Anyway, I'm leaning toward cutting this and Yarding Signature Shoes. Since Macron is taking a break, she's not around to work on the Signature Shoes draft if one gets made (I think she launched Signature Headgear around when Hair Decorations got disambiguated), and there's also the fact that the wicks we already have are Chairsy and probably not salvageable.

Disambiguate with Iconic Outfit and select These Tropes Are Made for Walking tropes and cut examples that are "these shoes look nice". Yard Signature Shoes unless someone is interested picking it up.

I'll add Signature Shoes to the Trope Idea Salvage Yard, since, as I mentioned, I think Macron would be better suited to that than me since she handled some of the TLP drafts that were spun off the now-defunct appearance trope cleanup thread, but since she's taking a break, it'll have to be put on hold unless someone else has an idea for how to handle it.

Another edit: Oh, right, and feel free to make Sandbox.Signature Shoes to hold potential examples if any Nice Shoes examples fit the proposed trope, and make sure to link to the sandbox in its Salvage Yard listing.

Nice Shoes has been brought up several times in the past because there were concerns that nice shoes on their own just boils down to chairs similar to the now deprecated Nice Hat.The trope's description indicates that Nice Shoes was intended to be shoe version of Signature Headgear where a character is defined by their distinctive shoes.
