Shuu is later joined by Gintoki Sakata, Giorno Giovanna, and Liz Thompson as they finally attempt to reclaim their lands lost to the Titans, succeeding with the losses of Jotaro (at the hands of Dio himself, no less), Gintoki, Avdol, and the death of Zheng. Dio is later revealed to be Shuu's older half-brother from their father Kazuki. Robin would later reunite with his companions from his and Dio's homeland, namely his cousin Ochako Uraraka, her fellow candidate Ken Kaneki, as well as fellow Titans Narberal Gamma and Ryoga Kamishiro. Kakashi Hatake instigates war against Shuu's home, which Shuu responds to, violently, killing Kakashi and his sister Satellizer el Bridget and utterly wrecking the town in the process, following which, Uraraka sneaks into Shuu's ship and kills Lucina during their celebration. Dio is revealed to be working with Shuu alongside Heinkel Wolfe while Giorno betrays the Survey Corps to join Shuu, who turns coat himself soon enough. Jiren swears vengeance against Uraraka for killing Lucina and defects from Dio's homeland.
Baccano!: Three crazy storylines; in the first, Brief is inducted into a mafia family and is friends with Dio Brando and Ayame Sohma. He then meets Allen Walker. In the second, Leonardo Watch is a Lovable Coward who is on a train with his friend and fellow bootlegger Sasha Braus, who is also a Mad Bomber. Meanwhile, Maes Hughes is plotting a killing spree, Ryou Fujibayashi is a paranoid survivalist, a cult which includes Aoi Yamada also attacks the train and they all have to fear a monster that's killing them all (actually Ichigo Kurosaki). Finally, Chiri Kitsu's brother has gone missing and is desperately searching for him. And while all of this is going on, Vash the Stampede and Cream The Rabbit are a pair of screwball thieves who carry their antics throughout all the storylines. Kyon appears in the OVAs as a talkative protoge of Hughes.

Solid Snake, another member of the syndicate, at one point breaks Usagi's arm, C.C. is friends with Kensuke, and Apolline Faria is Kensuke's sister.
Decode: Same premise and the crime syndicate's still ran by Sharon (though she's not seen as much this time), but the Space Police officer is Ruby Tojo and she has an Idol Singer disguise, the kid she accidentaly kills is Haku, it's Jet Black who breaks Ruby's arm, Amu is just friends with Haku, and Nowa is Haku's sister. Additionally, Rip Van Winkle is Haku's love interest and Nick Carlyle is a TV producer with Social Darwinist tendencies. In the second season, it's revealed that Ruby was friends with Teru Mikami who's taking care of Melfina.
Black Lagoon: Italy, Dawn, Sanji, and their boss Inspector Runge form an unlikely team against gangs of terrorists and Neo-Nazis. Lunch is a Russian mafia boss who occasionally hires them.
Blade & Soul: Miyu is an assassin for the Clan of the Sword. She's on a journey to find the woman Fremy Speeddraw, who killed her master Super Arrow without feeling—not unlike how Miyu has learned to kill in her work as an assassin. And her twin brother, Alphonse Elric shares his body with a supernatural being.
Bloom Into You: Aoba Suzukaze has always loved shōjo manga, so she is aware of what she ought to be feeling if she were to receive a confession. There, she happens to see the student council president, Tsumugi Kotobuki, elegantly turn down a confession.
Brave10: Snow Villiers is constantly being pestered to protect by shrine maiden Yui Emelia Mitsukihara, which culminates him staying along with the famous general Charlie Nash who employs 'ninja/assassins' like Jin Kisaragi and Rider (Snow's childhood friend) and recruiting some more, all while dealing those who wants to capture Yui Emelia, which includes ninja Cloud Strife and one-eyed general Tekkaman Evil.
OVA: Integra Hellsing, Roberta, Aki Hinata, and a singer are a team of superheroines that must deal with robots that go rogue. Mello is Integra's brother and Piccolo is a cop who's also a fanboy of the singer.
BBK/BRNK: Away from home for 10 years, Arslan had no idea what was awaiting him upon his return. He certainly did not expect to be attacked by dozens of heavily armed people and taken as their prisoner. Fortunately, Arslan's stay in captivity is short. The Case Study of Vanitas: Sakuta Azusagawa, a vampire, who boards an airship to search for a book. There, he meets a fellow vampire, Sakura Matou, who suddenly attacks those in the ship due to a Curse. Sakura is then saved by a human doctor named Kousei Arima, who happens to have the book that Sakuta has been searching for. Using the book, Sakuta and Kousei team up to help cure the vampires from Curse Bearers like Eureka. Eventually they would also get help from other vampires like Menma, Sakuta's childhood friend; and Sophia Ascart, a chevalier who has feelings towards Kousei. They also come across, Muichiro Tokito, a human Chasseur who initially hated the vampires but eventually befriends them after meeting Sakuta and Kousei.
Sakuta and Kousei would later go on to find a beast who could possibly be a Curse Bearer. During this, they come across the secluded vampire, Shana and her servant Gorou (who happens to be the beast that they are searching for), as well as the Ax-CrazyKage, a Chasseur with a huge hatred of vampires. Afterwards, they would come across Kousei's younger brother, Seishirou Tsugumi, who takes Menma as his hostage.

Kaneki then receives a two-year training from Jiraiya, the former water Hashira, and after defeating bog demon Android 16, he faces hand demon Dio Brando during the Final Exam who has already killed two of Jiraiya's students Eren Yeager and Edelgard von Hresvelg, in a previous test.
After the defeat of Shigaraki and his "family" with the help of memories of Kaneki's father Roy Mustang and Griffith's Big Damn Heroes moment, Kaneki and Kanata meet the Hashiras at the swordpoint, consisting of water hashira Griffith, insect hashira Shouko Nishimiya (who is the adoptive sister of Mira and sister of the former insect hashira Shiro), flame hashira Ainz Ooal Gown (whose parents are the former flame hashira Kiritsugu Emiya and Revy with Yuji Itadori being his younger brother), sound hashira Kamina, serpent hashira Sougo Okita, love hashira Mayuri Shiina, stone hashira Gintoki Sakata, mist hashira Mikazuki Augus, and wind hashira Kanji Tatsumi (who is also Bakugo's older brother), who all answer directly to Yoshikage Kira, the leader of the Demon Slayers. Kira leads the Demon Slayers alongside Makoto Nijima and his heir Tsuyu Asui. Kira then assigns Ainz, Kaneki, Dabi and Kirito to a train which is later attacked by sleep demon Noriaki Kakyoin, the sole survivor of the Lower Ranks demon purge. After Kakyoin's defeat, they face off against a Higher Ranked demon Gaara, who eventually kills Ainz.
After the incident on the train, Kamina takes Kaneki, Dabi, Kirito and Kanata under his wing as they decide to infiltrate the Red Light District in search of Kamina's missing wives Chitoge Kirisaki, Arisa Uotani and Ayame Kajo as they encounter another Higher Ranked Demon Celty Sturluson. Celty decides to terrorize the Demon Slayers, failing which she summons her brother Marco Bodt, the true Higher Ranked demon. Kakashi Hatake appears as the master swordsman Iruka had trouble against in the distant past, whereas Rintaro Okabe appears as another Higher Ranked demon who turned Celty and Marco in the first place.
Iruka summons the rest of the Higher Ranked demons for a meeting after the deaths of Celty and Marco. The rest of the Higher Ranks include Alucard (who is Kakashi's older brother and Mikazuki's ancestor), Portgas D. Ace, Acnologia and Tohka Yatogami. Ken travels to a village of swordsmiths to have his sword repaired, while also helping Mikazuki, Bakugo and Mayuri fight demons. Hiroshi Sakura, Ulquiorra Cifer, Miles Edgeworth and Shoyo Hinata are some of the smiths who live in the village. Ken's ancestor Yuusaku Kitamura had a fateful meeting with Kakashi where he learned his sword techniques. Ace can split himself into 4 younger selves representing his emotions; Goblin Slayer for anger, Naofumi Iwatani for pleasure, Tatsumi for sorrow and the Producer for joy, and they can all fuse into Spike Spiegel, representing hatred.

Detroit Metal City: Dominating the world of indie music, Detroit Metal City (DMC) is a popular death metal band known for its captivatingly dark and crude style. Domestic Girlfriend: In their teenage years, few things can hurt people more than the heartaches that come with unrequited love. Between its captain's extortion, swearing and Training from Hell, the ultra-rookie team, the Deimon Devil Bats are forced to crawl their way up from the bottom while trying to put together a roster that actually has enough players to play. The goal: the high school national championships, the Christmas Bowl. On the way, they win a bunch of games, they lose a bunch of games, create fierce but friendly rivalries, learn epic manliness, and generally get ordered around by the whims of their captain. Through all this, the key underlying theme of talent vs. effort is explored, with each team desperately climbing towards the top of the American Football world.
