Leader of The Sky Pirates. Kaza is a tall, menacing woman that Izuku & Nezu recruit to be part of The Sky Pirates. Her Quirk changes parts of her body into one of a dragon.
  • Absurdly Sharp Claws: Long, black, and sharp ones on both hands and feet that are strong enough to tear an armored truck.
  • All of the Other Reindeer:
    • Implied to be the reason why she becomes a criminal.
"Damn it. I never fucking wanted this…I just wanted to live in peace for fucks sake! But those damned bastards! Those damn quirkist bastards! They wouldn't just leave me the fuck alone!"
    * Later, while Kaza is sleeping on the couch*
Suru: Just look at her. Do you think those dirty quirkist would ever let her just live her life? No, they have to attack her, just because she doesn't fit their standards of what a person should be.
    • Her sister is implied to experience the same thing since it is implied that she has a mutation Quirk and that Nezu has transferred her away from where she lives.
  • Barefoot Poverty: During her time as a fugitive.
  • Beware My Stinger Tail: She has a sharp, pointy-ended tail that is strong enough to pierce a helicopter's windshield.
  • Brawn Hilda: 9-10 feet tall, and more menacing than beautiful.
  • Breath Weapon: She can breathe fireball.
  • The Captain: Izuku elects her to be The Sky Pirates'.
  • Cigar Chomper: A rare female example. she lit it with her Breath Weapon.
  • Crazy-Prepared: She has prepared a very thorough cover story and plans for Tsubu and Karaki's father and daughter's disguise.
Kaza: Alright listen up, here is what you two are going to do. You are a father and daughter. If anyone asks, she's ten, The mother is working overseas, you live uptown, and your names are Machi and Gai respectively. You're going to go to several stores, not just one, buying all that at once would be suspicious. Got it?
Tsubu: Man you really thought this out huh?
  • Draconic Humanoid: Her Quirk makes her body covered in purple scales and gives her claws, talons, a pair of wings, and a tail.
  • Expy: of Ridley from Metroid.
  • Instant Waking Skills: Cultivated from her life as The Runaway.
  • I Surrender, Suckers: She pretends to surrender to the Pro Heroes and police officers that encircled her, before spitting a fireball into the raining sky, creating huge enough steam to cover her as she flies away.
  • Photographic Memory: She's the only one who memorizes Izuku's plan despite getting hammered the day before the heist.
  • Resigned to the Call: She's the only one who is more reluctant to accept Izuku and Nezu's job offer, but she knows that it's the only way to directly oppose quirkist people without putting her sister in danger.
"I'll be your damn villain. Just make sure the bastards I'm hurting deserve it. Or I'm coming after you next."
  • The Runaway: Her first appearance is by running away from the authorities.
  • Scary Teeth: Her teeth are rows of sharp ones.
  • Winged Humanoid: She has a large, leathery purple one.

     Suru Sosaka — Shift

Suru Sosaka — Shift

Quirk: Space Swap

Hair: Black (down past the neck)

Eyes: Green

Suru, known as Shift, is a vigilante who has been hunting down villains to find who was responsible for his parent's death. He joins The Sky Pirates after believing that M.L.A might be the one responsible, and Giza, Izuku, and Nezu convince him that joining it will give him a great opportunity to oppose them.
  • Fate Worse than Death: He punishes Quirk supremacists by dismembering their bodyparts that control their Quirk.
"If a quirkist had wings, I'd cut them off. If they could shoot spikes from their arms, I'd cut them off. I'd never kill them, because I wanted them to live without their precious powers, regretting their choices until the end of their days, until the end of their pathetic lives."
  • Hitbox Dissonance: His Quirk allows him to swap real-life-equivalent of Hitboxes of two objects. He first demonstrates this by beheading The Hound from far away by using his Quirk to relocate The Hound's hitbox next to him.
  • I Was Young and Needed the Money: His excuse to how he knows about Villain Trade and why he uses their service.
    *Ashamed* "I needed to eat."
  • Katanas Are Just Better: His previous weapon of choice as a vigilante. He switched to a cutlass after joining The Sky Pirates to fit the theme.
  • Make It Look Like an Accident: He knows that his parent was killed, despite the police's report.
"They said it was a car accident, but I don't know how the fuck you consider a bullet flying through the driver's window causing the car to spin out of control a damn "accident"?"
  • Perpetual Frowner: Always has a scowl on his face. He's getting better.
  • Sword and Gun: After joining The Sky Pirates, he carries two handguns alongside his cutlass.
  • Technical Pacifist: He never kills the villains he hunts.
  • Vigilante Man: He's been tracking various Quirkist groups as one to find the one responsible for his parent's death.

     Tsubu Ukog — Rough

Tsubu Ukog — Rough

Quirk: Grain Control

Hair: Beige (messy)

Tsubu Ukog is a downtrodden former security guard who has been blacklisted due to multiple assault charges. He joins The Sky Pirates to get more money.

     Pei Ioto

Pei Ioto

Quirk: Lifelike

Hair: White with smatterings of other colors.

Pei Ioto is a girl from a rich family that has a Quirk that lets her drawing come to life. Unfortunately, she finds destruction to be her favorite form of art, and her favorite drawing subjects are monsters. She joins The Sky Pirates because it gives her the opportunity to use her Quirk freely.
  • Art Initiates Life: Her Quirk turns her fingertips into a paintbrush, and she can make the drawings she creates come to life for an hour.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: While she loves to let her monster drawings free, she is still not into harming innocents.
    • Also, while she's into violence, she believes it's okay to dial back if it's too much.
"While violence is a beautiful thing, it is best not to get lost in it. One must take time to enjoy the finer things in life. Good food, music, the likes."
  • Friendly Sniper: She's the sharpshooter of the Pirates, using a sniper rifle created with her Quirk.
  • Gilded Cage: She is under house arrest after her latest attempt at setting her drawing free when Giza visits her.
  • Love Makes You Crazy: She had a psychotic break as a child after witnessing her younger brother die in an accident. She wasn’t able to properly grieve his death until she painted an effigy of his corpse at the time of his death as she found him surrounded by his earthly possessions. She’s of the opinion that it’s the most beautiful thing she’s ever created with her Quirk. Naturally, their parents weren’t pleased.
  • Mad Artist: She finds destruction beautiful, and that weapons are as much a tool of art as brushes and pencils are. The main reason she joins The Sky Pirates is that Giza, Izuku, and Nezu promise that she has the freedom to let her monstrous drawing loose.
"Explosions making debris fly, blood painting the streets, people showing their true colors, and trampling over each other as they run for their lives. That is beauty. Bombs, guns, blades, and cannons, to me, are not weapons, but tools of art, the same as a paintbrush. A villain attack is just art in motion. I tried to show people this, but they couldn't understand my vision. They locked away both me and my wondrous art, to never see the light of day. But now, I am free. Free to show the world my art. Free to destroy. Free to create. Free to burn my art into the minds and souls of the people."
  • The Mad Hatter: Downplayed. She knows that others see her as a Mad Artist, and is not letting their critiques bother her.
Yoko: *after listening to the rundown of Pei's reason to join The Sky Pirates* Okay, you're a psychopath, got it.
Pei: Hmph, call me what you will.
  • Master Forger: She can forge and copy things with her Quirk, with its tell being that it smells like paint and feels like touching an artwork.
  • Person of Mass Destruction: Implied, since her Quirk is an Art Initiates Life and her favorite drawings are giant monsters that destroy cities...
  • The Power of Creation: She can create inanimate objects from her drawings which she can detonate if necessary.

     Karaki Aesu — Yo-Yo

Karaki Aesu — Yo-Yo

Quirk: Multiply Impact

Hair: Pink

Karaki Aesu, more known as Yo-Yo, is a short-statured vigilante that uses Yoyos as her main weapon due to her Quirk. She joins The Sky Pirates because she likes fighting villains without being talked down to by other people.
  • The Alcoholic: She has a habit of drinking alcohol. She and Yoku left a pile of sake bottles by the time they headed to Midoriya Foundation, to Kaza's bafflement.
Kaza: Seriously, how do you fit so much fucking booze in such a small body?
  • Charged Attack: Her Quirk doubles her attack damages consecutively as long as the first strike hits and she attacks every 30 seconds.
  • Groin Attack: Her favorite method of attack is "to hit someone's balls" because she finds it funny and an easy target to activate her Quirk. Would go for Breast Attack instead if her opponent is a woman.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Downplayed. While she did not ask Suru to stop being a vigilante, she advised him to lighten up and be more optimistic since, from what he said, his parents must be some good people, and they might want their son to enjoy life.
  • Killer Yoyo: Due to her short size makes her inadequate for close combat, she uses yoyos as her weapon. Giza gives her one made of metal that can crack a concrete wall as an offer to come with him.
  • The Lad-ette: The Alcoholic + Sir Swears-a-Lot + has a habit of doing Groin Attack.
  • The Load: Kaza certainly sees her as one, pointing out the reason why she had no right whining against going out shopping while dressing up as a child.
Kaza: You eat most of our food and drink most of our alcohol. You smell like shit because you almost never shower, you leave your clothes all around the damn ship, you never wash dishes, and you never clean after yourself. This (grocery shopping), and fighting are the only thing you're useful for, and you WILL pull your fucking weight.
  • Men Use Violence, Women Use Communication: Inverted. She likes fighting violently, to the dismay of people in her old life, hence why she runs away.
  • Older Than They Look: She looks like an elementary school girl, but is actually 20 years old.
    • Kaza exploit this by making her disguised as a young girl so she and Tsubu can go buy groceries under the guise of a father and his daughter.
Kaza: People will be less likely to look at a father-daughter duo and think they're villains, so for once you being a loli is actually useful.
  • Pint-Sized Powerhouse: Her Establishing Character Moment is beating a large villain through the wall.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: Her words tend to have curses sprinkled on them.
  • Tomboyish Baseball Cap: She wears one backward. She replaces it with red bandana after joining the Pirates.
  • Unwillingly Girly Tomboy: She is forced to wear a young girl's dress and had her hair done into twin tails when she and Tsubu go out shopping.

     Yoko Miru — Lilith

Yoko Miru — Lilith

Quirk: Charm

Hair: Red (Long)

Yoko is a Honey Trap who grows bored with her routine thanks to her Quirk making luring men too easy for her. She joins The Sky Pirates after she is promised a more exciting challenge for her.
  • The Call Knows Where You Live: What she worries about if he declines the job offer.
"Well seeing as you know who I am, what I've done, and where I live, and I don't trust you not to arrest me if I say no, I'm in."
  • Challenge Seeker: She starts to find her Honey Trap gig boring by the time Giza encounters her, finding it too easy.
"Good lord it's just too easy. Can't they give me a challenge for fucks sake? Or at least something exciting."
  • Charm Person: She can make a person fall in love with her when they are focusing their attention on her.
  • Honey Trap: She uses her Quirk to rob people blind.
  • If It's You, It's Okay: Her Quirk can bypass her target's preference, marital status, and sexuality.
  • Useless Without Powers: She has no combat capabilities, and relies solely on people not knowing about her Quirk, which is why she immediately surrenders when she notices that Giza is actively avoiding looking directly at her.

     Rorou Con

Rorou Con

Quirk: Ownership

Hair: Grey

Eyes: Dark Brown

The helmsman of The Sky Pirate. Rorou is a genius in engineering who has declined many jobs offers due to finding them dull. He is enticed by Giza about a more exciting job opportunity if he joins The Sky Pirates.
  • The Engineer: His main role in the Pirates' crew besides the helmsman.
  • Instant Expert: He gets a complete understanding of how to use and operates an item when he uses his Quirk on it.
  • Murder by Remote Control Vehicle: His Quirk allows him to touch an inanimate object to "claim ownership" to it, giving him complete control over its functions, and becomes Instant Expert on how to operate it.
  • Thrill Seeker: He rejects various job offer because none of it excites him.
"I didn't get my engineering degree to toil away in some damn office for the rest of my life! Where is the excitement, the adventure?"
  • Token Good Teammate: The only one in the group that has no criminal record.
