This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

It actually is on Locked Pages.
The text on Het seems to have been written for a page titled "Heterosexual", since it redundantly describes it as "sometimes abbreviated to 'het'".
I would suggest rearranging it to the following:
This inclination is not as rare as one might think it is from reading fanfic.

Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.Boring Invincible Hero and Boring Invincible Villain were cut as complaint redirects per the TRS thread for Invincible Villain. I think this qualifies them for PRLC.

I've heard it both ways, honestly.

CM Dates; CM Pending; CM Drafts@Laundry Pizza 03: Took off the notice, but the page is already on Locked Pages. Also, is there some consensus for adding that trope. These two redirects weren't recreated, so they don't go on PRLC; I'll add a note about this fact.
@Crossover-Enthusiast and wingedcatgirl: Did the decapping, but that rewrite lengthens the page too much.
@Tabs: Done.
@43110 and ACW: Done, but I was pretty certain we did ask for swaps to happen on two different days for Magnificent Bastard and Complete Monster.
Incidentally, I wonder if the sandbox procedure should be documented at Administrivia.Complete Monster and Administrivia.Locked Pages.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanGuys, Septimus asked that you use different days for Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard. Additionally, the last Complete Monster request was on the 3rd. This is meant to be a weekly process. There is no deadline that requires all Complete Monster requests be done so frequently.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerTwenty Three is no longer a trope, so please remove the wick from Monster.Video Games Q To Z.

back lolIt's about once every week or so. And it IS 2 separate days. 43's was on the 7th, mine was on the 8th.
EDIT: The reason the previous one was on the 4th was so it wouldn't be a super-batch combined with this week's. That was when we were starting the Sandboxes.

CM Dates; CM Pending; CM Drafts@ Septimus, We did. Do you want it more than a day apart? If so that's fine but ACW and I need to know the exact time frame if you'd like to add an additional constraint on distancing the requests.

@ACW and 43110: At least one day apart, yes.
@Unnerving_Posterior: Added.
@Kappaclystica: This kind of edit to the Complete Monster pages should be done in a sandbox, in this case Sandbox.Monster Anime And Manga Oto Z. You should alert the Complete Monster thread, though, so that they can object if there is a pressing reason to keep the spoilers and so that they know to ask for a swap.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI know it's not the day yet, but SCP Foundation needs to be locked please.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsPlease remove the Acceptable Targets entry from YMMV.Lily Orchard as it is now NoRealLife.Too Controversial, and all the entries are Real Life.
The cut page YMMV.Lily Peet has an Acceptable Targets ghost wick that removing would be appreciated if possible.
^^Done. ^The entries on that page refer to in-story stuff and removing ghost wicks on YMMV subpages does not require a moderator.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. Please add the following example on The Bible:
- Journey to the Sky: There is a unified, single-language civilization attempt to build a tower in Shinar, the Tower of Babel, in order to reach Heaven and meet God. God Himself does not approve of this, so He makes it so the builders end up speaking different languages to make communication impossible, thus rendering them unable to proceed with the tower's construction.
Requesting the following be added to the Literature section of Five-Man Band. I posted this in the FMB thread already.
- E. W. Hidick's The McGurk Mysteries was a series about a group of pre-teen detectives called the McGurk Detective Agency. Starting from the sixth book in the series, they were also a five man band. They added a Sixth Ranger in Book 16.
- The Leader: Jack P. McGurk, the Jerk with a Heart of Gold leader of the group, also the main detective whose "hunches" usually saved the day.
- The Lancer: Joey Rockaway, who served as the First-Person Peripheral Narrator of the series. He was intelligent but more along the lines of a librarian/archivist type, and rational where McGurk was intuitive.
- The Smart Guy: Brains Bellingham, real name Gerald. He was the inventor and Gadgeteer Genius, but skeptical, sometimes too much so for his own good. Also an Insufferable Genius. At first an enemy of the group he joined at the end of Book 5 after the group collectively outsmarted him.
- The Big Guy: Willie Sandowsky, who was very much the Gentle Giant/Lovable Coward type Big Guy, but intimidating the one or two times he did actually lose his temper. His main contribution to the group was actually his abnormally powerful sense of smell.
- The Chick: Wanda Grieg, a tomboy who was usually the first to get aggressive, but was also the mediator to any fights she didn't start, knowledgeable about etiquette and other 'chick' things, and the one who was good with both younger kids and adults.

Russell... likes to hurt people... for PEACE.On Monster.Video Games A To F, under the Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown entry, please fix the phrase "If you he successfully fires his nukes" to "If he successfully fires his nukes".
- Under Steiner's entry, please fix the phrase "and attempts to defect to the CIA to save his own skin." to "and Steiner attempts to defect to the CIA to save his own skin." (The entry as written implies that Dragovich is the one trying to defect, which is incorrect.)
- Under Deimos' entry, please delete the stray "[" in the phrase "possess [Taylor and his team via their DNIs".
- Under Straub's entry, please fix the phrase "would travel to the Berlin" to "would travel to Berlin".

Mostly done to here. Need to ask the staff if these grammar edits ~infernape612 asked about should be done in sandboxes or on the live page.
