This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

Might be poorly worded. Here's how they fit:
"appears to be younger than 16, regardless of actual age" = "looks younger than 16, doesn't matter that they're actually older than 16" = "doesn't matter that they're actually older than 16, they look younger than 16" = Older Than They Look
"is under 16, regardless of apparent age" = "is actually younger than 16, doesn't matter that they look older than 16" = Younger Than They Look.

◊ for Underboobs for having it as a notable feature to her design and being notable as the opening villain to the Fantastic Four's return to comics after a several year hiatus, but looking at it again today i found a blatant example of transphobic hate speech.
In addition to being hateful and out of place, she's not even a good example, because almost

has her top cover the bottom of it, not even showing the aforementioned area.
The only place this could possibly have come from is her hit sprite
◊ from the japanese version of the first final fight game. Which is a long way to go to try to justify putting this sort of thing there for no other reason. So i'd ask to remove it entirely since its so irrelevant

I'd like to request the removal of the following examples from YMMV.Game Of Thrones S 8 E 6 The Iron Throne:
Esoteric Happy Ending: *** Westeros survived as separate kingdoms for 8000 years before the Targaryens came, and their rule was full of rebellions and civil wars. After the Targaryen dynasty fell, there was a prolonged conflict over the throne. It could well be better in the long run for the kingdoms to be independent, especially since the borders are well established now.
The above suffers from Natter and poor indentation. And:
Catharsis Factor: ** For those fans who have always seen Daenerys as a villainous character, her death was quite satisfying.
Besides being a blatant example of character bashing, the above is also the subject of an edit war.

- Rebirth of Mothra 3: Not to be outdone by his expy, Grand King Ghidorah was, like his Showa counterpart, a spacefaring Animalistic Abomination inimical to all life. He was also a Child Hater of truly spectacular proportions who upon arriving in Japan not only tried to obliterate major metropolitan centers, but kidnapped every child on the island, intending to eat their souls. Mothra journeyed to the past and slew a weaker version of the dragon who, during his first visit to Earth in the Cretaceous Period, was responsible for the extinction of the dinosaurs, only to discover that in the present, Grand King Ghidorah was still alive and well. Returning to Earth again, Grand King Ghidorah continued with his plan to leave the planet a lifeless husk, starting with the children.
At Kamen Rider, for Zeba, please wrap To Create a Playground for Evil around "Ultimate Darkness".

I was cheking out the page No Lewdness, No Prudishness and I think there's an error in the rule 9:
"Appears to be younger than 16, regardless of actual age" leads to Older Than They Look while "Is under 16, regardless of apparent age" leads to Younger Than They Look. Shouldn't it be the opposite?
