Weird dreams

I've had several different dreams over the past few nights that I still remember bits and pieces of. Some details in no particular order:

• My cousin was getting married and we were at a church attending the marriage ceremony. For some reason I was instructed to sit on the stairs going up to the podium for the entirety of it, and at one point, ushers passed out sugar cookies and frosting dip to eat during the ceremony. Then it turned out that my cousin wasn't even there at all and the groom was some random guy who had a voice like Bart Simpson.
• My siblings and I went on some sort of scavenger hunt and the treasure was a bunch of VHS tapes hidden underneath some woman's house.
• Thanos invaded the setting of A Bug's Life. He snapped and of the main characters only Flik, Atta, Dot, Francis, and Heimlich were left. They and the other remaining bugs were going to fight back with an even bigger version of the fake bird they used to run off the grasshoppers, but I woke up before I could see how it ended.

I don’t remember that much, but it included two princesses that looked a bit like Elsa and Anna, but the one who looked like Anna had hair made of glittering disks (and so was the ice wall they were walking next to). There was a dude next to her who didn’t look really like Kristoff, but was with them.

Suddenly (and twice), a dude down there shot at a icicle above them. They were like “wtf dude!”, but the dude down there just said that he wanted the icicle.

Then they got around the mountain (with the icicle dude) and arrived to some weird store paying place. Than I woke up.

Also, in the remake of the icicle scene, Anna said they keep him because as he was prince of elfs or something, he was smart. And for romancing him.

Also I remember something about a book with protagonist getting told a story by his sister who knew the story by her friend.

We had a golden retriever, and we took him out for a road trip but he got lost while we were watching ChalkZone in the van. We got down and searched for him around the suburbs while composing a Bohemian Rhapsody-style theme song for Linguini, like how Dory had a Bambi-style theme song. We found a house with an inflatable pool inside and asked the owners where our dog was, and they told us to get the help of the Recess gang. Spinelli suggested that we split up, but I told her that we stick together. And so we did, until finally we found our dog among other goldies in several pizza stalls.

I had a dream last night where Tales Of Under started a thread called Super Solvers: The Thread. Despite being named after an edutainment game series, it was basically just a noir detective ITT.

I spent a lot of time both in the dream and after I woke up thinking about what my character would be, and I think I have an idea. I would start that thread myself, but I'm not sure if I should. I'm not that great at running ITTs.

I've come to dislike the show but it's stuck in my subconscious. I was watching Big Mouth and someone wearing an I Hate Everything mask came up from behind me and strangled me to death.

This morning, my dream was strange, because it jumped around between ideas way too much, and I was sort of aware of the fact that things were off for a chunk of it. The details were kind of hazy though. I’m not sure of the order of how things went.

I believe the dream began with The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, but it’s some sort of musical or something? (I don’t really know.) I was doing stuff in Dragon Roost Island, the Rito were there, and one of the characters looked like Komali. I think there was singing or something, but not a lot of plot. It was just indecipherable singing in the background, not a lot of theatrics. The inside of the island was a bit darker than I remembered. The walls were just black. I forgot how all the music goes and what the story here was.

Somewhere along the line, things shifted randomly into unconscious channel surfing: a reoccuring theme that pops up an unusual amount of times. (I guess they get cable in Dreamland.) I am watching ESPN and they are talking about a nonexistent European football tournament. This would be perfectly boring if it weren’t for, like my dream in November, me noticing that the graphics weren’t right, and that something was off.

The channel switches and now it’s the CBS Evening News, of all things, and the dream gets a bit off the rails and things get confusing. After 2 minutes of news, my time watching dream TV ends, and I seem to thrust myself back to Dragon Roost Island.

I say “seem to,” because while it looked like the island, it felt more like something else instead. The lighting is somehow even darker, and for some reason there’s a pink bad guy that was implied to attack people if they tried to change their clothes? Because THAT is totally logical. I don’t know why my dream went this way. It just sort of did. It didn’t implode into a sort of nightmare, but I still don’t know why this happened.

In conclusion: I ruined an incomprehensible Zelda musical with cable television and accidentally creating the potentially murderous fashion police. Why does my subconsious always take interesting ideas and just ruin them?

Last night, my dream was about me overdosing on my medication.

At some point this morning, I dreamed that I was in my dad's house, which is the house I grew up in, and there were flower wreaths all over the hallway. According to what I knew in the dream, the explanation for this was that I had the hallway set to the summer of 2002, as if the house could be controlled by some kind of Wayback Machine. This dream ended up reminding me that there actually was a wreath with flowers on it in my hallway in real life; I had forgotten about it for a long time, and I had to check with my mom to be sure!

Another dream this morning ended with my dad making insulting comments about the photos in my photo albums. Even though I didn't want him to say that, my dream self was being oddly submissive to my dream dad's opinion, so I woke up shouting profanity about my photo albums!

There was also a dream that I had sometime this month or last month, where I was floating up in the sky in what was apparently the opening credits scene of Head Office. At first, I think the opening music from The Muppets Take Manhattan was playing in the background, but I used my mind to change it to the actual closing credits song from Head Office. Since the location in this dream was New York City in the past, I floated around and peeked inside the Twin Towers (a few floors of one of them, at least)!

Recently, I had a dream so odd (well, by my dream standards anyway, maybe not that much to others) that I just sat there after waking up, wondering what happened.

I don't remember too much, but I do remember being on a small grassy mountain with some snow on it that didn't make sense for it to be there, and there was a TV showing VeggieTales characters riding sleds down a snowy mountain while Slider from Super Mario 64 played in the background.

The next part I remember was being in an unusually large hotel room that I apparently wasn't going to be staying in, and after getting bored, I got my computer out from nowhere and started playing this game online that involved carrying an entire house to safety with Syndrome's Zero Point Energy glove. The weirdest part about this game was the graphics. They were 3D but looked like they were made out of real life low quality video clips and photos.

The last thing I remember was the weirdest part of all. I was playing Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and was at the end of the Rock Lake area, but instead of the area's normal boss, Akron was there instead. During that battle, the sides were switched for some reason (although I was still controlling the heroes) and the battle background was the one in the Tundra Mammoth fight, and at another point the enemies turned into copies of the heroes, and hurting them hurt the respective character they were a copy of. Later on, the main characters started turning into squids, and this broke the "hurt the enemy you get hurt" effect. At the end of the battle. Everything was turned back to normal, but there was a message from the game itself notifying that this was a glitch caused by me "reaching an EXP level that the game isn't used to."

I went back to sleep after eating breakfast this morning, and because I read about the Family Guy episode "The Fat Guy Strangler" on the Too Soon page, I had a dream about that episode. Peter was standing by a person who was supposed to be the title character of the episode (I don't remember what he looked like in the dream) and saying the Trauma Button sentence from the episode repeatedly (I think), like in the actual episode. It then cut to a scene that implied that the strangler had done something horrible to … some kind of doll made out of balloons or something, since Peter was performing surgery or something on it. I remember him saying "Laugh, damn you! Laaauuuugh!" It then cut to him drawing (or maybe somehow carving) X's over the eyes of the "doll" and burying it, while saying that he hoped it would come back to life sometime, and I think that line actually made sense to my dream self!

In another dream, I was fast-forwarding (or something like that) through another Family Guy episode, and it seemed to show Stewie getting an idea on how to build something from looking at moving parts of a railway crossing. At another point where I wasn't fast-forwarding, there was a weird train that could travel off-rail (it might have made its own temporary train tracks), and it was accompanied by a song with lyrics that I can't remember. (I think this part of the dream was inspired by this video that aired on Treehouse TV in 1999.)

In another dream, there was a fireworks display near the city where I lived that was happening in daylight, that also included a cloud-like display of many words that I can't remember. Somehow, people were able to attach themselves to these words in the sky, and they then let themselves fall to a safe area. At one point, I think someone who was with me was worried about them because he might not have known and/or understood what was going on, and he was somehow able to get up into the sky very quickly with those people (I think) and he caused at least some of those people to fall away from the save area. However, they were fine and only one person landed on the gravel surface where I was (I think the other people might have landed safely on the roof of the closest building to me).

Other dreams I had this morning included some kind of large gondola, walking through a school (including lockerooms) and a Wheel of Fortune episode hosted by Johnny Cash.

I had kind of a scary dream. Some of us tropers were attacked by a group of villains (I don't remember everyone, but me, Puma, Kablammin, Spottedleaf, and TacoBadger were definitely there). I'm not sure who or what these villains were because I didn't actually see them in the dream (although I did see a big spider that might have been a "pet" of theirs?), but they were pure evil. They actually killed some of us, including me. The only one of us who didn't hate them was Taco, because I think he felt sorry for them.

Another weird dream I had involved a guy who had brought a bunch of Wii U's to my house and was connecting each of them to my computer to test them for something. These Wii U's came in different colors and sizes. One of them was the normal size for the console, another was smaller, and another was an absolute unit of a Wii U that was three inches wide.

Yikes. That first part sounds awful. :( The part with the Wii U's sounds cool, though.

I had a dream that started out fun, but also got scary.

I was with some group of people, but I can't remember if they were tropers or anyone I knew, unfortunately. We were in the forms of characters from the Super Smash Bros. games. I was Sonic, and I really got into the role. I was excited all the time, making lame puns, and constantly moving around.

Anyway, these "people" and I had to travel through different "worlds," which were really just places around the real world. We had to complete some objective in each world, but I can't remember what.

One person in the group found me annoying, but the leader was A Father to His Men and he was nice to all of us. I can't remember which characters they were, though.

Anyway, World 2 was a junkyard in a poor, heavily polluted town. Somehow, I got stuck inside a trash bag, and the group didn't notice. One of the junkyard workers put the bag on a conveyer belt where it got compressed and crushed by several machines. I could feel this, and it actually hurt. I was panicking the whole time.

I finally escaped, but the group was long gone... so I went to World 3 by myself. I found this hidden note by the group leader, with a "password" that I could use to skip World 3. So I put in the password... somewhere. :P

I got to World 4, which was a dark and creepy sewer. I looked around for the group, but I woke up before I found them.

So I finally remember part of a dream.

The beginning was not ver clear, but then I was in my school and tried to get out since it was Halloween, but some bullies were outside so I went back, had some "therapy", and examined someone dressed as "Ion". Then I got out, a classmate told me that it wasn't really Halloween because it was 24 March instead of 25, and I saw a friend dressed as Thor but with a bandage/mask and her normal black hair. Then I called her friend Loki while saying Loki could shapeshift, went though a tour of my "school", where there were some news that someone made a statue, it got into the news that day and the day after that but got vandalized after that.

And the bell rang, I ran back, and I woke up.

I only remember bits and pieces of the dreams I had last night. The part I remember the best was one where I was with my mom running some errands when my mom abruptly left the vehicle while sitting at a traffic light and asked me to park it while she walked to a grocery store. I tried to, only for the vehicle to suddenly turn into a riding lawnmower that I ended up accidentally driving right into the Manticore's Tavern (which was just a small storefront restaurant in the dream and full of normal humans). Nobody seemed to care that I had just driven a lawnmower through the wall into the restaurant, and when my mom came back, she didn't seem to care either and just asked me where we should go for lunch.

Other things I remember happening in my dreams last night were my sister and I being stuck outside during a bad thunderstorm, my grandpa and I trying to upgrade a computer's operating system while in the middle of a field, and going to a friend's high-school graduation.

Had a somewhat unsettling dream that I think proves the quarantine is messing with my mind.

There was this place that was kind of like a huge underground parking lot, and Asmodeus the snake was somewhere in there. I was in a hotel room that was located in the middle of the parking lot. My family was there too. I had to leave the room for some reason and go to another room right next to it to get to a teleporter (yeah, I don't even know...), but to do so, I had to go through a very short section of the parking lot. It was super dark, and I was terrified. I remember peeking through the keyhole to see if Asmodeus was nearby, and I didn't see anything, but I was sure I could hear him.

The dream changed before I actually left the room, though. :P

I only remember the last dream I had last night. It was apparently an episode of Touched by an Angel (I say "apparently" because there was otherwise no connection to the show whatsoever aside from a title card) about a church choir made up of superheroes. The superheroes that made it up didn't know how to sing well, though, and the choir leader (a super heroine with Rubber Man powers played by Whoopi Goldberg) was trying to figure out a solution before some sort of event they were going to sing at. Some voice director guy came in, claiming he could help the choir, but after a while, it became increasingly obvious that he was a super villain trying to upstage everyone by singing horrendously off-key, which would somehow defeat the superheros and render them powerless, I guess? Once everyone caught on to what he was trying to do, though, the super choir rushed him and defeated him, and the villain went through a Humiliation Conga where he was frozen in a huge block of ice, got his head disintegrated and immediately reintegrated, covered in mud, and was slid out of the church sanctuary in the block of ice, whereupon a statue of Godzilla that was being suspended from the ceiling suddenly came loose, fell down, and cartoonishly squished the villain flat. The dream changed to something else after that, so I never found out if the superhero choir ever learned how to properly sing.

Snoms were real, proportioned more like real caterpillars, and loose in my room. I had to catch them with tweezers and put them in beakers for a remote biology lab.

Me and my family getting pets several times (mostly one cat and then smol dogs plus the occasional rabbit/chinchilla thing). Also a "Legion of Superheroes" thing as a school project from another school and I was asking the shrinking dude "What about the Square-Cube Law? Is it like the Atom?". I think he said something like yes.

A guy fell down a mountain ravine (somehow going right down to sea level) and somehow found he could possess corpses while dead. It acted as a temporary resurrection of the possessed corpse and he could only use this until his own corpse fully rotted away. He used this power to solve the mystery behind his death, and it turns out he was pushed down instead. I don't remember much else.

Last night's dream: I was playing ARMS while my folks were doing other stuff when I clicked a strange option on the menu that caused me and everyone else to get sucked into the game and become different characters in the game. Most of us weren't even real ARMS characters (I only remember two of my relatives being actual ARMS characters, specifically Spring Man and Min Min); one person was a brawny German woman, another was a lumberjack guy, and I was a friggin' ARMS-ified Randall. I actually remember which default ARMS I had, weirdly enough; I had the Slapamander, the Biffler, and some sort of lizard hand ARMS that functioned like the boomerang ARMS.

Anyway, my folks and I had to travel around the ARMS world in order to find the person who could return us to the real world, getting in tussles with different folks (which I recall included some actual ARMS characters, though I only remember seeing Misango and Twintelle) and occasionally each other. I only remember getting in one sparring match with my sister before I ended up waking up.

There was some undefined "going to my grandparents/aunts' house" before, but I saw Perry the Platypus have an origin story of being a penguin (specifically an emperor penguin) experimented as an egg and having the power of controlling plants at first, and then revealed to be all plant, animals, or insects (yeah) on Earth. Then he unsucessfully tried to swing over a road.

Then while he was walking in the road it turned into me, who was a mutant with two forms, one human-looking and male, and one mutant (think different skin and maybe horns and stuff) and androgynous. There was a mostly-human street, and a mostly-mutant street, and I walked over the human one as a human. There were also "flying" snakes (propelled) there and one was up my foot (was barefoot then).

And then I woke up.

So this is quite long and I forgot several parts and details of it:

So it looked like a Kung Fu Panda movie that had a villain from the past who seemed to be so old and sorry for what he did that they just trusted him. But he was still evil and using his appearance as his way to gain the trust of everyone. And it was in a snowy mountain.

Then it cuts to some animals in the African savanna doing stuff and a lion who was speaking English and a zebra speaking French. Unaware of everything, they try to communicate by gestures and stuff.

Then there was some kind of weird 10% antro animal superhero/spy team with a super cool plane/base and some weird stuff about the lion and zebra (who appeared to have a romantic relationship meanwhile).

And then I guess it went to something about a evil mermaid that could switch to human legs and pretended to be good and jewels that lightened up with the crush and something about photos that were made (man, that was the best part WHY DON'T I REMEMBER MORE). And then Tony Stark and Pepper were burying the mermaid with 3-D machine made Galactus shaped cups (which later turned into normal rocks) near the beach in the ocean so she couldn't do anything. Also Plastic Man was there.

And then (forgotten stuff).

Naked. Dr. Light (Arthur).

Also naked Harley, but she was covered by a jacket all the time.

As stated in the Anti-Necromancy Thread his d*ck was censored, but I got a close-up of his nipples.

Hey guess who got an AWESOME dream which details I forgot as soon I opened my eyes and sounds horrible when written down. That's me.

So with a slight unrelated prologue of crab stuff and a blurb before that, I got to see a anime (game) featuring Watson figuring out Holmes is totally secretly dating a girl by looking at clues like new books that kinda clash with his reading habits, stuff that should't be there, and possibly other stuff like secret letters that he didn't look inside.

To the point in episode/level 4 Holmes just freaking leaves and returns a week or so later announcing his marriage to Irene Adler. And wedding stuff happens because the ring is missing and Watson remembers he had a ring back in episode/level 1 but its too far to get.

And then I woke up with no idea how the heck the wedding was.

They released a new Star Wars movie, and it got panned because it kept making references to outdated memes. I specifically remember the title being "Star Wars: Sweet Home Alabama"^note Soooooo A New Hope? Aight and the poster was just a zoomed-in JPEG-y shot of Chewie's face.

For the record I'm currently happy with the way the series is going, so I'm not sure what the fuck made my brain concoct a shitpost.
