With a totally different medium to work with, the art quality (what of it there is) drops to the level of those Family Guy porn comics you see EVERYWHERE online. They still manage to fit in Mc Farlane's proclivity towards too-long gags, though. Individual jokes can run for pages.

It's like Cats but not like the stage play version, but like the movie version. Everyone's an uncanny rabbit human and it sucks as all the seriousness is eclipsed by cheesy animal costumes. Though manages to be charming with how real and dark it still is.
The Karate Kid Part II as a 10-episode miniseries on Netflix, but Johnny Lawrence becomes Daniel's co-student and accompanies him to Okinawa this time.

There's still lots of gore and the Mickey Mousing effect when the death traps activate is a laugh riot, but the canned laughter after each death was pushing it.
Genshin Impact, but it's a 2D sidescrolling action RPG similar to Zelda II: The Adventure of Link instead of the Wide-Open Sandbox of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (and contains absolutely no reward pass items or loot boxes).

I have seen the amateur, and it is me.
To make things interesting, Mike's side of the family is Asian (Chinese-American), and Carol's side is Black (Haitian-American). Alice, however, remains White, and the show deals with a culture clash between the three sides.
Wonder Woman 1984, but with a Vaporwave soundtrack and special effects reminiscent of TRON.

Now the missile scene looks like a missile-command-style video game and the chill soundtrack is extremely dissonant with the situations portrayed. Also the awful charicature of a terrorist muslim man wishes for a Centipede instead of a nuke.

It's merely changed to have the cast be horribly injured in cartoonish ways, no blood and gore at all. They're still going to be screaming in pain. Though getting rid of the ways the characters die do take a huge part of the show away.
A 30 episode anime adaptation of Sonic Forces done by Studio Trigger with Mighty, Ray, Bean, Bark, Honey, Sally, Antoine, Bunnie, and Rotor in the place of the Avatar/Custom Character.

There's too many characters to focus on, so the plot is hard to follow.
Salad Fingers, but with the titular character replaced by Waluigi.
While some find the contrast between the creepiness and Waluigi's boisterous hilarity too dissonant, the show gains a devoted following thanks to its offbeat Black Comedy.
Star Trek, but No Transhumanism Allowed is not in effect and everything takes place after The Singularity. Trimming the hedges, one trope at a time.

The Ice Queen
The sex jokes are toned down severely in order to keep the movie from coming across as tasteless- what little sexual humor exists is either kept towards the end of the film or uses Double Entendres that are unintentional on the character's parts. It's praised by fans of the Childhood Friend Romance trope, though ultimately doesn't do well at the box office because people fail to realize that it isn't actually for children.

It'd be in the form of a light novel and would possibly have to have multiple stories for each light novel due to the short length of the episodes.
A series of Family Guy graphic novels that reimagine episodes from the later seasons with the intent of showing how they would play out if (With a few exceptions such as Stewie on occasion) the cast acted like they did in Seasons 1-3. (i.e. Stewie using cancel culture to cause societal breakdown)
