beta feels he should have been the one to become Convoy, not Jetfire.
  • Cool Plane: Being an Airdron, it's inevitable that his alternate mode is a fighter jet.
  • Friendly Rivalry: Beta Levo and Jetfire used to have friendly competitions. After his friend became Jet Convoy, however, their rivalry became less friendly.
  • Hidden Depths: For a bot of his profession he's surprisingly knowledgeable on the workings of old spaceships.
  • Hypocrite: Beta will pull rank to stop others from disrespecting him. However, as Scavenger points out to him, Beta himself takes any opportunity he can to disrespect Jet Convoy, who outranks him by being leader.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He may be rather blunt and won't hesitate to belittle anyone he doesn't respect, but Beta does have a shred of genuine empathy, whish shows when he hears what Rodimus Prime went through in his home reality and tries to console him.
  • Malicious Misnaming: To show how much he doesn't respect his new Convoy's authority, Beta still refers to him by his original name, "Jetfire".
  • Narcissist: Beta Levo shows just about all the signs of being one. He's convinced he should be the one to have been made Convoy, constantly finding reasons why he was denied the position that keep the blame off himself, and takes any opportunity he gets to pull rank on other Buildrons. He won't hesitate to belittle and insult anyone he doesn't respect, but when he gets called out on it, or worse, insulted back, he does not take it well.
    • This trait is especially highlighted when Beta Levo gets his hands on Rodimus Prime's Creation Matrix. Convinced that it's original owner isn't fit to have it, he keeps it for himself. Upon interfacing with it, the spirit of Solus Prime gives him a test to prove his worthiness by showing him the memories of everything Rodimus had to go through to become worthy of the Matrix, all of them traumatic. By the end of it, Beta's convinced more than ever he's more qualified to keep the Matrix, and focuses on he'd done better in the situations Rodimus was in. When Solus tells him this means he isn't worthy, Beta attempts to prove her wrong by showing his own memories of being wronged in life, but Solus points out that they mostly consist of him being mad at the success of others and trying to justify why it should have been him who got the rewards. And after Solus spells out to him that he'll need to be far more humble if he wants to be a Convoy, Beta instantly dismisses the position he'd been trying so hard to get.
    • However, he has shown signs of being able to improve. Solus Prime points out that he's displayed genuine kindness, and if he focuses on embracing this side of himself more to gain humility, he will be worthy of possessing a Matrix.
  • Plot-Relevant Age-Up: As a side effect of using Rodimus Prime's Creation Matrix, Beta got noticeably older and taller.
  • Power Degeneration: Using the Plasma Energy in the Creation Matrix carelessly causes him intense pain as it damages his inner workings, thus forcing Beta to limit his use of its power.
  • Shipper on Deck: Like Jet Convoy, he too thinks Rodimus Prime and Arcee would be good together.
  • Sink or Swim Mentor: Beta Levo won't go easy on Rodimus Prime in training. If he wants the Creation Matrix back, he'll have to earn it.
  • Transplant: While Beta Levo isn't a canon character, he was made long before this series for Artork 312's unproduced comic, "Vedrun Redone: Transformers".
  • We Used to Be Friends: Back before Jetfire became Convoy, Beta Levo thought of him as nothing but his best friend. Nowadays all he cares for is constantly belittling Convoy, seeing him as a waste of resources.
  • Younger Than They Look: His use of the Creation Matrix only made him look older. Everything else remained relatively unaffected.

    Star Saber
Played by: Artork312
Star Saber seeks to prove he is a warrior without equal, and will rush into battle to do so, regardless of the consequences. However, he's grown tired of normal opponents, instead seeking ones worthy to do battle with.
  • Challenge Seeker: To show that he really does have no equal, Star Saber desires to fight anyone who can match his skills.
  • Cool Car: Being a Quad Changer, one of Saber's alternate modes is an armored car.
  • Cool Plane: He can also become a flying wing jet.
  • Equippable Ally: In addition to his other three modes, he's also able to transform into a four barreled gun.
  • Hot-Blooded: He's not one to back down from a challenge, and is eager to fight, often to his own detriment.
  • To Be a Master: Seeking to show himself as the greatest warrior on Cybertron, Saber is doing his best to participate in any big fight that happens at the time.

    Roadfire
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxroadfire_8.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: GogoDG, Artork312

A Buildron general that fought through all the Great War, Roadfire will fight until the very end to ensure lasting peace. However, he's kind bot to his friends when not fighting.

  • Backpack Cannon: The barrels of Roadfire's tank mode end up on his back.
  • Bruiser with a Soft Center: While he may be vicious when fighting Destrons, Roadfire is quite friendly when around his fellow Buildrons.
  • Fantastic Racism: He has claimed the Marauders are preventing Cybertron from having peace and derisively calls them scavengers while suggesting they be wiped out. However, given Roadfire was drunk at the time, it's unclear if he actually believes all of this, and earlier he stated the Destrons are worse than any Marauder gang.
  • The Fettered: Roadfire has strong moral principles. He hates that the Buildrons made use of ships designed by those who created Destron vessels as well, and is still enraged that Ultra Magnus ordered his troops to stand their ground at the Spaceport during Operation: Sand Trap, which led to their deaths.
  • Four-Star Badass: The general's been fighting a long time to reach his rank, and he hasn't lost any of the skill that's kept him around for so long.
  • Genius Bruiser: Roadfire is one of the highest ranking members in the Buildron army, and has proven to be a competent leader. He also turns into a tank, and it shows in robot mode.
  • In Vino Veritas: While drinking, he claims that the Marauders should be wiped out quickly like the scavengers they are and angrily criticizes Counter Arrow's choices to leave the marauders and Buildrons that sunk to their levels alive.
  • Laser Blade: He carries an axe with an energy blade for melee combat.
  • Pay Evil unto Evil: Roadfire shows no mercy to any Destron or Marauder he faces, and his go to response to finding someone that might pose a threat is to kill them.
  • Tank Goodness: Roadfire has a twin-barreled tank for a vehicle mode.

    Scavenger

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: RapidFirestormer

A Buildron drill sergeant, Scavenger has been fighting for a long time. This has led to him learning the importance of hard work, and has inspired him to make sure those who come after him have a safe future.

  • A Father to His Men: If a cadet proves themself to him, Scavenger will gladly help them when they need it.
  • Composite Character: His look combines his canon counterpart's designs from Transformers: Armada, Beast Machines and The Transformers.
  • Construction Is Awesome: As soon as the war ended, he went into construction so he could use his excavation vehicle alternate mode to rebuild Cybertron.
  • Fire-Forged Friends: Scavenger thinks that fighting reveals the true character of someone. This led to him becoming friends with fellow soldier Roadfire.
  • Old Soldier: He's been fighting since the start of the Great War, but Scavenger is still going strong.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: As suspicious as he is that Beta Levo was willing to hurt Rodimus Prime to get the Creation Matrix for himself, Scavenger still goes to talk to Beta and hear his side of the story before taking action, and backs off when Beta gives him a reasonable explanation for what happened.
  • Sergeant Rock: Is still ready to fight on the front lines, and makes sure his cadets are in top shape.

Played by: ØmniTheLeader
Mirage is known by most Buildrons as a snobbish scout who's good at his job and likes a challenge. The Destrons, however, know him by a different name: Dino, a deadly and violent assassin that mows them like weeds whenever he seems them.

    Nautica
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxnauticavisoron.png
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

One of the last survivors of the destruction of Caminus, Nautica loves to party, but uses this attitude to mask her grief. A skilled mechanic, she managed to invent MechTech technology.

  • Morph Weapon: Nautica made a wrench with her MechTech technology, allowing it to turn into any other tool she needs.
  • Life of the Party: Boy, she loves to party hard.
  • Ship Out of Water: Her submarine mode has hover engines that let it travel on land.
  • Stepford Smiler: Acts happy and chipper, but she's just using this to cope with the destruction of Caminus.
  • Wrench Wench: Works as a quantum mechanic, and even developed MechTech technology all by herself.

    Rodimus Prime
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxarrodimusprime.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

A leader of his own people from a different reality, Rodimus Prime does his best to aid those in need, no matter who they are or where they came from.

  • Alternate Self: Rodimus Prime is an alternate dimension version of Hot Rod.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: Rodimus is a well meaning bot who will be the first to take blame if something goes wrong. So if you make him mad at you, run.
  • Blinded by Rage: While Rodimus can be an effective fighter while enraged, he stops being effective when his opponents know how uncontrollable his anger gets. Beta Levo notes that when Rodimus gives into his rage, he's easier to manipulate into a compromising position.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: His life back in his home reality was not good. He was bullied at a young age, he was forced to watch his first love Velocity was forced to kill herself, then bullied even more when he attempted to join the Elite Guard, and on his first mission the entire rest of his unit died, leading to the his fellow Elite Guard cadets blaming him for what happened. Things were looking up when he got promoted to Prime... and then Shockwave killed the team he was leading on a mission to space before a portal sent them both to this reality. It's no wonder he's so depressed.
  • Death Seeker: He will throw himself into dangerous battle's when he isn't in top condition because he thinks it will get him killed.
  • Detachment Combat: When he has enough Plasma Energy, Rodimus can move his arms even when they're detached from his body.
  • Drowning My Sorrows: Has taken to drinking to cope with the loss of his reality's team and everyone else back home.
  • Heroic Self-Deprecation: Rodimus Prime is a genuinely brave individual who fights hard for what's right, but he becomes incredibly depressed if something goes wrong that he couldn't stop.
  • Hot Paint Job: Has flames painted on his truck hood chest.
  • Official Couple: He's developed a relationship with the Arcee of the reality he's found himself in.
  • Red Is Heroic: Is mostly red, and was the leader of the heroic Autobots in his reality.
  • Shell-Shocked Veteran: Rodimus has intense PTSD, and even gets lost in an episode.
  • Survivor Guilt: Feels incredibly guilty about losing his friends back in his own reality, and has resorted to several unhealthy coping strategies.

    Arcee
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxarcee.png
Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

Arcee lost her family at a young age, and then lost her mentor Springer at the Battle of Polyhex. Having greatly developed her fighting skills since then, Arcee joined the Buildrons to bring Springer's killer, Straxus, to justice. However, this has not stopped her from being a caring bot, and has developed feelings for Rodimus Prime.

  • Beware the Nice Ones: She is one of the kindest of the Buildrons, and she also spent years honing her combat skills.
  • Flying Car: Her vehicle mode is a sleek hover car.
  • I Have Many Names: When she went undercover, two of her aliases were "Sledgehammer" and "Athena".
  • Laser Blade: Arcee uses an energy sword as a weapon.
  • Official Couple: She's currently dating Rodimus Prime.
  • You Killed My Father: While Springer isn't technically Arcee's father, he raised her after her real parents died, with their bond being Arcee's motivation towards bringing the one who killed him, Straxus, to justice.

    Ratchet

Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

Forged during Quintesson invasion, Ratchet learned a lot - enough to make her Decagon's most skilled medical specialist. While not the nicest person to be around, nobody would question her medical expertise.

  • Age Lift: While there have been older Ratchets before, this one is one of the oldest Cybertronians alive, with only a few others being older than her.
  • Dr. Jerk: Ratchet may be a good doctor, but her bedside manners aren't that great.
  • Gender Flip: Female here, when all canon versions of Ratchet up to this point have been male.
  • Team Mom: Bad bedside manners and cynical worldview aside, she provides care for everyone under her wing, especially giving it the younger generation.
  • The Medic: The primary medical specialist in Decagon. Also happens to be one with most experience.
  • The Mentor: Acts like one to Minerva, both for practical reasons and because she sees someone in need of help.
  • Mythology Gag: Her Gender Flip comes from the original plan from the first Transformers toyline to have Ratchet be female.

    Phoenix
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxphoenix.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: GogoDG, RapidFirestormer

A Buildron scout, Phoenix isn't one to open up about himself. However, he makes for an excellent scout, thanks to his strange ability to disguise himself as a small organic.

  • Cool Plane: Phoenix has a fighter jet vehicle mode.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Little is known about Phoenix's history due to his quiet nature. The little information has been shown is that he was part of a team that was killed by a bounty hunter named Dirge. While he stopped the hunter from killing him, even seeing someone who looks similar to Dirge is enough to push his Trauma Button.
  • Depending on the Writer: Is Phoenix willing to drink or not? When played by GogoDG he turns down a drink offered to him by Jet Convoy, but when he started getting played by RapidFirestormer, he takes a sip of engex some random troops offer him.
  • Exploited Immunity: Since Phoenix's pretender shell isn't made of metal, he can walk around in an area infected with Cosmic Rust without getting hurt.
  • I Work Alone: Prefers working by himself, and doesn't like spending his free time with others.
  • Logical Weakness: To make the disguise more convincing, Phoenix's pretender shell is much less durable than his normal robot body. He's also more affected by bad smells.
  • Robot Hair: The front of Phoenix's jet mode ends up on the back of his head in way that resembles a long ponytail.
  • Sizeshifter: His pretender shell is much smaller than himself, and he can freely change in and out of it.
  • Spell My Name With An S: Phoenix's code name started off as Ash Cloud. By the time the arc ended, it was consistantly being spelled as one word.
  • The Teetotaler: Phoenix tells Jet Convoy he doesn't drink when offered a cocktail.
  • Themed Aliases: When sneaking into Tarn, Phoenix goes by the name "Ashcloud", referencing the death and rebirth process of The Phoenix.

    Silverblurr
Played by: RapidFirestormer

A Buildron sniper, Silverblurr is good at what he does, and he knows it. This doesn't stop him from making friends, though, and he even helps mentor less experienced bots.

  • Atrocious Alias: Infiltrates Tarn under the name "Redswerve", and it's pointed out to him how nonsensical that name sounds.
  • Big Brother Mentor: Helps younger bots with their training whenever he can.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: The reason Silverblurr fights so hard is because his friend Turbo died fighting the Destrons. Refusing to see his best friend's death become a Senseless Sacrifice, Silverblurr makes sure what he fought for comes to pass.
  • Dead Sidekick: His entire motive for fighting for the Buildron cause is the death of his best friend Turbo.
  • Friendly Sniper: Silverblurr's one of the most affable Buildrons, and one of their best snipers.
  • Guns Akimbo: Carries two guns, but only uses both at closer range. When sniping, it's not convenient to use both at once.
  • Irony: Silverblurr's favorite color is orange, which is one of the colors he uses on his armor the least.
  • Just One More Level!: The narration implies that Silverblurr's skill at Flappy Bot is a result of him spending an excessive amount of time playing it.
  • Mythology Gag: His name is a combination of Japanese and American names of the character he's based on: Silverbolt and Blurr.
    • Turbo is based on his canon incarnation's Mini-Con partner.
    • The "Redswerve" disguise is based on Universe Swerve, a red redeco of his toy.
  • Necessary Drawback: He is indeed a great sniper. However, focusing his training in that area naturally means he's less skilled at close range combat where he lacks cover.
  • Nice Guy: As much as he brags about his skill, Silverblurr does get along with others easily. He's happy to train younger bots, lets cooperative prisoners play video games with him, and tries to be nice to Blot while undercover in spite of him not needing to.
  • Retractable Weapon: Silverblurr's guns have barrels that can become shorter for storage or fighting closer enemies.

    Nightbeat

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

An experienced detective, Nightbeat has learned when to break the rules if it means getting things done. Though he prefers working alone, he's able to take charge when things get desperate.

  • Commitment Issues: Nightbeat's focus on his job has led to multiple break ups. His old partner Searchlight even tells him to hold onto Minerva so he won't lose another girl.
  • Flying Car: He turns into a hovercar.
  • Hardboiled Detective: Nightbeat's a street smart detective who likes to go it alone.
  • Hot Paint Job: He got flames painted on his vehicle mode in his younger days to try and impress the ladies.
  • Palette Swap: Happens to share his body-type with Minerva.
  • Screw the Rules, I'm Doing What's Right!: Nightbeat's not afraid to ignore the book if it helps him solve his cases.
  • Super-Hearing: Has audio sensors to help his investigations.

    Fly-Over

Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: RapidFirestormer

A young scout, Fly-Over will take on any other job offered if it means she can be helpful. However, some worry that this might lead to her taking one she isn't yet ready to handle.

  • Chronic Hero Syndrome: Fly-Over will help with any task, whether it be scouting, cargo hauling, comms duty, medical work, or engineering. However, she'll still try to help even if she isn't actually capable of doing so.
  • Extra Eyes: Has three optic sensors and a camera for a face.
  • Future Copter: Her vehicle mode, which was designed to resemble a V-22 Osprey.
  • No Mouth: Fly-Over lacks any kind of conventional mouth, which prevents her from being able to drink cocktails until Beta Levo gives her a special drinking tube.

    Minerva
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxminerva.png
Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

A young medic in training, Minerva is a cheerful and upbeat femme, but she suffers from a lack of confidence. Though she doesn't like fighting, she'll do anything to protect her friends.

  • Beneath the Mask: While always acting cheerful, deep down she has low self-confidence thanks to a personal loss.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: She is a kind medic who doesn't like to fight, but if one of her friends is in trouble, Minerva WILL face anyone to save them without hesitation.
  • Flying Car: Her vehicle mode is a hover car.
  • The Medic: Training to be a field nurse, she's helping Ratchet patch up fellow Buildrons.
  • Palette Swap: Share the same body-type as Nightbeat.
  • The Pollyanna: Has an upbeat attitude that often inspires those around her.

    Blasttrack
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxblasttrack.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: RapidFirestormer

Never a talkative bot, Blasttrack's quiet attitude got worse after he got captured by Destrons and had to break out himself years later. Despite his experiences, he's still a loyal soldier, and always makes sure to get the job done.

  • Arm Cannon: Blasttrack has his main vehicle mode cannon end up on his right arm.
  • Backpack Cannon: His vehicle mode missile launchers, on the other hand, end up on his back.
  • Goggles Do Something Unusual: The patch over his right eye is used to help him aim.
  • Original Character: One of the few characters who's original to the series.
  • Prison Changes People: He became even less social after spending years captured by Destrons.
  • The Stoic: Shows little emotion when on the job, and speaks only when it's necessary for the job.
  • Suppressed Rage: In order to stay professional, Blasttrack does nothing more than glare at Beta Levo when overhearing him insult Thundercracker and Nightracer for being former Destrons.
  • Tanks, but No Tanks: Turns into a half-track self-propelled gun.

    Deadhour

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: GogoDG, RapidFirestormer

A young Buildron, Deadhour isn't used to peace due to being born near the end of the Great War. Energetic and quick, he desires to learn how to adjust to his new life.

  • Cheerful Child: Among the youngest of Buildrons, and also is one of the most energetic.
  • Cool Car: He turns into a sports car.
  • Fragile Speedster: Deadhour isn't the strongest Buildron around, but he is quick.
  • Guns Akimbo: He's armed with twin pistols.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: Wants to make friends when there isn't any war to worry about, but has trouble knowing how to socialize in peacetime.
  • The Prankster: Ends up tricking Rotorstorm into thinking he has a meeting with Jet Convoy.

    Tigertrack

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: GogoDG, RapidFirestormer
Tigertrack is a vigilante sentry, regularly performing guard duty. However, he also idolizes great warriors, and adopted the identity "Nitrotiger" to become an arena fighter.
  • Fanboy: He's a big fan of Star Saber, and is thrilled when he gets to meet him at Overlord's tournament.
  • Palette Swap: His body-type is also used by Sideswipe.
  • Sarcasm-Blind: Is oblivious to sarcastic remarks made right in front of him.
  • Secret Identity: He competes in arena fights under the name Nitrotiger, complete with new colors and extra armor.
  • Serious Business: Unless there's a big fighting event like Overlord's tournament, Tigertrack spends most of his time patrolling Decagon. And he's very good at it.

    Sideswipe
Played by: ShockwaveFan148, RapidFirestormer
A Buildron fighter, Sideswipe used to love reckless brawling. However, he transitioned to becoming a more tactical, stealthy fighter to make sure he'd be there to train his younger sister, Sunstreaker.
  • Big Brother Mentor: The reason Sideswipe stopped being so reckless is because he's training his younger sister, Sunstreaker.
  • Good Old Fisticuffs: He loves fist fighting, and even his new attitude hasn't changed this.
  • Mythology Gag: His "Lambor" disguise in Tarn uses his Japanese name and mirror universe colors.
    • Meanwhile his normal color scheme is inspired by G2 version of him.
  • Palette Swap: Shares his body-type with Tigertrack with a different paint scheme.
  • Tame His Anger: Sideswipe learned to be less reckless in combat so he wouldn't get hurt so much.
  • Technicolor Ninja: Sideswipe has taught himself to be stealthy in spite of having red and light green armor in addition to black, though they are somewhat dull.

Played by: ShockwaveFan148, RapidFirestormer

Sideswipe's little sister, Sunstreaker is eager to become a Buildron warrior. However, she's still rash, and will blow off training she considers boring in favor of having fun.

    Rotorstorm
Played by: ShockwaveFan148, Artork312

A Buildron air warrior with dreams of being a comedian, Rotorstorm will always crack a joke during battle, though they aren't always as funny as he thinks they are.

  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: He tends to get drawn away from his job fairly easily. He forgets about guarding Freezon until after the Destrons escape with them, and he gets left behind when the Buildrons bring the Arklight back to Decagon because he was too busy talking to someone else.
  • Berserk Button: Does not take quips from his enemies well - as Rotorstorm sees it, quipping is his thing.
  • Cannot Tell a Joke: As much as he loves to make jokes, he isn't particularly good at it. At all.
  • Cool Plane: Turns into a sleek helicopter.
  • Literalist Snarking: Tends to make jokes by taking phrases others say literally. He asks Nightbeat if he thinks he's a god after he swore while telling him to be quiet, and claims that Roadfire does acting after he mentions having a part to play.
  • The Resenter: Rotorstorm isn't happy that the younger Jet Convoy is in charge.
  • Troll: Regularly antagonizes Beta Levo ever since he interpreted his wishing he'd been there to see Jet Convoy get beat up as an indication he wanted him dead, and admits he takes joy in doing so. He also will not stop joking about someone, even if they tell him to stop.

    Nightracer
Played by: ShockwaveFan148, RoboBum with Brains
A former Destron, Nightracer was forced to work for Overlord due to her natural talent, but she eventually defected with her partner, Thundercracker. Now helping the Buildrons track down dangerous foes, the sniper femme has managed to help her new faction, but is rather cold and has yet to warm up to her new leaders.
  • Beneath the Mask: While Nightracer acts cold around the Buildrons, it's because she's worried that they don't trust her.
  • Cold Sniper: Isn't that much of a sociable bot, and acts as a sniper.
  • Cool Car: Turns into a modified sports car.
  • Forced into Evil: Nightracer didn't want to join the Destrons to begin with, but she had no choice once Overlord noticed her skill.
  • Happily Married: She is in a loving relationship with Thundercracker, being one of the few people Nightracer opens up to and was devastated when he fell into a coma.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Left Overlord's Destrons long ago to work for the Buildrons.
  • Heroic Resolve: She manages to make a precise shot while hanging from a medical stretcher. Which she was in due to an injury that made her unable to roll over without help.

    Thundercracker
Played by: ShockwaveFan148, RapidFirestormer
A former Destron, Thundercracker loves being a pilot and writer, which didn't sit well with his masters that built him to act as an air warrior. Leaving for the Buildrons with his partner, Nightracer, Thundercracker is now able to serve in the capacity that he wants to.
  • Adaptational Heroism: Downplayed. While there have been canon Thundercrackers who sided with the good guys, they all started the series off on the side of evil. This Thundercracker was a Buildron from the start of the series, with his defection being relegated to his backstory.
  • Brilliant, but Lazy: Given that he was built specifically to be an air warrior, Thundercracker has all the physical capabilities needed to be a good one. He just has no interest in being one.
  • Cool Plane: Befitting his nature of a Seeker, he turns into a tetrajet.
  • Happily Married: He and Nightracer share a loving relationship, defecting together and looking out for each other's safety.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Left Overlord's army to join the Buildrons.
  • Palette Swap: Like many Seekers before him, he shares the same body-type as Starscream and Slipstream.
  • Pursue the Dream Job: Despite being built to be an air warrior, Thundercracker was more interested in being a pilot and writer. Part of why he joined the Buildrons was that they didn't force him to do a job he didn't like.

    Air Raid

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Blepablorpo, Artork312

A Buildron Airdron in training, Air Raid isn't particularly skilled when it comes to combat. However, he is a friendly bot, if a bit eccentric.

  • Cloudcuckoolander: Genuinely thinks that someone can choose to stop being old.
  • Motor Mouth: He speaks incredibly fast when telling Rodimus Prime to focus on his emotional health.
  • The Movie Buff: He has a large selection of movies to go through when hosting a movie night for the other Buildrons, and is able to tell the Buildrons at his movie night various facts about the production.
  • Mutually Unequal Relation: Air Raid believes that he and Beta Levo are great friends. Beta, on the other hand, only tolerates him, and doesn't actually like him all that much.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: He's horrified by how easily he was able to kill some of the Claw Skulls, having never taken a life before.
  • School Is for Losers: Dropped out of training because he thought it was lame.
  • The Slacker: He doesn't do much training or make many plans.
  • The Teetotaler: Refuses to have any "Til All Are Fun" cocktails by claiming he's too young to be drinking.
  • Totally Radical: Uses the acronym SMH (shaking my head) while talking to someone. Without actually shaking his head.

    Hot Shot
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxhotshot.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: ØmniTheLeader
A young bot from Caminus, Hot Shot wants to live life as much as he can, but this leads to him pulling reckless stunts. However, he has a good spark, and may go a long way with some guidance.
  • Arm Cannon: Hot Shot's flamethrowers are mounted on his arms for quick access.
  • Cool Car: A bot who lives to the fullest, he turns into a muscle car.
  • Fire-Breathing Weapon: He's a armed with a pair of flamethrowers and is ready to use them.
  • Hot-Blooded: Is rather reckless and will rush into things, no matter how strong his enemies are.
  • Trauma Button: Reminding him of his destroyed homeworld Caminus will instantly bring Hot Shot's mood down.

    Siren
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

An incredibly loud bot, Siren's aggressiveness led to him becoming a drill sergeant in the Buildron forces. Despite his mean exterior, especially when teased, he does care about his fellow troops deep down.

    Trailbreaker
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxtrailbreaker.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

A crass, unsubtle brawler, Trailbreaker will always attack first and ask questions later. Though firmly and proudly a Buildron, he isn't fully trusted by his allies due to his shady past while out on the streets.

    Strongarm
Played by: RoboBum with Brains
A freshly graduated law enforcement officer, Strongarm is good at her job, being extremely dedicated to upholding all the rules she learned from the book. However, she often feels like an outcast, and has to deal with the affections of the Destron Knock Out.
  • Amazonian Beauty: Has more bulk than the average femme, but this doesn't stop Knock Out and Jet Convoy from considering her to be good looking.
  • By-the-Book Cop: She always makes sure to follow the proper procedure.
  • Muscle Angst: Among the reasons Strongarm is insecure is the teasing she got for her greater than normal bulk.

    Longarm
Played by: ØmniTheLeader
A former Wrecker turned engineer, Longarm is a tough fighter. However, he chose to stay behind while the team went off into space so he could help protect the Buildrons on Cybertron.
  • Brave Scot: He's a courageous warrior who speaks with a Scottish accent.
  • Bruiser with a Soft Center: Though he's a brawler first, he is willing to joke, tell stories, and help take care of a sparkling.
  • The Engineer: Longarm's official job is engineering, and he helps repair the Arklight.
  • Friend to All Children: He's left with taking care of Wide Barrel, the Mini-Con sparkling Jet Convoy found, and proves to be quite good at it.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: Has four arms, and is a tough enough fighter to have been a Wrecker.
  • Old Soldier: Is one of the older Buildrons in the fight, with the only bot older than him being Ratchet.
  • Sole Survivor: While they may not be dead, Longarm is the only Wrecker left on Cybertron, and the unit hasn't been heard from since the Great War.

    Blazemaster
Played by: Blepablorpo, Artork312

A Buildron general, Blazemaster became incredibly jaded by the Great War. As such, she no longer puts any value in life when planning strategies, so long as at leads to total victory.

  • Cool Plane: Turns into a rescue helicopter. Ironically, she does more killing than rescuing.
  • The Cynic: Her experiences of conflicts over many years, including the Great War, left her jaded from fighting.
  • Death Seeker: Doesn't care if her strategies end up leading to her own death, so long as the Buildrons win in the end.
  • Gender Flip: Female here, when her canon versions have been male.
  • General Ripper: Hates Destrons with a passion, and won't consider the Great War to be over until they're all dead, Buildron casualties be damned.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Blazemaster's rather callous disregard for life has led to most Buildrons finding her needlessly cruel. She doesn't disagree.

    Breakaway
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

A laser sniper and electronics expert, Breakaway can move incredibly fast to bombard the enemy. However, he's incredibly laid back, and is never in a hurry to do anything.

  • Cool Plane: Turns into a fighter jet, befitting of a part-time Airdron.
  • Friendly Sniper: Works as a laser sniper, and is a pretty nice guy.
  • Mellow Fellow: He's quite laid back, never rushing to do anything.
  • Power Stereotype Flip: While his jet mode lets him move at incredible speed, Breakaway doesn't hurry to take action.

    Silverfang
Played by: Scourge

    Drift
Played by: Tigerhawk7109

Every campaign needs a token Lawful Stupid character. Drift is that character. A sanctimonious, self-righteous prick who believes himself to be greater than everyone else, Drift is either unaware (or in deep denial) of his complete lack of actual skill.

  • Decomposite Character: While in canon Drift went by Deadlock when he was a Decepticon, here and Drift and Deadlock are two completely separate characters who have never met.
  • Lawful Stupid: Embodies this trope to a ridiculous degree.

    Whitenoise
Played by: Tigerhawk7109

    Lightbright
Played by: ØmniTheLeader

    Override
Played by: Artork312

A friend of Jetfire and Beta Levo when they were younger, Override fell out with them after being sent on a mission to Lysexx. A tough fighter, she can take down opponents much bigger than she is, though she can be too aggressive at times.

  • Action Girl: She was able to figure out how to defeat the gargantuan Moledive, and did so with some help from Silverblurr and Nightbeat.
  • Childhood Friend Romance: Dated Jetfire after being friends for much of their early years.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: Thanks to not being contacted during her mission in Lysexx, Override was shocked to hear from Phoenix that Jetfre became a Convoy.

    Searchlight
Played by: Artork312

Nightbeat's old detective work partner, Searchlight helps investigates cases that pop up in Decagon. While he no longer works full time with Nightbeat, they're still friends, and Searchlight is happy to help him out on a case.

  • Blinded by the Light: He has incredibly bright headlights in vehicle mode.
  • Cigar Chomper: Being a detective, Searchlight can be seen with a cy-gar in his mouth on certain occasions.
  • Hard Boiled Detective: Much like his former partner, Searchlight is a streetwise investigator.
  • Hot Paint Job: Like his old partner, he too got flames painted on him back when he was younger to help him impress the ladies. Unlike his boss, however, he managed to impress some of them.
  • Invisibility: Searchlight has a stealth mode that lets him turn invisible.

    Council of Elders
Played by: Artork312 (All members)
Counter Arrow, Wars, Artfire, and Ox are the current governing body of the Buildrons, and are the ones who agreed to give Jetfire the title of Convoy.
  • 24-Hour Armor: No matter the circumstance, Ox NEVER takes off his power armor.
  • Extra Eyes: Councilor Wars has three optics.
  • Mister Exposition: They mainly serve to give the higher ups important information.
  • Mythology Gag: The councilors are all named after Spychangers from Car Robots.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: Counter Arrow is willing to socialize with the other Buildrons when he goes out for drinks.
  • Sensory Tentacles: Wars has small tendrils growing out of his back, likely to provide sensory information.
  • Superior Successor: To the previous Council of Elders, whose debatable decisions like installing a puppet Destron High Council and persecuting their people, as well as their extreme corruption only aided Sigmatron in driving his people to start the Great War.

    Medical Team
Played by: Artork312 (all members)
Various Buildrons who serve under Ratchet as medics, often going out on missions to perform repairs.
  • Composite Character: Fixit's design makes use of the wheel legs of the version from Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015), but acts as a medic like his original Generation One version.
  • Cool Plane: Rugger has wings, and is capable of transforming into a rescue jet.
  • The Dividual: Gaz-Mat and Casket almost always work together, and have little differentiating them.
  • Inconsistent Spelling: A typo led to his name getting spelled "Rigger" in his second appearance.
  • The Medic: All of them help tend to the wounded in some way.
  • Nerdy Nasalness: Fixit has a nasally voice and is generally unliked by a few of his colleagues due to it..and his rather obnoxious personality.
  • Original Character: Among them, only Fixit has a canon counterpart.
  • Recurring Extra: Gaz-Mat and Casket one has much of a personality, mainly serving to help patch up the main characters' injuries when the need for it arises.
  • Rollerblade Good: Fixit has wheels in place of legs.
  • Satellite Character: While Gaz-Mat has appeared by himself, Casket has only ever shown up to assist him.

    Bravers
Played by: Artork312 (all members)
A Buildron squad that pass down their code names, the Bravers have proven to be good soldiers regardless of which the itteration of the team.
  • Actor Allusion: One of the Braver code names is B-312. The entire squad is played by Artork312.
  • Adaptational Heroism: The canon versions of Smolder, Hefter, and Injector/Aquasting are Decepticons/Predacons. Here, however, they're heroic Buildrons.
  • Code Name: Each Braver goes by a passed down code name.
  • Composite Character: One of the Braver code names is B-127, which was held by Bumper and Injector.
  • Decomposite Character: The B-127 name was never used by this reality's Bumblebee.
    • Injector and Aquasting are teammates. While no canon character is named Aquasting, it was going to be used for the character that wound up being named Injector.
  • Legacy Character: The Braver code names all get passed down ever since the squad has been established.
  • The Medic: B-127/Injector and B-481/Skelter both act as medics. A previous roster had B-215/Grand Masher and B-481/Hefter in this role.
  • Red Shirts: The entire crew's only purpose is to act as extra bodies to throw at whatever the threat is at the time.
  • Sergeant Rock: Smolder is a positive sergeant who fully trusts the bots under his command.
  • You Are Number 6: The names the Bravers go by are all numerical designations.

    Airdrons
Played by: Artork312 (Silverbolt), RoboBum with Brains (Bravo)
Buildrons who have trained in aerial combat, the Airdrons are called in whenever air support is needed. At least one squad is led by Sergeant Silverbolt.
  • Ace Pilot: All Airdrons are trained to be efficient at flying and air combat.
  • Adaptation Name Change: The Airdrons are, fittingly, the Galactic Voyage versions of the Aerialbots/Airbots from G1.
  • Cool Plane: Due to their line of work, Airdrons turns into flying vehicles.
  • Mauve Shirt: Some bots, like Silverbolt and Bravo, get names and extra lines...
  • Red Shirts: ...But the rest are just there to pad out the Buildron numbers.

    Other residents of Decagon

Fangjack

Played by: Artork312
The head of Decagon's security, Fangjack continues his centuries old service alongside new Buildroopers to protect the city and people he grew to appreciate.
  • An Arm and a Leg: Fangjack only has one arm.
  • Original Character: Was created for this series, like a big number of characters.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: He's completely accepting of Blasttrack's request to send in replacements to take over his and Tigertrack's shift after they've been out for a long enough time.

Rocksteel, Fiver, and Pulsar

Played by: Artork312 (all)
A trio of Buildron guards assigned to watch over Beta Levo when he was found using the Creation Matrix.
  • Large and in Charge: Pulsar is thin and tall, and does the most speaking for the trio as a whole while talking to Phoenix.
  • Original Character: Rocksteel and Fiver don't have canon counterparts. This doesn't apply to Pulsar, as his name has been used before.

Clipper

Played by: Artork312
A rookie Buildron, Clipper joined Nightbeat and Searchlight in checking out the Sea of Rust base.
  • Adaptational Badass: Canon Clipper isn't much of a fighter. This one is quite skilled at combat.
  • Bayonet Ya: Clipper uses a pistol with a bayonet on the ends.

Drench

Played by: Artork312
A hardworking Buildron, Drench has seen better days, but she refuses to let others hold her back. She also has a sense of humor.
  • Cannot Tell a Joke: According to Rotorstorm, her jokes aren't as funny as she thinks. Though given Rotorstorm himself has this problem, it's possible Drench may be funnier than indicated.
  • Gender Flip: The canon versions of Drench are all male. This one isn't.
  • Gender-Concealing Writing: She was referred to with male pronouns when mentioned first. When Drench finally showed up, however, she is shown to be female. Turns out she's not that well known in Decagon, and because of it a lot of people have just assumed she's male.
  • Handicapped Badass: May need to walk with leg supports due to recent incident with the Cosmic Rust, but she'll use them to walk into a Cosmic Rust hot spot, and won't let anyone stop her.
  • The Reliable One: Known for being a dedicated worker, which is why Beta Levo recommends sending her to the Sea of Rust base.

Broadcast

Played by: Artork312
Broadcast is one of the two Buildrons in charge of handling communications in Decagon.
  • Communications Officer: Broadcast's job is to handle communications for Buildrons both in and out of Decagon. He's not left alone on this duty, however..
  • The Ghost: So far, he hasn't shown up in person. Yet.
  • Incessant Music Madness: He LOVES loud music. Those who are stuck hearing it when he plays it don't often share his opinions on the volume of the tracks played.

Other Locations

    "The Unrustables"
A squad stationed at the Sea of Rust, away from most of the action, "The Unrustables" are a rather dysfunctional group.
  • Rag Tag Bunch Of Misfits: From what's been learned from Hot Rod, most of "The Unrustables" are rather eccentric. However, they still do their part to help the Buildron cause.

Hot "Rodimus" Rod

Played by: ShockwaveFan148, Artork312

The leader of the Buildron squad known as "The Unrustables", Hot "Rodimus" Rod makes his plans up on the fly and has to have his ego reeled in by his second-in-command, Highbrow, but his charisma manages to still make him an inspiring leader. Unfortunately for him, his team's been stationed at the Sea of Rust, leaving him bored out of his mind.

Highbrow

Played by: ShockwaveFan148

The second-in-command of "The Unrustables", Highbrow is left with handling the responsibilities Hot Rod chooses to neglect.

  • The Ghost: While mentioned by Hot Rod, Highbrow has yet to make a physical appearance.
  • Hyper-Competent Sidekick: While not officially the leader, Highbrow is the one running things at base due to Hot Rod's lack of planning skills.
  • The Lancer: Being the responsible voice of reason, Highbrow serves as a foil for Hot Rod.
  • Number Two: He's been elected second-in-command of "The Unrustables" for a reason.

Toxin

Played by: RapidFirestormer

A rather unpleasant bot to be around, Toxin is, however, one of the most skilled chemists and virusologists in Decagon, which is why they were assigned to "The Unrustables" when the team was sent to the Sea of Rust... that, and to keep them away from Decagon. This has given them plenty of material to work with and they've adjusted well to even if not all of them are fond of the "art" Toxin makes.

  • Adaptational Gender Identity: Was male in More than Meets the Eye, but here, they're nonbinary.
  • For Science!: Toxin does enjoy their job making chemicals and seeing them in action for it's own sake. However, when combined with a Lack of Empathy, it's lead to them conducting more unsettling tests.
  • Lack of Empathy: Upon hearing Searchlight mention how a femme he once knew got melted, Toxin wishes they could have been there to see it happen.
  • Plaguemaster: Toxin enjoys making viruses and infecting others with them to see what happens. Thankfully, they've learned not to do this to other Buildrons.
  • Reassigned to Antarctica: Toxin was put on "The Unrustables" after the team was stationed at the remote Sea of Rust outpost as an excuse to keep them far away from Decagon.
  • Sociopathic Hero: They inject Destrons with viruses and acids they make because they find it fun, and doesn't care about the feelings of others. However, they stuck with the Buildrons for their entire time in the Great War.
  • Token Evil Teammate: The least moral of all official "Unrustables".

    Excellion's Crew
Played by: Artork312

A rough bunch of Buildrons, Excellion and his team come across Rodimus Prime after he leaves Silex-2 during their travel routine.

  • Evil Counterpart: It's probably no coincidence that Excellion was picked to fight Rodimus Prime since they share identical vehicle mode color schemes.
  • Good Is Not Nice: They're all Buildrons, but when they find Rodimus Prime wandering around the middle of nowhere due to being upset, they beat him up and call him weak.
  • Hot Paint Job: Befitting his hotblooded nature, Excellion has flames painted on him.
  • Tank Goodness: One of them can turn into a tank.

    Prowl
Played by: Scourge

    Huffer
Played by: Artork312

A former locksmith, Huffer joined the Buildrons during the Great War. He ended up getting imprisoned in Forkular, where he was encountered by Rodimus Prime.

  • Adaptation Personality Change: This Huffer doesn't show signs of the extreme pessimism his canon counterpart has.
  • Master of Unlocking: He worked as a locksmith before fighting in the war, and his skills lets him open Rodimus's cuffs.
  • No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: Uses his lockpicking skills to open Rodimus Prime's cuffs so he can escape... and gets killed when the Destrons try shooting the escaped prisoner.

Destrons

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxdestronsymbolnew.png

Made for warfare, Destrons were protectors of their own kind, but their ego got to them and they waged wars, aiming towards galactic conquest. Centuries after the Great War ended, they still continue the fight, and, as the old Destron saying goes, "For us, war never changes.".

  • Always Chaotic Evil: Once Cybertron's military defense, their high command got tired of it all and in their ego waged a war against the Buildrons. Nowadays their remnants on Cybertron either seek out power, try to keep Sigmatron's cause alive, or are just doing it all because it gives them great joy.
    • However, there are exceptions to that, as those who realized the folly of their conflict, were forged after it was over or never participated in it in the first place often try to stir their people's attentions towards peaceful solutions to no avail.
  • Fantastic Racism: Quite a few of them express disgust and hatred of Buildrons, no matter how big or small they are. One of the reasons to start the Great War was to either subjugate them or, if that would not suffice, eliminate their kind from the face of Cybertron.
  • How the Mighty Have Fallen: The Destrons started the Great War as a massive army, all united under Sigmatron and commanding a fleet that could bombard the entire planet. Now, with Sigmatron dead, the Destrons have been fractured into several competing warbands, with most forced to scavenge for supplies. They've been described as now being barely a step up from the Marauders, though given that the one making this claim is Blast Off, it may not be entirely accurate.
  • Proud Warrior Race: Destron's traditional culture values strength and prowess, so in the mind of quite a few of their commanders, physical superiority over those weaker than them gives them right to conquer their territories and rule over them.
  • Robot Soldier: Created as military hardware, Destron history and culture was, and to this day, still is centered around war. And long before the Great War, their numbers comprised most of of Cybertron's armed forces.

    Sigmatron
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxsigmatron.png
Click here to see his alternate mode

A Destron general turned supreme leader, Sigmatron was the one who started the Great War, and when it was ending not in his favor, he ordered his fleet to bombard Cybertron. The ruins of civilization and a few loyalists who fight in his name, all remaining as his legacy.

  • A Nazi by Any Other Name: Taking the power into his own hands, his rule emphasized the worst in Destrons, be it the increased belief in their own superiority as a species, committing war crimes against their enemies and those defying the regime or using the war as a boost for his people while completely neglecting the problems of his regime. In addition to that, his main goal was to make Buildrons bend their knee and serve his kind or, shall they not obey, "make them go away". And either choice was perfectly fine for him.
  • Badass Cape: Befitting his status as supreme leader of all Destrons, Sigmatron wore a ripped, red cape.
  • Cool Bike: A speedy warlord, his vehicle mode of choice was a power cruiser.
  • Creepy Souvenir: The head of Tirennis remained with him throughout the years, as it's shown on his profile art.
  • Defiant to the End: His last words were the order to bombard Cybertron to smithereens.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Even a dictator like Sigmatron had people he closely related to. Namely, Termagax and Silver Snake, his trusted advisors.
  • The Lost Lenore: His bondmate, Termagax. Her death during the Quintesson Invasion hit Sigmatron hard enough to lose whatever conscience he had before and become the so-called "sparkless tyrant".
  • Master Race: Sigmatron's belief in his own kind's superiority over others grew exponentially, and when he took the reins into his own iron claws, this became the part of his propaganda.
  • Original Character: Doesn't exist in any official Transformers media.
  • Posthumous Character: Has been long dead when the story began, only being mentioned by others.
  • Predecessor Villain: To the Destron warlords. They're trying to get to his level in their own way, and so far only Overlord managed to reach close the amount of power in his hands.
  • SkeleBot 9000: His face is very skull-like, a thing that only makes him look even more threatening than he is already.
  • The Social Darwinist: His entire modus operandi and worldview were driven by the principle "survival of the fittest".
  • Villainous Legacy: Even centuries after his death, everything that happened in the wake of it on Cybertron up to current events was his fault, as he instigated the Great War and ended it in such catastrophic fashion.

    Eraditrons
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxeraditron.png
Click here to see what they turn into
Played by: Artork312

Destron special forces established almost since the birth of their civilization, these soldiers showed time and time again why they should never be underestimated. And even after the Great War ended, these bots and femmes still fight for their people, being parts of multiple warbands.

  • Adaptational Badass: The Eraditrons' inspiration, the Eradicons, were standard Mooks, while these ones act as special forces.
  • Elite Mooks: In the Destron army they act as the special forces, equipped with the best gear available and trained to win where common soldiers fail. However, they still go down comparatively easily.
  • Faceless Goons: They wear closed helmets with toned visors to hide their faces.
  • Flying Car: All Eraditrons after joining the ranks are outfitted to turn into a modified armored hover car.
  • Men Are the Expendable Gender: Averted. There are plenty of female Eraditrons, though their voices are the only way to tell the difference.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: Their armor is colored predominantly red and black, and they serve as the elite Destron forces antagonistic to the Buildrons. Was even more explicit during Sigmatron's reign when they were his enforcers.
  • Shoulder Cannon: Eraditrons have a cannon built into each shoulder.

Megazarak's Warband

Originally led by Straxus, the warband sticked to Forkular and its borders, til he was overthrown by his accountant, Megazarak. Now, they follow their new boss's aims towards something greater, but will Zarak's band succeed in their endeavors or fail miserably? Only time will tell.

  • Villainous Underdog: Originally, they started small, merely focusing on rebuilding the infrastructure, lost under Straxus, as well as scouting for new information around the world, per their leader's orders. Now, they control Tarn, once Overlord's hold, with Zarak proclaiming herself an Empress of Destruction. Not bad for a bunch of washed up minions, eh?

    Megazarak
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxmegazarak.png
Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

The warlord of one of many Destron warbands, Megazarak took the role from her former commander, Straxus, in order to become the ruler of all the Destrons.

  • Arm Cannon: During "Operation: Freak Show", Megazarak gets a fusion cannon that she mounts to her upper right arm.
  • Bad Boss: She casually kills one of her guards to test Deluge's reverse engineered MechTech prototype.
  • Big Bad: She is the leader of the primary band of Destrons the story focuses on.
  • Cool Plane: Befitting her position in the warband, Zarak's vehicle mode is a bomber ship.
  • Dude Magnet: Megazarak has no desire to enter a relationship. However, this hasn't stopped Knock Out, Fasttrack, Stockade, and Deadlock from developing feelings for her.
  • Extra Eyes: Megazarak has four optics.
  • Gender Flip: In most parts of TF media where Megazarak present, the character is male, but here it's not the case.
  • Love Is a Weakness: Chooses not to date anyone, as in her mind, love would stop her from being able to hurt them if needed. However, she has dated in the past, and admitted that Sky Shadow is her ex-boyfriend.
  • Master of the Mixed Message: Zarak knows well that Fasttrack is obsessed with her, and is willing to play him along to keep him loyal despite having no interest in dating anyone.
  • Mind-Control Device: The key to her power are cerebro-shells, which Megazarak uses to control the minds of those who don't listen to her willingly.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: Has four arms, and is willing to try and fight Octopunch.
  • Retcon: Her profile claims she's the biggest Destron warlord on Cybertron. Not only does that honor go to Overlord in the actual Roleplay, considering he rules an entire city and a large territory-wide production lines versus her mere fortress and outposts, but most Destrons don't even know that Straxus is dead, let alone she took his place.
  • Secondary Color Nemesis: Is primarily green and purple with orange horns.
  • Secretary of Evil: Before she started calling the shots, Megazarak was Straxus's accountant. It was constantly seeing how he mismanaged his warband that convinced her to overthrow him.
  • Tomboy with a Girly Streak: Megazarak is a ruthless warlord who is perfectly willing to get her hands dirty in battle... and is also one overjoyed when Lyzack manages to find her some cosmetics during a supply run.

    Straxus

Played by: Artork312

A lecherous and a pompous sadist, Straxus's days of major general back in the Great War were no different from his warlord stint. His questionable decision making, however ensured his doom, and it was something that he himself would find ironic, if humiliating..

  • BFG: Similar to his Marvel Comics version, he transformed into a Cybertronian cannon. And as if that wasn't enough, his cannon mode was also capable of flight!
  • Blood Knight: Even more so than Overlord, as unlike his mere love of bloodshed, Straxus was infatuated with the nature of war itself, enjoying all its facets.
  • The Caligula: If there was ever a competition of who spent more time on indulging in base instincts, Straxus would beat Overlord for sure, but he's too lazy for it.
  • Dying Declaration of Love: As he was melting alive in a smelting pool, this is what he had to say to those who betrayed him:
    "WAR..I LOVED...WAR!"
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: Barricade's the only member of the warband that's ever had something nice to say about his leadership. A two week party was thrown after he was killed, complete with tearing down all his statues.
  • Murder by Suicide: A shot in the head with a cerebro-shell, and he willingly went towards his own doom.
  • Powered Armor: Despite not participating in battle that much, Straxus did have a set of battle armor built for him.
  • Powerful Pick: Had one built into his battle armor's gauntlet, and he also had a collection of pickaxes stashed for every occasion.
  • Walk the Plank: Was the way he and those he executed for various slights against him met their end - in the smelting pool.

    Bugly

Played by: RapidFirestormer

The primary strategist of Megazarak's forces, Bugly is an effective warrior, but is obsesses with controlling everything around him. This has led to him plotting to overthrow Megazarak and take control of her warband, and then... the world.

  • Acid Attack: His pretender shell has acidic spit.
  • Animal Motifs: With his large eyes, mandibles, and wings, Bugly strongly resembles a, well, bug.
  • Arm Cannon: He has a pair of photon cannons on both arms.
  • Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: A practitioner of Circuit-Su, he's convinced that it helps make him unstoppable.
  • Bad Boss: Is not above shocking his own soldiers with his electroblade to make them do what he wants.
  • Badass Boast: When Jet Convoy claims Bugly isn't a threat, Bugly has this to say before breaking his wing:
Here's some advice. When you face a master of Circuit-Su, there's ALWAYS a threat.
  • Blade Below the Shoulder: His right hand can be swapped out for an electroblade. One of the arms on his pretender shell also ends with a blade.
  • Co-Dragons: Used to possess a rank equal to Kiloton's. Since his promotion to colonel by Megazarak, however, this no longer applies.
  • Control Freak: Obsessed with being in charge of everything and everyone, and refuses to respect the authority of anyone else.
  • Cool Plane: Turns into a gunship.
  • Energy Weapon: He's armed with dangerous photon cannons.
  • Genius Bruiser: Smart enough to be a strategist, and is a strong fighter on the battlefield.
  • How Do I Shot Web?: Bugly finds out his pretender shell has Projectile Webbing when he accidentally fires it under the assumption he's shooting photon blasts.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: Though hesitant to consume fellow Destrons, Bugly willing eats an unlucky soldier to sustain the Octopunch's virus.
  • Jack of All Stats: Bugly's pretender shell has a wider variety of ways to attack than Octopunch did, but none are as effective compared to Octopunch's attacks. However, this is partly due to Bugly having no training with these abilities.
  • Know When to Fold 'Em: Aggressive as he may be, Bugly will retreat if sticking around isn't worth it, and he knows to avoid openly defying Megazarak to avoid getting in trouble.
  • Lightning Bruiser: He may be bulky, but he's also agile enough to be a martial arts master.
  • Manipulative Bastard: Bugly knows how to get people to do what he wants. He can play on Breakdown's paranoia to make him obey his orders, and he gets Deluge to support his coup by claiming to appreciate his scientific work more than Megazarak does.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: His pretender shell has four arms.
  • Number Two: With his promotion, Bugly is just below Megazarak in the warband hierarchy. And it's something he intends to fix.
  • Powered Armor: After getting a sample of Octopunch's flesh, he has an organic shell built for himself. It gets trashed after a fight with the source of said flesh.
  • Projectile Webbing: One of the weapons his pretender shell is equipped with is the ability to shoot sticky webbing.
  • Smug Snake: His primary flaw is that, for all his many genuinely impressive skills, Bugly thinks he's the absolute best in all areas, even when there are those who are better than him.
  • The Sociopath: Bugly shows almost all signs of being one. He believes he's superior to all others and seeks to control everything because of it, not reacting well to any sign of his authority being questioned. He's an expert manipulator, and the closest he's done to showing loyalty to someone that wasn't offering him any service was rescuing Stalker from getting stuck in water to return the favor for him Taking the Bullet. And he has zero qualms about hurting his own allies if they aren't useful to him anymore, even going so far as to eat a hapless Destron soldier to sustain Octopunch's virus. While he does show some initial hesitation to this particular action, it's only due to Pragmatic Villainy: he offers to feed "Octopunch" with Buildron prisoners exclusively, but his convictions go away instantly when it threatens to start feeding off of him if he doesn't get a meal quick enough.
  • Spikes of Villainy: Has plently of spikes on his body, and is a bad guy through and through.
  • The Starscream: Bugly seeks to take Megazarak's place as leader so he'll be the one controlling the warband.
  • You Kill It, You Bought It: Helping inflict fatal wounds onto Octopunch left Bugly at ground zero for being infected by his virus.

    Kiloton

Played by: GogoDG, ØmniTheLeader

The general of Megazarak's troops, Kiloton is absolutely loyal to the Destron cause, and her leader.

  • Amazonian Beauty: Has been noted by multiple characters as being attractive, and can effortlessly carry Stalker, a bot the same size as her.
  • Co-Dragons: She and Bugly used to have equal rank just under Megazarak. Once Bugly was promoted, Kiloton got the short end of the stick when this trope stopped applying.
  • The Creon: Kiloton is in no rush to take Megazarak's place as leader.
  • Composite Character: Mostly based on Unite Warriors Megaempress, while her name comes from an obscure friend of Megatron from the Japanese G-2 Story Pages.
  • Genius Bruiser: She was made general because of her thoughtfulness, as well as her strong and tough exterior.
  • Villainous Valor: No matter how dire the situation is, she'll never order a retreat, and will never back away from a one on one fight.

    Stalker
Played by: ØmniTheLeader

Megazarak's frontline spy and comms officer, Stalker doesn't seek power, only information. Loyal to his master, he keeps an eye out for any signs of Destrons who may be traitors.

  • Blinded by the Light: Has flash bangs in his arsenal, which temporarily blind anyone who watches them go off.
  • Communications Officer: Stalker is in charge of keeping Destron forces connected when out in the field.
  • The Confidant: He is the one person Megazarak will discuss her personal life with regularly.
  • The Creon: He has no desire for personal power and looks out to ensure no else is disloyal.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: Stalker has a deep voice naturally, but he uses his face mask to make it even deeper.
  • Shoulder Cannon: Stalker's armed with a large cannon on his shoulder.
  • Sonic Stunner: He can fire sonic blasts.
  • Spy Master: Is the one who the other scouts and spies in Megazarak's group report to.

    Freezon

Click here to see their alternate mode
Played by: Blepablorpo, ØmniTheLeader
A luminary in multiple senses, Freezon's scouting capabilities and effective use of a substance called "nite-glow" make them a competent and reliable agent of Megazarak.
  • Adaptational Gender Identity: Canon Freezon is female, while this one is nonbinary.
  • Functional Addict: Appears to be addicted to their "nite-glow". However, aside from a short period of time after they take it, Freezon acts perfectly normal.
  • Hidden Depths: Freezon is a big fan of horror stories.
  • Implacable Man: They have an incredible amount of energy thanks to the "nite-glow" in their system.
  • Never My Fault: Freezon always tries to find a way to weasel out of punishment, usually by claiming they were just passing along orders.
  • Power Glows: Thanks to using "nite-glow", they have mild bioluminescence.
  • Sarcastic Devotee: Freezon is perfectly willing to mock superiors they don't like, such as Bugly.
  • Situational Sociability: Freezon has little trouble talking to people on the job, as it helps them get information. Off the job, however, they avoid large crowds and try to find quieter places.

    Barricade

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: DankorMong, ØmniTheLeader
A bot with a keen eye for detail and loyal to the cause, Barricade wasn't thrilled when Zarak overthrew Straxus, thus being among those few who didn't like the higher up change. A situation he'd be glad to help someone change..
  • Dirty Cop: He's a Destron police officer.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: When he first showed up, Barricade was said to be black, white, and purple. His final color scheme, however, ended up being dark blue, white, and gold instead.
  • Embarrassing Nickname: Barricade is often referred to by Megazarak as "L'il Barry" and "her little pogchamp", neither of which Barricade is fond of.
  • Extra Eyes: He has four optics.
  • Loyal to the Position: Barricade may not like Megazarak, but he won't disobey her orders, since she's the one in charge. Zigzagged in that he will support someone trying to take the job if he thinks they'll be a better leader.
  • Mook Promotion: After Blitzwing leaves the Destrons, Barricade gets her old position of ground commander.
  • Mythology Gag: His first colors reference his counterpart from Film/Transformers, while the ones he ended up with are lifted from Evergreen version of his look.
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis: Barricade doesn't care about being honorable. He'll do whatever is needed to ensure the Destrons win, even if that means killing an enemy immediately even if they could be given a more honorable death.
  • Number Two: Serves as one to Bugly in his efforts to overthrow Megazarak by taking a more active role in his plans than his other allies.
  • Undying Loyalty: Barricade is completely loyal to Bugly. Not even seeing that he's eaten another Destron affects it, as Barricade decides that if Bugly needed to do it, he understands.

    Soundwave

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: ShockwaveFan148, Artork312
Forkular's spymaster with a monotone drone-like demeanor, Soundwave focuses on his surroundings, monitoring anything and everyone in his vicinity. A spyware incarnate, he's definitely a bot not to be underestimated.
  • Communications Officer: Being in charge of making sure Forkular is in contact with all troops outside, he's often called for whenever Stalker's unable to do so or too busy to do so.
  • Crazy-Prepared: Soundwave spared no expense when equipping Buzzsaw to make sure Octopunch stayed alive. He gave him weapons strong enough to punch through shields, silencers, and energy shielding in case his target managed to fire back. The only reason Buzzsaw failed was because he left the fight early.
  • Drone Deployer: For his spy work Soundwave has a set of spy drones, among them being his most reliable one, Buzzsaw.
  • Machine Monotone: His voice sounds like it was modified with a vocoder.
  • Mission Control: Isn't one to fight directly, he instead sends out drones to do the dirty work for him.
  • The Mole: Soundwave isn't loyal to Megazarak, as he tries to foil her effort to stop Octopunch. His true master is Laserwave, who reveals this fact to Bugly.
  • Spy Master: Serving as the spy for his leader, he uses his drones to monitor important events and collect any data to further their own goals.
  • The Stoic: A bot with a cold and deadpan demeanor, Soundwave never breaks his cool no matter the situation.
  • Van in Black: His alternate mode is an armored communications van, filled to the brim with tools useful for espionage.

Whenever Soundwave has to do his spy work, he deploys Data-Con drones, chief among them Buzzsaw, as the most effective and reliable of his little spies.

  • Brutal Bird of Prey: A drone that looks like a bird of prey, and acts violent against his enemies.
  • Palette Swap: Buzzsaw is the same model as Laserwave's Data-Con component.

    Deluge
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

A Destron scientist, Deluge has developed many devices and techniques to cause more pain in ways that scare even his own allies.

A pair of Destrons permanently fused to each other, Bunker-Buster loves destroying things and fighting. Which is good, as they're not bright enough to do much else.

    Glit

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: RapidFirestormer

Chief medic of Megazarak's Warband, Glit will help anyone in need of medical attention with a smile. Unfortunately for his superiors, this includes their enemies.

    Shrapnel
Played by: ØmniTheLeader

Once one of Straxus' finest engineers, Shrapnel is a bot who has an odd affinity to electricity and whose tendency to consume energon and such has raised a few eyebrows, but the most weird thing about him is the tick of his, his. Either way, Megazarak seems to consider him a useful mech among her ranks, even if she prefers not to have long talks with him. Seems like his t-t-t-tick might be one of the reasons for it.

  • Shock and Awe: Shrapnel has the power to control electricity, though it constantly going through his head affects his speech.
  • Villainous Glutton: Shrapnel loves to eat and drink when not on the job.

    Knock Out
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

A vain Destron maintenance expert, Knock Out joined the Destrons because they gave him more money for him to pay back his debts. A romantic, he's attempting to woo both his boss Megazarak and enemy Buildron Strongarm.

  • Best Friends-in-Law: Despite their differences and tastes, Knock Out is great friends with his sister L-Cee's husband, Quake.
  • Camp Straight: He takes exceptional pride in his appearance, and has only ever shown interest in femmes.
  • Cool Car: Being a rather fashionable mech, he, of course, turns a luxury car.
  • Handsome Lech: Despite his efforts and well kept appearance, his affections for both Strongarm and Megazarak have remained unreciprocated, though Strongarm has begun to turn around.
  • Innocently Insensitive: To try and get Megazarak's affection, Knock Out tries calling her a nice sounding word he heard Nitro Zeus use. Said word was "bitch", and he gets a finger broken for it.
  • Mad Love: Nothing will dissuade him pursuing Megazarak, least of all her telling him it's never gonna happen.
  • The Medic: His main job is to help maintain his fellow troops.
  • Only in It for the Money: Only joined the Destrons because he had debts to pay and they paid more than his previous boss.
  • Remember the New Guy?: Pops up at Operation: Freak Show after the shuttle already left Forkular.
  • Treacherous Advisor: For Arcee, back when he used to work as a teacher.
  • Villainous Crush: Has feelings for the Buildron security officer, Strongarm.
  • Watch the Paint Job: His top concern in battle? Making sure that his paintjob isn't damaged in any fashion.

    Dust Storm
Played by: Artork312

An architect behind Straxus' fortress, Forkular, Dust Storm and her crew, one that she refers to as "miscreants, morons, rejects and all in-between", managed to succeed in many a fashion, even if the skillset of her revolving door team is highly questionable.. But hey, as long as her crew gets work, she doesn't protest too much against her bosses.

  • TBA

    Assaultrons
A combiner team organized by Straxus, the Assaultrons may not be the most cohesive unit, but they'll make sure to get the job done in spite of their clashing personalities.
  • Combining Mecha: The Assaultrons all combine into Assault-Master.
  • Dying to Be Replaced: Because Assault-Master needs five bots to form him, Assaultrons have been killed to prevent the combination... and replaced just as quickly.
  • Mythology Gag: Four out of five of the Assaultrons are based on the Destron set from the Power Core Combiners toyline. While Crankcase was already a full character, Sky Scanner, Trimmer, and Tread-Metal all have vehicle modes based on the Spy Plane, Attack Helicopter, and Missile Carrier drones. The only exception is Breakdown, who fills in the Assault Vehicle drone role.
  • Quirky Miniboss Squad: None of the Assaultrons are high ranking, but they all have their own big personalities.

Crankcase

Played by: RapidFirestormer

The grumpy leader of the Assaultrons, Crankcase hates just about everything in his life. When not combined, his job is to transport supplies.

Trimmer

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxtrimmer.png
Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

A chatty marksman, Trimmer loves to watch things get destroyed, especially when it's done by her partner, Tread-Metal.

  • Arm Cannon: Being a marksman, having machine guns built into her upper arms is a necessity.
  • Cool Plane: Her alternate mode is an attack helicopter.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Loves to make sarcastic quips in battle, be it against Buildrons, rivaling Destron warbands or Marauders.
  • Energetic and Soft-Spoken Duo: She has this dynamic with Tread-Metal, acting as the energetic one.
  • Helicopter Blender: Can use her helicopter blades in robot mode as a weapon, if needed.
  • Implied Love Interest: Due to the amount of time they spend with each other, some suspect Trimmer is more than friends with Tread-Metal, but neither has confirmed it. That being said, Trimmer did tell Tread-Metal she found Blast Off cute.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: Has four arms and is an effective fighter.

Sky Scanner

Played by: RapidFirestormer

A surveillance expert, Sky Scanner craves information on anything and everything. This has led to him angering a lot of people, so he became an Assaultron to make him untouchable.

  • Blade Below the Shoulder: When he has to fight, Sky Scanner uses a pair of arm blades formed from his spy plane mode communications dish.
  • Can't Kill You, Still Need You: Sky Scanner exploited this by becoming an Assaultron. As much as he's angered people for spying on them, they can't touch him know that he's part of a combiner.
  • Constantly Curious: He is always trying to learn everything there is to know about others.
  • Cool Plane: Befitting his nature of a surveillance expert, he turns into a spy plane.
  • Cyber Cyclops: His face consists of nothing but a single eye.
  • Dirty Coward: When presented with a threat, Sky Scanner will attempt to hide rather than fight it unless otherwise ordered.
  • Knowledge Broker: Has a sizeable list of files on people, and provides Stalker and Megazarak with information they need on people of interest.
  • Non-Action Guy: Sky Scanner's only combat value is helping form Assault-Master. On his own, he's an awful fighter, and is able to get knocked out by getting tackled once. For this reason, he sticks to monitoring security feeds.
  • No Sympathy: Doesn't care how he gets his information, and will continue to press for information even if his subject objects.
  • Stalker without a Crush: Sky Scanner collects most of his information by spyware, and his obsession with knowledge means he'll go after anyone. It's gotten to the point where he's able to recognize who Vortex is the first time they ever meet because he already has a file on him. And he's willing to use what he knows in any way necessary.
Like I said, I know things. Lots of things.

Breakdown

Played by: ShockwaveFan148, Artork312

Breakdown is convinced that just about everything is trying to kill him. Everyone of his allies is well aware that anything can send him into a frenzy, but he does try to play his part as a component of Assault-Master.

  • Ax-Crazy: Not of the most stable mind, Breakdown have bouts of violent rage and often attacks anyone he comes in contact with, including his fellow Destrons. That, however, makes him a perfect guy to be sent head first into battle.
  • Composite Character: His paranoia come straight from The Transformers, but his design is modeled after fellow Stunticon Slashmark. At the same time his vehicle mode is based on the Assault Vehicle Drone from Power Core Combiners toyline.
  • Dirty Coward: His fear of getting killed is so great, he once forced Assault-Master to separate after the combiner fell into water with Octopunch, with no concern for the rest of his team.
  • The Paranoiac: He is utterly convinced that everything is trying to kill him, and will lash out at whatever he thinks will do so in the moment.
  • Super Gullible: Surprisingly, Breakdown still manages to be this in spite of being paranoid. In fact, because he already believes everything's out to kill him, he'll believe any threat on his life is real, regardless of how plausible it actually is.

Tread-Metal

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxtreadmetal.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

The brutish partner of Trimmer, Tread-Metal speaks very little, preferring to let his actions do the talking.

  • Energetic and Soft-Spoken Duo: He and Trimmer have this dynamic, with the mute by choice Tread-Metal being the soft-spoken one.
  • Elective Mute: Doesn't talk despite him being able to. As his voice doesn't sound healthy when he actually does talk, indicating he avoids speaking because it hurts to do so.
  • Implied Love Interest: While they haven't said anything about it, it's been noted that Tread-Metal and Trimmer spend an awful lot of time together. Tread-Metal also tells Nitro Zeus that he finds Trimmer great even when she gets crazy.

Assault-Master

Played by: RapidFirestormer

The combined form of the Assaultrons, Assault-Master is Megazarak's ultimate weapon... provided he's kept under control.

  • The Brute: Formed from five bots, Assault-Master is the biggest and strongest soldier in Megazarak's warband, but isn't one to come up with his own strategies.
  • Hulk Speak: Is not exactly one known for being an eloquent speaker.
  • The Juggernaut: The only thing that's ever taken down him is being separated back into his components. While merged, Assault-Master was able to smash his way through every single defense in Overlord's vault, and survived a battle with Octopunch.
  • Voice of the Legion: While he doesn't sound like this normally, if Assault-Master doesn't have all of his components, his voice becomes fractured.

    Misfire
Played by: ShockwaveFan148, Artork312

A Destron soldier, Misfire has horrible aim. However, he does have decent enough flying skills to make him of some use.

  • Amusingly Awful Aim: His aim is so incredibly bad it might be considered "legendary", and that's when he can even manage to get a shot in.
  • Berserk Button: Don't ever question how he flies. While it may be strange, piloting is the one thing Misfire's genuinely good at. Telling him to change his methods just makes him mad. And definitely don't try and take over piloting for him. He will attack you.
  • Butt-Monkey: Misfire constantly attracts comedic injuries, like him waking up just in time to get blinded by a flash bang and knocking himself out by running into things.
  • Cool Plane: His alternate mode is an interceptor jet.
  • Fury-Fueled Foolishness: If someone tries to take over his piloting duties, Misfire will attack them to try and get his seat back. Even if the ship getting flown is already in the air.
  • The Klutz: Misfire is incredibly clumsy, losing a fight before it begins by crashing in jet mode and getting shrapnel stuck in a... rather unfortunate spot.
  • Remembered I Could Fly: Is dismayed that the Destrons took off to rescue Freezon before he could get on the shuttle... until Bugly points out Misfire has a jet mode and can just fly after them.
  • The Unintelligible: After getting electrocuted by Bugly, Misfire starts speaking in gibberish, but gives an entire speech like this due to being unaware of what's happening to him.

    Flywheels

Click here to see his alternate modes
Played by: RapidFirestormer
A Destron warrior, Flywheels can separate into two vehicle modes, each with it's own personality that actively despises the other. Luckily, he's nice to everyone else on his side.
  • Backpack Cannon: The barrels of the tank component end up on his back.
  • Cool Plane: Flywheels' upper half becomes a fighter jet.
  • Detachment Combat: He splits in half when transforming, with each half becoming a different vehicle.
  • Literal Split Personality: Each of his vehicle modes contain their own individual personality. Due to their hatred of each other, Flywheels prefer to spend more time in vehicle mode.
  • Punch-Clock Villain: He may be a Destron, but Flywheels isn't all that cruel. He's a good soldier, and both of his personalities get along just fine with the others in Megazarak's Warband, even going so far as to try gently reassuring Blitzwing that she's on the right side and expressing concern when she runs off, not knowing she's defected.
  • Split Personality: Has two personalities when in robot mode. The tank is more refined and eloquent, while the jet is more casual and rougher, often starting their frequent bickering.
  • Talking to Themself: The two halves of Flywheels tend to break into pointless arguments.
  • Tank Goodness: His lower half turns into a quad-barreled tank.
  • Token Religious Teammate: Flywheels is the only Destron shown to be deeply religious.

    Lyzack

Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: RapidFirestormer

An air warrior, Lyzack is a vicious sword fighter feared by those who have to face her. Off the battlefield, though, she's incredibly shy, but still loyal to her master.

  • Animal Motifs: Her helmet resembles a lion.
  • Battle Butler: While her butler position comes second to her role as a warrior, she's the one who steps in to help Megazarak with issues like finding cosmetics and helping make her newly acquired power armor look nicer.
  • BFS: Her sword is about as tall as she is.
  • Cool Plane: Turns into a fighter jet.
  • Crippling Overspecialization: She's an expert sword fighter, but only carries one weapon: her longblade. While her jet mode has lasers, they aren't exactly useful in robot mode, meaning using them in confined spaces isn't an option. So when her sword ends up destroyed by Vortex, Lyzack is forced to run from him and Overlord to find another weapon, resulting in her getting several injuries that make her too weak to fight back effectively.
  • Girly Bruiser: Is more feminine than most of the femmes at Forkular... but she still fights with a sword as big as herself.
  • Hates Being Touched: She gets quite uncomfortable when Megazarak hugs her for bringing her cosmetics.
  • Jerkass to One: Lyzack avoids conflict with fellow Destrons... except Vortex, the one indirectly responsible for her losing to Overlord in combat. Even when he joins Megazarak, she tries to punch him in the face when she sees him again, and when that fails, she spits in it instead.
  • Shrinking Violet: When not tearing through battlefields, she is meek and generally avoids conflicts.
  • Silk Hiding Steel: Shy as she may be, Lyzack is still a capable fighter so loyal she volunteered to fight Overlord himself for Megazarak.

Played by: RoboBum with Brains

Having been fed Destron propaganda all her life, Blitzwing loyally served as a ground commander. However, her semse of honor led to her being conflicted about Megazarak's method of running things, and she eventually decides to leave the faction.

  • Composite Character: While mostly based on the Blitzwing from The Transformers, her colors are taken from the version of the character seen in Bumblebee film.
  • Cool Plane: One of her vehicle modes is a jet.
  • Gender Flip: While all canon versions of Blitzwing have been male, this one's female.
  • Heel Realization: She realizes she's been on the wrong side when Megazarak tells Shockwave she'll give him Rodimus Prime after she rips his arms off to convince him to let them go free.
  • Noble Demon: Even when she was fully on the side of the Destrons, Blitzwing still had her code of honor. When facing an escaped Rodimus Prime, she gives him a sword so it will be a fair fight.
  • Obliviously Evil: Genuinely believed the Destrons were honorable heroes, while the Buildrons were evil, thanks to all the propaganda she was subjected to for years.
  • Tank Goodness: Her other vehicle mode is a tank.

A quick and impatient bot, Fasttrack is eager to please his superiors, especially Megazarak, who he has a massive crush on.

    Battletrap

Played by: Artork312

An Outlier among Zarak's forces, Battletrap does anything in his spark to terrorize his enemies by any means necessary. Whenever his fellow Destrons encounter him, they prefer to stay away from him rather than interact with the Duo-Con due to his strange mannerisms.

  • Accent Upon The Wrong Syllable: The way Battletrap speaks is incredibly stilted, with extremely odd inflictions.
  • Cool Plane: His lower half becomes an assault helicopter, speedy and armed with homing missiles.
  • Deadly Disc: He throws some discs at Tailwhip when confronted.
  • Detachment Combat: Like his fellow Duo-Con Flywheels, he too can split in half during transformation, forming two separate and very distinct vehicles for use in any situations.
  • The Dreaded: Being able to teleport, he does many things in effort to scare his enemies slagless. Unsurprisingly, other Destrons from Forkular, including Megazarak, feel a cold shiver down their spines whenever he is present.
  • Horrifying the Horror: Battletrap's mannerisms are so unsettling that even Octopunch finds him creepy.
  • Flying Car: Meanwhile, Battletrap's top half forms an armored hover van.
  • Silly Walk: He doesn't move his arms at all whenever he walks.
  • Teleportation: One of the few natural Outliers, he's capable of teleportation to any place he want, but it has more drawbacks than advantages...

    Wingspan
Played by: Artork312

An accountant in Megazarak's warband, Wingspan manages the transporting of supplies and personnel management.

  • Extra Eyes: He has three optics.
  • Secretary of Evil: Wingspan acts an accountant, seemingly filling the role Megazarak once did before taking out Straxus.

Overlord's Warband

    Overlord
Played by: Artork312

Once one of Sigmatron's greatest generals, Overlord is a mighty warlord rivaled only by few, and his views on the world changed little - bloodshed is the only thing shaping true Cybertronians, and it is supported by the warriors who follow him.

  • Anarcho-Tyranny: The only rule to follow under his reign is "Obey me", thus people in his lands are free to do anything, no matter how vile, horrible or pointless it is. And as long as it entertains him, Overlord will not do a thing about it.
  • Asskicking Leads to Leadership: Despite annually challenging all of Cybertron to try and fight him to take his spot as warband leader, Overlord remained in charge.
  • Bad Boss: We don't see what Overlord does to those who fail him, but Vortex is scared enough of whatever fate will await him after losing once that he chooses to defect to avoid it.
  • Blood Knight: He's very much in love with battle, especially when they get real bloody, so whenever he has an opportunity to participate in some, Overlord does so without a flinch.
  • Cool Plane: His alternate mode is a heavily modified wing bomber.
  • The Dreaded: Overlord is feared even among Destrons for his ruthlessness. Which is why Swindle is able to get Bugly to stop threatening him just by mentioning he has connections to Overlord.

Played by: Artork312

Once an apprentice of Silver Snake, Needlenose is a scheming Overlord's air commander, who seeks to improve his position among the ranks by any means necessary - even if it will require grovelling and pretending to be loyal to the cause he absolutely abhors.

    Slipstream

Click here to see her alternate mode
Played by: Blepablorpo, ØmniTheLeader

A femme with a chaotic streak and stylish approach, Slipstream is a dangerous assassin, who skills in combat and hacking systems aided her in many a-situation, all for her own personal gain.

  • Cool Plane: Like other Seekers, she too turns into a tetrajet.
  • Palette Swap: As a fellow Seeker, she shares the same body-type as Thundercracker and Starscream.

    Tailwhip
Played by: RapidFirestormer

One of Overlord's warriors, Tailwhip loves to beat people in fights. But he loves the credit victory gets him even more, which convinced him to competing in gladiatorial combat with flashy, sadistic moves.

  • Awesome, but Impractical: As impressive as his vortex grinder attack looks, there are several ways it can go wrong. He has to hope his target isn't strong enough to get cut by the blades, and if it touches the ground at all while in use, he's pretty much screwed. It's really only useful for staged combat like Overlord's tournaments rather than live combat.
  • Blade on a Rope: His whip has a bladed tip, though this is mainly used for his vortex grinder attack.
  • Extra Eyes: Tailwhip has four optics on his face.
  • Glory Seeker: To him, winning a fight means nothing if no one knows he did it.
  • Helicopter Blender: Tailwhip's finishing move is using his helicopter rotors create a suction effect that drags his opponent into the blades and chops them into pieces.
  • Lightning Lash: Tailwhip's... whip can be electrified.
  • Meaningful Name: Take a guess what Tailwhip's main weapon is.
  • Mythology Gag: Tailwhip's weapons are both based on pre-existing ones.
  • Sadist: Tailwhip greatly enjoys hurting people, and picked his weapons to make the deaths of his opponents last longer.
  • Self-Damaging Attack Backfire: When Jet Convoy sends him flying back while in the middle of using his vortex grinder move, Tailwhip gets his whips shredded by his own blades, and gets his rotor damaged when it gets caught on the ground, along with himself.
  • Smug Snake: He makes sure to hype himself up to his opponents before the tournament begins, and takes Doombox's challenge to kill one of the disruptors of the game to get him a better standing in the matches. However, most of his weapons are more flash than function, and he winds up picking a fight he's badly outmatched in, ultimately getting crushed to death by falling rubble due to being too weak from the beating he took.
  • Spin to Deflect Stuff: Tailwhip's rotors are mounted on his arm so he can use them as a shield.
  • Too Dumb to Live: His desire for glory convinces him to fight Star Saber and a Matrix-empowered Jet Convoy at the same time. By himself. He barely gets any hits in while his opponents beat him to pulp before making him get himself killed with his own attack.
  • You Will Not Evade Me: If the suction from the vortex grinder somehow doesn't drag you into his rotor blades, Tailwhip will just shoot his whip out to impale his opponent with it's blade and reel them to their doom.

    Doombox
Played by: RapidFirestormer

The one in charge of running Overlord's games, Doombox is loud, and goes all out when trying to get a crowd hyped up. However, his poor fighting skills means that running the games is his only value to his master, meaning that if something goes wrong, Doombox won't take it well.

  • Berserk Button: Do not interfere with an event he's running. He will abuse his position to send an entire mob of angry spectators out to bring back your head.
  • Large-Ham Announcer: When Doombox announces a fight, he goes all out.
  • Non-Action Guy: He may oversee gladiatorial combat, but Doombox himself can't fight at all. If he doesn't have access to drones or traps, he'll run far away.
  • Sanity Slippage: As he's making the bracket for the tournament, Doombox is incredibly jumpy, panicking if anyone who looks slightly like Overlord comes to check his progress. But as things start going more and more off track from his plans, Doombox starts getting crazier, to the point where when he thinks Overlord is dead, he offers the spectators rulership of Tarn as a reward for the head of Overlord's killer despite of not having that kind of authority, which he himself admits but decides that since nothing else is making sense, he can do whatever he wants. Eventually, Doombox is left angrily raving at Needlenose about how he'll ensure everyone who sides with Megazarak dies at the hands of his new leader right before getting killed by Crankcase.
  • Stealth Insult: When introducing the fight between Needlenose and Blast, Doombox uses it to get some thinly veiled digs in at the former for having disturbed his work earlier.
  • Undying Loyalty: While the rest of Overlord's warband were perfectly willing to follow Megazarak after she beat Overlord, Doombox attempted to find anyone in the warband that would be willing to take charge so the one who seemingly killed Overlord wouldn't get his position. Unfortunately, he failed to do so before the Assaultrons tracked him down.
  • Workaholic: Doombox devotes all his time to managing the Termagax arena. This takes a significant toll on his psyche.

    Vortex
Played by: Scourge

An avid hunter of turbofoxes, Vortex served Overlord until he failed to prevent Megazarak's Warband from breaking into his master's vault... at which point he chose to join their side and help them take over Tarn.

  • I Fight for the Strongest Side!: Part of why Vortex sides with Megazarak so wholeheartedly is because her forces beating him convince him that they must be stronger than Overlord's.
  • Shear Menace: Among his weapons are a set of scissors built into his arm strong enough to cut Lyzack's sword in half.

    Dauros
Played by: RapidFirestormer

    Strika
Played by: ØmniTheLeader

A massive femme, Strika enjoys competing in gladiatorial games.

  • The Brute: She's described as being monstrously big.
  • Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Despite winning her qualifier match, Strika doesn't bother entering Overlord's tournament and is nowhere to be found at the event, despite Overlord claiming she showed promise.

    Blast
Played by: ØmniTheLeader

Hun-Gurr's Warband

    Hun-Gurr

One of the Destron warlords, Hun-Gurr prefers action to planning. He also has a big appetite, and there's very little he won't consume along his way to satisfy his hunger.

  • Bad Boss: Despite what Blot claims, it's pretty clear Hun-Gurr isn't a great boss to have. He insults his own troops and doesn't take failure very well.
  • The Ghost: Hasn't shown up yet, only being discussed by Blot.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: He'll eat the troops in his warband that fail him.
  • Villainous Glutton: Hun-Gurr eats a lot. His own fortress has pieces bitten out of it, and his preferred method of execution is eating the bot in question.

    Blot
Played by: RapidFirestormer

A good natured Destron, Blot is perfectly friendly bot. However, his incredibly poor hygiene has led to everyone avoiding him, making Blot desperate for approval.

  • Acid Attack: The source behind all of Blot's fluid is his main weapon: a chemical sprayer that can shoot a sticky, corrosive slime.
  • Backpack Cannon: Blot's slime cannon is technically this. It's just that he's so hunched over it winds up being mounted where the head of most bots would be.
  • Conditioned to Accept Horror: Blot casually talks about Hun-Gurr eating people alive without concern, and remarks that it isn't so bad in person.
  • Dumb Muscle: He doesn't understand the incredibly obvious reason that others are repulsed by him. However, he's quite strong, being able to take Bunker-Buster in hand to hand combat.
  • Fantastic Racism: As much as Blot's a nice guy, he's still a Destron. While he's willing to befriend mercenaries, Buildrons are the enemy. As soon as he learns that the mercenary group he's been hanging out with at the tournament are actually Buildrons, he turns on them.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: Blot will offer friendship to anyone who isn't a Buildron because no one else wants to be around him, and he stays with Hun-Gurr because he's willing to ignore his leak problem. He doesn't seem to realize that his leaks are what's primarily holding him back, and has tried and failed to get at least 87 bots to be his friend.
  • Lightning Bruiser: In tank mode, at least, he's much more maneuverable than similar vehicles.
  • The Pig-Pen: Blot's filthy because of the fluid leaking out of him at all times, and it also leads to him giving off a horrible smell. It's so bad he was able to offer the disguised Buildrons plenty of free seats around him in Termagax simply because everyone else was too repulsed to sit near him at one of the biggest events on Cybertron. And Phoenix couldn't use any of them because Blot caused his shell to give him biohazard warnings. Blot's aware of the issue, but insists it's just a mechanical problem and doesn't realize that not fixing it is keeping potential friends away.
  • Tank Goodness: Blot turns into a sprayer tank.
  • Top-Heavy Guy: So much mass has been put in his upper body compared to his lower body that his arms are able to nearly touch the ground.

    Lock-Jaw

A member of Hun-Gurr's warband Blot tried to befriend.

  • Flat Character: The only thing known about Lock-Jaw is that she doesn't like Blot.
  • The Ghost: Has only been mentioned by Blot.
  • Original Character: She has nothing in common with the canon character Lockjaw, even using a different spelling for her name.

Demolishor's Warband

    Demolishor
A firm believer of "might makes right" philosophy, Demolishor is a brutal and cunning warlord of Gygax, who rules over his territories with an iron fist.

Independent Destrons

    Blindside
Played by: Tigerhawk7109

A solitary Destron who operates in the city of Tarn as a freelance protector. Once a soldier in the early days of the uprising, Blindside became disillusioned with the War and abandoned the battlefield in order to protect civilians. Now a guardian that won't hesitate to shoot either side, Blindside just wants the fighting to stop.

  • I Work Alone: Bitter, cynical and disillusioned with factions, Blindside is hesitant to let anyone in.
  • The Cynic: Blindside's seen the worst of the war, and it's left him with a negative outlook on Cybertronians as a whole.

    Gutcruncher
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxgutcruncher.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: GogoDG, ØmniTheLeader

A former Destron soldier, Gutcruncher turned to selling any scrap he could find or steal to get by. He now operates out of Forkular, and, aside from maintaining his business, Gutcruncher also leads a group of mercenaries loyal only to him.

  • Arms Dealer: Gutcruncher's line of work in the present is selling supplies to his fellow Destrons or Marauders. Not that he's that picky about his clients.
  • Chainsaw Good: He has a chainsaw mounted on his right arm.
  • Playing Both Sides: In addition to selling Megazarak supplies he also secretly providing Bugly with weapons for his planned coup. He's also the one that sold the Claw Skulls their Chopperheads.

    Octopunch
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxoctopunch.png
Click here to see his altmode
Played by: GogoDG, Artork312

An infamous war criminal, Octopunch's was just a sadistic thug, until an accident turned him into an unthinkable monstrosity, whose terrible track record got even bigger since then.

  • Acid Attack: He has an acid gun among his large arsenal.
  • Beneficial Disease: The techno-organic virus Octopunch was infected with gave him much greater strength and durability through the organic tissue it grows on him.
  • Bizarre Alien Senses: Can track any piece of flesh cut off him, no matter how small.
  • Cast from Sanity: While the organic tissue makes Octopunch a monster on the battlefield, it comes at the cost of reducing his mental facilities until it gets fried off.
  • Combat Tentacles: He can grow organic tentacles to fight with in combat.
  • Dead All Along: While it appeared that Octopunch lived on through Bugly, in reality he died a long time ago.
  • Depending on the Writer: The degree of his level of sapience and power varied wildly between players. Under GogoDG, he's a nearly unstoppable killing machine, but is also silent and nearly mindless to the point he's described as being more of a monster than a full character. When Artork312 took over, however, he's gained much more in the way of brain power and linguistic abilities at the cost of becoming far weaker than before. While it's been revealed that this is due the massive amount of flesh he lost restoring his mind, the change is still noticeable.
  • Expy: Since partnering up with Bugly, the techno-organic virus has become one of the Venom Symbiote, being a cannibalistic, sadistic, somewhat snarky blob that can give horrifyingly powerful abilities to it's host.
  • Eyes Do Not Belong There: Has extra eyes in the various organic growths coming out of his arm.
  • Feral Villain: Appeared to be this at first - he didn't speak at all, attacked everyone he saw and showed little to no personality. Subverted once he started talking, making it clear he's just as sapient as any other Cybertronian.
  • Fishbowl Helmet: His head is protected by a clear dome, due to him originally being (an unwitting) research assistant to Laserwave.
  • Gone Horribly Wrong: The virus Octopunch was infected with was "meant" to take him down for good. Instead, it made him much, much more dangerous.
  • Healing Factor: His organic tissue can heal itself incredibly quickly. However, while fighting, he has to take organic matter from less important areas to patch up his wounds.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: Octopunch ate other bots before he got infected. The techno-organic virus picked up the habit, and so makes Bugly do it to.
  • The Juggernaut: The first time he shows up, he is able to outlast a combiner, and he has a body count in the millions.
  • Living Memory: The techno-organic virus that infected Octopunch took on his personality, and speaks like him when it talking to Bugly.
  • Logical Weakness: Octopunch may be tough, but there are two things he has no defense for:
    • First, he still has eyes, meaning a flash bang is able to blind him.
    • Second, is electricity, thanks to him not only being made of metal, but organic matter. Throw in his preference for being around water, and he has no defense against electric shocks, which also burns his organic tissue off at an incredibly fast rate.
  • Lovecraftian Superpower: The techno-organic virus resulted in Octopunch growing organic tentacles, making him stronger than ever before.
  • Making a Splash: Can control liquids around him, but he can't make much himself, only using his own ink when nothing else is avaliable. He has to dig a tunnel network to move his supply of water. This didn't stop him from being singlehandedly responsible for the Forced Flood.
  • Parasites Are Evil: Subverted He's completely ruthless, but it turns out he can't bond to a host. The virus merely took on his personality, though it doesn't make it any less ruthless.
  • Silent Antagonist: Starts out this way, with the only sound he made for his first two appearances being a scream of pain when he was electrocuted into submission. Subverted when he confronts Bugly for stealing some of his flesh, and he's remained chatty since then.
  • The Sociopath: He's a bot without mercy or care for anyone else, and will go out and hurt anyone to get what he wants.
  • Suddenly Voiced: Octopunch doesn't speak at all while attacking Megazarak's outpost or during Operation: Freak Show. He finally starts talking to demand Bugly give back the piece of flesh he cut off him.
  • Tentacled Terror: He's a cannibalistic war criminal who's organic bits resemble an octopus.

    Sky Shadow
Played by: Artork312

An infiltrator with a veneer of mystery over his background, Sky Shadow brings chaos to any operation he happens to be a part of, no matter who he works for at the time. What a queer mech.

  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: He may be eccentric, but he is also professional enough to keep his cover.
  • Evil Knockoff: Possibly. He's been called a Jet Convoy clone by multiple people, and his Shapeshifter Default Form is a Palette Swap of Jet Convoy. However, there's not enough concrete information about his past to confirm this, and it's possible he has a different true form.
  • Master of Disguise: Sky Shadow can make himself look like anyone else, though whether it's through technology or Voluntary Shapeshifting is unknown.
  • Miserable Massage: Sky Shadow's skills don't extend to giving back rubs. This is part of the reason why Megazarak broke up with him.
  • Mysterious Past: None knows for certain where he got his shapeshifting powers from, so when the rumors began to appear, he made no attempt at denying any of them.
  • Mythology Gag: Him being a Palette Swap of Jet Convoy is a reference to the toyline exclusive Jetfire disguise as "Sky Shadow" from Transformers: Cybertron.
    • Additionally, the colors he uses are based on Evergreen Megatron.
  • Palette Swap: The form he's currently taking looks like Jet Convoy with a different paint job.
  • Power Copying: In order to match Jet Convoy's abilities, Sky Shadow was given a way to activate the same power boost the Matrix of Leadership provides.
  • Purple Is Powerful: The energy of his Matrix power boost is purple instead of gold.
  • Villain Respect: Sky Shadow compliments Phoenix's technique for beating him in a fight, telling Jet Convoy it's what he should have done.

    "Steelnugget"
Played by: ShockwaveFan148

A Destron of unknown allegiance, "Steelnugget" was captured by Rotorstorm during a battle after accidentally getting knocked out.

  • Ambiguous Situation: While it has been confirmed "Steelnugget" is a Destron, which warband he's in hasn't. The most likely option is Megazarak's given they were the ones present for the fight he was captured at, but given their complete silence on his capture, this may not be the case. And that's assuming he has one, so he's been categorized as independent here for convenience.
  • Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Hasn't been mentioned since he got put in a cell.
  • Mauve Shirt: While he wasn't unregistered, "Steelnugget" still got a name and some lines, unlike most generics.
  • Original Character: Has no canon counterpart.
  • Remember the New Guy?: Doesn't even get mentioned as having come to rescue Freezon, only showing up after the mission ended.

Other groups

Combatrons

A group of mercenaries, the Combatrons will help any side fight, as long as they get paid for it.
    Onslaught
Played by: GogoDG, Artork312

The leader of the Combatrons, Onslaught was a former Destron general. Tired of pointless destruction, he left the Destrons once the war ended to become a mercenary.

  • Defector from Decadence: Used to be a Destron general, and even helped carry out the bombing of Cybertron. However, he left this position after he felt he wasn't fighting for a meaningful cause anymore.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Onslaught was once a loyal general in Sigmatron's army, but once it became clear that all the Destrons were doing was engaging in pointless destruction, he left their ranks rather than take part in it any longer.
  • The Leader: Is the one in charge of the Combatrons, being the brains of the group.

    Swindle
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxswindle.png
Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Blepablorpo, Artork312

Swindle sells anything he can get his grubby hands on. It doesn't matter what it is as long as he can make profit in the long run, and with him being the group representative for Combatrons, shanix is always his.

  • Age Insecurity: Doesn't like to admit how old he actually is.
  • Arms Dealer: True to form, Swindle sells any kind of weaponry to anyone willing to pay.
  • Composite Character: While primarily based on the various versions of his canon counterpart, he's also gone by Leyland in the past, a name that was used for a Battle Gaia repaint of the original Swindle.
  • The Face: When the Combatrons make deals, he is the one who represents them.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Deep down he does care about his fellow Combatrons, even if he isn't so morally sound.

    "Tin-Can"
Played by: Artork312

The largest Cybertronian ever forged, "Tin-Can" is Onslaught's main trumpcard that provides Combatrons both transportation and artillery support, as well as utilizing his sheer size and strength when that is not enough.

  • Base on Wheels: Due to his size, "Tin-Can" serves as the Combatron's base in vehicle mode.
  • The Big Guy: Not only the largest of the Combatrons, but the largest member of his species.
  • BFG: "Tin-Can" is massive and also has a mobile gun for an alternate mode. You bet it's big.
  • Cool Train: As if being a big guy wasn't enough for him, he also turns into a railway gun.
  • Ironic Nickname: The largest Cybertronian ever made with a powerful weapon mode is known as... Tin-Can.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: "Tin-Can" isn't his real name, but everyone refer to him as such. He doesn't mind.
  • Original Character: Possibly, as his real name is unknown. At the very least, the name "Tin-Can" is unique to this series.
  • This Is a Drill: "Tin-Can" can swap out one of his fists for a drill.

    Blast Off
Played by: RapidFirestormer

A snobbish bot, Blast Off is only a Combatron to pay back Swindle for his triple changer upgrade, openly despising the rest of the team.

  • Ace Pilot: Claims to have been one of the best fighters in the Buildron air forces.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: In canon, Blast Off's snobbish attitude was a mask to hide his loneliness. This Blast Off lost that excuse once he was given the ability to stay on the ground more.
  • Arm Cannon: His tank barrels end up on his arms.
  • Cold Sniper: Has no desire to connect with any of his teammates, and his primary combat strategy is to shoot at targets from the upper atmosphere using his shuttle mode.
  • Fallen Hero: Used to be one of Buildron Airdrons, until he decided they were too focused on saving Cybertron after it was a lost cause.
  • Gun Nut: Inverted, as he mistakes a particle cannon for an orbital cannon, leading a Destron to question if he even knows what an orbital cannon looks like.
  • Hates Everyone Equally: No one is safe from Blast Off's derision. The way he sees it, his fellow Combatrons are rowdy idiots, the Marauders are uncivilized, and the Destrons are buffoons barely a step up from the Marauders. He's the least insulting about the Buildrons, but he thinks they're too focused on trying to bring stability to Cybertron.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: This was his dream, and so he became a triple changer to achieve it. Heavy emphasis on "was", as his standards are so high he couldn't find anyone he actually wanted to be friends with and he eventually decided not having any would be better.
  • It's Personal: Blast Off knew soldiers that died in the Forced Flood. As such, upon learning that the Combatrons have been hired to catch Octopunch, the one who caused the event, Blast Off is extremely determined to complete the job and is relentless during the fight.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: Blast Off may have always been a snob, but the reason why he wanted to become a triple changer in the first place was because he thought he could make more friends if he could spend more time on the ground. Then he got the upgrade... and he couldn't find anyone he thought was good enough for him. Now, he just makes cutting remarks to anyone he doesn't like, includes his own teammates.
  • Mythology Gag: Blast Off's desire to become a triple changer is based on the same dream his Transformers: Wings of Honor version had. Unlike that one though, he got his wish.
  • The Proud Elite: While he's clearly not rich, given that he has to work off the payment for his upgrade, Blast Off certainly sees himself as the upper class type, getting annoyed at the idea of having to interact with "commoners" or having to do manual labor.
  • Space Fighter: His original vehicle mode was a shuttle that can travel through space.
  • Tank Goodness: Got a tank mode after his triple changer upgrade.
  • Work Off the Debt: This is why he's even a Combatron. Part of his cut is being used to pay back Swindle the money he owes for his upgrades.
  • Working for a Body Upgrade: Blast Off actually got said body upgrade, as he's now a triple changer. Now he just needs to keep working to finish paying for it.

    Baldigus
Played by: Artork312

A recent addition to the Combatron squad, Baldigus was once a mere soldier in Megazarak's warband who, after having his share of experiences during the operation "Freak Show", chose to join the mercenaries in hopes of better life.

  • Adaptation Species Change: The canon Baldigus is a combiner, while this one is just a regular bot.
  • Defector from Decadence: Decides to quit the Destrons to join Combatron ranks due to his miserable experiences during Operation: Freak Show.
  • Embarrassing First Name: Well, his only name, but he doesn't think "Baldigus" is that impressive.
  • Mook Promotion: Baldigus was one of the unnamed troops Megazarak brought in to help catch Octopunch, but he got a name and a much greater chance to shine when he decided the Combatrons would be better bots to work with.
  • Out of Focus: He didn't show up in any of the scenes featuring the Combatrons after his introduction until they put their plan to steal Overlord's shuttle into action.
  • The Sixth Ranger: Joins the team after we see them pull off a job.

    Nitro Zeus

Played by: ØmniTheLeader

A rather rowdy mech, Nitro Zeus is the wild card of Combatrons, whose lack of filter often makes him a nuisance, but his skills and outlandish antics compensate for his shortcomings more than enough.

    Quake
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

Being capable of leveling buildings and foes in minutes while also being a loving family bot and an avid musician makes Quake nothing, if not flexible. Or, as Onslaught likes to put it, a "mech of many talents".

  • All Drummers Are Animals: Is The Berserker and owns a set of congas, though he isn't crazy when he actually plays them.
  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: Quake spends the entire planning meeting for Operation: Freak Show staring at a buttefly.

  • Losing Your Head: Can survive having his body torn to pieces as only a head, and can still engage in conversation.
  • Mythology Gag: Quake worked alongside the Combaticons in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. This one's a full member of the equivalent group in the series, the Combatrons.
  • Never Learned to Read: When asked to read the label on a crate, Quake is forced to admit he never learned how to do so.
  • Only in It for the Money: Quake joined the Destrons for the better pay, and quite to become a Combatron to get even more pay.
  • Tank Goodness: Iurns into a heavy tank.

    Bruticus
The combined form of the Combatrons.
  • The Ghost: Has yet to be formed in the story.

Marauders

Loyal to no faction, the marauders are various small gangs of bots and femmes that banded together and now scavenge the bombed out cities of Cybertron to survive.
  • The Apunkalypse: For some reason a lot of marauders find it fashionable to look like robotic punk rockers, especially those among the Claw Skulls clan.
  • Disaster Scavengers: After the war's end, most, if not all marauder gangs have resorted to scavenging or stealing to survive.
  • The Usual Adversaries: The surviving Buildrons and Destrons, despite having their differences, share a dislike of marauders due to their tendency of getting their noses into their business when uncalled and them attacking their people and property, so whenever they encounter them, fire is often mutual. Then again, they DO attack their various outposts and settlements in aims of finding valuables, thus making marauders an easy target.

    Shack's Merry Men
Played by: Artork312 (Shack, Bang, and Small Rig), ØmniTheLeader
A band camped out in what used to be Iacon led by Shack. While rowdy and territorial, they respect a good fighter and will put aside their differences for good reasons.
  • Backpack Cannon: Shack had one of these until it exploded from damage.
  • The Bus Came Back: After disappearing from the story once the Buildrons returned to Decagon, Blitzwing ends up running into Shack and his group in a following arc.
  • Graceful Loser: Despite getting beaten by Jet Convoy, Shack willingly helps him defend against Destrons and lets him leave to get medical attention afterwards so he'll be ready for their rematch.
  • Half the Man He Used to Be: Shack loses both legs to his exploding cannon. Once the fight ends, he manages to get some replacements.
  • I Gave My Word: Shack agrees to let the Buildrons walk away unharmed if they leave their damaged shuttle for them, and is insulted when some suggest he'll go back on his word.
  • Ironic Name: Small Rig is big enough that he can carry Rodimus Prime in truck mode.
  • Lesser of Two Evils: Compared to other marauders like the Claw Skulls, and especially the Destrons, Shack's group aren't so bad to deal with, and even their fights with the Buildrons are more like friendly competitions.
  • Starter Villain: Shack and his group are the first opponents we see Jet Convoy fight.

    Claw Skulls Clan
Played by: Artork312
The most vicious marauder gang, the members of the Claw Skulls clan were trained by their boss to fight at Darkmount's ruins and then, take it over as its new masters.
  • Boom, Headshot!: The weakest spot on the Chopperheads are their heads, meaning they get taken down easily by headshots.
  • Cyber Cyclops: With their helmets removed, the Chopperheads have only one single eye.
  • The Dreaded: Of every marauder gangs they're regarded as the most dangerous one.
  • Elite Mooks: The Chopperheads, who are bigger than regular marauders, have better armor and energy shields.
  • Rugged Scar: All of them have claw marks on various spots of their armor.
  • Skeleton Motif: The Claw Skulls' symbol is a skull, and their leader's face also happens to resemble one as well.

Hellbash

Played by: Artork312

Claw Skull Clan's boss, Hellbash's past is ambiguous at best - but what is known, however, is that he's quite a violent piece of work.

  • Arm Cannon: When needed, his left hand can form a riot cannon.
  • Collective Identity: As soon as the Hellbash leading the charge on Silex-2 dies, another one shows up immediately to order a retreat. However, given that the new Hellbash looks exactly like the old one, there's clearly more than just a title getting passed down here.
  • Cool Car: Befitting his motive of a raider, he turns into a customized muscle car covered in spikes.
  • Epic Flail: At the same time his right hand can convert into a spiked flail.
  • Evil Sounds Raspy: A mech with a deep and raspy voice, Hellbash tends to growl commands to his clansmen.
  • The Leader: Assembled his men and is in charge of the Claw Skulls Clan. Fittingly, he has a passion for both claws and skulls.
  • Multiple-Choice Past: Who Hellbash was before founding the Claw Skulls is uncertain. Was he an ex-Buildron, a Destron officer, or a mercenary from off-world? However, given that there isn't just one Hellbash, it's likely that these stories just apply to a different version of the bot.
  • Spikes of Villainy: A violent marauder clan boss who's got plenty of spikes on his body and is rather malicious. Yep, that's the guy you can totally trust babysit your sparklings with.

Moledive

Played by: Artork312

The Claw Skulls' living siege engine, Moledive is a massive bot who can easily smash through buildings.

  • The Big Guy: Is large enough that Silverblurr and Override were able to stand on him without issue, and is the one that handled smashing the gates of Silex-2 open.
  • Immune to Bullets: Standard blasters just make him mad. Only heavier rounds are able to hurt him.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: Has three arms and is incredibly destructive.
  • This Is a Drill: He turns into a tunnel digging machine, and the drill ends up at the end of his left arm.
  • Your Head A-Splode: Dies when a grenade gets thrown into his damaged eye socket.

    Tilhexian Waste Diggers
Played by: Artork312 (all)
A small band of marauders that attacks anyone who enter their turf in Tilhexian Wastes.
  • Flat Character: Even amongst their fellow marauders, the Tilhexian Waste Diggers don't have much in the way of characterization. Even the group name had to be confirmed after the fact.
  • Mooks: Not a single member of the group recieved a name.
  • Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: They immediately bail when Jetfire, Arcee, and Rodimus Prime put up enough of a fight to actually kill some of them.

Stuntrons

A gang lead by an ex-Destron general Motormaster, Stuntrons are the thrill seekers, constantly looking for ways to entertain themselves among the ruins of Cybertron alongside doing their boss's bidding.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: The first time the Stuntrons were mentioned was when Megazarak used the prospect of hiring them instead of the Combatrons as leverage while negotiating with Swindle. The entire group working for hire doesn't fit with their later established M.O., and them working for the Destrons doesn't seem likely given the reasons they were formed in the first place.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: The Stuntrons were explicitly formed from the worst troops the Destrons had at the time, and in the present day they haven't been mentioned by anyone in a manner that suggests they're taken seriously, seen at best as being crazy and at worst downright incompetent. However, the one time they've been seen taking action, they chose to do something not even the Destrons have been seen attempting: bombing part of Decagon. And they succeed.

    Motormaster

Played by: ShockwaveFan148, RapidFirestormer

Hungry for power, Motormaster attempted to overthrow Sigmatron during the Great War. He failed, and was put in charge of the worst troops in the Destron forces, which led to him abandoning the faction and forming the Stuntrons with the few troops willing to follow him. Now he rules with an iron fist and antagonizes both sides, though his current plans are unknown.

  • Bad Boss: Doesn't treat anyone well in the slightest, be it his underlings or hired help.
  • Badass Cape: A mech that cares for his own image, he wears a tattered cape to show who's in charge.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: Motormaster wants to be the leader of the Destrons, but he's stuck leading a gang formed from the least competent Destrons there were, and even they mock him. Megazarak didn't even realize that her warband had someone infiltrating the Stuntrons until said mole came back and told her, indicating she doesn't see him as a genuine threat.
  • Big Badass Rig: So badass that he turns into an entire semi-truck, trailer included!
  • Composite Character: Combines general Motormaster design with Stunticon's combined form, Menasor (specifically, the helmet design and black being a more prominent color), with a few cues of Nemesis Prime from Transformers Adventure thrown in.
    • In addition to that, his altmode is inspired by RID15 Optimus Prime's more alien looking truck from early concept art.
  • The Starscream: He was this to Sigmatron back when he was a Destron, and attempted to overthrow him. He failed and got punished with having to lead the worst troops in the entire army.
  • Start My Own: Motormaster left the Destrons and took his troops with him to form the Stuntrons.

Battle Roller

Played by: Artork312

A Target Master drone partner of Motormaster, Battle Roller served his master well throughout his career, and even after all these years it haven't became useless to his partner. Being a deadly weapon or his personal spy, it will fulfill its function, no matter the cost.

  • Equippable Ally: Fitting his nature of Target Master partner, Battle Roller can turn into a cyclone rifle.
  • Lethal Joke Character: Despite the fact that there was absolutely no reason for him to be a separately registered character, Battle Roller ends up capable of being a powerful gun and a capable spy, meaning it's not completely useless.

    Drag Strip

Played by: ØmniTheLeader

A hired gun, Drag Strip became a Stuntron because she felt pity for Motormaster's incompetence. She stuck around in order to relieve her boredom, and she'll always complete her jobs so she can have some fun.

  • French Jerk: Speaks with a French accent, and kills people for fun.
  • It Amused Me: The only reason Drag Strip works for the Stuntrons is because otherwise she'll die of boredom.

    The Wildriders
Played by: Artork312 (both)

A duo of self-proclaimed demolition experts, the "Wildriders" are the infamous scouting party of the Stuntrons, while also doubling as their saboteurs whenever the duty calls..

  • Brains and Brawn: Wildbreak is the brains, making plans and setting things up, while Breakrider is the brawn, executing said plans by blowing things up.
  • Decomposite Character: The name Wildrider has been used in canon as the name of a single Stunticon. Here however, it's a nickname of a duo, with Breakrider getting most of his traits.
  • Mad Bomber: Both of them love blowing things up, though Wildbreak is content with setting up the explosives so her partner can detonate them.
  • Unholy Matrimony: They're a couple, and they don't hide that fact. At. All.

Breakrider

When on the job, Breakrider's the one who blows things up. She may be crazy, but she's loyal to her bondmate, and always makes sure to do a good job when destroying things.

  • Affectionate Nickname: Wildbreak refers to her as her "sweet little pancake".
  • Giggling Villain: She giggles when she's tossing grenades.
  • Leg Focus: Breakrider's thighs look good when she poses in front of an explosion. At least, that's what Wildbreak thinks.
  • Mythology Gag: Her name appears to be based on both Wildrider's and the name he went by for a time due to trademark issues, Brake-Neck.

    Stockade
Played by: ØmniTheLeader

A skilled brawler, Stockade loves two things. The first is rules, which he'll gladly enforce and twist to benefit himself. The other is Megazarak, which is why he's put up with spying on the Stuntrons on her orders.

  • Hidden Depths: He's a tough brawler, but he also loves reading short stories in quiet rooms.
  • Ignored Enamored Underling: He has a crush on Megazarak, though unlike Fasttrack, he's far more respectable about it.
  • The Mole: Stockade is actually a member of Megazarak's warband that's keeping watch over the Stuntrons.

Unaligned

    Laserwave

Click here to see his alternate mode
Played by: Artork312

Devoid of morals and obsessed with knowledge, the ambiguous Laserwave quickly established himself as someone never to be trifled with, and even centuries after the Great War, the trail of gruesome experiments conducted by his crew can still be found to this day, as well as theories of him having ties with one of Sigmatron's old competitors, D-49..

  • Arm Cannon: Similar to his alternate universe counterpart, Laserwave too has a cannon for his left arm, in his case it being a twin-barreled impulse cannon.
  • The Collector: Obsessed with collecting knowledge in any shape or form ever since forging, Laserwave will stop at nothing to obtain information by any means necessary.
  • Cool Plane: A flying wing bomber kind, to be exact.
  • Creepy Monotone: Completely devoid of emotion, he speaks without any inflection or energy in his voice.
  • Cyber Cyclops: His most defining feature is a singular glowing optic sensor.
  • Evil Genius: A genius intellect, he was often assigned tasks requiring him to use it, like developing new weaponry or finding ways to improve Destron forces whenever the enemy pushed through, despite not possessing a purely scientific mind.
  • Lack of Empathy: Lacks any morals of empathy towards his fellow Cybertronians and doesn't even care about it in the slightest.
  • Losing Your Head: His head can detach and transform into a Data-Con, capable of operating separately from his body.
  • The Man Behind the Man: He's the one who infected Octopunch with the techno-organic virus, and was attempting to control him until the latter's death.
  • Palette Swap: Laserwave's Data-Con component is of identical model to Buzzsaw.
  • Purple Is Powerful: Has dark purple in his color scheme and was one of the strongest generals of Sigmatron.
  • The Reliable One: Once he joined the Destron high echelons, he was handed most important tasks. Needless to say, Laserwave proved himself reliable to the supreme leader, making him most trustworthy among other generals in Sigmatron's eyes.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Laserwave proved himself to be an effective and tough general, a far cry from his early days as D-49, who was taken out by Sigmatron in one shot.

    Tracks
Played by: Blepablorpo, Artork312

Tracks would have been the heir to a large fortune, but the Great War lead to him losing most of it. With the money that remained, he bought a ship and hired a crew to act as a privateer, looting marauders and Destrons. And all the while, he makes sure to look good doing it.

  • A Father to His Men: Despite all his bragging, Tracks really does respect his crew.
  • Attention Whore: Tracks will do just about anything, no matter how silly it makes him look, as long as it results in him looking magnificent.
  • Blue Blood: Tracks was born an aristocrat, only to lose most of his fortune in the Great War.
  • Privateer: Tracks and his crew are hired by Buildrons and villages like Silex-2 to help defend them from Marauders and Destrons.

Played by: RoboBum with Brains

The leader of the Decepticons from the same reality Rodimus Prime came from, Shockwave is a cold, emotionless bot. Stuck in this reality after a teleportation accident that occurred when killing the rest of Rodimus's team, Shockwave works in the shadows to figure out how he can get home.

  • Alternate Self: Is an alternate universe version of Laserwave.
  • Arm Cannon: His left hand is replaced with a powerful gun.
  • Cyber Cyclops: The only facial feature he has is a singular green optic sensor.
  • Emotion Suppression: He seeks to eliminate the emotions of all other Cybertronians so they'll be devoid of what he sees as weakness.
  • The Engineer: Shockwave made plans for a ship he provided Megazarak, and he's working on a device for inter dimensional travel.
  • Ex-Big Bad: In his home dimension, Shockwave was leader of the Decepticons, and posed the greatest threat to Rodimus Prime's Autobots. Here, he's forced to hire various agents like Sky Shadow to get the parts he needs to build a device to get to his own reality.
  • Hero Killer: Shockwave managed to kill the rest of Rodimus Prime's team before being sent to this reality.
  • Mythology Gag: His color scheme, being primarily lilac, grey and black with green highlights, references Shockblast, his counterpart from Transformers: Energon.

  • Reminiscing About Your Victims: Shockwave talks about how he killed a team of Autobots in his reality to mock Rodimus Prime, their leader.
  • The Stoic: Shockwave is completely devoid of emotions, viewing feelings as a weakness.

  • Butt-Monkey: Starscream tends to get hurt or humiliated. As it's usually his own fault, it gets Played for Laughs.

  • Screams Like a Little Girl: He has a rather high pitched scream, leading Silverblurr to nickname him "Screamer" even before he learns his real name.
  • Smug Snake: Starscream acted like he was a clever schemer, but proved to be so inept at it that Sigmatron booted him out of the Destrons.
  • Sucksessor: Attempted to become the next Silver Snake, a brilliant schemer... only to be kicked out of the Destron forces due to his sheer incompetence.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trigaxbludgeon.png
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

A warrior of enigmatic origin, Bludgeon showed up from time to time over the course of Cybertron's history, becoming the source of many legends in Transformer culture. A question persists though - is he the real deal or just another bot who was inspired by the tales of old?

  • Demonic Possession: Bludgeon has survived death by taking over the bodies of others, though what happens to the minds of those he possesses is unknown. His current victim is a bot named Gorklon.
  • Real Name as an Alias: In one of the rare instances where this isn't suspicious in the slightest, Bludgeon registers for Overlord's tournament under the name of his host body, Gorklon.
  • Really 700 Years Old: Stories of Bludgeon were told before the Great War even started, but by he doesn't look abnormally old thanks to using the bodies of younger hosts.

    Thunderhoof
Played by: RoboBum with Brains

  • Workaholic: Shinkaiser spends all his time trying to fix the railways of Cybertron.

    Brainstorm
Played by: Scourge

A scientist, Brainstorm claims to be the greatest mind on Cybertron, though this is debatable. While attempting to create a fuel better than Energon, he was frozen in time for the entire Great War due to his reclusive nature, only getting freed by luck. He's since taken to wandering Cybertron to carry out his research, though he regularly hangs out with "The Unrustables" at the Sea of Rust.

  • Adaptational Villainy: Even the version from The Transformers: More than Meets the Eye, who was a Decepticon spy, couldn't bring himself to kill people directly. This one, on the other hand, is perfectly fine with unleashing Cosmic Rust on Decagon and specifically targeting it's medical bay just so there'll be less Buildrons for the Combatrons to fight when they come to free him from prison.
  • Cool Plane: He turns into a hover aircraft.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: Brainstorm's mention by Hot Rod indicated he was also a Buildron, rather than a neutral who worked with them.
  • Insufferable Genius: Brainstorm will not let anyone forget he's one of the greatest minds on Cybertron.

  • No Ontological Inertia: When he dies, everything he'd left frozen in time gets reverted to normal.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: He claims to be the greatest scientist of all time. No one realized he was missing throughout the entirety of the Great War.

    Sixshot
Played by: Scourge

    Deadlock
Played by: Tigerhawk7109

Mercenary for hire, gunslinger, heartless spawn of a glitch... there are many terms to describe Deadlock. Nobody would ever call him 'moral,' but damn it, he's EXTREMELY good at what he does. This has gotten him in the sights of Megazarak- and their playful flirtations have creeped plenty of Destrons out.

  • Affably Evil: Deadlock is quite the cheerful guy, but he's also a bot who completely lacks anything that could be called morals.
  • Decomposite Character: While in canon, Deadlock is the name Drift goes by while he's a Decepticon, here Deadlock is an entirely different individual, having never even interacted with Drift.

  • Reasonable Authority Figure: As leader of the village, Break-Up is in charge of making deals with those looking for supplies from Silex-2 like Tracks and the Buildrons, and he keeps his fair agreements.
  • Unintelligible Accent: The elder of Silex-2 speaks with an accent so strong and undecipherable that another villager has to tell Air Raid what he's saying.
  • Wasteland Elder: Break-Up is quite an old bot and is also in charge of Silex-2.

  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: He's colored red, black, and pink, and wherever his loyalties lie, he's not a good guy.
  • The Speechless: He doesn't talk, and based on the fact that the noises he makes only resemble laughter, it doesn't seem like he even can.
  • Spikes of Villainy: His vehicle mode is covered in spikes, and he's bad news for all near him.
  • The Spook: Nothing is known about this guy. Not his name, not his allegiance, not his motive.
