This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

Please swap Disney for Magnificent Bastard Disney. There was a problem with some of the placing of some entries which I fixed. Thanks.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadFor the South Park entry on Double Standard Rape: Female on Male, please change "in which 2-year old Ike's 25-year old female teacher had regular sex with him" to "in which the toddler Ike's adult female teacher has regular sex with him". Ike's at least 3 years old by the time he enters kindergarten and I don't know if his teacher's age was confirmed. Also a minor correction to tense.
Also on the same page, a rewrite to the Futurama example from:
- Futurama subverts this, with Death By Snu-Snu. The Zap and Fry know what is going to happen, and try to hide their glee because this is essentially a death sentence and they have no choice in the matter, but can't help but look forward to it.
"I never thought I'd die this way, but I'd always hoped."
To:
- Futurama: "Amazon Women in the Mood" plays with this. Kif, Zapp, and Fry are sentenced to Death By Snu-Snu, where the Amazon women have their way with the men until the men are crushed. While Kif is reasonably terrified and escapes having "snu-snu" with the women, Zapp and Fry try and fail to hide their glee, with Zapp calling Kif gay for not being into the idea. Their "snu-snu" with the women is a mix of screams of terror and ecstasy, and even after their pelvises are broken, they consider it all worth it. Of course, Fry and Zapp's roles in the episode are a parody of toxic masculinity, so their fetishization of this affair is meant to look stupid.
Fry: I never thought I'd die this way, but I'd always hoped.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. Please unlock FanWorks.Friday Night Funkin. I know it's listed on the Administrivia.Permanent Red Link Club, but people have protested against it here and I should be able to create the page with the material I have.
Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)Requesting that Magic Flame, Magical Flame, and Magical Fire be redirected to Magic Fire.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Do you have a sandbox to swap in?
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool. For , please also pothole the episode title to Futurama S3E1 "Amazon Women in the Mood"
Do I need one? Look at the stuff on FanWorks.Video Games related to VideoGame.Friday Night Funkin, I should be able to make it myself by copying it there.
Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)You should still make one so that the admins can easily swap it in.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool. But again, I want to do it myself, so they don't have to do it and have more work. The page would be unlocked either way after its creation, so there's no point in them having to swap a sandbox in when they can leave it to an editor.

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)Why would you need a sandbox for a fanworks page?
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Mariko Nakatsu appears to be creating a ghost wick for Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo; could it be recreated and deleted? Thank you very much!
Done to here. I've unlocked the FanWorks/ page here, no sandbox is needed here.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOn Fallen Creator, under Michael Eisner's entry, I found this part:
"Disney under Bob Iger is slowly recovering, having rebuilt the bridges with Pixar and drawing positive attention from the public with three particular projects"
Good god does this need to be updated, given we now have 10 years of hindsight. I propose this:
"Disney, under Bob Iger, rebuilt the bridges with Pixar, among other things, and while his reign as CEO did face several criticisms (most notably the start of Disney Live-Action Remakes), the company as a whole became more financially successful than they had ever been."
Can someone please add Webcomic.Rayfox and YMMV.Rayfox to Administrivia.Locked Pages? Both of them were recently locked due to the creator repeatedly violating the policy of "The Work May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours" (as described here and here).
Y'ALL JUST GOT SHREKTDone and done (actually, I got Locked Pages before seeing this request)

CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsFor the Channel Awesome section on Fallen Creator: please tweak this section:
"...(one of them proved to be extremely severe as it turned out that the channel is protecting a sexual predator)..."
To this more accurate section:
"...(most infamously their hesitance to internally deal with reports of a now-deceased sexual predator on their staff, then accidentally revealing his identity against the victim's wishes when addressing the allegations in 2018)..."
I think it's important to note the full context of the situation and that (as far as we know) they're not harboring a sexual predator in the present day, as the guy's been dead for eight years.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Hello. I'm requesting the creation of a proper House Party disambiguation page in Main/, with this content:
House Party can refer to the following:
- House Party, the 1990 film starring Kid 'N Play.
- House Party, the 2017 video game.
If a direct link led you to this page, please correct it so that it points to the proper wick above.
Once done and added to the Ambiguity Index, the subpage Trivia.House Party can be cutlisted and removed from said index, as it would be redundant. Thanks in advance.

Requesting a disambiguation entry be created so as to differentiate from the It Takes Two (1995) film and the It Takes Two (2021) video game, including the subpages of Trivia.
- What relation to Wild Teen Party?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Done to here. ~eagle108, I've made Main.It Takes Two; you can turn it into a disambiguation.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanPer the ROCEJ thread, please add the following to Permanent Red Link Club in the "Overly-controversial pages/soapboxes" folder:
- WebVideo.Louder With Crowder and Creator.Ben Shapiro: Political pundits not involved in any creative works.
Also, on The New Twenties, add this about the Capitol riots before the bullet about the 20th anniversary of 9/11, add this bolded part "(such as the ban of transgender individuals from serving in the military, which was upheld by the Supreme Court before being reversed by the Biden administration)", and add this to the end of the "In General" folder:
- On the night of August 29, 2020, the family of Academy Award-nominated actor Chadwick Boseman, of Black Panther fame, announced his death at the age of 43, as a result of colon cancer, which he had been diagnosed with in 2016, but had kept private. His sudden and untimely passing was met with a reaction similar to the death of Kobe Bryant several months earlier, with his home state of South Carolina lowering flags at half-staff and petitions to replace a Confederate statue with one honoring Boseman. The announcement of his demise became the most-liked tweet ever, at over 7 million likes.

Keet cleanupPlease make the following edit to False Rape Accusation:
- The Adam-12 episode "Day Watch" has a teenage hitchhiker who tells the men who pick her up that she'll accuse them of rape if they don't give her twenty dollars. The first guy pays up, then immediately calls the police. The second guy doesn't pay, and Malloy and Reed arrive to find her loudly accusing him of trying to molest her. Luckily he recorded their conversation.
Edited my request for The New Twenties:
Though Trump seemed to be destined for re-election after being acquitted from impeachment, 2020 saw him burn bridges with numerous groups owing to several factors, including:
- Mishandling of the COVID-19 Pandemic, even after contracting the virus himself.
- Trying to crackdown on the protests performed by the Black Lives Matter Movement following the death of George Floyd.
- Acting overtly childish during the first Presidential Debate and refusing to follow the guidelines for the ones that followed.
Is this better than my first suggestion?
Fair enough. Back to the drawing board.
