The Ordeals of Regional Knight Hans (The Suffering of Local Knight Hans, Chihou Kishi Hans no Junan or 地方騎士ハンスの受難) is an Isekai light novel series written by Amara and illustrated by Benitama. The series was published by AlphaPolis with a runtime of 24th July 2014 to 21st February 2017 for seven volumes.

It was later adapted into a manga with illustrations by Sutarou Hanao and serialized by the same company for a total of 54 chapters from 25th March 2015 to 27th January 2020.
