Real name Oliver Decosta, the hero of the story. A 14 year who just recently arrived at the city of Norandopolis. He joins Superhumans Inc after unintentionally making a name for himself by destroying a blob monster attacking the city.
  • Adorkable: Clumsy but an alright guy all around.
  • And Show It to You: Unintentionally pulled out Blobert's heart when fighting it.
  • Calling Your Attacks: If he wants to active his laser, he has to hold out his hands, clinch his fingers and shout "Super Duper Hyper Beam!".
  • Dragged into Drag: His dreams always seem to involve him getting turned into a girl or dressed up as one. Chapter 6 has him end up in a ballerina getup thanks to Superblam's douchery.
  • Embarrassing Nickname: He got the name Supercrash from Jude aka Superpouf after he pushed Oliver off a building again in their second day of training. The citizens of the city overheard Jude calling him this during his second fight with the blob monster and the name stuck. Oliver seems to have rolled with it regardless.
  • Freak Out!: The first time when he discovered superpowers as well as being introduced to Superhumans Inc and later finding out most of the staff of that company were working at his school.
  • Green Around the Gills: His first few times flying weren't the best. He eventually got over it and even invented a technique called the "Reverse Frog" in which he he fires his laser powers into the ground to blast off into the air.
  • Hulking Out: Somehow gained the power to turn into a huge muscled form being dubbed "Hypercrash" in chapter 6. Not only does this increase his strength but allows him to fire laser beams from his eyes!
  • Idiot Hair: His hair has an odd way of sticking up on it's own. It's even lampshaded during his date with Jennifer.
  • Improbable Weapon User: His main gimmick is that he generally fights using a road sign.
  • No Respect Guy: Somewhat, most of the heroes at Superhuman Inc think he pretty cool. But he gets no end of grief from Superpouf and the police of the city certainly don't care for him either.
  • Power Incontinence: If he doesn't clinch his fingers when doing his laser blast, the effect will backfire on him.
  • Wave Motion Gun: His main power is that he can fire huge laser blasts from his hands.
  • Weapon of Choice: A road sign that he usually grabs off the street.

Superhumans Inc.

Real name Jude. Supercrash's assigned mentor much to his charign as well as one of the older superheroes of the company.
  • Casanova Wannabe: Loves the ladies and hits on them whenever he gets the chance, with predictable results.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Cynical, has a indifferent attitude and belittles Oliver every chance he gets. But he does at least try to look out for him to the point he refuses to steal the Powersphere when Superblam suggested it.
  • Light 'em Up: Is able to fire a blinding flash from his belly button.
  • Noodle Incident: Whatever it was that caused him to lose half his powers. Apparently Darcel did it as punishment for something but it hasn't been revealed yet.
  • The Mentor: Assigned to train Oliver in his powers to which he does a pretty poor job of it.

Real name Edward. He's a superhero assigned to a northern city called Somma. However since that city is relatively peaceful, he usually commutes at Norandopolis when reinforcements are needed.
  • An Ice Person: Wields ice powers.
  • Mundane Utility: A in-depth file on him reveals he uses his powers at his job at a meat packing factory when not doing hero duties.
  • Power Incontinence: Isn't the best in wielding his power, mostly due to either something happening with his gloves (not insulated, hole in the glove, etc).
  • Nice Guy: Pretty pleasant person all around.
  • Speech Impediment: Has one that make it hard to most to understand what he's saying.

CEO of Superhumans Inc. He had found the material which he dubs Heronium while working as a miner, becoming the first superhero of the world until the powers wore off at age 18. He then mined the material and built his company around it.
  • Genre Savvy: He knows that most of his heroes will be going to school. So he built a school that's staffed by some of his workers which will allow heroes such as Supercrash to respond to threats without have to resort to excuses.
  • Hero Insurance: The reason he charges a fee for teens to join his company. Most of it goes toward repairs that the heroes inevitably cause during their fights.
  • Heroes "R" Us: Started his company based around this.
  • Noodle Incident: Whatever it was that forced him to take away half of Superpouf's powers.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: For the most part, he's greedy but a fair boss.
  • Retired Badass: Implied, he may not do hero work, but he's a pretty sharp businessman regardless.

Secretary of Superhumans Inc
  • Blow You Away: Her main powers are wind based.
  • Mundane Utility: Using her powers to help open a door to Darcel's office, citing that they're pretty heavy.
  • The Constant: Curiously, she looks way past the age of 18 and yet somehow still has her powers when 18 is the age that the Heronium supposely wears off.

Ah instructer of new recruits and one of the oldest memebers of the company.
  • I Was Quite a Looker: She shows new recruits an instructional tape where she was much younger and attractive looking.
  • Gonk: Usually has some exaggerated expressions that emphasis this.
  • Grumpy Old Woman: Old and not at all pleasant.

     The Loving and Caring Nurse
A nurse at Superheroes Inc. Still don't know her name yet.
  • Action Girl: Manage to wrestle and strap down a panicking Oliver when he found out she was the school nurse.
  • Everyone Calls Him "Barkeep": Due to the story not naming her yet, she's just simply known as the Loving and Caring Nurse.
  • Exactly What It Says on the Tin: She's a nurse and...kinda loving and caring. To be fair, Oliver isn't exactly very helpful whenever they meet.

Real name Simon. He was the superhero that crashed into Oliver's house when his mother and he had just moved in at the start of the comic. And it was his orb that Oliver finds that leads him to becoming Supercrash. He disappears through most of the story but comes back later in the 5th chapter.
  • Face–Heel Turn: Freely admits he doesn't care about Superhumans Inc or that he'll be branded a criminal. He just wants his powers back by any means necessary.
  • Jerkass: Revealed to be one when we finally meet him later in the comic. He gives Oliver no end of grief with his pranks and comments. Even Irene admits she doesn't like him, that he wasn't the best hero of the city and was actually glad he disappeared. Then he goes on and steals Jude's powersphere to get his powers back and almost kills him by kicking him off a cliff. Keep in mind, Jude and he are suppose to be best friends.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: During his Evil Gloating, he mentions that he loves to tell people to "Send Him The Bill" right in earshot of Hillary who remembers that he was the one who crashed into her house when she first moved to the city. Cue her grabbing a rocket launcher and firing it straight at him.
  • The Bully: When it comes down to it, the guy just like picking on the weak and not afraid to screw over others for his own benefit. He even freely admits it when he has Supercrash pinned down.
  • The Bus Came Back: He disapperes after the first chapter and doesn't show up till chapter 5.

Oliver's mother. Took a new job within Norandopolis at a military expo which mean her son and she had to move there.
  • Action Mom: Definitely implied though she hasn't really gotten involved with any action yet.
  • Disproportionate Retribution:
    • She develops a major grudge against superheroes just because one ended up accidentally crashing into her house as Oliver and she were moving in. To the point she outfits her home with superhero seeking weapons and starts a militia against them.
    • Likewise forces Oliver to enroll in a public school after he accidentally blows up a balcony while messing with a gun she was trying to teach him how to use, ironically enough. Even more ironic, it's a school that Darcel had built to give his superheroes a cover for their activities.
  • Mama Bear: What she claims she is to Oliver. But her methods are kinda iffy at best.
  • More Dakka: Due to working at a military expo, she got a lot surplus of weapons as a welcome present.
  • Unusually Uninteresting Sight: Vector manages to locate Oliver's house and goes to it driving a mecha. When she answers the door and tells him Oliver isn't home, she doesn't even bat an eye at the sight. Thinking him as just one of Oliver's "weird friends".
  • Villainous Rescue: Well relative to Supercrash since she's against him. But her milita arrives just as Demo, Hack and Combo have Supercrash cornered as he's trying to escape Vector, claiming he's theirs. This causes both sides to start a fight and allow Supercrash to slip away in the chaos.

A popular girl at the school Oliver goes to. She's really General Janie in disguise.
  • Action Girl: Managed to defeat three crooks all her own.
  • Alpha Bitch: A popular girl at school though honestly not known if she truly is one.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Only dates Oliver due to his knowing a lot about Supercrash. Turns out it was just a way to find information about him since she's trying to capture him.
  • Expy: Supposedly of Mary Jane.
  • Heroes Want Redheads: A major red head who instantly catches Oliver's eye when he enrolls in high school. Turns out it a wig. Though she seems pretty attached to it as she panics when Vector threatens to cut it.
  • Loves My Alter Ego: Apparently a big fan of Supercrash She working with the Vector Army to try and capture him.

     O 2
A.k.a Oliver Garcia. Oliver (the main one) calls him O2 to distinguish the two when they first meet. He writes for the gossip column in his school newspaper.
  • Expy: Of Harry Potter only without the powers.
  • Intrepid Reporter: Likewise a fan of Supercrash and latches onto any gossip he can get his hands on.

Vector Army

     Van Vector
Real name Julius Van Vector, leader of the Vector Army. He seems to have a major grudge against superheroes and targets Supercrash in particular for his plans.
  • Berserk Button: Flowers oddly enough. When Supercrash's power are tinkered with and cause him to shoot out flowers, Vector goes absolutely ballistic.
  • Blob Monster: Creator of them and even uses them as a weapon to disable Oliver's powers when they first fought.
  • Expressive Mask: Wears a mask that has digital expressions.
  • Evil Genius: A self proclaimed one and he does fit the mold.
  • Genre Savvy: Knows about Rule of Three and when a horoscope warned him of falling objects, he initially laughed it off till his base was invaded by superheroes. Indeed, he nearly gets beaned a few times from chandeliers during the battle. And ultimately succumbs to when he tries punish Janie for her screw-up.
  • Giant Mecha: Pilots one in his second confrontation with Supercrash.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: Of the first three chapters of the series. He's the one behind the blob monster attacks and Chapter 4 reveals that he kept sending more of them between the chapters. Supercrash isn't amused when he finds out about this.
  • Horrible Judge of Character: While justified at being angry of Janie's screw up which lead to a raid on his lab. During his rant at her, he adds in that Janie had deliberately beat up Hack, Demo and Combo, unaware that they forced her to out of self defense.
  • Large Ham: Pretty much reveals in being an evil genius.
  • Mad Scientist: Of the tech variety. He also seems to have once worked at Superhumans Inc and got kicked out due to unethical experimentation.
  • Siblings in Crime: With his sister, Janie.
  • You Have Failed Me: When Janie ends up inadvertently leads the superheroes to the Vectordome, he tries to punish her by cutting her hair. He's only stopped thanks to a chandelier.

     General Janie
The Vector army second in command and Vector's sister. She goes in disguise at school as Jennifer.
  • Action Girl: Single-handily takes down Demo, Hack and Combo all her own when they try to turn against her. Though apparently she isn't used to fighting hand to hand as she faints not long afterward.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Called "Jen-Jen" by Vector.
  • Cool Shades: Wears a pair.
  • Nice Job Fixing It, Villain!: While she manages to find out Oliver is Supercrash, she accidentally drops her communicator which Superpouf later finds on the ground (though luckily can't bypass her password, keeping her identity safe) who later follows the henchgirls she beat up back to the Vectordome. The next day, he gathers the superheroes and preforms a raid on the base.
  • Oh, Crap!: When Supercrash shows her, in her Jennifer guise, that they found the Vectordome and him and several other heroes are about to raid it.
  • Right in Front of Me: How's she introduced into the comic: spying from a manhole on Supercrash's latest victor against the recent blob monster that attack the city. Albeit right in front of Superpouf and him. Not surprisingly they try to follow her, but she manages to escape in a rocket vehicle.
  • The Dragon: The second in command of the Vector army. Though some of the elite of the army aren't happy about it.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here!: After cornering Supercrash, she ends up exasperated by his stupidity and Vector ordering her to finish him while mocking her is the last straw with Janie declaring she's done with the whole supervillain mess.
  • Siblings in Crime: With her brother Van Vector.
  • Walking Spoiler: Really the comic doesn't hide her secret for very long. But for the sake of new readers, we'll keep things hidden.

     Demo, Hack and Combo
Three of Vector army's main fighters.
  • Amazon Brigade: All three are girls.
  • Cool Shades: Demo wears a pair.
  • Close-Range Combatant: Combo's specialty.
  • Goggles Do Nothing: Hack wears a pair on her head.
  • Kill It with Fire: Demo's specialty, she's a pyrotechnic.
  • Master Swordsman: Hack's supposed specialty, she fights with a sword though as of yet hasn't really been able to show off her skills.
  • Terrible Trio: They're a trio and they're villains.
  • The Mutiny: Tried to turn again Janie, miffed that she gets special treatment from Vector and having to take orders from her. Janie quickly takes them down without much trouble.
  • The Runaway: All three are stated to be runaways from their homes.
  • The Worf Effect: Get taken out fairly quickly in their first fight with Jennifer/Janie. Really the only win they got was Combo over Superpouf before a female superhero took over.

A blob monster that occasionally attacks the city. Eventually revealed to be a creation of Vector.
  • Blob Monster: If he name didn't give it away.
  • Gender Flip: There turns out to be a female version called Bloberta.
  • Ludicrous Gibs: How Supercrash defeats the first one, after stuffing it's heart with junk food, he blasts it's with his hyper beam which causes Blobert to explode.
  • Me's a Crowd: There's not one but several of him which Vector sends to soften Supercrash up.

How well does it match the trope?
