- Big Bad: She wants to steal all the color from the ocean because of her jealousy of her sister’s color changing powers and to treat her own shapeshifter problems. However, she was manipulated into doing so by a mysterious mermaid.
- Evil Counterpart: To Orra, even their names are only a letter apart. As the Season 1 finale reveals, this is because she’s her younger sister.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Her power.
Saria
Voiced by: Courtney Lin
- Curtains Match the Window: Green hair and green eyes.
- Heel–Face Turn: Turns against Morra in the Season 1 finale when she realizes getting to unlock her own color changing ability and power isn’t worth it if it means ruining the rest of the oceans lives.
- Minion with an F in Evil: Sent by Morra to spy on the Mermaidz and to try and subtly manipulate them away from unlocking their color changing powers, but she ends up unintentionally helping them do so instead by getting them to realize their flaws.

Mysterious Mermaid

The architect of Morra's color-stealing schemes, she instructs her on how to steal color and only requests she share it with her.
- Greater-Scope Villain: Is responsible for Morra's descent into villainy but doesn't affect the plot directly.
- In the Hood: She wears a face-concealing hood that also casts the rest of her body in shadow.
- The Royal We: Refers to herself as "we", though any other mermaids like her, if they exist, aren't seen.
