All the people who have taken refuge in Central Station due to the Hollow Rain.- Abhorrent Admirer: Brooks to Michelle. He writes love letters to her on the bulletin board, even after she rejects him, and offers to pay Echo "as much money as [she wants]" to say nice things about him to her.
- Ambiguous Gender: Owen has a masculine name but uses the default female audio clip when Echo talks to them. Owen's collectibles also use both he and she pronouns to describe them.
- Fangirl: Aries is one of Deemo. She makes glowsticks and signs to bring to Deemo's performances.
- The Gambling Addict: Wake tries to get Echo to make bets with him every time she talks to him and is annoyed that no one at the station knows how to play cards.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Klaus can be gruff and dismissive, often telling Echo to stop bothering him, but he truly cares about Central Station and its residents. One of his collectibles states that he once fell asleep holding his hammer while fixing a flight of stairs.
- Kindhearted Cat Lover: Pengu. Most of her dialogue revolves around the cat she calls her "angel," and one of her collectibles plainly states that she loves her cat more than people.
- The Short Guy with Glasses: Isaac the astrologist. Choosing the option "Tell me an interesting fact" when talking to him causes him to share a random, typically science-related fact.
- Sickeningly Sweethearts: Yoshi and Ai. They put heart-shaped stones around the plants they raise, and other characters refer to them as "kissy-wissy." Ai in particular gushes about Yoshi whenever Echo talks to her.
