Gina finds out she gets paid less than her male co-workers and quits the police force to join Karen's newfound all-female police force. Meanwhile, Fitz and Thester's plan to get the ingredients for houndstooth meth is hindered by the feminist terrorist organization, Gal-Qaeda.

- The Cameo: Bullet's police force features other talking cartoon animals such as Scrooge McDuck, Heathcliff, Droopy Dog, Porky Pig, and Woody Woodpecker.
- Censorship Bureau: Gwyneth Paltrow is never mentioned by name in this episode and is only referred to as "The Celebrity We Can't Mention". When she appears, she has a brown paper bag over her head. note Gina: What's the celebrity we can't mention doing here?

- Everyone Has Standards: Even if Karen still doesn't have a high opinion of Kevin, even she doesn't approve of Randall turning him into a testosterone monster.
- Gag Penis: Tucker Carlson's tiny penis is jokes about to the absolute max in this episode. It's taken to even higher extremes when it's revealed that he's a giant penis person.
- Girls vs. Boys Plot: Karen all-female police force vs. Randall's all-male police force.
- Golden Mean Fallacy: This episode mocks both men and women equally.
- He's Back!: In lieu of the show's lack of female recurring characters, a number of ancillary one-time female characters from past episodes return to join Karen's all-female police force. This includes Patty Mae, Karla 9000, and Lady Gertrude.
- Idiot Ball:
- Thester drives a truck filled with highly explosive chemicals and decides to shave three seconds off his very short drive to his destination by driving down an extremely bumpy, unfinished road.
- Kevin throws a ninja star and forgets to let go, leading to him slamming the ninja star into his leg.Kevin: FUCK! I forgot to let go.
- Literal Metaphor: Randall says he feels like he's walking on eggshells only to find out that he really is.Hopson: A celebrity we can't mention has a health website and she said putting a couple eggs up your keester balances the shockra.
- Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: Both gendered police forces.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Bullet assembles a police force of cartoon character animals consisting of Droopy, Heathcliff the Cat, Woody Woodpecker, Scrooge Mcduck and Porky Pig. He sics them on Kev-Monster (Kevin being given too many testosterone patches by Randall), but they all die except for Porky, who Bullet still orders to get in the action but Porky refuses and runs off.
- Speak of the Devil: The Celebrity We Can't Mention.

- Take That!:
- This episode basically served as a big fat "FUCK YOU!" to Tucker Carlson. You can't really be more overt about it than directly calling Carlson a huge dick right in the episode's title.
- The ending has one for Bill O'Reilly, who is depicted as literally a shit-spouting asshole who screams "FUCK IT! WE'LL DO IT LIVE!"
- Then of course, there's all the jokes about Gwyneth Paltrow (whom they legally can't refer to directly, but it's obvious that it is her) and her crazy all-natural health advice.
- Testosterone Poisoning: Randall applying one of his testosterone patches directly to Kevin's brain turns him into a very macho, hyper-competent "Kev-Man". Applying a lot more (and possibly a little brain damage) makes him a beastly, hulk-like "Manster", wreaking havoc and obsessed with "tits and wings".
