Intertwined (Entrelazados in Spanish) is a Disney+ Argentine comedy-drama streaming television series that was released on November 12, 2021 in Latin America.

16-year-old Allegra (Caro Domenech) has a great passion for musical comedies and dreams of becoming part of the musical theater group Eleven O'Clock as the leading actress in Freaky Friday. With the same play that made her grandmother Cocó (Elena Roger, a living legend of musical theater, famous many years ago. Allegra looks up to her grandmother and wants to be a talented actress one day. But the events of the past that shaped the complicated and troubled relationship between her grandmother Coco and Allegra's mother, Caterina (Clara Alonso), have had a profound impact on Allegra's life.

However, this changes dramatically when Allegra finds a mysterious bracelet in her room, which brings her to 1994. In the year in which Caterina (Manuela Menendez), the same age as Allegra in the present, was just starting her own career with Eleven O'Clock. A career in the shadow of her mother Cocó, who was already a star then and at the height of her career. Allegra uses her time in the past to learn more about her family's history. Allegra will try to heal the wounds and bring her family back together. But will Allegra manage to change the past to make her dream come true?

The series was renewed for a second season, which was released on May 24, 2023.

This work provides examples of:

  • The '90s: 1994 is the setting year for the first season's main plot, as it revolves around the strained relationship between Cocó and Caterina and Allegra's role trying to fix it so she can attend Eleven O'Clock. The main place where the pivotal events take place is at the Eleven O'Clock theater.
  • The '70s: 1975, for the second season. The main place is Franco's father's bar La Gruta, which only consists of him, Cocó and Paloma, who work there. Franco is the manager, Cocó is the main singer and Paloma is the bartender.
  • Abusive Parents: Greta isn't technically abusive towards Sofía in any way, but she constantly belittles her for not taking seriously the hard work she has to do in order to enter Eleven O'Clock.
  • Accidental Time Travel: Allegra is not able to control when or where she is able to time travel. She also put on the magic bracelet without knowing of any of its abilities.
  • Advertised Extra: Dante doesn't have much of a major role in the story and is only seen with Marco and Diego dealing with their band stuff, although he is seen hanging out with the group in 1994 during both Caterina's birthday party and the musical premiere after-party.
  • Alpha Bitch:
    • Greta during her teenage years (1994). She always schemed to have the lead role for herself instead of Caterina.
    • Downplayed with Sofía, Greta's daughter in 2021.
  • An Aesop: You cannot change the past, but you can learn from it.
  • All Love Is Unrequited: Bárbara has been, and still is, in love with Diego, who was Caterina's boyfriend in 1994. She gets frustrated at the fact that Greta is now romantically involved with him.
  • Aloof Big Brother: Alan is this to Félix.
  • Anguished Declaration of Love: Felix confesses his feelings for Allegra right before she is taken to the past by the bracelet.
  • Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Greta might not have been the best mother to Sofía, but it doesn't mean she isn't taking her feelings into consideration. This is shown when she, after realizing how hard she was on her about the Eleven O'Clock audition, approaches and apologizes to her, saying that all she ever wanted was to help her but clearly her way of doing so was hurting her. It ends with a tender hug between them.
  • Batman Gambit: In the first season finale, we find out that the theater being burnt down was the doing of Cocó who planned this out to prevent Tomás from exploiting Caterina when he threatens to sue if she didn't go on tour and even pinned the incident on him to protect herself.
  • Betty and Veronica:
    • Allegra is the Betty and Greta is the Veronica to Marco's Archie.
    • With Félix (Archie), Allegra is the Betty to Sofía's Veronica.
    • Marco and Felix, with Allegra as the Archie. Felix has the personality of a Betty while Marco, who is from 1994, has the appearance of a Veronica. However, in season 2, the roles switch. With Felix taking a level in jerkass and his blunt jealousy, especially when he clearly and desperately wants Marco out of 2021, he ends up becoming the Veronica, while Marco takes over as the Betty.
  • Be Yourself: The advice Allegra gives to Sofía while comforting her before the audition.
  • Big Bad:
    • Greta, in the first season. She schemed to have the part of Ellie for the premiere of Freaky Friday in 1994, which went to Caterina. In 2021, her goal is to ensure that her foe's daughter, Allegra, would not join Eleven O'Clock and at the same time pushes her own daughter Sofía to stand out in the auditions.
    • Pedro is introduced as the main threat in the second season, pretending to be interested in taking the Sharps' play Light Years to Spain, which is a ruse to ruin Cocó's reputation by framing her for the fire that destroyed the theater back in 1994.
  • Blackmail: Although Caterina tells Cocó to "call it whatever she wants" (a negotiation as she deems it), it is more than obvious that she was blackmailing her into ending her indefinite housing curfew by using her meetings with Mike, to replace Tomás as the producer of the Freaky Friday tour, against her. This is lampshaded by Cocó.
  • Blonde, Brunette, Redhead: Caterina, Greta and Barbara.
  • Born in the Wrong Century: Allegra begins to feel this way when she starts enjoying her social and work lives in the past.
  • Break His Heart to Save Him: Lucía gives this warning to Allegra about Marco, that dating people from timelines that aren't your own always ends bad. Lucía meeting Eusebio in her travels to the past and his accidental death are a clear example of this. In the end, as she leaves 1994 for the last time, Allegra follows her advice and lets Marco go while running for their lives during the fire.
  • Cassandra Truth: Allegra doesn't believe Caterina when she tries to warn her about Cocó's arrogant self-demanding behavior.
  • Calling the Old Man Out: Marco finally stands up to his father Franco after he finds out that he has been attending Eleven O'Clock behind his back. However, this attempt massively backfires and results in Marco's unfortunate fate.
    • Played straight with Caterina who does this to her mother Cocó for forcing her into a life she doesn't want to and not taking into account her own happiness.
    • Allegra gives a very subtle one to Cocó after finding out the origins behind the fall out between both of them. When Cocó tells Allegra that Caterina never understood her, Allegra replies by asking if she did ever understand Caterina at all.
  • Cool Old Lady: Lucía, Caterina's grandmother and Allegra's great-grandmother. Unlike her daughter Cocó, she is very sweet, compassionate and easily approachable.
  • Cliffhanger:
    • The first season. Allegra, Caterina and Cocó reopen the old Eleven O'Clock theater and present their play "Light Years" and are applauded by the crowd in attendance. However, the season ends with Marco showing up, shocking Allegra, who drops her flower bouquet to the ground. It is revealed that he survived the fire and is wearing the bracelet that brought to 2021.
    • The second season. After Marco completes his mission, a purple vortex starts dragging him up, but Allegra refuses to be without him and joins Marco. Félix and Clara try to save them by successfully uniting the bracelet, the necklace and the cat, only for the pair to vanish. The season ends with Clara introducing herself as Allegra's daughter to Félix.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: Allegra's best friend, Felix, shows signs of this whenever she brings up Marco, who comes from another timeline. Also Alan, Felix's older brother, who has a crush on Sofía but she only sees him as a friend.
  • Did You Actually Believe...?: Allegra gives back the lead role to Caterina at the last minute and joins Cocó onstage. Cocó congratulates and holds hands with her, only to be told that she got the wrong conclusion about everything and firmly states that she is not interested in becoming an actress.
  • Disappeared Dad: Nothing is known about Cocó's father. It turns out that Eusebio, Lucía's first love, is actually Cocó's father as we find out in the finale through a flashback showing a young heavily pregnant Lucía in one of her travels to the past. Neverhteless, Cocó never got to meet him since Lucía accidentally killed him trying to take him with her.
  • Disappointed in You: Allegra fails to show up for Félix's short film due to being too focused on fixing the past, which becomes the final straw for him to exclude her from the project.
  • Do Not Call Me "Paul": Amelia is Cocó's real name, but she doesn't like being called that by Lucía.
  • Emergency Temporal Shift: While being pursued by a security guard in the past, Allegra finds a hiding spot and inadvertently travels back to the present.
  • Et Tu, Brute?:
    • Allegra mistakenly believes that it was Felix who sent the video of her audition to Caterina, who showed it to them. She accuses Felix of doing this out of selfishness so that they could mainly focus on the short film. However, Alan and Sofía are revealed to be the true culprits as they stole Felix's cellphone and schemed against Allegra to prevent her from doing the audition. Allegra apologizes to Felix after figuring out the truth.
    • After Cocó gives Diego the musical's lead role, she tries to take advantage of his relationship with Caterina by sending him to talk her into coming back to the play. tHowever, Caterina is quick to see through the ruse and feels both understandably and immensely heartbroken to learn that Diego, the only person who was there when Caterina needed him the most, would be able to do such thing and orders him out of her house, and breaking up with him.
    • Allegra once again experiences this, but for real this time. Felix revealed he was only helping Marco to get him back to his timeline and never actually had his best interests at heart out of petty jealousy for his closeness to Allegra, especially backing out of helping him further when the possibility of Marco staying in 2021 came about. Naturally, a heartbroken Allegra doesn't take this well and ends her friendship with Felix.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: For as much of a bully Greta can be, she felt genuinely concerned when Bárbara started drinking from Cocó's wines and tried to stop her, to no avail. Also, when she was suspected by Allegra and Félix over her supposed involvement in the fire (because she had previously threatened both Allegra and Marco out of jealousy), Greta eventually cracked and said that she did love Marco and would've never done anything to hurt him despite, probably suggesting that she was bluffing.
  • Everyone Has Standards:
    • Bárbara seemed a little concerned when Greta planned a trap for Caterina in order to get the lead role for herself. However, she is forced to go through with the act when Greta reminds her how important it is for her.
    • For as much as self-absorbed Cocó might have been in 1994, she didn't like it when her own daughter Caterina blackmailed her by threatening to tell Tomás about her meetings with Mike regarding the Freaky Friday tour.
  • Everyone Loves Blondes: And for sure Félix does from the likes of her best friend Allegra, who is kept in the dark about this.
  • "Eureka!" Moment: Greta and Bárbara talking about Allegra, when the latter brings up the fact that they don't even know where she lives after jokingly suggesting trashing her house in an attempt to cheer her up after failing to acquire the musical's lead role. That's when Greta comes up with the idea of telling Tomás, the owner of the building, to look through her records, which she doesn't have because she is from the future.
Greta [to Bárbara]: You're right. We don't know where she lives. We don't know anything about Laura. You're a genius, Bárbara.
  • Fantasy-Forbidding Father / Follow in My Footsteps:
    • Franco is completely against Marco's passion for music and acting, instead wanting him to study economics while working part-time at his financial company.
    • Cocó frequently belittles Caterina's desires of becoming a writer, even going as far as to call her poetries "nonsense". She only cares about the Sharp legacy more than her daughter's happiness.
  • First Guy Wins: Félix starts a relationship with Allegra at the end of the first season. However, it gets rather complicated now that Marco has been brought by the bracelet to 2021.
  • Freudian Excuse: Sofía's Alpha Bitch behavior comes from her mother Greta, who was just as mean as her back in 1994 and constantly urges her to give out an impressive audition, but it turns out to be a mask as she had a lot of insecurities and fears to go through with the Eleven O'Clock audition, mostly trying unsuccessfully to be like her.
  • Get Out!: Caterina orders Diego out of her house, as well as breaking up with him, when she deduces that her mother sent him to convince her to get back on the play.
  • Go to Your Room!: Caterina gives this order to Allegra after finding out through a video sent to her that Allegra went again to Eleven O'Clock without her consent.
  • Gratuitous English:
    • Often used by Bárbara, sweetie.
    • Also used by Allegra whenever she accidentally uses 21st-century slang in the past, such as “same” and “spoilers.”
  • Green-Eyed Monster: Greta to Caterina, due to being Cocó's daughter, and later Allegra/Laura when it comes to the Freaky Friday lead role. It fuels further when Marco starts a relationship with Allegra/Laura.
    • Also, Allegra is not quite happy when Félix mentions that she replaced her with Sofía as the lead character of his short film.
  • Heel–Face Turn:
    • Greta has one after she overhears Sofía confiding in Allegra her fears of her own abilities not being enough to please her. Moved by this words, Greta genuinely apologizes to Sofía for pushing her and the two reconcile.
    • On the other hand, Sofía wasn't as much as a heel to begin with, since she masked her fears and insecurities through an overconfident, competitive facade.
  • Heel Realization: Cocó has one after Caterina delivers her a "The Reason You Suck" Speech that completely sheds her self-centered personality and finally realizes how poorly she's treated her daughter.
    • Greta as well after she overhears Sofía confiding in Allegra her fears about letting down her mother for not living up to her expectations.
  • He's Just Hiding: Marco never died in the fire. The bracelet transported him to 2021.
  • Here We Go Again!: The ending scene of episode 10, the first season finale, sees Allegra, Cocó, Caterina and Félix being applauded for the success of a new play at the reopened Eleven O'Clock theater when Marco suddenly bursts in and is now wearing the same bracelet that brought him from his own timeline to 2021.
  • Hidden Disdain Reveal: Tomás has this for Cocó due to her whimsical self-demanding behavior while discussing it with his daughter Bárbara.
  • Horrible Judge of Character:
    • Caterina felt it was a betrayal for Cocó to replace Tomás as the producer of the Freaky Friday tour with her oldest friend Mike, especially given how fond Caterina is of Tomás, who she sees as the father she never had. In reality, Cocó had done the right thing in choosing Mike because Tomás threatened to sue her if Caterina did not go on tour and, following the theater's closing due to the fire, Mike had actually saved the company with lots of improvements.
    • Alan called Allegra "manipulative" just because she's Cocó's granddaughter.
  • Hypocrite: Allegra makes it very clear that her passion is Eleven O'Clock, as she wants to earn the Freaky Friday lead role that made Cocó a well-respected legend of musical theater, yet this means interfering with Caterina's own true passion, which is to become a writer. Félix lampshades this to Allegra.
  • I Am Not My Father: Marco definitely no plans to follow in his father's footsteps and would choose to do both theater and compose songs over becoming an economist. He attempts to tell him this several times, to no avail. However, this comes back to bite Marco, who finally stands up to his father, who in turn disowns him.
  • I Have No Son!: Right after Marco refuses to follow his father's orders, Franco just tosses him away like a piece of junk, outright telling him he hopes to never see him again and that he's not the son he expected.
  • Innocent Beta Bitch: Barbara.
  • Interrupted Declaration of Love: Barbara tries to confess her feelings for Diego during Caterina's birthday party at her house, but this is cut short when she throws up after taking sips of Cocó's wines against Greta's wishes.
  • It's All About Me: For most of the time, Cocó behaves like this when it comes to controlling her daughter Caterina and making a lot of last-minute changes as Marco lampshaded to Allegra, thus prioritizing herself and her career over her own family. It's not until Caterina's "The Reason You Suck" Speech that she finally comes to her senses.
    • Greta herself also applies when she stops at nothing to have the lead role for herself and in her adulthood pushes her daughter Sofía to give her best in the upcoming Eleven O'Clock auditions. She eventually gets over it after overhearing Allegra's You Are Better Than You Think You Are conversation with her.
    • Allegra to a lesser extent, as Félix calls her out for investing a lot of time trying to fix the past just so that she can live her dream in the present. She gets over it at the end.
  • It's All My Fault: Lucía clearly feels guilty for Eusebio's death, as her attempt to take him with her to her timeline got him killed as he was not wearing a bracelet, warning Allegra that relationships with people from other timelines always end bad.
    • Franco also feels this way about Marco's supposed death during the fire after they fought.
  • Knight Templar Parent: Caterina clearly serves as one to Allegra as she continually insists that she help her with the bookstore instead of following her grandmother Cocó's footsteps in auditioning for the Freaky Friday lead role at Eleven O'Clock. Even though this puts a strain on their relationship, Caterina does this because she fears that Allegra will turn out like her mother.
  • Lack of Empathy: Unlike Diego and Mike, Greta reacts indifferently when Allegra breaks the news about Caterina's car accident.
  • Last Girl Wins: After Caterina breaks up with Diego for guilt tripping her into coming back to the play on Cocó's orders, he ends up with Greta instead as revealed by Bárbara in episode 8, even referring to him as "the love of my life". They even got married and had a daughter, Sofía. However, this is subverted as their marriage didn't last long and Greta ended up divorcing him, because Diego is still hung up on Caterina. They even get back together at the end of the second season.
  • Little "No": Tomás gives out a few of this after realizing that one of his statues broke.
  • Line-of-Sight Name: Allegra is referred to as “Laura” in the past because the sweater she wears during her first time in 1994 has reads “Laura no está” (Laura isn’t here, a reference to the 1997 song by Nek).
  • Living a Double Life: Marcos goes through this as he not only attends the Eleven O'Clock academy, but he's also pressured by his strict father into studying economics at college while working part-time at his financial company. Because of this, Marco has to come up with strategies so that his father won't find out that he's doing theater behind his back.
  • Love Dodecahedron: Félix has a crush on Allegra, who has eyes for Marco who is in a relationship with Greta. Then comes up in the mix Bárbara having an unrequited crush on Diego, who is dating Caterina.
  • Mama Bear: The first time we ever see this from Cocó, who was full of herself concerning her career. After she broke the news that Caterina wouldn't be going on tour, Tomás didn't take it well and threatened to sue Cocó if she did not adhere to the contract signed in her name. In response, Cocó, who is completely apalled by the reaction, makes it clear to Tomás that she'll respect her daughter's wishes.
  • Missing Dad: Caterina's father is never seen or mentioned. The same applies for Allegra.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Franco is remorseful that one drastic mistake of his led to Marco getting trapped and seemingly killed in the theater's fire.
    • Cocó also feels this way after her selfish behavior had made Caterina reach her breaking point.
  • Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Because Tomás had cameras installed in some parts of the theater as he previously thought that one of his statues was stolen, Allegra managed to gather the solid proof (thanks to adult Bárbara keeping all the footage to herself after making a home out of the old burnt theater) from the past, and show it to Caterina in the present, regarding Cocó's first selfless act for her daughter after Tomás showed his true colors, thus finally patching up the broken relationship between them.
  • Mid-Season Twist: At the end of episode 5, Marco is revealed to have a grave in 2021 with the year of his death being 1994.
  • Must Make Amends: Cocó's main goal in the present, especially after we learned what happened between her and Caterina during the musical premiere, yet Caterina won't listen to her. Just as she is losing hope, however, Allegra convinces her otherwise. Later on, Allegra summons both of them to the old theater and provide them with the solid evidence about Cocó's first selfless act, which is enough for Caterina to forgive her.
  • Nice Mean And In Between: 1994 Caterina (nice), Greta (mean) and Bárbara (in-between).
  • Oh, Crap!:
    • Tomás had security cameras installed in some important spots of the theater as he thought that one of his statues was stolen, when in reality Allegra accidentally broke it while sneaking into his office. After an employee shows it to him, Tomás has this reaction.
    • Allegra is visibly shocked to see that Marco is still alive after the bracelet transports him to 2021.
  • Oblivious to Love: Allegra, to Felix.
  • Parental Substitute: Aside from her grandmother Lucía, Tomás is very fond of Caterina and admitted that she is like a daughter to him.
  • Parents as People: Caterina doesn't want Allegra to audition for Eleven O'Clock because of how Cocó treated her in the past while being a member of the company herself, having prioritized her musical theater career over her own family. However, since Allegra remained oblivious of the tense relationship between them, she thinks she's doing this out of selfishness. After Caterina and Cocó make up, Allegra lampshades this while announcing that she won't join the company but that doesn't mean she'll quit doing musical theater.
Allegra: I don't want to join Eleven O'Clock.
    Caterina: Huh?
    Cocó: What do you mean?
Caterina: After everything you've fought for?
Allegra: Cocó put her work above her family. And you, mom, did the total opposite. I was always your priority. I want to continue in theater. But I don't wanna be separated from you guys.
  • Parting-Words Regret: Franco clearly beats himself up for what happened Marco and wishes that all this conflict would have been avoided if he had just talked or listened to him.
  • Pet the Dog: Sofía, to some extent, asking her mother Greta to let Allegra participate for the last audition despite initially refusing to.
    • Alan playfully hugging his brother Félix and inviting him for lunch, showing that they do care for each other despite the distance between them.
  • Punch-Clock Villain: Despite how Tomás threatened Cocó to sue her if Caterina did not go on tour, Tomás was only doing his job, just as he said it himself, because he invested a lot of money in the play and was under pressure by his creditors.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Teenage Caterina delivers a very brutal one to Cocó over her selfish whimsical behavior and never taking into account what her daughter truly wants. Cocó is heavily affected by her words that she finally realizes that her actions had pushed Caterina to her limit.
Caterina: You don't understand at all. I don't wanna be a musical theater actress and I won't get back onstage again.
Cocó: If you give up your career in musical theater, you'll regret it for the rest of your life.
    Caterina: You're wrong.
Cocó: Do you know how much others would give to have the opportunity you have? And you're just going to give it up to write...nonsense in a notebook?
    Caterina: It's my decision.
Cocó: No. It's not. You're a minor, so you're coming with me on tour.
Caterina: You can't do this to me.
Cocó: The decision is made. It's for your own good. You'll thank me one day.
Caterina: Why should I thank you? Because you tried to buy off Oliverio so that he wouldn't let me join his workshop? Because you manipulated my boyfriend to get me to come back to the play?
    Cocó: No, Caterina. I didn't...
Caterina: And now you wanna force me to go on tour for who knows how many months, knowing that this means giving up the best thing that's ever happened to me? You're not my mom, you're my curse.
  • Red Herring: Allegra suspects that Greta was responsible for the fire that burnt the old theater to the ground where Marcos was trapped inside because Barbara said that Greta had "sworn revenge" against both Allegra and Marcos as she was jealous of their relationship. However, when questioning the older Greta, she confirms that she genuinely loved Marco and would've never done anything to harm him.
  • The Scapegoat: Cocó burns down the old theater and puts the entire blame on Tomás, with whom she had already signed a contract agreeing that Caterina would go on tour. However, this is subverted, as Pedro was the one who actually burnt down the theather by having someone pose as Cocó to frame her, and she thought the entire time it was Tomás.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Marco drops out of the band, angered that Cocó chose Diego for the male lead role.
  • Secret Relationship: Because Cocó made it clear to Caterina that she wasn't allowed to date anyone from Eleven O'Clock, she and Diego were in one...until she broke the news to her mother during her birthday party.
  • Sequel Hook: The ending of the first season when Marco is seen wearing the bracelet previously used by Allegra that brought him to 2021. True enough, Marco becomes the main focus.
  • Set Right What Once Went Wrong: After her first trip to the past, Allegra takes it upon herself to help improve the relationship between Caterina and Cocó. Later, she also makes it her mission to save Marco from burning alive in a theatre fire.
  • Shipper on Deck: Caterina is supportive of Allegra and Félix, as she is seen grining knowingly while she walks in on them working together.
  • So Proud of You:
    • Greta, to Sofía.
    • Caterina, to Allegra.
    • Cocó, to Caterina.
  • Sore Loser: Sofía and Allegra face each other in a dancing duel, which Allegra ends up winning. However, Sofía doesn't take the loss well and refuses to convince her mother Greta to let Allegra audition for Eleven O'Clock. Initially.
  • Sour Outside, Sad Inside: Sofía of all people. While initially mean to Allegra and wanting to rid her from the Eleven O'Clock auditions, however, she opens up about her vulnerable side hidden behind her bitchiness. Sofía is afraid that Greta will be disappointed on her if she doesn't meet her expectations.
  • Time Travel Escape: Subverted. Lucía’s attempt to bring her lover, Eusabio, to her present resulted in him dying because only the wearer of the bracelet can use it. When Allegra is about to travel back to the present for the final time. She holds onto Marco as they levitate in mid-air, but when he shows signs of deterioration, she lets go of him at the last minute.
  • Time-Travel Romance:
    • Allegra falls in love with Marco while she’s in 1994.
    • Allegra’s great-grandmother Lucía fell in love with Eusabio in 1869. She would eventually have a child with him, who turned out to be Cocó.
  • Unstuck in Time: Allegra is not able to control when she can time travel to the past or present.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Although he never intended for it to happen, Franco's reprimand and disowning of Marco for being lied to and defied leads to Marco getting trapped in the burning theater as he was seen resting in his hiding spot and listening to his music as his only solace.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Greta has a big one in a public place when Félix repeatedly pressures her into revealing her supposed involvement in Marco's supposed death. She eventually cracks and states that Laura/Allegra died the night of the premiere.
  • Weirdness Search and Rescue: Lucía serves this role in the second half of the first season. She turns out to have been the one who hid the bracelet in Allegra’s room. Since she also had her own experience with the bracelet, Lucía is able to give Allegra a better understanding of it.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: Tomás wants Caterina to be on both the play and the tour of Freaky Friday, going as far as to threaten Cocó to sue her for breach of contract. However, it turns out that he had invested a lot of money for the production and was under pressure by his creditors into paying the debts so that the theater wouldn't go bankrupt.
  • We Used to Be Friends: Marco holds this attitude towards Diego after constant fights between them about music preferences when they are offered a lifetime opportunity of recording their own album as they have a band with a friend named Dante called Serotonin. In addition, it further dissipates after Cocó replaces Marco with Diego as the lead male of the "Freaky Friday" musical, resulting in Marco angrily dropping out of the band.
  • What the Hell, Hero?:
    • Greta's mother gives one to Caterina for ditching her arcade job.
    • Diego is called out by Marco after Cocó gave him the male lead role for Freaky Friday.
  • You Already Changed the Past: Allegra's repeated attempts to change the past always fail, such as trying to reconcile both Caterina and Cocó so that she can attend Eleven O'Clock and unsuccessfully saving Marco from the fire that burns the old theater to the ground. Allegra later realizes that there was never a 1994 without her.
  • Wham Line:
    • When Greta is sickened of hearing Bárbara calling Tomás, her father, by his name out of shame because he has money.
    • Diego's visit to Caterina, who brings up the fact that he married Greta.
  • Wham Line: The final scene of the second season:
    Félix: Who are you?
Clara: I'm Clara Sharp. [Allegra's] daughter.
  • Wham Shot: The bracelet has Marco transported to 2021 at the end of the first season, to the astonished look of Allegra.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are: Allegra tells Sofía that she doesn't have to be like her mother to demonstrate her talent.
  • You Are Grounded!: Cocó grounds Caterina for ditching her job at the arcade owned by Greta's mother, even forbidding her from leaving the house or having any visitors.
