The Crawfords

    Karen Crawford

Mayor Karen Crawford (née "Culpepper")

Voiced by: Grey Griffin
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kevin_becomes_a_cop_7.png
"Randall!"
The mayor of Paradise, Kevin's mother, and Randall's ex-wife.
  • Ascended Extra: Plays a much bigger role in Season 2.
  • The Alcoholic: She is constantly shown drinking alcohol, particularly whiskey and booze.
  • Amicable Exes: With Randall, but only in later episodes. It's quite the reverse in earlier episodes.
  • Butt-Monkey: Not as much as her husband or son, but she does has her moments of receiving the short end of the stick, such as when she gets her face crushed by Randall's new ball sack.
  • Corrupt Politician: She doesn't really care about the well-being of the town and its populace; she only cares about their votes. When re-election was coming, she was so afraid of losing her position as mayor that she sank so low as to let criminals smoke meth by legalizing the narcotics to secure their votes.
  • Damsel in Distress:
    • In the first episode, "Welcome to Paradise", she gets captured by Terry Two-Toes and Paradise P.D. had to save her.
    • She served as this when she and Randall first met. Karen and her boyfriend were in a burning building and Randall saved her. Karen was the only survivor, so... yeah.
  • Enraged by Idiocy: She constantly has to deal with the stupidity of her people, including her son and, to a lesser degree, her husband.
  • Fiery Redhead: She's a spunky redhead.
  • Good Parents: Played with. In complete contrast to Randall, Karen serves as a picture-perfect parent to Kevin. Sure, she's had a few hiccups in episodes like "Karla 3000" and "Parent Trap", but she's always redeemed herself in the end. Season 2 however tones this down. She's still better than her husband; but after Kevin was able to prove Dusty's innocence and thus ruin the town's tourism and economy, she hates him too to a lesser degree. She doesn't go out of her way to shit on him, but she'll happily admit he sucks.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Not as bad as her husband, but she can be quite irritable as well, particularly when her own reputation is at stake.
  • Heel Realization: In the second half of season 2, she and Randall realize what bad parents they were to Kevin upon watching one of his childhood memories involving them insulting him behind his back.
  • Ink-Suit Actor: Minus the red hair, Karen looks a lot like Grey Griffin herself.
  • Large Ham: She has her moments, usually when she's angry or high on drugs.
  • Mama Bear: To Kevin, as emphasized in "Karla 3000".
  • Noodle Incident: There's a number of stories about moments in Karen and Randall's marriage that made the former want to divorce the latter.
Karen: Can't be any worse than our third honeymoon.
Randall: Oh, for the last time, Karen, there's nothing non-romantic about taking you to see a Mexican donkey sex show.
Karen: Well, I didn't know I was gunna be in it!
  • Only Sane by Comparison: Though she has far more common sense than the rest of the characters, she is still an alcoholic who frequently abuses her position as mayor in one way or another.
  • Only Sane Woman: She's the most sensible character in both her family, the people of Paradise, and the show as a whole. However, she broke this in "Black & Blue", when she arrested Fitz (an armed police officer) for accidentally shooting himself (an innocent minority); she deemed it to be a hate crime.
  • Pet the Dog: She has her moments with Kevin:
    • Although she was also doing this to spite her husband, she still gives Kevin a chance to enroll in the police force.
    • She saves Kevin from Karla's wrath with the help of Carbortion Wrex.
    • She also plays with Kevin on the toilet to help him poop, albeit in the manner of toilet-training a toddler.
  • Screaming Warrior: She screams when attacking Bobby in the Couch Gag in "Tucker Carlson Is A Huge Dick".
  • Screw the Rules, I Make Them!: In "Karla 3000", she re-allocated $1.2 million intended for the town's school for blind children to a police Lamborghini controlled by a sentient A.I. program for her son to look cool while driving it.
  • They Really Do Love Each Other: Starting with "Parent Trap", Karen and Randall reconciled after being hatefully divorced all these years.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass: While still corrupt in her position as mayor, she was nonetheless a rather supportive mother to Kevin, especially compared to Randall. From the second half of season 1 onwards, however, she has become more distant and disrespectful towards him.
  • Ultimate Authority Mayor: She has the power to do whatever she pleases and she often goes crazy with her power, if it means she gets to spite her ex-husband with it.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: She gives this to Randall in the season 3 finale for his stupidity in singing "Pump Up the Jam" during a monster invasion and fires him right on the spot.
Karen: (to Randall) I just got the town rebuilt, and it's destroyed again! And the only police work you did was sing "Pump Up the Jam"??? You know what? You're fired! And the rest of your idiot cops!
Randall: Karen, I got a better idea. A smarter idea. An awesome idea!
Karen: It better not involve "Pump Up the Jam".
    Randall: Fuck.
  • Who's Laughing Now?: In the past, Randall laughed at Karen for thinking she could become mayor. Of course, as we all know, Karen did become mayor and a great one at that, showing Randall who's boss both metaphorically and literally.
  • Womanchild: Downplayed. Although she isn't consistently immature, she does have her moments of behaving like a wild teenager.

    Nanook and Atanarjuat

Nanook and Atanarjuat

Voiced by: Roger Black
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/nanook.png
Nanook
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/oktenatua.png
Atanarjuat
Two Inuit children, who were adopted by Kevin and are currently being raised as his sons.
  • Eskimo Land: Nanook and Atanarjuat are natives of this very land and it really shows. They still wear their parkas everywhere they go, even when they're out in the warmer climate of America, Atanarjuat carries around a plush doll of a walrus, and they love eating icy cold foods and hunted down elephant seals.
  • Happily Adopted: Kevin took Nanook and Atanarjuat under his wing via impromptu adoption. Kevin pretended to be the ex-boyfriend of their dead mom and their biological father believed this lie and assumed his wife cheated on him, so he sent his kids to live with their "rea"l father instead.
  • Satellite Character: Nanook and Atanarjuat only ever play a role in the show, serving as this to Kevin.
  • Third-Person Person: Nanook and Atanarjuat talk in third person.
  • Token Minority: They are token Inuit children.
  • Vocal Dissonance: Their voices are extremely deep and cold, especially for young children.

    Agatha Culpepper

Agatha Culpepper

Voiced by: Grey Griffin
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/agatha_culpepper.png
The loving and supportive mother to Karen and the nasty bitch of a mother-in-law to Randall.
  • Affectionate Nickname: "Big-Tit Lady" by Hopson.
  • All Girls Want Bad Boys: Back in high school, Agatha had a huge crush on Hopson, because he was a greaser delinquent, who got into trouble with the police and she's still chasing the old goat to this day.
  • Boob-Based Gag: Agatha's comically oversized boobs functioned as balloons at the end of "Blimp City". When they popped and deflated, they sent her flying all over the place.
  • Breast Expansion: Agatha got massive breast implants to make herself appear more attractive to Hopson.
  • Dirty Old Woman: Makes a great counterpart to Stanley Hopson, who she is overtly horny for.
  • Female Misogynist: Agatha has admitted that as a self-proclaimed old-fashioned gal, she believes that men should handle all of the monetary finances in a marriage, lest "ladyfolk" like her squander it all on frivolous nonsense.
  • Grumpy Old Man: More like, "Grumpy Old Lady". Agatha is a mean old bitch of a lady, who complains about everything, especially her son-in-law, Randall, who she hates with a burning passion. She even went as far as to tell him that his family would be better off if he was dead.
  • Jerkass to One: Agatha is overtly rude to Randall and even for a disapproving mother-in-law, has taken her spite for him way too far, like wishing death upon him.
  • Obnoxious In-Laws: Agatha absolutely despises the man her daughter married and he returns the feelings.
  • Rich Bitch: Agatha is loaded with tons of money and she's a jerkass, especially to Randall.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Agatha essentially looks like an older version of Karen.
    • They're also both voiced by Grey Griffin.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: We never really got to see what happened to Agatha after Hopson filed for a divorce with her, aside from her cameo in the audience in "PARAD-ISIS".

    Spoiler Character

Baby Kevin Crawford

Voiced by: Rocky Russo (Season 3), Dana Snyder (Season 4)
Karen and Randall's second son and the young brother to AFKAK.

    Poop Baby

Poop Baby

Voiced by: N/A
A piece of shit that Karen crapped out on the birthing bed. Randall mistook this for the baby and has continued to follow through with raising it.
  • Animate Inanimate Object: In Randall's imagination, Poop Baby has the ability to move and act like a real person.
  • Companion Cube: Randall treats Poop Baby as though it were a real living baby and raises it with as much love and support as he shows for Baby Kevin.
  • Exactly What It Says on the Tin: He's a baby made out of poop.
  • Insult to Rocks: Randall loves and respects Poop Baby, yet considers Kevin to be even worse of a child than literal shit.
  • Toilet Humour: His very existence is one of these jokes.

Paradise City

Criminals

    Robby

Robby

Voiced by: Waco O'Guin
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/robby_5.png
A dumbass, redneck, hillbilly who commits various crimes. He used to work for the Argyle Meth kingpin.
  • The Alcoholic: Robby occasionally drinks so much beer that he vomits up his lunch.
  • Affably Evil: Though a Jerkass criminal, he retains a rather friendly relationship with Kevin, considers Delbert a brother, and cares for his pet alligator.
  • Ambiguously Gay: There is a lot of ho yay shit that goes on between him and Delbert ... a lot.
  • Beard of Evil: He's got a mustache and zero issue committing crimes.
  • Cloudcuckoolander's Minder: Despite being quite dumb himself, he is this to Delbert.
  • Deep South: Robby is a southern redneck archetype.
  • The Ditz: While not as stupid as Delbert, he's still a complete moron.
  • Dumb Blonde: A male example; Robby is a dimwit with blonde hair.
  • The Dragon: To the Argyle Meth trade's kingpin.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: He values Delbert like a brother, which is especially shown in "Who Ate Wally's Waffles" where he tries to save him from being enslaved by Disney executives. He also cares for his pet alligator, William.
  • Expy: Of Bobby Possumcods from Brickleberry, having the exact same voice actor, personality, character shape, archetype, etc. Even his name rhymes.
  • Fat Bastard: Fat and a criminal.
  • Friendly Enemy: Although Robby is very often a homicidal criminal, he maintains a casual friendship with Kevin in some episodes.
  • Insufferable Imbecile: He is a Dumb Blonde criminal who believes America was founded by "Christopher Cumbus" and treats his family members like dirt, especially on his birthday.
  • Jerkass: Robby commits crimes for no reason other than cause it's fun. He even took over the Paradise police station and gave Randall a painful makeover like rings and tattoos.
  • Lower-Class Lout: He's a walking embodiment of the "white trash" archetype, being an overweight, selfish, perverted, uneducated criminal.
  • Psychopathic Manchild: He acts like a whiny Spoiled Brat despite clearly being an adult, as demonstrated in "Who Ate Wally's Waffles".
  • Spoiled Brat: While Played for Laughs in "Who Ate Wally's Waffles", Robby acts like a Rare Male Example of this. It was his birthday and he acted like he was a fucking prince, knocking his birthday cake onto the ground because it wasn't the right flavor, stealing Delbert's cupcake, forcing his meemaw out of her iron lung and killing her just to take a picture in there, and just being flat out rude and thankless to his beleaguered parents the entire time.
  • Those Two Guys: With Delbert.

    Delbert

Delbert

Voiced by: Roger Black
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/delbert_dumb_head.png
A braindead redneck who accompanies Robby. He used to work for the Argyle Meth Kingpin.
  • Affably Evil: Usually more easygoing than his partner, being part of a drug-dealing business notwithstanding.
  • Ambiguously Gay: There is a lot of ho hay shit that goes on between him and Robby ... a lot.
  • An Arm and a Leg: Delbert gets his hand hacked off by the Kingpin's goons in episode 9 as punishment for failing to spot the cops (led by Kevin) from arresting nearly the entire drug trade gang.
  • Brainy Brunette: An inverted one; Delbert is an unintelligent brunette.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Delbert wants to screw his really, really hairy sister. Eww.
  • Cannot Keep a Secret: Delbert stupidly gives out any vital information Paradise P.D. can use if he's asked at least two questions for the answer. The first question, he refuses to talk. The second question, he's a valuable mine of knowledge.
  • The Dragon: To the Argyle Meth trade's kingpin.
  • Expy: Of BoDean from Brickleberry, having the same voice actor, personality, character shape, archetype, etc.
  • Friendly Enemy: Although Delbert is very often a homicidal criminal, he maintains a casual friendship with Kevin in some episodes.
  • Half-Witted Hillbilly: Delbert is completely stupid. Later episodes show him as more of an Idiot Savant, as he is able to create incredible things, such as a new kind of potato that could have solved world hunger, or a clone son abomination of himself and Robby.
  • Morality Pet: Alongside William the alligator, Delbert is one of the few people whom Robby cares about, even being considered a brother to him.
  • Only Known By His Nickname: "Delbert" is not his actual name, just the name Robby decided to give him when his family kidnapped him to appease Robby on his birthday. Before that, he was known as "Wall-Eyed Wally," the star of a Disney Channel sitcom. We never learn his real name.
  • Those Two Guys: With Robby.

    Frank Flipperfist

Frank Flipperfist

Voiced by: David Herman
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/frank_tries_to_open_the_box.png
A mafia boss with dolphin flippers for hands.
  • Alliterative Name: Frank Flipper Fist.
  • Animal Motifs: Has a lot of dolphin motifs.
  • Bestiality Is Depraved: His mother is a dolphin and, if Jerry is something to go by, this comes full circle and then some.
  • Cranky Landlord: He's the landlord of Dusty's apartment complex, and is rather pissed at Dusty for not paying rent to the point he makes (cheap, empty) threats of shooting him if he continues to be late on rent.
  • The Don: Frank Flipperfist is the crime boss of an illegal dog fighting arena.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Even though he's all about pitting dog against each other in war and even killing people, he would never get involved with something as bad as the Argyle Meth corporation. He's also an honorable businessman on a good day.
  • Evil Wears Black: His default outfit has both black and a variation of red.
  • Fingore: Frank Flipperfist's fingers are just dolphin flippers.
  • Good Parents: Surprisingly enough he’s probably the closest thing the show has to a good parental role model. He loves his son deeply and is very encouraging and protective of him.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Being a flipper person, Frank is half human but also half dolphin.
  • Harmless Villain: He threatens to shoot Dusty for being late on rent, but given he has flippers for hands he won't be able to use a gun properly.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Not that he was much of a "Heel" to begin with, but after Fitz recovers from a Split-Personality Takeover and disbands the Legion of Dooooom, he decides to go straight and open up a donut shop.
  • Improvised Weapon: He once armed himself with a board with a few nails.
  • Mutants: As the half human offspring of a dolphin, he has flippers instead of hands.
  • Parental Incest: An implied yet Played for Laughs example; he considers his son Jerry (and, by extension, his family line) "very molestable". Also, he describes his son's rear as being "tight like [a] drum".
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: His default outfit has both black and a reddish color.
  • Villainous Parental Instinct: Although he's a mafia boss, Frank clearly loves his son Jerry and is protective over him.

    Unregistered Earl

Unregistered Earl

Voiced by: Roger Black
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/unregistered_earl.png
He's as gross as he looks.
A hillbilly pedophile, who, despite being a sex offender, still remains legally unregistered by the state.
  • Awful Wedded Life: Earl was overjoyed when a coyote murdered his wife.
  • Bald of Evil: A downplayed case. He's a balding, pedophilic sex offender.
  • Bestiality Is Depraved: Had sex with a coyote and uploaded it on TikTok.
  • Deep South: Earl is a trailer park hillbilly who comes straight from this.
  • Extreme Omnisexual: Nothing is off his menu. He prefers to go after kids but he'll take animals, too.
  • Fat Bastard: Earl is a big fat sex offender, who touches children.
  • Insistent Terminology: Wants to make it very clear that he's an UNregistered sex offender.
  • Karma Houdini:
    • How the police didn't arrest him for being unregistered or when he openly admits his crimes is anyone's guess.
    • This trope also comes into play in Ice Ice Babies when he goes on a spree and blaming his actions on carnival attractions.
  • Pædo Hunt: Played for Laughs (given this show's nature); Earl is a Fat Bastard who molests children.
  • Proof Dare: Earl is clearly a sexual predator but all he has going for him is that he hasn't yet been legally registered as a sex offender by the state.
Earl: Don't worry. I'm not a registered sex offender. I mean, I'm a sex offender. I just ain't registered yet.

A cool-looking rich dude who drives a Camaro.

    Dr. Funtlichter

Dr. Funtlichter

Voiced by: Tom Kenny
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dr_funtlichter_is_a_terrible_doctor.png
The doctor of Paradise Hospital.
  • Ambiguously Brown: In "Parent Trap", he said that he was black but he bleached his skin, so he could get accepted into Trump University. It is unknown if this was true or if he just said this to avoid getting scalped by Dusty.
  • Back-Alley Doctor: Sort of. Dr. Funtlichter is somewhat of a shitty doctor but you can tell he's actually trying to be good at his job.
    • At the very least, he is a huge step above his Brickleberry counterpart, Dr. Kuzniak.
  • Chubby Chaser: Mentioned in "Meet the Jabowskis" that his ex-husband was fat.
  • Expy: Of Dr. Kuzniak, if Dr. Kuzniak was medically competent.
  • Mad Doctor: Usually keeps quiet about his insanity but in "Meet the Jabowskis", he admitted to having BBCD (Bitch Be Crazy Disease) and told the story of how he attempted suicide after his husband left him, which got a bullet permanently lodged in his brain.
Dr. Funtlichter: Damn you, bitch be crazy disease!
  • Mask of Sanity: 90% of the time, Dr. Funtlichter is a strictly professional man of business but behind his casual demeanor lies an absolute nutjob, who gives kids prescriptions for drugs he knows they don't need, filled a patient's scrotum with hundreds of harvested testicles from the black market, and drove his husband away from him with his pure batshittery and then tried to kill himself afterwards.
  • Race Lift: Gave himself a race lift by bleaching his ebony skin into a pale white Caucasian passing splendor, as mentioned in "Parent Trap". The reason he did this was because he needed to look white to get into Trump University.
  • Token Minority: Dr. Funtlichter is bi.
    • Also, in "Parent Trap" Dr. Funtlichter said that he was actually a Nigerian bushperson who bleached his skin white so he could get accepted into Trump University.

    Preacher Paul

Preacher Paul

Voiced by: Roger Black
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/preacher_paul.png
The priest at Paradise Pentecostal Church.
  • Alliterative Name: Preacher Paul.
  • Bald of Evil: A downplayed one; Preacher Paul is a balding Sinister Minister.
  • Boomerang Bigot: Hates gay people and adoptions, despite the fact that he is literally married to a man, of whom he adopted two kids with. Also, despite being a priest, even he doesn't believe in Christianity.
(Satan rises from a portal to Hell in the middle of the church)
Preacher Paul: Holy fucking shit! You mean to tell me that this shit's actually real!?
  • Expy: Of Reverend Rosty as they are both bigoted and homophobic priests.
  • Fat Bastard: He's an overweight Sinister Minister.
  • High Priest: Preacher Paul is a holy man held in high regard in Paradise.
  • Hypocrite: He and his husband do not approve of their son being gay.
  • Insane Troll Logic: Preacher Paul just has no idea what he's talking about, sometimes. He banned Disney Junior.com because he believed it was a pornographic website.
  • Like Parent, Like Child:
    • His daughter, Chastity, is just as devout of a Christian as he is, blindly following everything the bible says and ignoring any sense of observation or reason.
    • Like his son, he's gay himself!
  • Religious Stereotype: Preacher Paul is characterized as a bible-thumping, bigoted, homophobic Christian, who believes in everything his religion says, no matter how admittedly stupid and untruthful it may be.
  • Sinister Minister: Despite preaching love and goodness for your fellow brothers, he led an angry mob in killing a gay person in "Ass on the Line". He also stabbed someone in the eye with a cross in "Black & Blue".
  • Turbulent Priest: In "Dungeons & Dragnet", Preacher Paul refused to give the police force any reward money, despite their high power and their previous work. He said that he would not give them any reward money until they rid Paradise of every Dungeons & Dragons game in the city.

    Miss Geraldine

Miss Geraldine

Voiced by: Dana Snyder
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/miss_geraldine.png

  • Butt-Monkey: Always winds up getting painfully hurt or attacked by the cops of Paradise P.D.
  • Given Name Reveal: Her name was never actually mentioned until Season 2.
  • Granny Classic: Miss Geraldine is just your average, sweet old lady, who loves knitting and reading the bible.
  • Racist Grandma: Believes that a black guy was responsible for blowing up The Challenger.
Gina: Miss Geraldine, who blew up The Challenger?
Miss Geraldine: A black guy did it.

Mayoral Office

    Anton

Anton

Voiced by: Tom Kenny

Karen's mayoral assistant.
  • All Germans Are Nazis: Anton has made unprovoked anti-Semitic comments every now and then.
  • Camp Gay: Acts like a stereotypical flamboyant, effeminate gay man. In "Tucker Carlson is a Huge Dick", he was so much of a nancy boy, he was hired to teach Gina how to be a female.
  • Gratuitous German: When he's talking, he throws random German words in there every now and then.

    Patty Mae

  • Gender Bender: Turned into a male mutant in Season 3.
  • Mutants: Became a three-armed green mutant named Clovis, when she was infected by a nuclear explosion.
  • Sassy Secretary: Patty Mae can be rather spicy when challenged.
Randall: Okay, you are way overdoing "Hon".
Patty Mae: I'm afraid it's serious, hon. That's right, I'm still saying "Hon". Fuck you.
  • Smart People Wear Glasses: Always wears around her big, pink-rimmed glasses, which perfectly accentuate how smart she is.
  • Transformation Horror: Got mutated in the nuking of Paradise and turned into a giant green mutant man named Clovis.

    William

William

Voiced by: N/A
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/william_19.png
A mutated alligator with wings, who serves as Robby's pet.
  • Literal Maneater: William tore Delbert limb from limb and ate his good hand, upon first meeting him and is also shown to be a fan of eating children in "Ice Ice Babies".
  • Mix-and-Match Critters: An alligator with angel wings.
  • Mon: To Robby, as he does attack people Robby doesn't like or is otherwise mad at.
  • Morality Pet: Despite being a remorseless criminal, Robby cares deeply about William.
  • Never Smile at a Crocodile: Zig-zagged. William is for the most part, a friendly critter, who can be trained to do tricks by being given hot dogs as rewards but can also be summoned by his owner to violently attack and murder people on command for said hot dogs, too.
  • Pet Monstrosity: Robby's pet mutated alligator with a thirst for human blood.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Hot dogs. Robby usually gives it to him as rewards, particularly when he eats something that gets under Robby's skin.

The Mutants

Flipperville

    Dolphin Queen

Dolphin Queen

Voiced by: Waco O'Guin
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dolphin_queen_swimming_upright.png
A dolphin that mothers thousands of flipper people.Click here to see spoilers
  • Ascended Extra: She starts off as a minor character, but she become more important by season 3.
  • Bestiality Is Depraved: Long ago, a bunch of hillbillies would regularly break into the Paradise Zoo and have sex with the dolphin queen, which eventually impregnated her with several flipper people.
Fitz: I'm surprised this inbred town only has two flipper people.
Kevin: There used to be a lot more.
Randall: Yeah, we used to have a dolphin at the Paradise Zoo and things got weird. People "fucked the dolphin" if you catch my drift.
  • Character Development: Started to have bigger roles and more of a personality, starting with Season 3.
  • Devious Dolphins: Temporarily became this, when working for The Legion of Dooooom but this was abandoned pretty quickly.
  • Extreme Omnisexual: She's not really picky when it comes to who or what she sleeps with.
  • Friendly, Playful Dolphin: Generally, Dolphin Queen is just your typical dolphin archetype. She's happy, energetic, and of course, playful. A little too playful if you ask us.
  • The High Queen: She is hailed as the ruler of Flipperville by all of her flipper people.
  • Interspecies Romance: She's had several, mainly with humans. This includes her relationship with Fitz.
    • She also had a one-night stand with Bullet.
  • Loveable Sex Maniac: The Dolphin Queen is always looking for more men to have sex with. In "Parent Trap", she was all over the idea of breeding with Kevin and in "Flip the Vote", she just got even hornier when it came to fucking Fitz.
  • Mother of a Thousand Young: Low the many years of hillbillies breaking into the zoo and fucking her, Dolphin Queen has managed to give birth to enough flipper people to form an entire race, which now lives in a society in the sewers.
  • Parental Incest:Parent Trap implies that she doesn't have any taboos and that most of the flipper people are inbred.

    Jerry Flipperfist

Jerry Flipperfist

Voiced by: Waco O'Guin

The half-dolphin son of Frank Flipperfist.
  • Animal Motifs: Jerry has the essence of a dolphin.
  • Fingore: Like all flipper people, he has flippers for hands.
  • Mutants: Even more so than his father. Being birthed from other mutants and, from what's implied, inbred, his genes are just even more messed up than his predecessors.
  • Strange-Syntax Speaker: Only speaks in making dolphin noises.

  • All Animals Are Dogs: Junior takes after his father in many ways and commits to many of his dog traits, such as leg humping, licking himself, and pooping in the park.
  • Mix-and-Match Critters: Junior is half dog and half dolphin.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Junior is a dead ringer for his father, Bullet. In fact, a flashback from "PARAD-ISIS" showed Bullet when he was a puppy and he looked spot-on just like Junior just without the flippers.

Other Mutants

    Clovis

Clovis

Voiced by: Dana Snyder
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/clovis.png
The leader of the mutant ghetto.Click here to see spoilers
  • Absurd Phobia: He's afraid of pizza. Although it is justified, since he was mutated in an explosion that cooked the entire town into a giant pizza.
  • Aerith and Bob: Clovis is the only mutant to actually have a regular person's name.
Dusty: Introducing the mutant family. Eyeball Head, Asshole Shoulder, Big Brain Dick Lips, Mr. Pussbubble, and Clovis.
  • Amazing Technicolor Population: A justified variant. He's got green skin, which is an unnatural skin color in Real Life. However, he's also clearly mutated, and he originally didn't have that skin color.
  • Demoted to Extra: Clovis started off as the leader of the mutants but once Clappers came into the picture, he was demoted to the sidekick. In his final appearance, "PARAD-ISIS", he didn't even have any dialogue, as Clappers took over for him, completely.
  • Drag Queen: Has the tendency to wear women's clothing such as dresses, wigs, and bikinis.
    • This can actually be seen as foreshadowing to the big reveal that his original self was actually a woman (Patty Mae) before being mutated.
  • Fan Boy: Clovis is a huge fan of such celebrities as Steve Harvey and Beans Stinkwater. Ironically, both of these "celebrities" are just disguises used by Gerald Fitzgerald to hide from him.
Clovis: Look, everyone! It's Beans Stinkwater! That's a good one beans. I was about to melt your head!
  • Gender Bender: Clovis used to be a normal female human but the nuclear radiation changed her sex upon mutation.
  • Green and Mean: Is a villain with green skin.
  • Green Is Gross: Clovis' skin is green to indicate how hideous and gross he is.
  • Heel–Face Turn: After Fitz de-mutated him back to his normal self, Clovis (or Patty Mae now), decided to drop her weapons and forgive Fitz for mutating her, ending her revenge plot for good.
  • Man in a Bikini: He's worn bikinis.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: He has a third arm growing out of his back.
  • Mutants: Originally a normal human, who became a three-armed green mutant named Clovis, when she was infected by a nuclear explosion.
  • Racial Face Blindness: Was easily convinced that Fitz was actually Steve Harvey, even though she saw him out of disguise standing right in front of her.
  • Radiation-Induced Superpowers: Clovis may have been horrifically disfigured thanks to the nuclear radiation but on the bright side, it also gave him the ability to puke acid into people's faces.
  • Revenge: Clovis' main goal in life is to see to it that Gerald Fitzgerald suffers for mutating him. At first, he was satisfied believing he was in prison but when he discovered the truth about Fitz being free, Clovis decided to take matters into his own hands and straight-up kill Fitz, himself.
  • Tragic Villain: Back when Clovis was Patty Mae, she was caught in the explosion of a nuclear bomb, which mutated her into the hideously disfigured man we know now, who now lives out in the mutant ghetto.
  • Transformation Horror: Originally a human, who got mutated in the nuking of Paradise and turned into a giant green mutant man.
  • Villainous Crossdresser: He wants to kill Fitz and he's fine with wearing feminine clothing (e.g. bikinis).
  • Why Don't You Just Shoot Him?: Clovis is a firm believer in this ideology. He's a very to-the-point villain, who's goal is plain and simple. Kill Gerald Fitzgerald and waste no time with any boring monologue.
Clappers: Listen up, my mutant brothers. Now that we've destroyed Gerald Fitzgerald's marriage, it's time to move on to phase three of my plan. Publicly shame him and destroy his reputation.
Clovis: Yeah, this all seems like a lot of extra work, when we really could just kill him.
  • Zombie Puke Attack: He has the ability to vomit acid on his enemies and melt their faces off.

Dobby

"Dobby!"
The homunculus son of Robby and Delbert.
  • Enfant Terrible: Dobby is a disgusting monster of a child, who goes around destroying things and eating people.
  • Mutants: Dobby is an artificial human being, created from the semen of Robby and Delbert.
  • Pokémon Speak: Dobby speaks a language called "Dobaneese", which only consists of his own name. Randall discovered in "Flip the Vote" that different pitches, tones, and speeds of words have different meanings in the language.
    Dobby: Dobby Dobby Dobby.
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: It's implied in "Flip the Vote" that Dobby, despite being a child, is an alcoholic. Then there's the season 3 finale in which he destroys all of Paradise and eats several of its residents.

Diamond PD

    Dean Hancock

Dean Hancock

Voiced by: John DiMaggio
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hancock_battles_with_randall.png
Chief of police at Diamond City P.D. and the arch-rival of Randall.
  • The Ace: Dean Hancock is an amazing police officer who is good at his job.
  • Alpha Bastard: He acts the part; he looks down on Randall for being inferior to him and always makes fun of him for it.
  • Always Someone Better: Hancock and Diamond City P.D. are always better than Paradise P.D.
  • Ass Shove: Shoved three phones up his anus to prank Randall, which he then had to reach his whole fist inside to retrieve. Apparently, it did severe damage to his insides.
  • The Bad Guy Wins: In every episode where he appears, Hancock always gets his way.
    • Although, his pranks often lead to dire consequences for him, such as contracting rectal cancer from jamming a load of cell phones up himself and being married to a woman he doesn't love.
  • Hate Sink: He may be good at his job, but he's unbearably smug and condescending.
  • Jerkass: Hancock is an absolute dick.
  • Karma Houdini Warranty: In the crossover with Brickleberry, a young version of him gets beaten up by Woody Johnson after he says something sexual about Woody's aunt and Randall's mother (and Hancock's future wife).
  • Loving Bully: It's revealed that the reason he treats Randall like shit is because he's in love with him.
  • The Prankster: Hancock pulls tons of pranks on Paradise P.D., all of which range from being completely ridiculous (such as gluing all of Randall's furniture to the ceiling) to unrealistically absurd (such as marrying Randall's mother or shoving a bunch of phones up his ass just to fuck with him).
  • The Rival: To Randall.
  • Smug Snake: Subverted. Hancock is very smug and thinks he's so much better than Randall...which he is.
  • Straight Gay: Is revealed to be in love with Randall, although he's in the closet about it.
  • Teeny Weenie: Has a tiny penis, as seen during his nude scene in "Ass on the Line".
  • Your Mom: Hancock married Randall's mom just to piss him off.
Randall: Hey, Hancock! Still mad that I was inside your wife and sucking her titties way before you did!
Hancock: Good morning, Randall. I can see you're still salty about me marrying your mother.

Other

The D&D Group

    Eric

Eric (AKA "Seakul Swordhand")

Voiced by: ???
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/eric_24.png
A nerdy kid who plays D&D with Kevin. His D&D character is a half-orc named Seakul Swordhand.
  • Horrible Judge of Character: Eric sees Kevin as a real ladies man, even though he's clearly a complete dweeb who has no idea how to talk to people of the opposite sex.
  • Jewish and Nerdy: In "Dungeons & Dragnet", it was revealed that he was Jewish, which makes sense as he does talk with a mild Yiddish accent. However, he was still forced to go to a Christian reprogramming camp.
  • LARP: Eric enjoys LARPing with his friends.
  • Loveable Sex Maniac: As a teenage boy, Eric is super hormonal and girl-crazy. He treats women like objects instead of people but this comes across as cute, rather than disgusting given his age.
Eric: Merkin is incredible. He rolls 20's 80% of the time and I heard he almost touched a girl's brastrap once.

    Quohand

"Quohand Dragonsbane"

Voiced by: Tom Kenny
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/quohand.png
A nerdy kid who plays D&D with Kevin. His D&D character is an orc named Quohand Dragonsbane.
  • Ambiguously Bi: Although Quohand is clearly interested in girls, he's proven on occasion to have sexual feelings for men as well, most notably in "Blimp City", when he got a boner, thinking about Kylo Ren shirtless.
  • Hollywood Autism: Quohand is hinted to be on the spectrum, though he rarely exhibits any actual traits of the disorder unless it's to fortificate a joke.
Kevin: Look, Quohand. Let's be honest. When it comes to strength and dexterity, life rolled you a zero.
    Quohand: I know.
Kevin: But look on the bright side. You're high on the spectrum.
Quohand: Yes! Quohand rules! Am I smiling, Kevin? This is my first time displaying emotion.
  • LARP: Quohand LARPs with his friends as an orc named Quohand Dragonsbane.
  • Loveable Sex Maniac: Quohand is just a typical 13-year-old boy, who is naturally very perverted when in the presence of attractive people of both genders.
Quohand: You know what? I'm just gunna look at her boobs.
  • Nerd Glasses: Quohand is a typical glasses-wearing nerd, who playing tabletop gamed and watches TV.
  • No Name Given: His real name has yet to be mentioned in dialogue. He's mainly just referred to as his D&D character's name.
  • Plot Allergy: Quohand is extremely lactose intolerant. This was used to the D&D clan's advantage in "Dungeons & Dragnet", when they force-fed him a bunch of cheese and then threw him into the camp counselor's cabin, causing a shit explosion to kill the latter.
    Quohand: Pretty sure he's dead.
  • Twofer Token Minority: Quohand is both autistic and bisexual.

    Dungeon Master

"Dungeon Master"

Voiced by: Dana Snyder
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dungeon_master.png
A nerdy kid who plays D&D with his friends. When LARPing, he cosplays as a half-elf character.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: He's a gross pervert who likes to watch his sister in the shower.
Dungeon Master: Hmm, sweet sister. Is it shower time, already?
Dungeon Master's Sister: GET OUT OF HERE, PERVERT!
  • Game Master: Serves as this during all of the D&D board games.
  • LARP: He LARPs with his friends as a half-elf character, which is the only time he ever plays an actual character in the D&D universe.
  • Loveable Sex Maniac: Although a bit less loveable than his peers, on account of him being an incestophile, the dungeon master is just your average horny 13-year-old, who gets super hard over hot girls.
  • No Name Given: His real name was never mentioned in dialogue. He's mostly just addressed as the "Dungeon Master".
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Him and his sister look alike. Likely Played for Laughs, though, since he views her as a Ms. Fanservice.

The US Goverment

    Joe Biden

Joseph "Joe" Robinette Biden, Jr.

The creepy, perverted 46th President of the United States, who has a crush on Dusty.
  • Chubby Chaser: He tried to win Dusty's virginity through the Dark Web auction while jacking off to pictures of Dusty muttering, "I'm gonna get yo' fat ass!"
  • Dirty Old Man: He wants to have sex with Dusty, jerks off to pictures of him from the Internet, and is old.
  • Stalker with a Crush: Given he views Dusty as a Mr. Fanservice and outright tracked him down to his apartment.
  • Truth in Television: In a coincidental manner, the show depicted him to be pursuing the Democratic nomination for the 2020 election about eight months before Biden officially announced his campaign.

    Agent Clappers

Agent Richard Clappers

Voiced by: Lance Reddick
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/agent_clappers.png
A secret agent with big testicles who works for the FBI.
  • Actor Allusion: Agent Clappers is played by Lance Reddick, who also played Cedric Daniels in The Wire and the actor allusions they make are not subtle.
  • Always Someone Better: Agent Clappers proves to be a far superior hero than Randall, taking his job more seriously and being more competent in his work.
  • Bald of Authority: His bald head shows he's the boss.
  • Bald of Evil: He's completely bald and is working for The Kingpin.
  • Big Bad: Becomes the main antagonist for season 3, which mostly revolves around seeking revenge against Fitzgerald.
  • Brass Balls: Agent Clappers embodies this trope quite literally and metaphorically.
  • …But He Sounds Handsome: In "The Father, The Son, and The Post-It Note", Agent Clappers did an actor allusion joke, where he raved about how great of a show The Wire is, especially that Cedric Daniels.
  • The Comically Serious: Keeps a straight face and never cracks a smile once, even when he's acting like a complete buffoon.
Agent Clappers: [sees a decoy of himself in his office] Oh, sorry to interrupt Agent Clappers, I'll just be outside, ... wait a minute, ... Agent Clappers never works this late! ... Also, wait a minute, ... I'm Agent Clappers!
  • Complexity Addiction: His plans to destroy Fitz's life in season 3 are all unnecessarily elaborate. Instead of simply killing him like his mutant henchmen want to, Clappers opts to do things such as replacing everything in Fitz's apartment with giant sized versions to make him think he’s been shrunk and so he'd be Driven to Madness. This backfires when Fitz fails to notice anything amiss, so he then executes the same plan except with miniature versions of Fitz's stuff so he thinks he's a giant. This eventually starts to wear on his henchmen, who note that his plans are becoming increasingly convoluted and expensive.
  • Deadpan Snarker: From time to time.
  • Disc-One Final Boss: Clappers conflict with Fitz gets resolved in the first half of the season 3 finale, where ISIS takes over as the Final Boss.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Doubles as Evil Is Petty as he wants revenge on Fitz for slightly shrinking his huge balls.
  • The Dragon: Turns out to be working for the Kingpin and trying to get rid of Randall to help build Fitz's empire.
  • Dragon Ascendant: With the Kingpin gone, Clappers takes over of his role as Big Bad.
  • Evil Wears Black: His outfit has black and he's a villain.
  • Expy: Of Cedric Daniels from The Wire.
  • Face–Heel Turn: At the end of "The Father, The Son, and The Post-It Note", Agent Clappers turned to the dark side and started assisting Fitz in The Legion of Dooooom.
  • Gag Penis: Or in this case, gag balls. His testes are so giant, that they're visible in his pants.
  • I Have Your Wife: Subverted yet parodied. When Clappers decides to stop working for The Kingpin, he tells him he has "something" he cares about and pulls out his family photo. And implies he was going to harm them...only for it to soon be revealed he was talking about his family portrait. However, The Kingpin threatens to ruin it if Clappers didn't cooperate.
  • Light Is Not Good: He sports some white and is working for The Kingpin.
  • Meaningful Appearance: His massive testicles represent the fact that he's a tough-as-nails badass man who shows no fear. That takes some real balls.
  • Nerves of Steel: Agent Clappers is a fearless individual who never shows even a sliver of weakness at all.
Agent Clappers: I've never cried before in my life. Even when I was born, I came out of my mother's fun tunnel and said "Where's my gun? I've got work to do."
  • Plot-Irrelevant Villain: Zigzagged. While he is technically the Big Bad for season 3, he doesn't leave much impact on plots revolving around The Protagonist Kevin, and his main conflict are with supporting characters Fitz and Bullet
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: He wears black and a reddish tie. He's also a villain.
  • Shirtless Scene: Agent Clappers makes a direct reference to his counterpart's shirtlessness in The Wire. Specifically, the scene from the episode "Port in a Storm".
  • Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: To Randall and then to Fitz for Season 3.
  • Trapped in Villainy: Parodied. The Kingpin forces Clappers to continue working for him under the threat he'd ruin his family photo if he didn't.
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: Discussed; he states when he was a new-born his first words were, "Where's my gun? I've got work to do.".

Marlow Family

    Strawberry Marlow
Voiced by: Dana Snyder
Dusty's militant midget father, who leads The Strawberry Action Squad.
  • Collector of the Strange: Strawberry collects chinchillas.
  • The Casanova
  • Disappeared Dad: Strawberry left his family to go off to fight the war in Iraq for 20 years and did not make his first on-screen appearance until the Season 4 episode, "Diddy's Home", when he finally returned from his mission to visit his family again.
  • In Touch with His Feminine Side: Strawberry is a very effeminate man, who wears a pink scarf and talks like a stereotypical homosexual.
  • Like Father, Like Son: Strawberry is pretty much exactly like his son, in that they're both high-pitched-voiced idiots, who act like childish weirdos. Despite this, he still despises the man that Dusty turned out to be.
  • The Leader: Of his military squad called The Strawberry Action Squad.
  • The Napoleon: Strawberry is a little midget, who's no taller than Bullet but he's still a badass, who can wipe the floors with whatever terrorist scum comes his way.
  • Pint-Sized Powerhouse: Despite his size, Strawberry can still pack a punch. He's a highly-honored War Hero, who killed Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.
  • War Hero: Strawberry defended the country in the war in Iraq.
  • "Well Done, Son" Guy: Strawberry is not proud of Dusty, believing him to be a fat, unemployed, out-of-shape loser, with nothing to show for his life. No matter what amazing feats Dusty accomplishes for him, Strawberry is still not impressed until the latter finally stood up to him and demanded the respect he deserved.

    Mrs. Marlow
Voiced by: Dana Snyder
Dusty's big fat obese mom.
  • Abusive Parents: In "Black & Blue", it was mentioned by Dusty, that his mom would regularly throw bricks at his head and call him an ugly little fat woman. This proved to be true, when a brick was thrown at him through the window later in the episode, coming from his offscreen mom.
Mrs. Marlow: Happy early birthday, you fat ugly son of a bitch! Mama loves you!
    • In "Trigger Warnings", Mrs. Marlow would leave obscene and sexual hate comments on Dusty's YouTube videos.
  • Chubby Mama, Skinny Papa: The chubby mama to Strawberry's skinny papa.
  • Fat Slob: Mrs. Marlow is a fat, disgusting blob of fat, who sits around on the couch all day, watching TV, and eating junk food.
  • Fat Bastard: She is fat and she is an awful mother to Dusty.
  • Fat Idiot
  • Formerly Fit: Supposedly, Mrs. Marlow used to be thin and pretty before gaining 600 pounds. In "Blind Drunk", Dusty laments about this being the reason Strawberry left her.
  • The Ghost: Was this for the first 3 seasons of the show, only being mentioned in dialogue of having her voice be heard offscreen, before she finally made her on-screen debut in "Diddy's Home".
  • Gonky Femme: Despite being a delicate flower of a woman, Mrs. Marlow has some beard stubble on her double chins.
  • Killed Off for Real: Died of a heart attack, caused by the startle of her surprise birthday party in the episode "King of the Norf".
  • The Voiceless: Even though her voice was heard offscreen in "Black & Blue", she sits completely silent, whenever she appeared in Season 4.
