1. Code Geass: One of the many Picture Dramas, set before the China Arc of the second season, shows Lelouch, C.C., and Kallen sneaking into the Chinese Federation to scout around under the guise of three belly dancer sisters. The Fanservice of C.C. and Kallen in skimpy outfits and interesting poses is contrasted with the (admittedly pretty) Lelouch showing up at the end and Geassing all the men in that place to believe they are pigs (after getting hit on by them, with one even showing appreciation even after his real gender is revealed). Needless to say, it's a very silly situation that has the extra bit of funny that somehow the resident Manipulative Bastard Lelouch got convinced to crossdress, which he absolutely hates.
2. Characters.The 7 D: Comes off this way to a guard when disguised as Maid Marzipan in "Nicely Done and the 7D". Not so much to the Really Nice Guys, who think that Maid Marzipan has "really let herself go."
3. Characters.Artemis Academy And Apollo Academy: When she temporarily gets turned into a guy, Jacqui asks if she's doing anything after school. Whether or not Jacqui was kidding is up for debate.
4. Characters.Assassination Classroom Class 3 E Main: He only needs to put on a skirt and some hair decorations to pass off as a really convincing girl, and even caught a guy's attention like this. According to Hayami, he looks so feminine, it's unnatural. [[spoiler:Justified, since Hiromi, who wanted a daughter, makes him look like a girl.]]
5. Characters.How Not To Summon A Demon Lord Main Characters: [[spoiler: In volume 12, he's DraggedIntoDrag and is so gorgeous, palace knights that hate Diablo run up and propose!]]
6. Characters.Inu X Boku SS: When visiting Ririchiyo during gym class one day, he transformed into a girl because he hoped that Ririchiyo would be more comfortable with the company of a female. Naturally, all of the guys in her class are interested.
7. Characters.Michiko And Hatchin: A young girl name Rita once referred to Hatchin as her boyfriend, and almost kissed Hatchin, whose short hair and boyish clothes made Rita mistake her for a boy.
8. Characters.Natsumes Book Of Friends: Though it's not really an outright gender bend, Natsume just gets possessed by a Youkai who happens to be female, and who occasionally slips to the surface causing him to to exhibit feminine qualities (sometimes seemingly having longer hair). All of his friends start finding themselves disturbingly attracted to him.
9. Characters.Ouran High School Host Club: The club's customers consider her to be an attractive boy.
10. Characters.Prewick Campaign: Her transformation made her very curvaceous. This was by design, as Firenipple intended for her to be his wife (and the mother of his child).
11. Characters.Sword Art Online Kazuto Kirigaya: His GGO avatar looks very effeminate with pretty much everyone mistaking him for a girl, and a very cute one at that, possessing long black hair, crimson lips, and shining black eyes fringed by long eyelashes. He started attracting gazes from GGO's male population wherever he went.
12. Characters.Ultimate Otaku Teacher: He looks so cute in girl's clothes that he was forbidden to wear a male uniform by Koyomi.
13. Characters.UQ Holder The Organization: Kuromaru expresses some jealousy that Sept's female form is quite gorgeous.
14. Characters.The Wallflower: He looks beautiful in a dress. Much to his chagrin…
15. Characters.Whats With Andy: When Andy is disguised as 'Andrea' in "Just Stuffing", he crushes on "her".
16. ComicBook.The Internship: River dressed in drag makes him look like an actual woman and fools Cooper into thinking she is an attractive woman.
17. Creator.Warkop DKI: They're always seen in-universe as this when cross-dressing, although from the viewer's point of view they're very obviously men.
18. Fanfic.Code Prime: When Lelouch is Dragged into Drag, it's joked that he actually looks fairly attractive.
19. Fanfic.Personality Swap AU: Epic Fail: After seeing how many students were attracted to Izuku-as-Midnight, Aizawa tries to give him the least sexy assignment possible: Recovery Girl. Aizawa realizes too late that what makes Recovery Girl unattractive to most (her advanced age) doesn't actually apply to Izuku, meaning what actually results from Izuku's impersonation is an Attractive Bent-Gender Hospital Hottie. Further, Recovery Girl's Quirk involves kissing. According to Recovery Girl, dozens of students from all grades came to her office with exaggerated claims of injuries that day, likely hoping to be "treated" by Izuku—meaning that, far from discouraging the attraction displayed by his class towards Izuku, Aizawa's assignment got Izuku noticed by the entire school.
20. Film.La Piel Que Habito: [[spoiler:Vera is a man, but looks very beautiful female after his forced sex reassignment. Zeca and Robert are both very attracted to him.]]
21. Funny.The Amazing World Of Gumball Season 1: Darwin's obsessive behavior over "Gumballoopseggwobbleunderpants", like taking a picture which he sticks to his face, collecting "her" burp gas, and squeezing out "her" towel sweat to put into a locket.
22. Manga.Cute X Guy: Sumi is your cute but averagely-so-looking shojo lead. Jun on the other hand is tall, toned, and looks older than his years in a good way. Sumi also carries herself better as Jun and seems effortless cool and charming — then you cut to a (still male) Jun freaking out and wondering why just as he's running off somewhere.
23. Manga.Oresama Teacher: Even the Girls Want Her: Mafuyu as Natsuo; girls describe "him" as a prince, and it's heavily implied that Nonoguchi Kanon likes her too... Though she doesn't know that "he" is a "she".
24. Recap.Barney Miller S 3 E 20: Fish in women's clothing looks like a science experiment gone wrong, but Mr. Hector apparently finds Fish so enchanting that he tries to proposition Fish with $20. In fact, even after he's arrested and finds out Fish is a man, he still wants to take Fish out to lunch or a ball game.
25. Recap.The Fairly Odd Parents S 2 E 12 The Boy Who Would Be Queen: Timmy's best friend A.J. falls for "Timantha" and tries to win her over with a dead frog.
26. Recap.Tiny Toon Adventures S 2 E 10 Love Disconnection: Dizzy Devil to the male Perfecto Prep Seniors, after eating the ACME Li'l Wonder Make-up Kit.

28. Series.Neds Declassified School Survival Guide: Crossdresser: At different times, both Ned and Cookie dress up as girls. Cookie specifically employs Gender-Bender Friendship to learn what Lisa looks for in a guy. Both also have a bit of Attractive Bent-Gender, especially when Loomer falls for Cookie's alter-ego.
29. Series.Two Of A Kind: This happens to Brian during the Halloween Episode after some costume swapping, something of which he is not fond.
    Brian: This is the worst day of my life! Two guys called me a hottie, and I got asked to a dance by a boy named Carl.

30. SouthPark.Tropes A To D: In the Game of Thrones parody trilogy and The Stick of Truth, Kenny dresses up as a princess. Some characters react as if he actually was a pretty girl, especially during the Animesque segments of "Titties and Dragons".
31. Theatre.Der Rosenkavalier: Octavian makes such an attractive woman that Baron Ochs is willing to risk his lucrative engagement for a date with him.
32. UnwantedHarem.Anime And Manga: Kämpfer: Everybody seems to be interested in Natsuru. At the last count, Akane, Kaede (the only "wanted" part), Mikoto and maybe Shizuku (if she's not just messing with Natsuru's brain).
33. WebVideo.Yandere High School: Sam and Taurtis, both to Dom and Sookie, who actually accepts Sam's affections for once as "Samantha".
34. WesternAnimation.Hercules The Animated Series: Disguised in Drag: To avoid being spotted by Phil during their Chain of Deals, Hermes and Hercules dress up as a female Centaur (front and back end, respectively). It works a little too well, as Phil falls for "her" and his actual female Centaur companion is the jealous type.

1. Characters.El Goonish Shive Humans: One of the sketchbook drawings show us that he's a complete knockout as a woman.
2. Cracked.Tropes A To H: This comment on Fionna from Adventure Time in "6 Cartoon Characters Guys Secretly Find Sexy":
   Felix Clay: While Finn is drawn as pretty much a Tetris piece with rabbit ears, Fionna is made deliberately curvy and curiously athletic, with hip and breast definition. Am I sick for noticing that? Probably.
3. Creator.Lauren Lopez: Ms. Fanservice: It has been said amongst fans that Lauren and Joe Walker are conspiring to make everyone bi. Both are known for being attractive while playing either gender.
4. EnsembleDarkHorse.Sword Art Online: While not really a true character, Kirito's feminine looking GGO avatar or "Kiriko", is extremely popular in the fanbase. Expect any AU with a genderflipped Kirito to use said appearance and even name. The amount of fanart for him/her rivals that of the standard Kirito, with some fans even jokingly claim Kiriko to be their favorite SAO girl. Kiriko ended up becoming Ascended Fanon of sorts with him/her being a separate avatar for Kirito in Fatal Bullet and a playable character in the PvP mode.
5. Film.Baywatch 2017: In disguise, Matt Broody makes for a very attractive woman.
6. Manga.Altair A Record Of Battles: Disguised in Drag: Mahmut has dressed as a woman on three occasions; once to infiltrate Hisar with Şara, once while posing as Süleyman's wife to avoid arrest, and once with Cyrus and Abiriga to escape the Argyros authorities' watchful eyes. Always an added bonus for the readers.
7. MsFanservice.Anime And Manga: Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts: Hideyoshi fits this trope perfectly. The series is even aware of it, as whenever there is a possible point to insert fanservice, they make sure she is there. Dressed in various costumes including nurse and maid, and appears as the round girl (girl holding up the round number) in various suggestive positions and clothes. The only part that doesn't fit is her flat chest, but for some, that's also an appealing factor... Wait.... SHE'S A GUY?
8. Music.The Boyz: Sangyeon dressed as a lady once. The verdict? He looked beautiful.
9. Music.Girls Day: Hyeri impersonating a man by wearing a suit and flirting with Minah in "Female President."
10. MythologyGag.Vine Realms: Raymond being locked in a jail cell in the Cave of the Cursed's prison, in reference to Vinny finding him on a Nook Miles mystery island in his own playthrough of New Horizons and outright refusing to invite him onto his island upon finding tons of sexually-charged art of him in a maid outfit on Google Images (as dressing Raymond in a maid outfit is a common practice among New Horizons fans, both with and without sexual intent). ref to irl reaction
11. SensitiveGuyAndManlyMan.Video Games: Link and Prince Sidon from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Link is a short, slim Long-Haired Pretty Boy Hylian boy who looks very pretty when Disguised in Drag. Sidon is a tall and muscular Zora man. Inverted personality-wise as Link is The Stoic with occasional elements of Jerk with a Heart of Gold while Sidon is very charismatic, expressive, and always acts as a Nice Guy even when chastising Muzu for his anti-Hylian prejudice. Link is also a powerful knight, subverting the "weak" cliche.
12. Series.Key And Peele: In a meta-example, a suspiciously high number of comments on the YouTube video of the "Meegan, Come Back" sketch are about how well Peele plays a woman.
