I have come up with a decent warning for Creator.Microsoft (whether it's best commented out or posted on the discussion page is up to you to decide):

And I request the removal of Main.Microsoft from Administrivia.Permanent Red Link Club. Like I said, people are almost definitely not going to see the warning in a folder on an administrivia page that is completely out of the way and not linked from the creator page in any capacity. If you actually want people to understand the decision and not use the article for complaining, it needs to be in a place where they can actually see it. Plus BWB agrees that "Pages in locked namespaces should only be listed if they weren't recreated elsewhere", which I agree with to some extent.

Not on Creator.Microsoft itself. The page has been seldom edited. But I'd still argue it's best this was made clear if the mods want to avoid the Main.Microsoft situation.

Oh, those are page history move requests. We allow those as long as the page history isn't short and people flooding with multiple move requests. I'll move those pages.
