Pantheon / GUAG Special Lovers Squad

The Special Lovers Squad is a squad of two divisions who would do anything to protect their loved ones out of well-intended love and passion.

The formation of the group was planned from a long time ago, ever since Nyarko (the one who spearheaded this group's formation) ascended into the Pantheon. However, the events regarding the corruption of Gentaro Kisaragi made Nyarko put it on hold to focus on events, and was formed right away after the destruction of Friendship Asylum. The group was also originally composed of four members, but it quickly grew double its side due of another faction formed by Hungary, in addition to couple of extra members.

Division 1

Division 1 consists of some of the clingier girls of the Pantheon. Trying to hit on their love interest is a bad idea. Trying to harm them is even worse, usually resulting in the offender getting bludgeoned with a crowbar, punctured by needles, be stabbed with a sai, washed away. kicked a lot and then hit by torpedoes somehow, not necessarily in that order. Nyarko also demands that they pick a color to make them more sentai-like.

Nyarko

Nyarko, Goddess of Idiot Hairs and Manic Girlfriends (Nyarlathotep Yasaka, The Crawling Chaos, Slacker Breaker, Nyaruko, Nyarlko)

• Symbol: A black crowbar with red tips wrapped in a silver ahoge
• Intermediate Goddess (raises higher in power with her Space CQC Enhancer: Full Force Form)
• Alignment: Chaotic Good
• Reason for joining: Apparently she tried to form her own Toku-like group. Plus she seems to not like the idea of yanderes, especially when it comes to Yuno.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Moderate. Where her agenda mainly focuses on herself and Mahiro, she will ultimately do the right thing.
• Threat to other alliance: High. Where she might not be the Outer God most people think of when they hear her true name, she is known for fighting dirty, has really high physical attributes and is rather unpredictable due of her wide array of skills. Very high if Mahiro is threatened.
• Position: The Leader, The Hyper One
• Color: Red

Kuroko Shirai

Kuroko Shirai Goddess of Teleportation

• Intermediate Goddess
• Symbol: Her Judgement Armband
• Alignment: Lawful Good
• Reason for joining: She dislikes the Yandere Quartet after they suggested that they would murder Touma in order to make Mikoto hers. She was thoroughly disgusted by this suggestion and planned to take them down.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High, as she respects the latter greatly and will gladly uphold justice within the pantheon.
• Threat to other Alliance: Very High: With her ability to teleport including other objects makes her a very deadly opponent.
• Position: The Lancer, The Serious one... Usually
• Color: Black

Mele

Mele, Celestial Love Martyr (Rin Jyuu-ken Chameleon Fist User, Rio-sama's Love Warrior)

• Lesser Goddess
• Symbol: The head piece of Rin Jyuu-ken Chameleon Fist, next to a doll of chibi Rio-sama (with a heart sign).
• Alignment: True Neutral (her alliance is only to Rio)
• Reason for joining: Melkor still wants to get Rio-sama back to the dark side, which is something she won't allow over her dead body. She was personally recommended by Juvia, to which Nyarko agreed on almost instantly due of her origins.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Low: She only has eyes for Rio's happiness. However, Cosmos has been... exceptionally kind and supports their relationship, so its bit more like medium-low.
• Threat level to Melkor: Moderate. Where she might be second least dangerous of the five, she is still part of Rio-sama's army, so she is not one to be meddled with.
• Used to be on Token Evil Teammates with high chance of repentance due of the Legends War. After the formation of Special Lovers Squad, she was fully moved here.
• Position: Token Evil Teammate, The Perky One
• Color: Green

Juvia Lockser

Juvia Lockser, Goddess of Love at First Sight (Juvia of The Deep, Rain Woman, Juvia of the Great Sea)

• Intermediate Goddess (Greater Goddess if significantly pissed off)
• Symbol: A Gray plushie surrounded by a myriad of Teru Teru Bozu.
• Alignment: Neutral Good (formerly Neutral Evil)
• Reason For joining: After hearing that Terumi might send the Yandere Quartet after Gray-sama she decided to take up Nyarko's invitation and join the squad in order to take down the Yandere Quartet.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Moderate as she sort of sees her as a rival for Gray's affections despite telling her she has no interest in the guy.
• Threat to other alliances: High as she is a skilled water mage. Extreme when Gray is threatened.
• Position: The Big Gal, The Self matchmaker
• Color: Blue

Miu Furinji

Miu Furinji, Goddess of Form-Fitting Wardrobe, Feather Motif, and Don't Sneak Up on Me Like That! (The Feather That Cuts the Wind, Bulu Indah)

• Demigoddess
• Symbol: A feather floating through the air. The hair clips her mother left her.
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• Reason For joining: Because She heard that the Yandere Quartet might go after Kenichi and might need some help taking them down.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Very High
• Threat To Other Alliances: Moderate to High. As she is a rather skilled Martial artist but it currently the weakest of the five. Very high when Kenichi is attacked.
• Position: The Sane One
• Color: Purple

Ooi

Ooi, Goddess of Clingy Jealous Girls (Ooi-cchi)

• Demigoddess on land, Lesser Goddess on sea
• Symbol: Model of the Japanese Cruiser Ooi
• Alignment: Lawful Good with Chaotic moments
• Reason For joining: Was more or less requested by the rest of the team on joining, due of her position. She accepted if it allows her to protect her precious Kitamaki better.
• Loayalty to Cosmos: Medium. She doesn't believe that she would get between her and Kitamaki.
• Threat Level to Alliances: Medium on land. She might have super strength and can stand cannon shots, but only weapon she can use on land is a 14cm Naval Gun. High to Really High on the sea because she can easily torpedo you to death.
• Position: The Sixth Ranger/The Least Stable One
• Color: Maroon

Division 2

Division 2 consists of some of the more protective girlfriends in the Pantheon. Trying to hit on their love interest is also a bad idea most of the time, and trying to harm them will usually end in being bludgeoned by a frying pan, sliced by a katana or a magical sword/punctured by flying tanto, sliced by a chainsaw or an axe, sliced by dual katanas, and being blasted to oblivion with the Power of Destruction, again not in that order. They also have a designated colours, simply because they can.

Hungary

Hungary, Goddess of Aggresive Protective Instincts (Elisaveta Héderváry, Erzsébet, Elizabeta, Hun-chan)

• Lesser Goddess
• Symbol: Her Flag
• Alignment: Chaotic Good
• Reason for Joining: Due to her absolute distaste for the Yandere Quartet's methods of "protecting" their love interests, she approached Nyarko and asked to form a second division in the Special Lovers Squad. This is the result.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High.
• Threat Level: High. The frying pan is a surprisingly good weapon, and she's also fought in several wars. Plus, she can't die.
• Position: The Leader
• Color: Dark green

Setsuna Sakurazaki

Setsuna Sakurazaki, Goddesses of Knights (Secchan, Gladiara Alata, Demon Slayer.)

• Lesser Goddess (intermediate with her Pactio)
• Alignment: Lawful Good
• Symbol: A katana surrounded by 16 tanto.
• Reason for Joining: To better protect Konoka from the Yandere Quartet.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High.
• Threat Level: Very High, as she's a master swordswoman with two Pactio that either give her 16 tanto that attack the enemy all at once or a powerful magical sword.
• Position: The Lancer / The one who is in the Painfully obvious Closet
• Color: Light blue

Sapphire Rhondonite

Sapphire Rhodonite, Goddess of Pretty Princess Powerhouses (Princess)

• Lesser Goddess (has destructive capability on par with Intermediates)
• Symbol: Her tiara on top of her greaves
• Alignment: Chaotic Good (baseline) but can slip into the other chaotic alignments during her less lucid moments
• Reason for Joining: Her opposition to the Yandere Quartet's methods and desire to improve her combat skill.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High.
• Threat Level: High most of the time. A Jack of All Stats with good healing abilities, and efficient with axes, staves, guns and bows, with a certain fashination with a chainsaw. Very High when her Berserk Button is pressed.
• Position: The Big Gal / The crazy one
• Color: White

Peko Pekoyama

Peko Pekoyama, Goddess of Bodyguard Crushes (Super High-School Level Swordswoman Serial Killer Sparkling Justice)

• Demigoddess
• Symbol: A sword running through a Sparkling Justice mask.
• Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Chaotic Evil when in SHSL Despair.
• Reason for Joining: To better protect Kuzuryuu from any threats.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Low-moderate. Her sole concern is Kuzuryuu's safety and protection.
• Threat Level: Moderate, as she's also a master swordswoman, however she also is the weakest of the five in combat situations.
• Position: Token Evil Teammate
• Color: Grey

Rias Gremory

Rias Gremory, Goddess of Action Girlfriends (Crimson-Haired Princess of Ruin, Switch Princess, Crimson Bust Princess)

• Intermediate Goddess
• Symbol: A crimson king chess piece
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• Reason for Joining: She's willing to go to great lengths to protect her loved Issei, who joyfully welcomed her in the GUAG with the rest of the Occult Research Club.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High.
• Threat level to Melkor: High. She can blow stuff up with her Power of Destruction, plus she's a great strategist. Though if somebody ever dares to hurt Issei, she skyrockets up to Very High.
• Is the only member of division 2 to not be involved in the events of Vienna Burning. She serves as a bit of a replacement for Shion.
• Position: The Smart Gal / The Sane One
• Color: Crimson

Clarice di Lanza, Goddess of Absurdly Sharp Claws is offered to join Division 2 to balance out the numbers, though she hasn't given a response on the subject.

The Love Interests

Not technically part of Special Lovers Squad, and neither are they an actual group, but these are the Love Interests of the members of Special Lovers Squad. As advised, messing with these guys is a very bad idea, but you shouldn't mess with their girls either way... Unless you want to get stabbed with a fork, zapped to death, punched in the face, frozen like a popsicle, beaten to the pulp, hit by a torpedo being sharply scolded, slapped with fans over and over, slashed with a sword (usually), shot with a gun, and furiously beaten up, once again not in that order.

Mahiro Yasaka

Mahiro Yasaka, God of Love from Cosmic Beings and Forks ("Boy", Hiro-kun)

• Demigod
• Symbol: A three-pronged fork
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• Reason for "Joining": He more or less acts as the voice of reason to Nyarko out of fear what she might do or what might happen to her. Though he denies having any feelings for her.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Medium-High. He is certain that Cosmos is not a lovecraftian horror in disguise. At least, he hopes so.
• Threat level to the Alliances: Low on his own, as where his forks are surprisingly efficient, he is not a combatant. High, when taking account that he can decide on whenever or not Nyarko, Cuuko and Hasta will kick your ass. Plus, his power to not be affected by changes in time-space continuum makes him invaluable asset.

Mikoto Misaka

Mikoto Misaka, Goddess of Railguns (Railgun, Number Three, Ace of Tokiwadai, Strongest Electromaster, Electric Princess)

• Intermediate Goddess
• Symbol: Her Signature Arcade Coin and Gekotora cell phone.
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• Reason for "Joining": She didn't though she does make sporadic appearances just see how Kuroko is doing.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High as she respect the latter sense of justice.
• Threat level to the Alliances: Very High as her mastery of everything electric makes her a formidable opponent.

Rio

Rio, God of Redemption Through Love (Black Lion)

• Intermediate God
• Symbol: Black Lion's Mask
• Alignment: Neutral Evil -> Chaotic Good
• Reason for "Joining": As a way to redeem himself for what he has done, and because of Mele, as he never got to say how much he loved her.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Moderate. He hides it with "Don't care", but he does respect her in a way.
• Threat level to the Alliances: High. He apparently brought a bunch of Rin Yuu Ken practitioners with him upon ascending, and because they follow him due of his charisma, he does have a good sized army with him. He is no slouch alone, either.

Gray Fullbuster

Gray Fullbuster, The God Who Walks Shirtless

• Intermediate God (Greater God as an Ice Devil Slayer)
• Symbol: His Fairy Tail mark and his flung Badass Longcoat.
• Alignment: Chaotic Good
• Reason for "Joining": He claims to have no feelings for Juvia. He does join in order to help his fellow guildmate.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High. As he respects her greatly.
• Threat level to the Alliances: High as he is a skilled ice mage and is well versed in weapons combat in which he makes out of ice. Becomes Extreme after his comrades are in danger taken one step further after learning Ice Devil Slayer Magic as he can freeze nearly anything such as twisters

Kitakami

Kitakami, Goddess of Torpedoes (KTKM-Sama)

• Demigoddess on land. Lesser Goddess on the sea
• Symbol: Model of the Japanese Cruiser Kitakami
• Alignment: Lawful Good
• Reason for "Joining": Where Kitakami is bit too oblivious forwards Ooi's affection forwards her, the two of them are still a pair.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: High
• Threat level to the Alliances: Medium on land. She might have super strength and can stand cannon shots, but only weapon she can use on land is a 14cm Naval Gun. High to Really High on the sea because she can easily torpedo you to death.

Austria

Austria, God of Elegant Classical Musicians (Roderick Edelstein)

• Lesser God
• Symbol: His flag
• Alignment: Lawful Neutral
• Reason for "Joining": After the events of Vienna Burning, he, Kuzuryuu, and Konaka joined to better ensure their safety and to lower the risk of being kidnapped again.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: Moderate
• Threat level to the Alliances: Low. While he is pretty good at being Mission Control, this is counterbalanced by a) him being a Non-Action Guy, b) having No Sense of Direction and c) currently being in the hospital for an indefinite period of time to recover from being experimented on by the GUAE

Konoka Konoe

Konoka Konoe, Goddess of Ladies (Kono-chan, Princess of the Old World, Regina Medicans)

• Lesser Goddess (Intermediate Goddess with her Pactio)
• Symbol: Two fans next to a sword
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• Reason for "Joining": After the events of Vienna Burning, she, Kuzuryuu, and Austria joined to better ensure their safety and to lower the risk of being kidnapped again.
• Royalty to Cosmos: Quite High
• Threat level to the Alliances: Moderate. Her Pactio allows her to heal any wound received in a time lapse of three minutes, but cannot heal extreme injuries.

Almaz Von Almandine Adamant

Almaz Von Almandine Adamant, God of "Respectable" Chew Toys (Fake Hero (formerly), Hero)

• Lesser God
• Symbol: His coat, slightly roughened up
• Alignment: Neutral Good
• Reason for "Joining": To protect the Princess from the Yandere Quartet and from any one else.
• Royalty to Cosmos: High. Cosmos treats Almaz with care, which he is grateful for.
• Threat level to the Alliances: High, actually! Where many would dismiss him for being The Chew Toy, they have to remember that titles are meaningless when it comes to who people truly are. After that, he is left as a Deuteragonist in a Disgaea game, with good offensive and defensive power and efficient with swords, spears, guns and bows. Especially when the Princess is involved, at which points he becomes really confident.
• Completely missed the events of Vienna Burning due of ascending late, for better of worse.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu, God of Reformed Broken Haughties (Super High-School Level Yakuza)

• Demigod
• Symbol: A gun and an eyepatch
• Alignment: Started as Chaotic Neutral (with shades of Neutral Evil), is now Chaotic Good. Was Chaotic Evil in SHSL Despair
• Reason for "Joining": After the events of Vienna Burning, he, Austria, and Konaka joined to better ensure their safety and to lower the risk of being kidnapped again.
• Royalty to Cosmos: Moderately High. He sees this as a step towards atoning for his actions on Jabberwock Island and in SHSL Despair
• Threat level to the Alliances: Moderate. He is a former yakuza member and is pretty good with firearms.

Hyodo Issei

Issei Hyodo, God of Destroying Female Clothes and Doubling Effects (Sekiryuutei, Chichiryuutei, Oppai Dragon, Ise, Worshipper of Oppai,) (aims to be the "Ultimate Pawn" and the "Harem King")

• Intermediate God, may become a Greater God once he is promoted into an Ultimate-Class Devil (becomes one if uses his Boosted Gear for enough time; becomes Overdeity in certain rare circumstances)
• Symbol: His sacred gear, known as the Boosted Gear; alternatively, 8 crimson pawn chess pieces.
• Alignment: Neutral Good, verging towards Chaotic Good
• Reason for "Joining": As the leader of the Chick Magnet Quartet, he doesn't spend too much time with them, unless Rias calls him out to visit them.
• Royalty to Cosmos: High. Issei strongly cares about Cosmos, although she's not spared from his perverted antics, at least initially.
• Threat level to the Alliances: VERY HIGH. Not only does he have an Amplifier Artifact which doubles his physical strength without capping out - it obviously can give him the powers of an Overdeity if given enough time, Issei also has many other crazy, perverted on the surface, yet surprisingly effective tricks under his sleeve, such as the ever-infamous Dress Break, Bilingual and, more recently, Penetrate. If someone dares ever hurt his harem, though, he immediately jumps up to Extreme.
• Was not a witness of the events of Vienna Burning due to Rias being the latest addition of Division 2.

Honorary member

Due to special circumstance, these people can't joined the squad officially. Still, they share the same passion to protect the loved ones and willing to aid the squad with all their might in return of their own.

Atlas, Spirit of the Shield and First Honornary Member of Special Lovers Squad

• Overdeity
• Symbol: A ball of light next to Naofumi's shield
• Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, with bit of Chaotic Good
• Reason for joining: After visiting the Special Lovers Squad, she have show great enthusiasm in joining in. Unfortunately, she have come to here without properly ascended and doesn't have a title on her own, so she can't officially joined them. Seeing her burning passion to eternally protect her loves one even after dead though, the squad have allowed her to using the facility and join in on their meeting as the first ever Honorary Member of the Squad.
• Loyalty to Cosmos: None, the only loyalty she have is for Naofumi and the only aid she give is to the squad.
• Threat to other Alliances: Extremely High, fitting for her ability and passion.
