This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

Done to here.
On Double Standard, there's Internet Backdraft pothole from this entry.
- Depraved Homosexual, Depraved Bisexual, Psycho Lesbian: Three character types that fall outside society's established sexual roles and portrayed as mentally unstable sexual predators whose evil tendencies stem from their unusual sex drives, especially if the first two are male and if the last one is not bisexual. Which "proves" that men and women who have interest in same-sex relationships are dangerous and threatening, if not downright insane. Don't even get started on the even bigger can of worms opened up when someone asks if it's possible to have one of these characters without Unfortunate Implications.
There's also this one below, two tropes in one example.
- The Four Loves/I Just Want to Be Badass: Wish-Fulfillment tropes that downplay what women and men are supposed to want out of life. Since a woman is Never a Self-Made Woman, being a mother and wife is all that should matter. For men, there's no other valid way to exist than being violent, assholish and sexually hyperactive. Only then can you claim the crowning titles of "manly" and "respectable".
At Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, for Ch'rell, please remove the Take Over the World pothole and pothole "the Foot Clan" to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003): Foot Clan
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsCan we get Eldritch Abominations to redirect to Eldritch Abomination?
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsWe don't generally create plural redirects. Why should this be different?
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Done to here except for the redirect. As bwburke94 pointed out, we generally don't create plural redirects, unless it is an unusual plural form (i.e. woman -> women). You can just use {{Eldritch Abominations}}s
Crap, I was afraid of that. Off to fix these I go.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsOn the page for Fifty Shades of Grey, I'd be grateful if somebody would replace this line: "The book got two sequels, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, and all three books together are known as The Fifty Shades Trilogy or simply Fifty Shades."
A new, up-to-date version:
"The book got four sequels. The first two, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, is the story of what happened to Ana after the first book ended. The other two are the POV sequels Grey and Darker that retell the first two books from Christian's point of view. (Despite what you might assume, E.L. James has, reportedly, no plans for a retelling of the final novel from Christian's perspective.)"

At Internet Backdraft, Ethnic Scrappy should be between Damsel Scrappy and Replacement Scrappy, while Tier Induced Scrappy should be placed right below them, because, after all, they are subtropes of The Scrappy.
Please remove the Annoying Laugh example from Characters.Shadowchasers The Blue Knights Legion, as it's misuse and complaining.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessDone to here.
With this please:
- Put one-three on MagnificentBastard.Anime And Manga;
- Four and five on MagnificentBastard.Comic Books ("Other" section)
- Six-nine on MagnificentBastard.Film;
- Ten on MagnificentBastard.Literature, going under "Satannus" on the Kindness tree;
- Eleven on MagnificentBastard.Video Games;
- Twelve for MagnificentBastard.Other, in the "Music" section.
Thanks!
Damn, I think you did that faster than I did Thanks!
Edit: My fault for not clarifying but do you mind getting rid of the The Kindness of Devils: before the Aleviel and Malachor entry?

Requesting the following edit to Vic Mignogna:
"On January 2019, following the release of Dragon Ball Super: Broly, multiple allegations of sexual harassment perpetrated by Mignogna surfaced through various social media channels and news sites. As these allegations are ongoing, Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment should be applied here."
At the moment, there's an extremely detailed and potentially triggering recap of the allegations and fallout. This edit would bring it more in line with the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgment tag.

CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsSpeaking of which. Please turn Legend of Lemnear into Legend of Lemnear in Anime & Manga: G to N
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."@ ACW, I think it can just be Legend of Lemnear, since I added a trope specific to the manga now so it covers both.
Edit: Although, in that case please change "This version of" to "The manga version of".

In Gratuitous Rape, can you please hide or remove those Zero-Context Example?
"Okane ga Nai has Ayase frequently subjected to this."
"Sidney Sheldon liked to throw this in too."
Please delete the first entry (Zalgo) at the Web Original folder at Fan Works. It'll be going back to the Creepypasta page eventually; that page is being reformatted.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsAlright, ACW did me a solid finalizing the spelling of names so I'll cover the CM bit too. On MagnificentBastard.Anime And Manga can we change "Barol"'s entry to:
- Legend of Lemnear: The manga version of Barol was once the king of a land he saved by using a power, at the expense of being corrupted to serve the gods who wish to wipe out humanity. Birthing Lemnear to one day stop himself and the gods, Barol has her trained by his brother and armed with the only weapon that can defeat him. Enacting a plot to force her to confront him, Barol is felled by Lemnear, thanking her for killing him to save humanity.
For the Monster.Anime And Manga G To N stuff please change the tree to this:
- Legend of Lemnear:
- Original OVA:
- Lord Barol, Champion of Gold and lord of the flying fortress Valkyras, is a vicious tyrant who seeks to brutally subjugate humanity for casting him out. Barol leads his armies to slaughter and destroy all they can across the land, the total annihilation of Lemnear's village and all of its inhabitants merely one of the casualties of his campaign, while leaving cities he dominates in the care of sadistic generals like Vuan to do with as they please. To steal the power of Lemnear, Barol kidnaps her brother Masshu, and when they turn the tables against him, Barol elects to rain fire down upon the world and destroy it all out of spite.
- The aforementioned Vuan is a fat, greasy slaver who serves Lord Barol for status and pleasure. Ordering brutal raids to capture innocents and sell them, Vuan especially focuses on women he can obtain, keeping the most attractive women to be mind controlled sex slaves for his pleasure, having them stand around naked in his chambers to serve him and perform lasciviously. Upon capturing Lemnear, Vuan desires to keep her for himself, mind-controlling and attempting to assault her as he has countless other innocent women.
- Manga, by Kinji Yoshimoto: The wicked Camus is the most black-hearted of Barol's generals who aid in the evil gods' plan to eradicate humanity. Responsible for overseeing the capture of countless humans to be turned into monsters for their army, Camus empowers violent men to work as his enforcers, and when Lemnear happens upon his city, Camus nearly destroys it with a monster under his control. Capturing Lemnear, Camus uses magic to cause immense pain to her internal organs, laughing sadistically before fighting her.
- Original OVA:

~43110, let me know if MagnificentBastard.Literature looks correct now.
ETA: Also hoping the Legend of Lemnear stuff is correct as well...?
Edited by nombretomado on Aug 19th 2019 at 4:56:46 AM
~ACW, clarify something for me - are there supposed to be two Nyarlathotep entries on Monster.Comic Books I To Z?
ETA: Also fairly certain I was reading your directions right, Monster.Spawn does not look correct in ordering in the first section.
Edited by nombretomado on Aug 19th 2019 at 5:12:38 AM
@ Nombre, Yeah, sorry about the mix up, looks good now
Okay, the new split for Literature. Please lock these and have the old pages redirect to the main Lit page.
