For me it's The Smoggies (aka Stop The Smoggies) putting me at level 9.
I got to 9 with Tales of the Wizard of Oz and The Smoggies!
...What does it say when several of my favorite cartoons aren't on the list at all? XD
The Protomen enhanced my life. There is a cg cartoon with a villain called something like Omi-con-sign but I don't remember it's name.
"May your heart be your guiding key"Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens, Myths & Legends. Could totally see this show being remade for today and gathering interest.
Pirates of Dark Water, maybe. Jury's out on how obscure that is.
Also, while I think it's only really obscure to American audiences (of which I am one), but I love Count Duckula.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Farthest down I got was Level 9 with The Roman Holidays, the Ancient Rome-themed Flintstones.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”Hey, I liked those too. :)
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue. One that I liked when I was younger was My Goldfish is Evil. Another was Kung Fu Dino Posse. Oh, and Planet Sketch.
Hmm... From that list, by cartoons that I've personally watched, Around the World with Willy Fog and Back to the Future Animated Series would put me to Level 8.
I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person.I would say: Adventures of the Little Carp, Gladiators, Gladiator academy, Virus Attack, Hamos the Green Chariot and more recently Rocket Robin Hood, Cleopatra in Space and The Wingfeather Saga.
I think that puts me quide hight.

That's a great list. I did get all the way down to level 10 with Terrytoons' Luno the White Stallion. I've heard of Q.T. Hush, Mel-O-Tunes, and Super President but I haven't watched them.
It helps that I'm old and have always loved cartoons. I also had a local TV station in the 1970s with a big archive of old cartoons.
For me, probably Level 9 because I did see Insectibles when it aired on POP in the UK.
Kassai and Luk for being the most popular series (ironic considering the thread) based on African mythology.

Scar himself looks like foreign, weak, and with very female moves.I got level 9 on the Iceberg, Defenders Of The Earth should not be that low down.
My 2 big obscure ones are "Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea" and "Blue, Child of the Earth"
A couple of French productions, in fact googling the latter, one of the first results is another thread here about how obscure it is! https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=14218817500A59108200&page=1
Three from Level 10 rang a bell: The Houndcats, an Affectionate Parody of the TV show Bearcats!; Luno the White Stallion, boy Tim rides a pegasis. "O winged horse of marble white / Take me on a magic flight"; Tooter Turtle, who tries out various occupations with the help of Mister Wizard. None of these pan out, so Tooter has to be recovered with "Drizzle drazzle drozzle drome / Time for this one to come home."
Now, for the obscure animations:
- The Adventures of Prince Achmed by Lotte Reiniger from 1928. A stop-motion silhouette adventure, and a labor of love for the director, it's the third-oldest feature animation.
- La Joie de Vivre by A Gross and H Hoppin from 1934. Two women (or sprites or nymphs) cavort around the countryside. One loses her shoe, and a handsome fellow tries to bring it back to her. Not Safe For Work, as the girls go skinny-dipping in a river at one point.
- La Planete Sauvage: aliens have conquered Earth and made humans into housepets, or vermin to be exterminated. It turns out the aliens have to send their spirits to the moon to have sex, which makes them vulnerable.
- Battle for Terra by A Tsitbas from 2007. An early CGI feature animation about the human survivors of an interplanetary war seeking a new home to live on. Terra is close, but not quite, and a battle ensues around the moral quandary: do we have the right to screw up another planet to ensure our survival, natives be damned?
Oh, and one more for the Iceberg list: The World of Commander McBragg, one of the bridging shorts in The Underdog Show. A stuffy British fellow recounts his (dubious) adventures around the world.
Anyone remember kappa Mikey?
(5) damn what a throwback, first cartoon I ever saw
Not even stars last forever.Furthest down is level 9 Insektors.
"May your heart be your guiding key"Resurrecting this thread, because its been a while since I've lasted visited this forum.
Last time I posted, I listed out a bunch of Canadian Series, and truth be told, I can list a bunch more (a lot of which are from Nelvana some might notice). This is probably like one-half to two-thirds of them.

- Bolts & Blip
- Cadillacs and Dinosaurs
- Class of the Titans
- Cracked (2016)

- Fred's Head
- Grojband
- Grossology

- What's with Andy?
Outside of Canada though, I've started to grow more interested in Western Animation from other countries, and I am happy to add The Strange Chores, Oswaldo, Counterfeit Cat, Nate Is Late, and Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese to the list. For older stuff, the 1992 Belgian cartoon Zoolympics comes to mind (not to be confused with Animalympics.
"Detecting trace amounts of mental activity. Possibly a dead weasel or a cartoon viewer"I’m surprised you didn’t mention Chop Chop Ninja.
Anyway, there are some obscure stuff that I saw on CITV and CBBC that I never hear mentioned. Endangered Species, Canimals, Naughty Naughty Pets, etc.

I remember Naughty Naughty Pets! They would always show it between shows on CBC (back when they showed older-skewing kids'shows, not just stuff for preschoolers) On that subject, anyone remember My Goldfish is Evil?
And another Producing Parker fan! Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person who remembers that show existed.
It's so weird that for every Total Drama and Johnny Test, there are these Canadian cartoons that fell into obscurity in the US by either not airing there at all or being short-lived on TV there (like Ned's Newt or My Dad The Rockstar)
Yes, I remember My Goldfish is Evil! Always wondered why the red head didn’t just kill Bubbles. Also, they aired it on CITV in the late 2000s to early 2010s.
Does anyone remember Mr Benn? Or The Shoe People?
"May your heart be your guiding key"
Level 10 as well. I watched a couple of the Cartoon Network pilots that are all the way down there.
