Thomas Griffin Dunne (born June 8, 1955 in New York City) is an American actor, director, and producer. He is best known for An American Werewolf in London, After Hours, and This Is Us.
Dunne’s parents were novelist/journalist Dominick Dunne and retired actress/activist Ellen Griffin Dunne. His younger sister Dominique Dunne was an actress murdered soon after co-starring in Poltergeist (1982). His aunt was author Joan Didion (he made a documentary about her called Joan Didion: The Center Will Not Hold in 2017). He was formerly married to actress Carey Lowell and is currently married to Anna Bingemann. Hannah Dunne, his daughter by Lowell, is also an actress.
