The sinister yet attractive pollution-based villainess.- Bad Powers, Bad People: Easily has the scariest powers of disintegrating anyone with her breath such that The Magnificent Heroes cannot defeat her without theirs.
- Breath Weapon: Acts as a disintegration ray for anything and anyone that comes into contact with. Her Clones of Destruction shares her powers too for maximum devastation.
- Combo Platter Powers: She can harness the destructive rays of the ozone layer as a deadly Breath Weapon, evaporate into a smog cloud and also clone anyone with said power even though it has nothing to do with the ozone.
- Clone Army: Miss Evil can duplicate anyone of her choosing and bestow her powers onto them as an extension of herself. Collectively, she calls them the Clones of Destruction.
- Evil Wears Black: Black hair, black floor-length dress, black eyeshadow ...yup, she's most definitely evil if you can't already tell by her name.
- Excessive Evil Eyeshadow: Wears heavy black eyeshadow to accentuate her evilness and overly long purple eyelashes.
- Super Smoke: She can turn herself into a smog cloud as an escape maneuver.
