This thread is dedicated to image suggestions for pages without pics (including those pulled by Image Pickin'). Guidelines:
- Please read How to Pick a Good Image and Just a Face and a Caption before suggesting an image. Additionally, make sure to source the image in your post.
- If you have multiple suggestions you'd like to field for a single page, that can merit its own thread. Otherwise, use this thread.
- It is recommended that you upload your suggestions as you would like them to be formatted on the page.
- A crowner will be generated with suggestions which will be voted on as normal:
- The crowners will generally run 12-15 items at any given time and may go as high as 20 if there's a backlog of suggestions, so please do not add items to a crowner once it's running.
- After 3 days, any options with a net vote count of ≥10 can be put on their respective pages. After 5 days, this can apply to options with a net vote count of ≥7. Anything below that will need to go the full 7 days.
- After 7 days, generally the unprocessed options that have a positive vote count (2:1) can go up on their respective pages. Old thread rule, no longer enforced
- Suggestions will generally be processed and added to crowners in the order they come into the thread.
- Selected images will be tagged using this template (which goes above the image):

Are we looking at te same crowner? It's right there, sitting at 5 votes as of this writing. As for other suggestions, the multiple suggestion cases and similar just need separate threads, but we've got a backlog right now.

Crime coefficient needs to be above a certain level to be considered a threat. Usually, while committing crimes, it goes up. Basically, even as Mikishima is murdering a woman, the coefficient still goes down and Akane's gun locks. She's unable to save her because Mikishima can lower his crime coefficient and not be seen as a criminal by the Sibyl System.
The line is said by the Psycho-Pass reading in that very scene.

Normally I'd say that requires too much context to be a good caption, but since this is for a moments subpage, which are meant for post-viewing, I think it's fine.
This image isn't too much of spoiler, though, is it? Moments pages are Spoilers Off, but that doesn't include anything above the examples list.
If you don't know the context, it wouldn't really matter. You can't really get a good look at who he's killing anyway.
