LoveInterests page issues

1. Love Interests is a Supertrope, but it's structurally (and trope-wise) indistiguishable from Love Tropes, Attraction Tropes and Index of Romantic Couples. It doesn't need to be a trope, there are so many subtropes, surely any uses of Love Interests could be replaced with one of them. Or it could have a bigger description than just 2 sentences. Does this need to be added to Tropes Needing TRS?

While at it, Index of Romantic Couples has "trope" pagetype, shouldn't it be "index"?

2. Regardless if left as Supertrope, the tropes listed on page seem to be pegged in haphazardly. About half of them have a comment "X: A love interest who is also X." which are not what these tropes are about, with X being literally any characterization or appearance trope. Should we cull the tropes that aren't actually related to love interests?

Regarding 2, I agree that tropes that aren't explicitly about a love interest should be cut from the index. Using the first two tropes as example, The Ace should be cut, while Action Girlfriend can stay.

Let me break this down (I may have missed a few that belong soley to Marriage Tropes and Index of Romantic Couples since they lose the interest part from Love Interest):

We have The Beautiful Tropes for "likeable appearance" tropes.
