The first one's a fan-video edit, rather than a fic, but I wasn't sure where else to put it. It would be an Arrow vid focused on Thea, set to the Johanna reprise from Sweeney Todd. It would feature Thea as Johanna, Roy as Anthony, and Malcolm as Sweeney.
The second IS a fic. Essentially, it's a modern AU version of Avatar: The Last Airbender in which all of main characters form a D and D group. At first, it's just Team Avatar. Then Zuko invites Mai, Ty Lee invites herself, and Azula kicks in the door and demands to be invited. (Also, she minmaxes her character.)
I don’t have firsthand D&D experience, but that second one sounds hilarious and I’d totally read it if I did.

I've had this weird idea kicking around in the back of my head for a while. Basically, it's a crossover between Gravity Falls and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
In it, Frank would buy the Mystery Shack and somehow convince the rest of the Gang to move to Gravity Falls with him where they'd all have to deal with all the supernatural stuff. It's a very weird idea which is why I'm probably never going to do anything with it.
Word's second most famous attorney with a bird-related name.So it'd be an AU version of The Flash (2014). After Caitlin leaves to figure out who she is now at the end of Season 3 ("I'm not Caitlin, but I'm not Killer Frost either")...when Cisco tracks her down again, instead of supressing her Killer Frost side again, they've both undergone a Split-Personality Merge.
That's all I know, unfortunately, but I'm excited about it. That, and it'd be a KillerVibe (Caitlin/Cisco) shipfic.
So, since I love catfights more than is healthy, and this is the bad idea fan fiction thread:
A few pages back I came up with an idea for a Shin Megami Tensei Women's Wrestling League...
Well, now I'm thinking of the same idea with with Castlevania.
It was born almost purely from wanting to see Sara Trantoul and Lydie Erlanger beating each other up and then kinda snowballed.
Basically nearly every female in the franchise as a wrestler...except for Carrie Fernandez, who's too young for that.
This only proves I should be locked away in the deepest darkest dungeon.
One Strip! One Strip!- A Transplanted Character Fic with heavy Xenofiction elements featuring Free! characters as sapient dragons, with a focus on Nagisa and Rei. The setting and tone take some cues from The Summer King Chronicles and Age of Fire while also being Humanity's Wake. Oh, and it's Omegaverse; talk about Our Dragons Are Different. It's such a niche premise for a relatively small fandom, written in all seriousness, that I fear nobody would read it.
- Another Transplanted Character Fic, with lighter but still present Xenofiction elements, that puts My Hero Academia characters into a setting inspired by, but distinct from, that of Kemono Friends. Everyone except for Izuku (only called Deku here), is a Little Bit Beastly hybrid. Uraraka is a quail, Iida is a horse, Todoroki is a half-red-half-white tiger, Kirishima and Tetsutetsu are an alligator and a crocodile, Momo is a New Caledonian crow (renowned for their tool-making capabilities), Jirou is a bat, Kaminari is an ocelot, Mina is a poison dart frog, Sero is a spider monkey, Stain is a Komodo dragon, etc. I don't have the plot 100% outlined, but there are marauding Noumu-expies called Chimeras made from stitched-together body parts of dead animals exposed to the Applied Phlebotinum, including in once case Tensei Iida, which would lead to a Nina Tucker-esque scene. The heroes eventually find the secret labs where kemonos were made, and discover disturbing secrets, including that Deku was created from a hair from the project's head researcher, Yagi Toshinori.
Not familiar with My Hero Academia, but you mentioned Little Bit Beastly as a trope and I'm already interested!
A massive crossover between Warrior Cats, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Flash (2014), and Harry Potter. From the void, Spottedleaf (from Warriors) receives a prophecy asking her to find 'a cold-blooded princess of fire, a warm-hearted queen of ice, and a dark star to match the bright star'. She is turned into a 'Twoleg' (human) and sent to the other character's respective worlds, where she is tasked with getting them to help her fight a mysterious darkness that threatens the multiverse.

I've been having a lot of ideas for fan-art and fan-animations lately. The problem is I can't draw a lick. I've long given up on drawing—visual art is just beyond my skill-set.
I wish I could draw though. I know so many fandoms that need fanart.
I've had a few Warriors x Tailchaser's Song crossovers in my head but have never bothered to try and write them. It seems like Warriors crosses over with everything. I've even read The Aristocats crossovers.
A Heroic Fantasy AU of Half-Life, in which Black Mesa is replaced with the Kingdom of Maisah, and Xen is a dark magical realm (the Resonance Cascade would be caused by a spell Gone Horribly Wrong). Gordon is a wizard, Alyx is a rogue, Shepherd is a knight, and Barney is... still a guard, but this time he's a palace guard which is totally different.
"Cold and black and infinite, with nothing left to lose."Who remembers this video from the DanceDance Revolution and beatmania series?
After doing a little research, I learned that the characters we see are from the latter series, all with backstories and all. Furthermore, the apparent points are brothers and are voiced by the same guys who did Lelouch vi Britannia and Heero Yuy.
The crossover idea I have so far is them being in a Gundam series on two separate sides; currently, I’m going for Chhar’s Counterattack. The Beatmania characters are divided into two teams between Team Ereki (the one who pilots the gold mecha) and Team Shi-low (the one who pilots the white mecha). Awesome fighting ensues.
This idea is pretty far out there, do here's my thought. In a Fate/Stay Night crossover with Touhou, for whatever reason, Youmu, is hanging around the Emiya residence. Then the plot of novel starts with an error in the summoning. Resulting in Saber's contract being with, Konpaku, Instead of, Emiya. The result? The whole grail war is thrown into chaos, with a master as powerful as the actual servants thrown into the mix while she is at her best.
Airhorn soundsSo this idea has been kicking around in my head for a while...
It'd be a MEGA crossover in the vein of Roommates. However, it would focus on six of my favorite characters all sharing one house (the rent must be really expensive.) However, the implication is that basically all fiction is real in this verse.
The six leading ladies are:
Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost; Azula; Fantine; Galadriel; Elphaba from Wicked; and Bellatrix Lestrange.
There is no single, overarching plot (it's more like 'oh boy, what are they doing THIS time?'), but there are subplot and there's definite character development as well. My favorite subplots are the eventual friendship between Bellatrix and Fantine (Fantine becomes the only person capable of calming Bellatrix down) and the friendly rivalry between Azula and Killer Frost.
Edited by Spottedleaf on Dec 17th 2018 at 2:49:08 PM
Another one:
Luna Lovegood befriends Bellatrix Lestrange (because let's be real, Luna could probably make friends with anyone.) It's ultimately more tragic than anything else, though, as they're too commted to their respective causes for the friendship to really be something they can be open about.
So I read this Teen Titans fanfic where Raven was attracted to Beast Boy's growl and I just kinda liked that idea. It's a bit more fun than the cliched whispering of sweet nothings. (although I do still like that as well)
A human AU of TheLandBeforeTime. Thinking post-apocalyptic wasteland, aging up the characters to teens, that sort of thing.
Blog linkThat actually sounds really cool! I'd read it!
An alternate Earth fic based around the Killer Frost I roleplayed in Justice Avengers. I don't know a bunch about this Earth, but I do know that:
- Moira, not Oliver, is the Arrow. Eventually, she and Thea become a mother-daughter crime-fighting duo.
- Frost eventually has a team of her own consisting of a Technopath!Felicity who's otherwise trash with computers and an annoyingly Perky Goth; and someone else who I STILL haven't decided on. I do know, however, that she and this Felicity have a "Mai and Ty Lee"/"Elphaba and Glinda" type friendship.

A Guardians of the Galaxy AU, in which, when Peter Quill was abducted from Earth. He gets abducted by his Comic Continuity father, J'son, and over time becomes a general to the Spartoi army (because A. He thinks it's cool and B. It will make his dad proud) He is trained believing that the Galaxy needs a guardian to save its worlds from subjugation and over time bequeaths himself the name Star-Lord. However, he realizes that while supposedly "freeing" planets from alien dictatorships, he is actually complicit in one. As J'son takes over every planet they "free" and turns it into something akin to a gulag. And the ones that don't surrender (after battle) are sacrificed to the Living Planet, Ego. When he learns of this, he abandons the Spartoi and becomes a thief and vagrant to avoid the guilt of being associated with the millions of deaths he allowed to happen under his command. While also hiding the depression he has acquired from these events with a Stepford Smiler attitude towards life. Only becoming serious (and possibly, violent) when confronted by the Spartoi he fought alongside. Or you fuck with his Walkman. Even though he is being chased down in order to be captured and brought back to the Spartoi Empire. Along the way while on the run, he meets a man seeking vengeance (or death) for the empire which fed his planet to Ego (Drax). Two fellow bounty hunters (Rocket and Groot). And a deserter from a faction that once fought alongside, but now against, the Spartoi Empire (Gamora).
Also, I'd put Quill on the autism spectrum. He stims by listening to music with his Walkman, in order to avoid uncomfortable emotional confrontations (which also means he listens to music while he fights), distract him from a depressive episode when he is alone and introspective, and help him cope with the guilt from subjected many different planets to fascism. The Walkman is also a Tragic Keepsake because the reason he was abducted in the first place was because J'son wanted to raise the child be just like him, and when his mother realized just exactly how sadistic he is. She fakes a miscarriage, and J'son takes her back to Earth (because if you could take your girlfriend somewhere extravagant, why not your dystopia ran on fear of planet-eating planet). She then raises Quill normally, until I'll comes back to take over the planet again (she was able to persuade him not to the first time, by giving him something else to think about). Only for J'son to find that she raised his son in secret, murders her, and razes the planet. Meaning that Quill's Walkman is one of the last remnants of our culture.

Neon Genesis Evangelion superhero fan fiction, but with a twist: it's Superwomen of Eva meets the latter Rebuild of Evangelion by way of The End League or JLA: Distant Fires.
In a nutshell: once upon a time, it was your typical "Evangelion main cast obtained superpowers and Took a Level in Badass, things became Lighter and Softer" story. And then Third Impact happened (or a Partial Third Impact). The events of End of Evangelion kind of happened in some weird way that didn't followed the canon and went Up To Eleven because dealing with superheroes isn't an easy thing...
...the result is a post-apocalyptic world and all of the superheroes are dead, sacrificed themselves to save the world. There is still some civilization and it may be possible to rebuild, but it's gonna be uphill for a few years..
...and SEELE returns. Or the Angels. Or Gendo went full-on Green Goblin. A threat rises, and everybody's praying for a miracle...
...and so it turns out that the superheroes weren't killed, but were knocked into healing comas because of the Heroic RRoD and they lie in places that are impossible to reach by normal humans (bottom of the Marianas Trench, the Moon, some semi-terraformed chunk of land where Tokyo-3 used to be that has acid gas or something, etc). And now they're stirring.
So it's all about adapting to the new way of the world, the drama of survivors meeting people they thought dead, superhuman battles and a race to get to the other supers and recruit them (so a Gotta Catch Them All arc) or prevent Bad Things from happening to them by the Bad Guys who now know they half-assed that particular part of the job.
I think I've heard something similar to that Superhero Eva idea several years ago. Might've been from Marq FJA, I forget.
Ever since I found out cremation diamonds are a real thing, I've wondered if there's a fanfic in taking the Homeworld Gems from Steven Universe and then crib the funeral home full of Daleks from the serial "Revelation of the Daleks." Not sure where or when you'd set it, but the unearthly, vaguely human-looking inhabiting the mysterious business of death plundering the graves and abducting the living to feed them to the ovens, burning dozens of innocent people to create one member of their own race. Seemed like a working concept to me at least.
Huh? Sounds interesting.
that reminds me of my idea of the crystal gems meeting eldrad from the hand of fear.

My Anime crush is LegosiReposting from the "weirdest idea" thread...
Carrie White is found by Team Flash, and eventually becomes a superhero (she's established to be a Particle Accelerator Meta in this verse, and lives in Central City.) Eventually, Caitlin and Cisco sort of become her surrogate parents.
Sorry, posted in the wrong section.
