#10 Buzzshock

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_buzzshock_pct28omniversepct29.png
You gave it your all bzz! And I know it wasn't all a waste bzz.
Species: Nosedeenian
Buzzshock's DNA was accidentally sampled by Izuku from a group of Nosedeenians, also called Megawhatts, from the Nosedeen Quasar.
  • Lethal Joke Character: Despite his diminutive size but as shown and proven by his species, they are not the lot you want to mess with. They can make electrical appliances explode, turning machines into their own weapons, and let's not forget that they can multiply which is bad if one sees a lone Buzzshock trouble enough.
  • Me's a Crowd: Can duplicate if he has enough energy, or if he's cut in half.
  • Shock and Awe: He looks like a little battery so it's blatantly obvious what he could do.
    • "Short Circuit" is Buzzshock's Special Move where he sends out a electrical surge at his enemies.
  • Slasher Smile: Sports this when he's about to electrocute Zombozo. It's up to interpretation whether it is Buzzshock's DNA that affected Midoriya or Midoriya's own psyche.
  • Suddenly Voiced: Unlike other Megawhatts, Buzzshock can provide proper sentences.
  • Verbal Tic: Says "Bzzz" at the end of his sentences.

#11 Diamondhead

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/diamondhead_omniverse_6.png
Here we go, this is my...DIAMOND RUSH!
Species: Petrosapien
Diamondhead's DNA was sampled from a Petrosapien, a race of silicon-based aliens entirely composed of an organic crystal-like structure from the destroyed planet Petropia.
  • Adaptation Origin Connection: Izuku unlocks this alien after the Omnitrix comes into contact with Tetrax.
  • 11th-Hour Superpower: Midoriya unlocks the form during the final portion of the USJ arc when he fights the League of Villains. Interestingly enough, Diamondhead is officially Midoriya's eleventh alien form.
  • Gemstone Assault: Diamondhead can utilize a myriad of ways with his physiology such as firing projectiles, turning his limbs into weapons, summoning forth pillars, and so on.
    • His special move, "Diamond Rush" is a Dash Attack where Diamondhead surfs on his crystals and heads straight to the target with his weapon-formed arms in the front to nail them.
    • Diamondhead's "Crystallized Hailstorm" is a move where Diamondhead surfs and surround his target. Then, he fires a barrage of crystal shards at an opponent till they're nothing more than a living pin cushion.
  • Made of Iron: Diamondhead is durable enough to fight both the USJ Nomu who is designed to fight All-Might and the One For All powered Uraraka.
  • Man of Kryptonite: Due to his crystalline nature, Diamondhead is immune to Shigaraki's Decay Quirk.
  • Nigh-Invulnerability: His diamond-hard skin allows him to survive many dangerous situations. The USJ Nomu tries to rip Diamondhead's arm off only to break his own bones in the attempt instead.
  • Shapeshifter Weapon: Diamondhead can morph his limbs into various weapons to fight his enemies. He can transform both his arms into blades or a massive hammer that he calls "Diamond Hammer".

#12 Big Chill

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/big_chill_49.png
As it turns out…Big Chill is more like a ghost than a bug.
Species: Necrofriggian
Big Chill's DNA was sampled from a Necrofriggian, moth-like aliens from the ice planet Kylmyys.
  • Big Creepy-Crawlies: He looks like a giant moth with humanoid features. And look awfully like the Grim Reaper.
  • Breath Weapon: The moth-like alien unleashes a huge burst of ice that can freeze anyone in its path.
    • Big Chill's "North Wind" involves firing his breath ability and batting his wings at the same time, turning his attack into chilly snow storm.
  • Combo Platter Powers: Big Chill can fire ice attacks, able to fly and phase through walls.
Big Chill: Even I got to admit it. Big Chill is kind of a cheat.
  • Flight: Big Chill possesses wings allowing him to traverse through the air much to Midoriya's joy when he finds out about it.
  • Intangible Man: Big Chill possesses the ability to phase through objects. Midoriya accidentally uses this ability to escape Todoroki's ice attack.
  • In the Hood: When Midoriya unlocks Big Chill, he was already wearing a large cloak over his body. He then finds out later in the fight with Todoroki that it isn't a cloak but actually wings.

#13 Heatblast

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/heatblast_28omniverse29.png
Now, this is hot!
Species: Pyronite
Heatblast's DNA was sampled from a Pyronite, a race of magma-based aliens from the planet-like star Pyros.
  • Always Someone Better: Heatblast is this to Todoroki. Due to being an alien that was born and thrives on a star, the fire alien's capabilities far exceed what Todoroki can offer. Heatblast wins against Todoroki because the former is far more durable when their final attacks collided and exploded.
  • Did You Just Punch Out Cthulhu?: Heatblast becomes one of the few beings that can actually pose harm to All Might. It helps that Heatblast hit the hero's Achilles' Heel.
  • Elemental Absorption: He learns this after stopping a fire caused by Kraab. Doing this also boosts his capabilities.
  • Eleventh Hour Super Power: The Omnitrix unlocks it when Midoriya and Todoroki are about to unleash their final blows against one another.
  • Flaming Skulls: Appearance-wise, Heatblast does look like a skull on fire.
  • Mundane Utility: Izuku doesn't mind when his classmates use this alien to roast marshmallows.
  • Playing with Fire: Heatblast's main ability is his pyrokinesis. He can conjure up fireballs, absorbs fire into his body, immune to fire, breathe fire, and can fly using his flames. Oh, and he can make excellent s'mores.
  • Super-Toughness: Heatblast can take huge hits and still keeps going whether it's enduring a combined explosion from both his and Todoroki's powers or one of All Might's smashes.
  • Tornado Move: In chapter 48 he uses his Fire Twister move against Krabb, when that fails he puts more power into it turning it into Fire Tornado.
  • Weaksauce Weakness: Heatblast can be harmed by water or any fire-deterrent as an angry Midnight proved.
  • Wreathed in Flames: Heatblast is a walking volcano meaning that the heat radiating from his body will harm anyone within his vicinity. Of course, no one would be that stupid to go near him or touch him.

#14 Stinkfly

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/stinkfly_8.jpg
You guys really are pests!

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/wildmutt_ov.png
Growl!
Species: Vulpimancer
Wildmutt's DNA was sampled from a Vulpimancer, the apex predator of the dark planet Vulpin.
  • Lightning Bruiser: Wildmutt is incredibly fast and agile. He dodged Todoroki's attacks and could be mistaken for multiple enemies.
  • Man of Kryptonite: Toru's invisibility is useless against Wildmutt's sense of smell.
  • Stealth Expert: Downplayed. As an apex predator, he often hides in his surroundings to surprise his prey. Hell, he got the drop on Toru.
  • Super-Senses: Wildmutt's smell and hearing senses are powerful enough to not only make it up for the lack of sight but also turn him into an excellent tracker with notable reflexes.
  • The Unintelligible: Wildmutt communicates in roars and growls that only Koda can understand.
  • Weaksauce Weakness: Wildmutt relies on its gills to see. If anything were to happen to them, he'll be blind and unable to detect oncoming threats.

#16 Rath

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rath_3.png
Lemme tell ya somethin!
Species: Appoplexian
Rath is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Appoplexian from the planet Appoplexia.
  • CharacterCatchphrase: "Lemme tell ya somethin', (full name here)..."
  • Dumb Muscle: His species are... not that bright. Thankfully, he managed to retain at least some of Izuku's intellect.
  • Everyone Has Standards: He's more than happy to beat the ever-living crap out of anyone and name-calling but he draws the line at eating children.
  • Full-Name Basis: Addresses everyone by their full name and title most if not all of the time.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: A genetic trait amongst Appoplexians, Rath's like a bomb that is ready to blow in a millisecond. Kinda like Bakugou.
  • The Nicknamer: Rath has a tendency to engage this.
  • Third-Person Person: Usually refers to himself by his name.
  • Wrestler in All of Us: Piledrivers and Armbars galore, to Uraraka's delight.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bullfrag_ov_4.png
Lick him?! I hardly know him!
Species: Incursean
Bullfrag's DNA was sampled from an Incursean, a race of anthropomorphic frogs from the destroyed planet Kalilian.
  • Aroused by Their Voice: Several characters note his low, smooth voice. Izuku has fun messing around with it.
  • Cool Shades: He has a pair of triangular sunglasses that he always wears.
  • Frog Men: He looks like one that he could be mistaken as Tsuyu's relative.
  • In a Single Bound: He can jump as high as Tsuyu.
  • Lantern Jaw of Justice: He has one, contrasting against other Incurseans, who have more rounded jaws.
  • Lightning Bruiser: His fighting style involves hit and run tactics using his jumping abilities and long tongue.
