• Xehanort is a Well-Intentioned Extremist Omnicidal Maniac
• Naruto is The Hero; Xehanort is the Arc Villain Big Bad of his franchise.
• Naruto is a teenager, while this Xehanort is an old man.

Like Lulu:

• Xehanort is from a game developed by Square Enix (however, the rights for KH belongs solely to Disney, contrary to popular belief)
• He's wears a dark-colored outfit (black for him, purplish-black for her)
• He's very powerful at magic (I recall Lulu being pretty good at magic).

But unlike her:

• Xehanort is the Big Bad; Lulu is a supporting character.
• Xehanort's hair color is silver; Lulu has black hair.
• Lulu's doesn't have Supernatural Gold Eyes (IIRC)

Like Vader:

• Xehanort used to be on the side of Light, but got corrupted by the Darkness and ended up as a threat.
• Both have a deep voice (courtesy of Leonard Nimoy and Rutger Hauer for Xehanort and James Earl Jones for Vader)
• Both have handicaps (Xehanort from his old age, Vader from his injuries after his defeat at Mustafar), but are still among the most powerful fighters of their time.

But unlike Vader:

• Xehanort wants to purge the universe and restart it anew; Vader has nothing left but to follow Darth Sidious' orders.
• He didn't die from being electrocuted.
• Vader didn't commit a Grand Theft Me on a younger character.

This'll be about the PC version, since that's the one I played.

• Both use projectiles instead of their own strength
• Both have an Evil Laugh
• Both have a nervous tic (Dr Horrible blinks rapidly, Mad Dummy repeats themself)

Not in common:

• Dr Horrible is a human, not a ghost
• Dr Horrible is not a Mean Boss. He's pretty chill with his one henchman
• Dr Horrible definitely does not No-Sell attacks to his person. He gets hurt.

• Davy Jones has too much emotion while Xemnas has too little.
• Davy Jones is old while Xemnas is young.
• Davy Jones is an ugly motherfucker while Xemnas is as bishonen as it gets.

Like Discord:

• Master Xehanort is an old man with a light-colored goatee. (He's in his mid-80s, according to the Kingdom Hearts series creator and director Tetsuya Nomura, and he has a silver goatee; Discord is roughly a millennium plus old, and he has a white goatee instead)
• He's a Large Ham, and is voiced by sci-fi legends (Xehanort by Star Trek's late Leonard Nimoy and later Rutger Hauer of Blade Runner fame; fellow Star Trek face John de Lancie for Discord)
• He's an incredibly powerful magic user, to the point of being a Reality Warper.

But unlike Discord:

• Xehanort seeks to purge the current World and create a new universal World where light and darkness exists in harmony and balance. Discord just wants to spread some chaos.
• Xehanort wasn't petrified into a stone statue by an ancient weapon.
• Discord realized that he was in the wrong pretty early in his appearances. Xehanort didn't realize that his intentions were misguided until just before his death.
