Herbert Tsangtse Kwouk, OBE (/kwɒk/; Chinese: 郭弼; July 18, 1930 – May 24, 2016), better known as Burt Kwouk, was a British actor of Chinese descent.

He was best known for playing the role of Cato Fong, the Battle Butler of Inspector Jacques Clouseau (Peter Sellers) in the Pink Panther film series. He appeared in many TV productions, including the roles of Imperial Japanese Army Major Yamauchi in Tenko and as Entwistle in Last of the Summer Wine.
