I actually voted to disambiguate and downvoted redirecting. If we can find tropes for it, I prefer disambigs in general—encompasses multiple different possible meanings tropers may be looking for and IMO is more helpful.

Just a heads up, since the two crowner options' ratios switched places so quickly within the first two days (originally redirecting was nearly unanimous, now it lacks consensus while disambiguating does have consensus), I'm going to give the crowner two extra days, so it won't be called until the 21st instead of the 19th.
Since today is a holiday, I think it's for the better anyway.

Same. I prefer the disambig, especially as I've seen some examples that would be better placed under Modesty Shorts than being removed or redirected to Shes Got Legs. I've even seen some examples where Shes Got Legs fanservice is definitely in play, but the shorts themselves are barely seen Modesty Shorts to prevent Panty Shot issues in a way that doesn't require the Magic Skirt trope to be in play. Magic Skirt gets misuse where it's used for anything that averts Panty Shot issues, when it's just one specific type of averting the Panty Shot; so, having a disambig that includes Modesty Shorts as an alternative to fanservice tropes will be important, I think.

Who Wears Short Shorts is supposed to be a trope about characters wearing short shorts for fanservice but in practice it's being used as a catalogue for every character who wears shorts.
A wick check was conducted on Sandbox.Who Wears Short Shorts Wick Check (set up by Piterpicher but finished by me. Results of that wick check have been copy pasted below.

74% of the examples were just "character wears short shorts" so I don't think this trope is salvageable as is. It's definition (short shorts for fanservice) is already covered by Shes Got Legs as short shorts are used to show off legs anyways. So, I think we can just turn WWSS into a disambig between Shes Got Legs,Meaningful Appearance, and possibly other tropes. Macron's notes
