Previously, on The Super Mario Adventures: Crossover Clash...

The Super Mario Adventures: Crossover Clash is a YouTube series made with Plotagon. It centers mainly around Hafu, who leads a Ragtag Bunch of Misfits to battle the forces of Peter Opera in the Mushroom Kingdom. Some other characters include:

The series that shares its name with the channel is referred to as the "main series". In addition, several other shorts and other supplemental materials are on the channel, some of them involving a character later seen in the main series. If this is the case, the short will usually end with a vortex sucking the character up into the Mushroom Kingdom. Other such materials include episodes of Opera TV shows and various In-Universe commercials and trailers. The channel can be found here, and its wiki can be found here.

    The main series

The Super Mario Adventures: Crossover Clash (the main series) contains examples of:

  • Deadly Game: The Dark Lemon Lord's Quiz of Death, where the two lowest scorers were to be killed.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: The reason Peter Opera kickstarted the entire series? He lost a "sexiest feet" competition.
  • Gender Bender: Korgot is male here for some reason. His gender is "canonized" in episode 13, before being quickly reset at the end.
    • As of Season 2, this applies in-universe as well, as Korgot claims to have turned from female to male overnight.
  • Noodle Incident: Peter Opera and Hafu have apparently met, Mario knows who the Jackals are, and Hafu is married with children who can Super-Scream. These all happened, but when exactly?
  • Suck E. Cheese's: Sharky's Hot and Spicy Wings Place, where any unruly kids are whipped violently.
  • Take That!: From episode 13:
Mr. Grills/Shroomboro Leader: We seek to purge the world of the one greatest sin.
    Yellow Toad: Club Penguin Island?
  • Trash the Set: Mushroom Castle is destroyed at the end of Season 1 when the Comet Observatory crashes into it.

The other videos contain examples of:

    Opera TV shows and films

The Opera TV shows and films contain examples of:

  • All There in the Manual: The creator's Wattpad page has, among other oddities, a series of stories explaining the shows, along with descriptions of instalments that have not been released in-universe.
  • Camera Abuse: The channel's Vanity Plate has a character (different for every show) do something to shatter the screen, typically by a sonic attack or singing.
    • This is the effect of Iiw the Diva's singing in the first interstital seen in this video.
  • City of Adventure: Jackal City.
  • The Faceless: The Jackals remain as such until The Movie, where they unmask during a televised conference. On a related note, an episode of their series involves the Jackals' helmets getting stolen by the Hater of the Week, with the heroes being forced to use cardboard boxes to hide their identities.
  • Final Solution: Two of the channel's original movies see the protagonists commit genocide against the enemy races to defeat them.
  • Planet of Hats: Every episode of The Space Jackals involves a visit to one of these.
  • Power Trio: The Blade Crew, the main characters from Treasure Divers, and the Opera Brothers.
  • Sentai: The Jackals.
  • The Stinger: All of the films have them:
    • Phase 1 films:
      • The Jackals in A Movie Adventure: Presidentrouble's post-credits scene sets up the Sequel Series by having the Jackal City Hero Agency decide to go to space.
      • Cooking Cuties: Into the Wilderness's Creative Closing Credits show Diamond and Nudie Foodie's married life up to the birth of their son, while the stinger proper shows the Brothers Bake's sister Bonnie appearing as a ghost.
      • Treasure Divers: Treasure of the Ice Caves's mid-credits scene shows a mysterious man in a secluded hut smiling upon Grohum Cove, while the post-credits scene reveals that Quomi, thought to be a Dreadful Musician, has actually inherited his father's Tidal Shout.
      • Daffy and Her Dancing Daisies: The Grand Adventure to Save the Great Sunflower's mid-credits scene shows the Gardener discovering the Wither Rose, while the post-credits scene shows Froggy Friend (who was Evil All Along and died) being recruited for an unknown cause by Bonnie Bake.
    • Phase 2 films:
      • The Space Jackals: The Greatest Planet War's post-credits scene features the Jackal City Hero Agency unpacking the gifts they obtained in the series, the Jackals meeting the Lesser Heroes of Jackal City, and a teaser for The Super Jackals.
      • Cooking Cuties: I Wanna Cook Too does something similar to its prequel with its Creative Closing Credits, but this time focusing on Audrey and Smith Jonesington. The post-credits scene, meanwhile, sees Bonnie Bake reviving into a human shortly after Sweetie was rescued.
      • Daffy and Her Dancing Daisies: Where No Miracle Petal Has Gone Before features Creative Closing Credits showing how the love life of Great Sunflower and Sandra Snapdragon evolved, leading to a mid-credits scene where Daffy learns that a third tribe of flowers is coming to the garden. In the post-credits scene, Billie Bully and Crocodile Crony are punished for their evil acts during the film, and meet the mysterious Bear Boss in Universal Swamp.
      • Treasure Divers: What Lies Within the Depths's mid-credits scene features hints of new characters for the third season, while the post-credits scene features a Given Name Reveal for the B.A.D. Boss (Josephine) and the debut of the CEO of the company, who tasks her with destroying the TDA.
      • The Opera Brothers and the Metal Throng's Mega-Mean Master Plan features the Brothers performing a new song during the credits, leading to the mid-credits scene where they learn that the mayor of Blandville was the legendary Opera God. The post-credits scene, meanwhile, features a YouTuber Apology Parody in the form of the Metal Throng apologising for their thefts.
      • Opera Cards The Anime: The Ultimate Battle: The Cards of Legend's mid-credits scene features Eijiro-sama (who is revealed as the creator of the Opera Cards game within the film) preparing to draw a sketch of a stadium for a planned Opera Cards tournament, while the post-credits scene shows what happened to the Nebuloss Trio after being sent flying.
      • Iiw the Diva in the World of Glass does not have a traditional stinger, but does feature a brief teaser at the very end for The Further Adventures of Iiw the Diva.
      • Captain Zero: Hero to All Space's post-credits scene features the three Magmatonians Amadeus failed to wipe out after an 18-year Time Skip planning to go to Blandville to enact a scheme of revenge against humanity.
  • Strictly Formula: All of the shows have a set formula that episodes follow.
Mushroom Kingdom TV shows and films

The Mushroom Kingdom TV shows and films provide examples of:

  • Canon Welding: If the hints in The Chilli-Pepper Ghost are any indication (and by hints we mean the fact that Bastulins are the antagonists), the series seems to take place in the Opera TV Hero Universe.
  • City of Adventure: Several. These include:
    • Xando in The Chilli-Pepper Ghost
    • Hudwood Bluff in Bobsledders 4 Life
    • Yadena in Learning Feet-First
    • Jekford Creek in Rescube Squad Alpha
  • Foil: The channel itself acts as one to Opera TV.
  • Real Dreams are Weirder: Lady Greendress can attest to this.
  • Strictly Formula: Nope, not even these shows are immune.

What will happen? Find out, On the Next episode of... The Super Mario Adventures: Crossover Clash. Until next time, my friends.
