Not Tropeworthy: Fashion Designer

Since we dealt with Fashion Model earlier in TRS, it only makes sense that Fashion Designer should be looked into for the same issues of un-tropeworthiness and ZCEs. As expected, it has chairs-y examples just like any other general occupation trope without a specific focus and I don't think there's anything salvageable about it.

Here's the wick check and the stats:

• 49/53 or 92% are "X is/wants to be/has the role of a fashion designer/fashion designers exist" examples and other chairs-y examples.
• 3/53 or 6% are examples with varied useful context but don't have a pattern between them.
• 1/53 or 2% is under the other unsorted examples.

The first solution that comes to mind is to cut and redirect to Eccentric Fashion Designer. Thoughts?

I rather redirect to Fashion and Modeling Tropes so that we can avoid attracting misuse to Eccentric Fashion Designer. That's what was done to Fashion Model after it was taken to TRS as well.
