Cleaning up some Once Upon a Time Ship Sinking entries to move to the main page:

  • Ship Sinking:
    • Graham/Emma was repeatedly given Ship Tease and even kissed until it sunk with Graham's death at Regina's hands, only seconds after the kiss.
    • "Selfless, Brave, and True" torpedoed Emma/August when the latter is rejuvenated into a little boy. August did regain his old body in Season 4 and Hook was even jealous at how close to two seemed, only for Emma to confirm their relationship is Like Brother and Sister.
    • Emma acknowledged that she might be able to get back together with Neal at the end of Season 3a. However, it was sunk with Neal is Killed Off for Real in 'Quiet Minds'. Diehard fans of the ship hoped for some kind of reunion when Emma traveled to the Underworld, only for Neal to reveal that he Ascended to a Higher Plane of Existence, leaving no doubt as to the chances of it actually happening.
    • Belle/Rumplestiltskin, who are married, seems to have been sunk in the Season 4 winter finale, as Belle laments how she'll never be first in his heart, says she can't see any good in him anymore, and then banishes him from Storybrooke. However, it's on its way to righting itself again in Season 5, until Belle learns she has been lied to by Rumple. It wasn't until the end of season 6 that they fully get back together, following Rumple doing a legit selfless dead.

Any corrections?

Here's something I want to add to the Hanna-Barbera version of Charlotte's Web...

  • Dreadful Musician: Henry Fussy is shown practicing the violin in his introductory scene. His violin music is shrill and off-key. It's somewhat justified in that Henry is a beginner and does not enjoy playing the violin. Henry feels much better later on after his grandfather accidentally breaks his violin.

For add on YMMV recap of "Gabriel Agreste":

  • Broken Base :
    • While fans can't deny the visual of Nathaniel and Marc about Marinette save Adrien like typical Disney Princess-esque (where Adrien act like Damsel in Distress with Marinette as his "prince charming") is good, some of fans especially Adrien fans despise this scene because they feel that its only to tell the viewer that Adrien is nothing but Marinette "Boyfriend Trophy" with lack of real character development. Some tumblr user also mention this scene is nothing to do with Love Square development and only have this "to be praised for breaking boundaries".

  • They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character:
    • Due to titled of the episode, Adrien supposed to be has larger focus on this. Since Felix and Kagami also there, fans expecting him has bonding time with his cousin thus will slowly lead Adrien suspicious over his father secrets or try to repair his relationship with Kagami just like how Marinette and Luka do in "Crocoduel". Instead Adrien absolutely do nothing important in the episode aside muttering about "his friend is important for him" to Nathalie which feel just empty for fandom.
    • Fans also disappointed due to Lila Rossi didn't appear on this episode since she is one of Gabriel ally and new model for his fashion line. Fans also feel having Chloe attempt to isolated Adrien from his classmate just not fit for her giving that it is one of Lila biggest motivation why she accept Gabriel alliances.

  • They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot :
    • When the title of the episode informed via voice-actor live streaming, fans expecting this episode is about Agreste family past and their mystery. When the episode aired, Fandom put their disappointment on this episode because 60% of episode is focused on "Marinette and her friends try to stop Chloe for sake to save Adrien" subplot which is clearly pointless instead of focusing on the Big Bad itself as civilian and Felix figure out about Shadowmoth identity.

I want to add an entry to Go Lion https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Anime/GoLion

  • Serendipity Writes the Plot: World Event Productions, the people behind Voltron, originally wanted to make an adaptation of Mirai Robo Daltanious. Thru a poorly worded request for a mecha anime, "the one with lions", Toei Animation mistakenly sent over Beast King Go Lion instead. They ended up liking Golion more than Daltanious, so they just kept going with Go Lion... and ended up successful beyond their expectations.

XXX

... I might need some help with the formatting. Normally I format by going into the edit page and copy pasting the format for the previous entry and just following that.

Edit: HELP. PLEASE HELP! I think that the spelling of "Go Lion" is confusing the page. Should be avoidable by typing it as Golion, but I'm not sure if that's the proper solution. How do I do this? BTW, I think that my problem is more a formatting issue than my English, but I was directed to post my entry here after a suspension, so I'm just following instructions.

Hi fellas. It's me again. Let's have another try.

Some character tropes for The Dark Knight Trilogy: The Mob and Other Criminals:

  • Uncertain Doom: He is last seen holding a canister that the Joker put on his mouth, but it releases fumes of an unknown nature rather than exploding. Whether the fumes killed him or not, the Joker told him that "whatever doesn't kill [you], makes [you] stranger".
  • Ambiguous Situation: Before being whacked by Carmine Falcone's assassin, Chill swears that he regrets having gunned down the Waynes. After his death, Bruce is told by Falcone that Chill bragged how Thomas Wayne "begged like a dog" in his last moments, implying that Chill may not have really regretted what he did. However, given that this isn't true and that it's heavily implied Chill robbed the Waynes out of desperation, it can debated whether this is true or if Falcone just liked to spite Bruce.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: He wasn't aware that Happy was gonna kill him, so he seemingly was unaware about the backstabbing plan.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: Him asking "Bozzo" what happened to the rest of the robbers apparently shows that he wasn't aware that all the robbers would backstab each other.

@ The Scholomance

Candidates for who will be smashing enclaves in the third book.
Given how most of the characters from the first two books were in school when Bangkok fell, it seems unlikely that any of them are personally responsible, but some of them could be part of a bigger scheme with their relatives.
  • The Mumbai enclave. Since they have some inkling of a prophecy about El, they could be hoping to make her a scapegoat.
  • Liesel. The way she seems to avoid the enclaves in her home country while reaching out to powerful ones elsewhere could be some kind of strategy. Also, in the extremely unlikely event that someone inside the Scholomance was able to use magic to bring down Bangkok without leaving the facility, who is more likely to have that kind of skillset than a valedictorian?
  • A California enclave out to undermine New York.
  • One of the British enclaves like Manchester, trying to get back on top.
  • Sudarat (possibly in a brainwashed state, as she seems genuinely innocent and confused), given her status as a survivor of the Bangkok enclave.
  • New York. They could have taken out Bangkok to weaken the Asian enclaves, just like Shanghai fears.
  • Shanghai or another Asian enclave, as a Pretext for War.
  • One or more of Liu's relatives, trying to increase the power of their family.
  • Some adult paranoid about the balance because of the lives Orion is saving.
  • One of the maleficers from three years ahead of Gwen, having faked his or her death and spent the years since plotting revenge.
  • A Sharma Black Sheep.

Enclaves which may be destroyed or threatened in the third book or that may have been destroyed during the events of the second book.
  • Zanzibar, Seattle, and Santa Barbara. All of them have briefly featured notable but at least slightly unpleasant characters (Khamis, Victoria, and Myrthe). Taking one of them out might be a way to show the stakes are high while avoiding a lot of angst.
  • Sydney. They are the only mentioned enclave on their continent so far, and that isolation may work against them.
  • Paris. It's in a very important city, but few if any students from Paris have been directly mentioned. Killing them could be a sign of seriousness while also avoiding any of the characters we know.
  • New Orleans or Atlanta. In the first book, El says Aadhya might be going to one of those. If they are destroyed before she gets a chance, that could cause her to stick around El instead.
  • New York, with or without most of its people, as a Sacrificial Lion entity.

Orion will have killed every last Mal in the Scholomance if/when El makes it back to rescue him, but will have lost a limb or two doing so.

The reason that continents besides Europe, Asia, and North America haven't had many enclaves mentioned so far is because most of their enclaves were destroyed in the last enclave war.
@ McHale's Navy @ Alphas
  • Fanfic Fuel: Since the team is already established and fighting Red Flag in the pilot (having already met people like Skylar and Marcus), it's interesting to speculate about their unseen earlier adventures.

A Headscratcher for Spider-Man 2:

  • Where does exactly that tentacle of Doctor Octopus drags the female doctor with the super nails that can scratch the floor even with the gloves on?

And a Headscratcher for Spider-Man 3:

  • Does Eddie Brock, prior to being claimed by the Venom symbiote as its host, posses amazing view and hearing senses? When he finds Peter trying to take off the symbiote from himself at the church's belltower, he immediately recognizes Peter even when Peter has never screamed in front of him (so he couldn't know what his screams are like) and is at the top of the belltower.

For Genshin Impact:

  • Living Memory: Unlike the ghosts in Liyue, the faceless "ghosts" in Inazuma's Tsurumi Island are just afterimages containing certain memories and illusions of the original civilians due to magic. Strangely enough, they have personalitiesnote  and can communicate with the living ones, especially Traveller and Paimon. In Enkanomiya, a few of them are fragmented souls of dead people. It's heavily implied that some Enkanomiya civilians (whose afterimages are created from that place) are still alive and moved to Watatsumi Island.

For Once Upon a Time (One True Threesome tree):

  • A lot of fans who ship Emma/Regina are also big fans of Ruby and like to include her. It helps that Emma has chemistry and Les Yay with both of them, as does the fact that Ruby is bisexual in the show. Ruby's canon relationship often being seen as Strangled by the Red String also helps. This pairing is referred to as "Red Swan Queen".

  • When Elsa was introduced in Season 4, Elsa/Emma/Hook has become very popular among shippers who shipped Official Couple Emma/Hook. It helps that Elsa is the one to help Emma control her magic and also become close friends with both Emma and Hook. These shippers refer to it as "Captain Frozen Swan".

  • In an interesting case, at the end of season 5, Regina separated her Evil Queen half from her and allowed for the Evil Queen persona to interact with both her and Emma at the same time. Fans who ship Fan-Preferred Couple "Swan Queen" (Emma/Regina) took this as an opportunity to ship both the Foe Yay version from the first two seasons and Les Yay that quickly became popular later seasons at the same time. This is helped by fans also shipping the two versions of Regina (called "Mayor Queen") together. This threesome pairing is called "Mayor Swan Queen".

  • A lot of Regina/Robin Hood shippers love Maleficent and will often include her in their fanfics. It helps that while Robin Hood is Regina's conical soulmate, she has a close friendship and great chemistry with Maleficent. These shippers often refer to it as "Dragon Outlaw Queen".

Any corrections?
