I could’ve sworn I saw episodes of The Octonauts that were dubbed in Latin American Spanish besides the ones in season 1, which are available on Netflix. I can no longer find any other episodes of that dub, which is a shame, as the voices are really good (better than the Questionable Casting in the European Spanish dub).

Speaking of streaming services, the second Italian dubs of The Magic School Bus and Sabrina: The Animated Series that were made respectively for Netflix and Prime Video are currently lost.

There's this show I watched a few episodes of when I was younger, I can't remember what channel it aired on other than it either being STARZ or HBO Kids, but this is a show I seriously can't find anywhere- I'm not even sure if it's truly lost or just really obscure. It was a show about these puffball characters with long limbs, kind of like that cloud guy from Trolls but a puffball instead of a cloud. The main character was a purple puffball and there was a green female puffball character, I can't remember either of their names, but I remember one character being named Junior. I can't remember what color he was or what he looks like though.

Update: I finally found Latin American Spanish dubbed episode of The Octonauts, they're being uploaded to YT.

There was a GoAnimate video called "Yes Dear Sesame Street" that was a parody of the subplot from the Yes, Dear episode "Arm-prins". Max from Max and Ruby became addicted to Sesame Street and had Ruby watch it with him, much to her dismay. ("Max, please, no more Sesame Street. We've seen it for thousands of days and so many weeks and hundreds of months.") Later, she had a dream about Steve from Blue's Clues not knowing what to do in his own show, and then he met several living logos. After that, he was greeted by characters from SpongeBob SquarePants, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Then it showed Mario and Luigi (who had British accents for some reason) complaining about watching too much TV.

Anyone knows the PC game where you work in a toy factory, and each toy has a specific recipes (like a wooden horse would need wood and paint, a doll needs cloth,...)? I played it a long time ago so I don't remember its name. I asked on YKTS but no one knows it. I found some related games, but not sure if it is what I want.

Also, there is this puzzle game where one levels have a gong/bell, another has some pitcher of water (part of a puzzle) and another has a scale(not sure).

Another game I don't remember, but it is an adventure game with puzzles, and the only thing I remember is that puzzle where you have to sort toys in order.

There was a Dairy Queen commercial in the early 2000s (back when they started rolling out hot food) with the Grim Reaper chasing two boys through the woods, only to reveal that he wanted to take them to Dairy Queen. Does this sound familiar?

There was a video on YouTube which was basically a slideshow of pictures of hippos set to the song "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" that I was obsessed with when I was about 5 (to the point of watching it year-round), but I don't know if it exists anymore.

According to my mom, one part of it she remembers was someone posing suggestively next to a statue of a hippopotamus.

I have some:

  • I remember browsing through this wiki hosted on Fandom.com called 'DSM Wiki' that was basically a wiki about all publications of The DSM from the first edition to the fifth edition and it was only managed by one person, which contributed to the wiki being shut down due to inactivity.
  • There was this Danny Phantom fanfic on fanfiction.net that I remember reading when I was eleven or twelve years old that had to do with Sidney Poindexter having this brother with Bipolar Disorder who was his "worst bully" who beat him up to death on graduation day. I don't remember the name of the fic and when I searched stories on fanfiction.net that featured him as one of the characters nothing matching the description came up.

■ I asked on YKTS about an old children's book I used to have when I was about 10. I did some digging & recalled the title ("Gone-Away Lake"); now, I'd just like to find a copy & relive the memory. ■ I found a YouTube video series a couple of years ago that used clips from Sponge Bob Squarepants to humorously describe or summarise European football teams (eg. the scene where SpongeBob says to Squidward "We're like brothers, only closer." with the Liverpool & Everton logos added below them). Apparently, the account that uploaded them has been deleted, but Paramount probably would've DMA'd them anyway.

As the album of your life plays, may there not be any scratches.

I just remembered two of them, and they both have to do with Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark.

For the first one, somebody on YouTube used Legos to make a movie version of the story from the first book, "The Thing." It was as much fun as it was eerie to watch, plus the creator did a great job of expanding the dialog.

For the second one, somebody on Deviant Art made a very nice and interesting juxtaposition picture. On the left side of it was the original picture of the pale woman from "The Dream," and on the right side was the artist's drawing of the same, done in an anime style. What made it interesting was that while the original picture was still drenched in Nightmare Fuel, the artist's drawing instead made the pale woman look like a sad and lonely Cute Ghost Girl. I told the artist I very much liked that nice compare & contrast, and they told me they had the idea of the cute one being the pale woman's daughter or something like that.

I like to keep my audience riveted.

The "Yes Dear Sesame Street" video isn't lost; the Wayback Machine archived it and I replaced the links on this very wiki. I also downloaded the video while it was on YouTube.

The creator of that video, Jake Crader, before he privated a bunch of his videos, would act like any one of his videos that got deleted from YouTube was dead forever and would make a video about it. The only one of his GoAnimate videos that I don't have and can't find is "Meatwad Gets 80 Years Off" (not to be confused with "Meatwad Gets 180 Years Off"). In fact, it was the deletion of that video that drove me to finally download all the videos he had at the time.

It's hard to check the Wayback Machine for something when you don't know the URL. If only it had an option to search for page titles.

[up] Oh, thank goodness, I loved that video! Glad it was archived.

I can no longer find an unedited version of the GoAnimate video where Caillou feeds Rosie to a lion while their parents are in the bathroom (and then Boris is more concerned about yelling at Caillou instead of actually saving Rosie).

The Zapp Family shorts, which were interstitial shorts shown between programs on the Get Set For Life block on CBC. They were about a toddler (the same one from the Get Set For Life logo) basically doing various life skills, e.g. dressing himself or taking a bath. And Dot from Kids CBC's design was inspired by him. Impossible to find on Youtube, and the Wayback Machine has a bunch of them listed but obviously the links don't work because of the site being from 22 years ago.

Another thing is this small bumper that was shown in between programs on a Canadian channel in approximately mid-2001. It involves a little girl playing with a Barbie-esque doll with blue hair next to her bowl of Cheerios, then she proceeds to dunk the doll's hair in it and pulls it out showing it covered in Cheerios. Google turns up nothing, and I asked on Reddit and got no answers. I don't even remember what it was supposed to be advertising. I would have seen it on either CBC or YTV.

I remember a YouTube Poop called "Nitrome has a glitch" that was probably deleted, considering searching for it turns up nothing. Basically, it had footage of various Nitrome games being warped to look like glitches were occurring. These included Fault Line with repeated reverses, Bullethead with bullets moving in the opposite direction, and Blast RPG with more repeated reverses. There was also a part showing the Nitrome blog, but with an image of Robotnik from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog making an angry face floating across the screen. One segment also involved Squawk, though I don't remember how it was warped, other than the transition between web pages being odd in a way that's hard to describe.

I remember seeing this YTP of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood called "The Prince of the Middle of the Week Takes a Dump". At one point, Daniel said, "Wanna come to school with me?" and a voice (probably Robotnik) yelled, "No!" Later, when Prince Wednesday said, "Why?", Aloysius from Garfield and Friends said, "The network." It was made by iDuckFilms, and it seems that most of their YTPs have been taken down, including this one.

A pair of lost YouTube videos that live in my head rent-free are "The Funny Journey for Ice Cream" and its sequel "We Got Ice Cream! Yay!" (may not be the exact titles). I found these videos when I was about 8 or 9.

The first video involved a cat(?) plushie and a Riolu plushie walking down a street while going to get ice cream. There are two lines from the video that pop up in my brain from time to time:

"The cars are being evil and destroying us all."

(While the camera pans between some trees and the busy street running alongside them) "Forest! City! Forest! City! Forest! City! See, people? That's the transformation process."

In the second video, the plushies kicked back and enjoyed their ice cream. The cat(?) got cookie dough and mint chocolate chip, while the Riolu got mint chocolate chip and cookies & cream.

Fun Fact: this was supposed to be a trilogy. The first video never got uploaded because the creators realised they would've accidentally doxxed themselves.

The Straight Man and Wise Guy dynamic between the plushies (the cat(?) and the Riolu respectively) stood out to me for some reason. It made sense; the videos were made by two friends who just wanted to make fun little videos with their plushies. The end result was, in my opinion, a comparatively wholesome and cute time capsule for early plushie videos.

Sadly, I can't find these videos anymore — when I look up key words related to the videos, all I get is Roblox stuff. Maybe they got buried in the algorithm, maybe they got taken down. Either way, they will live on forever in my heart as perfect examples of the kind of YouTube videos I was obsessed with as a kid.

A couple strange songs I heard on college radio as a teen I'm still kind of trying to find:

- a Voice Clip Song that I guess might have been sampling an old educational film or something: the hook was something like "pig meat, human meat - what's the difference?", and it sounded like that section was done via Manipulative Editing.

- a Hardcore Punk-ish Limited Lyrics Song where the only verse was something like "You really shouldn't have told me that you didn't like it / cause now I'm gonna do it all the time! / You really shouldn't have told me that you didn't like it / cause now I'm gonna do it all the god damn time!". The strange thing is that I thought I heard the DJ announce it as Dinosaur Jr., but now that I've heard a fair amount of that band I'm reasonably sure it's not like anything they ever would have done note .

It essentially covers Danganronpa 3 Future episode arc. One scene follows as such

Yukizome: ...Hmm? What's wrong?

[cut to Naegi waking up on a concrete floor]
Naegi: Fuuuuuuck ! [thinking] I deserve this. I deserve this for feeling any kind of positivity.

This is the original link to the video is here

It may be on the Wayback Machine but I can't access it for whatever reason. I'm worried it might have become lost media.

There are plenty of lost Teletoon at Night videos starring the radio host known as Fearless Fred. The official YouTube channel of the program block has some promos for Fred at Night instalments that are now lost. Also, when Teletoon changed their sign-off to be more like Cartoon Network's Check It 2.0 sign-off, Fred started giving a unique intro to the block every night (or at least every weeknight).

The first day they aired the new sign-off was a day when they aired the second of the four Futurama movies, so Fred introduced that movie by mentioning the alien who "wants to have sexual relations" with everyone "including you". The next night, when he introduced the third movie, he said, "Keep an eye out for the subtle reference to The Jetsons in this one," as a picture of the titular family appeared onscreen. Here are some other intros I remember:

  • One time, he showed at least a couple clips of Bender: the "Bite my shiny metal ass." clip from "Fry and the Slurm Factory" and the "I don't have an addictive personality." clip from "Hell is Other Robots". When the first clip was shown, the word "ass" was bleeped out. However, that sentence was later shown uncensored, along with other instances of that catchphrase, during Teletoon at Night's "Fanny Awards".

  • One time, Fred talked about The Flintstones, saying that it was the first time that an animated character was pregnant on TV. A clip from "Dress Rehearsal", with Fred and Barney rushing and Fred hastily mixing up words over the phone, was then shown. After the clip, Fred said, "If you love South Park, The Simpsons or Family Guy, you have Hanna-Barbera to thank."

  • These intros were how I first saw a few Family Guy clips, such as the "Cool Whip" and "Where's my money?!" clips, along with Peter feeding cake to Lois to make her fatter and the first time that Stewie asks Brian multiple questions about the latter's novel. I'm pretty sure that each of these clips was shown because the episode it was from was going to air that night. I also remember some intros ending with Fred saying the title of the following Futurama episode. For example, "This one is called "Cold Warriors", and it starts right now on Teletoon at Night." During the last part of this sentence, I think the intro cut to the block's logo forming. I remember him using that sentence again, but with the episode title replaced, the next few nights, with Teletoon at Night going back to the beginning of the series after "Reincarnation" (so he said, "This one is called "Space Pilot 3000"…").

  • One night, in between the Regular Show episode "Free Cake" and the Futurama episode "A Bicyclops Built for Two", Fred tried to find good examples of parenting in cartoon clips. First he showed the clip of Peter telling Meg to shave his back while he "purr[s] like a walrus". Since that clip didn't fit, he showed a Fugget About It clip that has been uploaded to YouTube under the title "Swear-A-Thon". (The clip online is longer; only the titular swearing part was shown in Fred's intro.) That clip didn't fit either, so Fred just said that no one is perfect ("No one, that's who!").

Edit: I thought I needed a punctuation edit, but I misinterpreted it. So, I added a mention of the novel scene, especially since this post is still the latest one.
