Here, you give a trope, and the next troper makes up an example wholesale from a media work they made up on the spot.
Both prompts and responses should follow relevant wiki rules — exactly one trope per prompt/no tropeslashing, Playing With only applies to tropes (not Trivia or YMMV), and responses need to make sense without having seen the work (because the work doesn't exist), and so forth.
For example:
Tiny Tyrannical Girl
In LightNovel. The Huge Universe Ruled By A Tiny Girl, the Big Bad of the movie is Alice, a dwarf woman who can make everyone submit to her by threatening their life.
I'll give an example:
"The J9 Unit is one to 80's and 90's science fiction and Cyberpunk of the era."
Now your turn

Fear And Dread: Parodied with the Dadalus railgun, which is prone to malfuction and not converge, instead having its beams speading out much to the OPMC's chagrin.

In one episode of Feather Force, the Avian Adventurers run into a vulture named Timmy during one of their journeys. He looks a little menacing, but he's actually friendly and helpful.
Once upon a time, there was a Limey. He was not slimy, he was just finey!
In the series Dr Sans, the titular character is a famous surgeon who likes to cosplay as Sans Undertale and do a Sans voice while on the job. Although people think he's ridiculous, he has saved countless lives as Sans.

Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!The obscure 90's cartoon Frosty and the Wonderbears is about a colony of cute little polar bears living in a winter fantasy world, and it's definitely not inspired by any other franchises or anything. The Big Bad is Pyrothius, a giant, demonic creature who lives in an underground lava world. His only goal is to wipe the Wonderbears off the face of the earth, and whenever his comical demon minions fail, he subjects them to horrific punishments. Also, he's voiced by Tim Curry, Tony Jay, and Jim Cummings (1952) (in his Robotnik voice) all speaking at the same time.

Mino: One of the bosses the eponymous mouse faces is a murderous praying mantis named Marnage. She acts like a stereotypical Yandere.
The titular character in Dakuwaqa is built up to be a horrible monster that killed Margaret's father and tramatised her, but when she finally meets him at the clmax of her Revenge Quest, Dakuwaq turns out to be a beneign ruler of the seas who only killed them by accident. Granted he does act rather insensitive to her galeophobia, but it turns out Margaret disobeyed her parents to sneak out to the beach and led to the death trying to save her, so he's not wrong to say she brought it upon herself.

In The Adventures of Alice and Bob, when Alice gives birth to her and Bob's son Charlie, she's crying and screaming during the whole birth, and at one point swears at Bob and blames him for knocking her up.

In the WesternAnimation.Charles And Friends episode D Story, Charles' father Peter tells him a story about a man who met a beautiful woman in a restaurant, but never explains who the man is in the story. After he finishes the story, he tells Charles that the man is him.

Ky of Webcomic.Vegetable Soup has a diary that he's ashamed to tell anyone about because he thinks it's too girly. He manages to keep it a secret until Jenny finds it in his room. When she asked about it, he was really embarassed and tried to pass it off as a journal, even though the cover said "DIARY" in huge pink letters.
Once upon a time, there was a Limey. He was not slimy, he was just finey!Rika from Glitter Witches is the youngest member of the titular group of Cute Witches, and portrayed as sweet and adorable.

Te Ao Matao is a Speculative Biology project in the vein of Serina about a seeded world where the only land vertebrates are all 19 species of penguin, who thrive in the cold planet where the terrestrial environments are mostly cold plains, ice fields, and tundra or snow-covered mountains (though with literally no other creature compete save a few invertbrates helps). Though it is subverted as it goes on, as the climate does warm over millions of years, resulting in the penguins evolving to adapt to to incresingly warmer and more vegetated biomes not expected for penguins to live in, such as crocodile-like forms living in swamps, cursorial desert and grassland-dwelling forms reminiscent of ratites or terror birds, and even ones capeable of flight.
Let the Bully Win (Deconstructed Trope)

(I would read that.)
In the tokusatsu show Cyber Warrior Gatekeeper, there's a scene where the Big Bad and his minions are playing poker. The Dragon is in the lead, but deliberately makes a mistake and lets his boss win because he's terrified of being punished.
Edited by NitroIndigo on Mar 9th 2023 at 4:05:43 PM
There's no deconstruction in there (like what would be the consequences of that trope IRL?)
Boss never actually gets any better at poker, allowing The Hero to beat him in the climactic showdown (yes, involving a poker game. Somehow.).
In Literature/ Herald of the King, Venya's nature as an Aasimar allows her to resist the Darklord's mind control voice. He reveals that she must be a half-angel, because "Only one of divine blood can resist that spell!"

Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!In Robotropolis, a movie about the Sonic SatAM version of Dr. Robotnik, after Robotnik takes over the world, he replaces all coffee shops with "steamed oil" shops. (You see, the only beverage in his world is oil of different kinds.) This has predictably led to many viewers making connections with the "Steamed Hams" scene from The Simpsons.
Unnecessarily Creepy Robot No "Bowser's Fury" questions please. I haven't played it yet.
The educational web series Bodyology features as a co-host a robot designed to be a medical assistant but resembles more a robotic velociraptor with syringes and scalpels for teeth and claws, glowing white eyes and talks in a deep baritone. However, it is offset by them being a supreme Deadpan Snarker to the eccentric host and is generally beneign.

The obscure 1950's Soviet education/propaganda cartoon Childrens' Collective features Ivan, a paranoid yet stupid sheepdog prone to missing Valentin the wolf's obvious clues and blaming others when his mistakes are noticed. This was the cartoon's downfall; censors quickly realized "Ivan" was a Take That! at KGB/GRU head Ivan Serov, who arranged the still-unknown cartoonist's "early retirement".
