  • Big Fun: A bit on the heavy side but Uncle Ben is a very fun guy to be around.

  • Happily Married: He and May are very happy together and have been for decades.
  • The Prankster: Ben is something of a prankster, something that Peter shares with. He likes taking off his shoes when coming home and startling May for starters.
  • Prematurely Grey-Haired: Ben blames his gray hair on being a NY Mets fan.
  • Promotion to Parent: With a missing father and an overworked mother, Ben took it upon himself to ensure his younger brother Richard could study and go to university and when his brother died he took on a parental role with young Peter.

  • Composite Character: Aunt May's looks are based on her Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon's incarnation.
  • Cool Old Lady: A few years younger than Ben but very cool and a nice lady who is very involved in her local politics.
  • Former Teen Rebel: Used to be something of a wild child back in her youth, which is why she was kicked out of home and ended up working on a diner, which is how she met Ben.
  • Happily Married: She and Ben have had a happy marriage for decades since they met at a diner she worked at.
  • Shipper on Deck: She ships Peter and MJ really hard.
  • Wine Is Classy: May likes drinking half a glass of white wine every dinner and drinks as much red wine as she wants on her birthday or in her book-club meetings.

    Mary Jane Watson
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mary_jane_watson_earth_27m.jpg
  • Composite Character: While she has her comic book interests in acting and theater, being a member of her high-school's newspaper references how her Spider-Man (PS4) counterpart was a journalist instead.
  • Everybody Hates Math: She hates math despite being very good at it and is even capable of pointing out the mistakes on Peter's own homework.
  • The Fashionista: MJ loves fashion and is a great seamstress.
  • First Kiss: She was Peter's first kiss. They were tickle fighting right before starting 7th grade and she kissed him to distract him.
  • Hates Their Parent: She doesn't have a high opinion of her father Phil, and by extension she hates sports.
  • In-Series Nickname: MJ, Coppertop and Red.
  • Girl Next Door: Literally, she moved next to the Parkers when she and Pete were seven.
  • Redheads Are Ravishing: She's a beautiful redhead and the love interest of Peter Parker.

  • Trademark Favorite Food: MJ loves Mexican food. Tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos and all that she loves it.
  • Youthful Freckles: Has them and it goes well with her exuberance and friendliness.

    George Stacy

    Harry Osborn
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/harry_osborn_earth_27m.jpg
  • Belligerent Sexual Tension: How his relationship with his girlfriend Liz Allan usually goes. Peter describes it as "thermodynamic", one day they're hot and heavy and another they're giving each other their cold shoulder.
  • Brilliant, but Lazy: Peter can see Harry is pretty smart, but is unfocused and doesn't know what to do with his life.
  • Missing Mom: His mother Emily Osborn died shortly after he was born and it clearly still affects both Harry and Norman.
  • Mythology Gag: Harry wishes he could have an ocelot as pet, referencing his Spider-Ham counterpart who was named Harry Ocelot and was an ocelot.
  • Relative Button: Don't mention his mother, the only people who can mention her without him getting angry are Aunt May and Liz Allan.
  • Sickening Sweethearts: Whenever they're not fighting, he and Liz are constantly making out on public places.
  • The Sleepless: Harry has admitted he suffers from severe nightmares, making him develop severe insomnia. Lack of good sleep is probably one of the reasons why his grades don't improve.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: He clearly inherited his father's looks.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/liz_allan_earth_27m_5.jpg
  • Adaptational Nationality: While her mother Doris was American, her father was a nameless Australian, making her half-American half-Australian.
  • Ambiguously Human: Her grandmother Destiny didn't take her with her when John's powers manifested, yet her mother and brother are also mutants, leaving if she's a mutant too ambiguous.
  • Awesome Aussie: Half-Australian but she's certain she'll be Peter's "Amazing Friend".

  • Composite Character: Like in the Ultimate universe, Liz Allan is combined with Angelica Jones, better known as Firestar.

  • The Lost Lenore: His wife Joan Jameson was killed by a masked assailant in 1991, which is what fueled his bias and dislike towards masked vigilantes.
  • The Rival: Barney Bushkin, head editor of the Daily Globe, the main competitor of the Daily Bugle.
  • Who Watches the Watchmen?: The advent of superheroes like the Fantastic Four gave him the opportunity to self-appoint as the one who reports on the deeds and misdeeds alike.
