- A young Samus Aran life changed forever when the mining colony she lived with her parents was attacked by Ridley and the Space Pirates. She lost everything that day but was saved by the Chozos. After altering her DNA to better survive their homeworld of Zebes, she was trained by them to become not only the ultimate warrior of the galaxy, but also their lasting legacy of their dying race,
- Samus Aran made history in the videogame world in the 80s when she became the earliest known female protagonist in a videogame. However, the fact she was a female was a surprise since many info on her portrayed her as being male. So it came as a surprise to gamers when they beat a Metroid game under certain condition, she reveals herself as a woman under the suit.
- Has a tendency to lose her abilities and weaponries during the beginning of her missions. Luckily, she is able to reclaim them during her missions with most coming from Chozo statues. A similar event happened when she ascended to the Pantheon and did battle with Ridley. And that includes finding Chozo statues in the Pantheon.
- There are those who often mistake Samus as being named Metroid when it is actually the name of the alien life suckers she fights. Though, from a certain point of view they may not be too off since "Metroid" is a Chozo world meaning "Ultimate Warrior". And since Samus her self is a warrior trained by Chozo to be their ultimate creation to protect the world, they maybe not too far off. This is especially true now that her Metroid DNA has taken over and she is now seen as as an actual Metroid.
- Has a tendency for her missions to end with the planet or any place she's on to explode. Because of this, she is advised to go near any living planets like Mogo or Primus for fear of them blowing up. Though, to be fair to her it's not her fault that planets often explode for what ever reason.
- Despite being described as a bounty hunter, many have noticed she doesn't really act like one. Instead coming off like some kind of mercenary. Still, she has encountered other intergalactic bounty hunters like Lobo and Boba Fett during her missions.
- Accepted a job to eliminate a Xenomorphs infestation in the Saving Grace Animal Sanctuary. While destroying the many Facehugger eggs and the xenomorph-beasts, she remarks how their metamorphosis reminded her of the Metroids in her own world with their drones looking very similar to the Zeta Metroid. After many harrowing encounters she was able to finally reach the Alien Queen, which turns out to be a Wyvern-xenomorph, and destroyed it.
- While leaving the sanctuary, she was ambushed by a Yautja predator. It's ambiguous if it was there to eliminate the Xenomorph infestation or was hunting Samus herself. After a fierce battle, Samus was able to defeat the Predator. And naturally after being defeated, the Predator activated their self-destructive device. While Samus was able to escaped unharm, the explosion did damage a large portion of the Sanctuary.
- Hates Evolto. Why natural it's because he is a Planet Destroyer, it mostly comes from his manipulation of the Build Riders as he tried to make them stronger for his own benefits and his smug attitude that reminds her of Raven Beaks.
